Dear sir/madam,
My Airtel dth customer id is [protected]. Registered mobile no & my contact no is [protected]. Last 10 days dth not working. I told Airtel dth customer care, a service engineer come and collect rs .175, but problem not solved. Two times i told Airtel dth customer care. Please help and solve the problem.

I called so many times in your call centre but erverytime your CCE get me hold and then they disconnected. Please solver this query ASAP otherwise I write to TRAI to tell this issue.       Hi, I am a Airtel platinum customer, I have this 3G wireless broadband connection. The number is [protected]. I have been them Rs. 955.06 every month and from last 2 months I am not getting the service as committed by the company. I have complaint just last month to Nodal officer Airtel in Bangalore but the issue has recurred. I get 0.00 kbps speed and not 3G speed. I have attached pictures of it. None of the sited open. Not even speedtest.net. This denial of service and violation of consumer laws. It just shows EDGE on the airtel application. I am tired of complaining to them I have made 3 complaints so far. Airtel is cheating and looting me every month. I cant even do my office work from home. I have this issue to be resolved ASAP. I am not paying the bill for the days I have problem with my internet. I havent even completed my 6GB data as per the plan. Please see the picture for the latest usage.

        I am very irate with what is happening with me from the date my number was port from Vodafone first i was offer a plan from Airtel Customer care[protected] which was "Special 549 combo 3g plan" in which i suppose to get 1800 min local/national to any network( after that 10p/min A2A, 30p A2O, 40p A2Lan, 50p A2STD), 200SMS local/nation(after that 10p/local and 30p/STD) 1GB 3G data plan(after that 3p/10KB) but after porting my number to airtel i call verification number and over there they ask me all my detail one by one and provide and in the end they were give me plan details that somethng different from the plan that i choose.I called Customer care for help and over there they told me to send a mail copy and provide the complaint number they told me sir aap hume time di jiye hum check krkey solution jarur denge mean while aap ek mail sent kariye @ [protected]@in.airtel.com hum jarur aapki help krenge.. but till nw no help instead of that i received mail from Nodal team that this offer is not in airtel. from 20-Sep-2013 my Number is port to Airtel and i had no other work beside to call airtel customer care for help they promise me for the solutions but after some time i received call regarding complain number that this plan is not there. Its been more than a week but i am unable get any solutions please help me . Nisha[protected] who called me first and told me about plan and convince me for porting my 2 years old Vodafone number to airtel by offering Special 549 combo 3g plan.           I would like Airtel Kerala to restore my deactivated line. I have had this sim on the Airtel number [protected] for a long time, registered under my name by submitting all required documentation. As I fancied that number, I bought it on a premium from the retailer and now I cannot use it, I was made to understand upon purchasing it is a Lifetime SIM or Lifetime activated or the likes. I can load up the phone as required, provided the services are restored at the earliest. This has been my preferred way of communicating with my family back in Kerala from here in the UAE. Please rectify, reactivate, restore my Airtel mobile services and advice me at the earliest. Thank you,

              I have taken the corporate plan from Airtel and my number got activated on June 28, 2013. At that time I was told by one of the Airtel representative that internet usage will be absolutely free for one month’s time. And now I have been charged approx. Rs 600 for internet usage. And the bill has been generated of approx. Rs. 724.42 only for 7 days till July 4, 2013. And I am not at all liable to pay this amount as the fault is from Airtel side of making false commitment with the customer. For the same, I spoke to one of Airtel's representative. He told me that Airtel will compensate Rs 300 of my bill. I would wish to continue using their services, only if they will waive off all of the internet charges that they have made to my bill else I’d prefer to go back to Idea network. Also, for the next month as well, I received a message from Airtel on July 09, 2013at 4:22 PM which states” Mobile internet usage for your Airtel mobile [protected] as on[protected] is approx. 23.59 MB. Charges applicable as per your usage are Rs 241.56”. Also in month of June while coordinating for this connection, he told me that internet will be free of cost for one month’s time. So, as the number got activated, I was in that impression that internet is free till 28/07/2013 and that is why I kept using internet and suddenly on 09/07/2013 I got one message from Airtel for the amount that has been charged for internet usage. This is completely unacceptable. While I got this connection, I was told that this would be a corporate connection, with a monthly rental of Rs 199, with 600 free sms per month and free internet. Post which I got my first bill which was unbelievable. I was happy with my prepaid connection and the only reason I agreed to take this post paid connection was to lower down my mobile expenses, however, it looks like am cheated with false promises after I had a word with the customer care department. I am told that none of the above deals were a part of the plan I have opted for. Also, this isn't a corporate connection either. I do not have 600 sms, neither do I have free internet usage. This is unacceptable from a reputated brand like Airtel fooling their customers with wrong and false promises. I would appreciate if a waiver can be raised to waive off the charges for the internet use as it was a wrong commitment made to me which I was totally unaware of. Also i dropped an email to Airtel for the same but there is no response as yet. I have clearly stated to them that If this issue is not sorted out I am willing to approach the consumer court to fight for my rights but there is no way am paying for these illegal charges. I am mentioning twice a time here, and still my issue is not resolved. Nobody is responding. Its still on the same status. Although i have reached you thrice a times and atill there is no action made. Could you please look into this issue ASAP as these airtel people are harassing me. herewith am attching the email that one of airtel representative sent me and false commitment was made by from their end.
              Please look into this issue and i can not handle this harassment by airtel representatives and am not at all liable to pay illegal internet charges made by Airtel. Please find attached email for your reference.

[protected] due to long out of station my phone was disconnected one a call from airtel and they say for outstanding payment, i given the payment of Rs. 5400/- and they mail me no due letter from mail id New.[protected]@in.airtel.com and they told me your phone will be start in three days but after 8 days our phone not start nor they replying my mail. i write to nodal officer delhi and send all the mail and other details but they also not replying me. now i called to customer are and given all update but they say, phone is disconnected. please help where i can approach. otherwise i will approach legal consumer forum and court.                   I am very much frustated with cheap & poor service from Airtel customer service / technicians. ** there was no need of Antenna change, they made me paying for that. ** set up box changed 3 days back but swapping was not done & till now it is giving error that the card inserted needs to be changed (error 14) ** from last 3 weeks Dth not working & deduction from Dth account is very much on.

                    On Wednesday at 8:30 i hve done an easy recharge of 399 for blackberry internet plan. After calling the customer care i found out that they have activated my std plan not the blackberry plan and they told me that you have to type BB from your mobile then you would able to activate your plan and through easy recharge you cannot activate like this. So i asked them to shift my plan and they said we cannot do the same. I request the executive to change my plan as this std plan is of no use of me and my main aim was to have the internet plan otherwise my 400 rs would go waste. Then the executive passed the complaint to an senior manger, he listened and told me that we will activate the internet service as you said in 24hr but please till then do not call from your mobile as the other plan is already activated and he told me to not to repeat the same mistake again. I didn't call to anyone from my mobile for 24 hrs. After that on Friday at 12:30pm i called the executive again to know the status of the problem but after listening they said we will be transfering to your call to the senior manager and they disconnect. This happen to me 3-4 times and i am not able to talk and discuss my issue to anyone. Now i am not able to connect to customer care of airtel by using 198 and 121. As i feel they have banned my number to not to take my calls. This is highly disappointing as i m using airtel since 2005 and today m really regreting to have this connection as no customer satisfaction and no customer service is there. For 400 hundred Rupee airtel is doing such things, this is unbeliveable. My whole family is using airtel and being a loyal customer i never expected such service. I kindly request you to please solve my problem.

                    Dear Mr. Saurav,

                    Till now i didn't get any satisfactory call from the Airtel and when i asked the Airtel supervisor to transfer my call to a senior manager who have the power to take action against my problem then they made me hold for 15 mins and then disconnect. I am very disappointed to say that Airtel being a top telecom company recruited such stupid people who are afraid of handling customer grievances. Also disappointed by the Airtel for just a small issue Airtel employees are taking so much of time to resolve this problem. I am using Airtel since 2005 and this is the first time i get into such problem where i am expecting full support from a company with whom i am associated with quite a long time. Till now those who have called me from Airtel gave me no solution. Companies do so many things to gain customer satisfaction and loyalty but here i cannot see anything till now. I am hoping being a top brand Airtel didn't disappoint me and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I have paid deposit of (Rs.300/-) for converting my [protected] prepaid number to postpaid. Representative from impression marketing came at my residence for taking deposit and collection of document On 12 September 2013 but did not gave receipt by them, so i had to visit impression marketing office to collect the receipt. They told that within 48 hours it will get converted, But yet not converted in postpaid, So i once again gave my documents at airtel goregaon east gallery, but they told that my number [protected] and request is blocked by impression marketing so i cant convert my number [protected] into postpaid and i tried calling the executive of impression marketing (Prachi [protected] / [protected]) they are not receiving the call by me.

                        I purchased a 4g sim and a dongle from an airtel sales representative on 19th of Sep. He said that the activation will be done in maximum of 3 days. It has been more than 7 days and even the address verification is still not. If I go to the Airtel office (Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore, Karnataka) and ask them to return my money, they behave very rudely and refuse to take the device back. I have called more than 5 numbers and everybody redirects to some other person. On 23rd Sep, when I again went to the office to check the status, they say my details are not found in the system. This is insane.                             irresponsible attitude of Vishal Madhukar from Corporate Sales has led us into a lot of trouble. This number is being used by our CEO and we had contacted Vishal when the CEO was in Turkey and wanted a data pack plan for international usage. we were given the details of the plan and the same was activated in time. Later when we got the bill, we saw that despite the rental for the plan being charged, the free usage was not provided for. We were overbilled by Airtel. We have been in touch with this gentleman since more than 10 days now and looking for a resolution but to no avail. He is most unhelpful and rude too. Need a reversal of all extra amount and an apology for such behaviour.

                                I have one Airtel No.[protected]. I have not activate Gamifive on my Mobile Number but since last some times one message is coming that gamifive is activated and Rs 21 is charged in my bill. I have sent so many messages to stop the services but every time I got the reply that Kindly note there is no services active on your airtel number but Rs 125/- has been charged in the current month bill. Please look into the matter otherwise I have to take the matter at appropriate level
                                .

                                      I am writing to you to bring to your attention on my Airtel Broadband connection - [protected] which is not working for almost 2 months now. My Airtel broadband connection was not working starting 21st July 2013 and I registered my first complaint with Airtel Customer care - Complaint No : 35928598. The engineers had come to repair and resolved on 24th July 2013. However, I faced the same problem on 27th July and the complaint number is 36235058. Everytime the reply I got from the engineer was "the link is down". This issue was resolved again on 29th July 2013. This was happening consequently after that and below are the complaint numbers registered: [protected] Raised on 30th July 2013 and resolved on the same day. [protected] Raised for cancellation as I was frustrated with the service. After which I received a call from Airtel to give one last opportunity to rectify the issue permanently. I did agree. [protected]rd Aug 2013 - Issue occurred again and complaint registered for broadband not working. This was again rectified on 6th Aug 2013. Again the issue reoccurred during the last week of August 2013 and I directly contacted the engineer to help me with the same. He mentioned that the issue is because of the modem and so I went ahead to purchase a modem on 6th Sept 2013 paying Rs.2150 from “Indira tele Communication and Electricals”. I thought the issue will not occur again and believed it is gone forever. It was working fine for a week and after which I tried connection on 18th Sept I understood it is not available again. I called the customer care and was told that it is a mass outage in bannerghatta area because of rains, 800 lines are down and the broadband will not be available till next day 9am IST. When I asked them why there was no intimation to the customers, I was told that this is unplanned outage and hence there is no communication. Again when I tried logging in on 19th Sept, I understood the service is not available still. I went ahead to file another complaint on 20th Sept with complaint number[protected]. An engineer had visited and he mentioned that he would like to observe the connection for 2 days. But again on 21st Sept it was not working, so I had asked them to reopen the same complaint which is not addressed till now. I am using various airtel service for many years and i am totally upset with the service I am getting for this issue. They are not able to provide me with a permanent solution to this problem and I had also invested Rs.2150 on getting another modem which did not make any sense now. I was also repeatedly calling the Customer care on almost on a daily basis which is frustrating. I request you to take this on high priority case and take necessary action. Airtel User

                                      The issue seems to be rectified now foe few days now and surprisingly the Airtel Engineers rectified it from outside itself, which clearly conveyed that the issue is not with the modem. The amount I spent on the modem seems useless and unfair.

                                      Rs.2150 (modem) and Rs.1345 (monthly rental) - I wish I could have invested this in a better place.

                                      I called the customer care and told them to waive off this month's bill as most of the times the net was not available. I was confirmed the same yesterday (by CC - Manoj) after confirming with the concerned department. I was informed that I would be getting a call or message confirming the same. However havent got one till now. Called the CC again today and was told that they would be doing the same tomorrow.. Donno how long I should wait.

                                      Hopefully they would address this soon as I just not convinced about paying the bill this month. I would also need an answer fr the money spent on modem.

                                        Dear sir, Please consider it as an emergency . I got a bill for my airtel postpaid no. [protected] for an amount of Rs:3288, I have been trying to contact your customer care centre for the last three weeks. I didn't get any response from your side. The only answer I'm getting is your server is down. I checked my bill and found that the amount billed is for my internet usage. I'm using the connection only for mobile not for a system. So my phone data usage system shows only 847mb I used from July 16 to September 16. I already activated 1gb data pack for 2g internet. I cannot pay this huge amount without any reason. The only wrong decision I taken is I chose your network. The same kind of mistakes happened previously from your side.. And I spoken to your official and they helped me to sort out the issue. Now the officials not allowing me to talk to their superior officer. I believe this is your business tricks to cheat the customers. So after a long thought I decided to move to Consumer court for the justice.. I'm waiting for your response. I'm pretty confident that I can prove my side . I recorded all my calls to customer care, and I have my data usage count. The worst thing is its not a one time mistake, it's happening every month.                                         Hello,
                                        I am Airtel post paid customer since 2006. I was satisfied by my bill until they charged an additional amount of Rs 794.50 on my february 2008 bill. As per Airtel, this is an outstanding bill of february 2007 (One year back) which I didn't submitted. When I called customer care they provided me with an option to wave off rs 250 only. I am really very dissappointed as I don't want to change my mobile number.
                                        To add upon this when I checked my bill I found that there is discrepencies as well. As per my bill plan I shoud have got a discount of 444 minutes including my Local and STD calls. But I have got only rs 132 local discount and rs 13 on std. My local call was 136 and STD 97 respectively.

                                        Don't know what to do.

                                        I am a very dissatisfied customer of Airtel.I have paid 2200 INR on 24th Nov'08 for my airtel postpaid number.The agency who took this cash from me was actually a Fraud one.They took this money from me and gave me an Airtel payment slip.The address of this agency was somewhere in Janakpuri in Delhi.But when we went there, to my our utter dismay we couldnt find such an agency there.Airtel says that they haven't recieved the payment and rightly so.As they were fraud.

                                        Please someone- help me what to do.Airtel wants me to file an FIR for this and they had also stopped my connection( outgoing and incoming).

                                        This is with regard to bills pertaining to the month of September, October,
                                        November 2008. I was promised waiver of delayed payment from your airtel
                                        office and your executive, but it was not done. Innumerable complaints to
                                        your office fell in deaf ears. Further more my bills were never delivered
                                        before the due date. Every month i used to get the bill only after the due
                                        date.
                                        In the current month i.e, one executive by name Mr.Javed promised me an
                                        waiver of my DPF, on his advice i made the payment, the payment was
                                        collected by Mr.Anand on 16/09/2009. (Cheque No:010101, Amnt: Rs.1973/-)
                                        Two days later both my numbers were disconnected resulting in a loss of
                                        Rs.10 laks. I had to participate in a tender, but due to this problem i
                                        lost the tender and the EMD.All my customer are unable to contact me, which
                                        is creating severe problems and loss of money. I am totally disgusted with
                                        your beureucratic attitude and poor response. In this regard i have decided
                                        to lodge a complaint to Consumer Forum, before that i would like to inform
                                        you. If you are interested in solving amicably kindly resolve the issue at
                                        the earliest.

So from the company referred Airtel associate, I got 2 sims. Plan of the sim is 1 lakh SMS free. One sim got activate PH#[protected] within a week and i just sent 40 sms and not even made any call except to airtel customer care. Later the airtel deactivated all the persons who got airtel sims through the part time office stating they don't give this offer to part time job. So overall my sim is activated only for 4 days. later I received the bill for Rs.214.43. I used only 40 sms ( its free) and they disconnected connection without prior information. I am looking for some justice. Pls help me.

                                        I made a payment of Rs.995/- by cash at "Bangalore One" collection centre, New BEL Road, bangalore on 24th-Dec-09, which was due for 6th-Jan-10. Till date this is not posted on my mobile account of [protected].                                         change in the bill amount. They continued to charge me. After raising

                                        This is not the first time I am getting this response. Please provide me with the details that will help me get a permanent solution
                                        I have availed of 3G services from Airtel. My mobile no:[protected].The company had set my credit limit of Rs.2,500/-. I have gone in for Rs.750/- plan with 2GB free. After 25 days my service was disconnected. The bill generated was Rs.6700/- for the month of April. When i enquired i was told that i had utilized only 900mb out of 2GB and the customer service/support promised to give me a call back but that never happened.Second time when i called up i was told I had utilized 1.5 GB which was below 2GB and the customer support/service could not help me with the details the third call i made i was told that i had utilized 3GB. The fact of the matter is all along i was keeping a track of my usage because i was getting unbilled amount to a tune of several thousands every time. I confirmed with them that my bill would be of only Rs.750/- for using 3G service if the usage is limited to 2GB . I never had any problem with Airtel earlier but this consistent change in their statement regarding my utilization shows that there is manipulation from their end. I want this problem resolved.

I have activated mobile 2G internet pack of 1GB of 98 rupees from last 3 months. This month i got bill as a Rs.3698/- (Bill Number :[protected] which is 3times of my credit limit (Rs.1200/-). So i called customer care to ask how could be possible this, how it crossed limit. They replied like your credit limit got changed to 3000.
                                        Then I asked like I didn’t get informed about this and I didn’t get any message. How you people changed without telling me and you people didn’t inform me after changing also. And bill generated PDF says that my credit limit is still Rs.1200/-. They couldn’t answer and they replied like our manager will call you within 4hrs once they told and 2hrs another time they told. And till now I didn’t get any call from them.
                                        And they told like you have used 0.3Gb extra internet so you got the more bill. But when I used last time more internet I got message after crossing Rs.1100/- telling that your limit is exceeding please recharge it. I thought this time also I will get same kind of message. But this time it didn’t happen like this. And they are not responding properly. It is purely Airtel mistake that they changed my credit limit without informing me and still my bill says that my credit limit is Rs.1200/-. With this I got very bad lesson and I hope I will get some good reply from them.

                                        I have had numerous discussions with your team regarding the same and
                                        everytime they have given me false promises regarding the bill
                                        settlement.

                                        After long discussions, recently I got a call from another executive
                                        on 25th jan 2013, 1.00 pm, asking me to pay Rs. 700 towards the bill
                                        and promised to settle the remaining amount as it was all excess. She
                                        also promised that she will be sending me the confirmation of the same

                                        sir. i am p.hari krishna used airtel postpaid sim card(phone no-[protected]) having an offer of 300rupees plan having 600min free, 600 sms free and 1gb free internet per month. after i&#039;ve taken the sim with in 10days it showed that the sim registration was failed, i went and give my proofs again but again after some days it showed that registration was failed, this time i gave a complaint to airtel operator mustaffa in mehadipatnam, hyderabad .but they didnt give any response to me, so i have taken another network sim but later after 2 months the airtel operator manager ranga nadh, begampet airtel office manager called and said that i got a bill of 6000/-. he is giving warning saying that i&#039;ll put a case on me. late i went to airtel office and register a complaint for that they said that if registration is failed all the offers will be cancelled and u&#039;ve to pay the bill, because of fearing for case and all i paid 2500/-, but how it will be possible. i used according to the plan, airtel operator saying that it not possible if registration is failed, every time im giving the correct documents but they are failing to register it again and again and now saying to attend in the patiyala count in delhi.. please take relevant action on airtel and make my amount back...

                                        I am using airtel corporate mobile phone number ([protected]). Usually my mobile bill comes around Rs.300 without any internet package. I activated 3G services a couple of weeks ago for a data plan of Rs 250 for 1GB data. But, till data i&#039;ve used only 250MB of internet data and when I check in the airtel website about my unbilled amount it is showing Rs 690/-. How come is this possible??? I have not even made more phone calls too.

                                        When i call for 121 customer care I am not finding any option to speak to the customer care executive. I need detail explanation on this.

                                        they charged me for internet also and the bill was huge i wanted them to close my sim and send me an Email containing final bill at first there was merely a response from their side for five months.

                                        Suddenly they started ringing my cell phone six times a day forcing me to pay my dues amount which was triple of the last bill.
                                        This was really annoying that at first you are not responding at all and when you do, you are doing it like i am a criminal.

                                        my last month postpaid bill is rupees 3500.Its because of extra internet usage i.e. above my monthly package.i was not intimated by airtel about exceeding of my internet plan.my montly bill never exceeded 500/- Rs kindly look into the matter as early as possible or I will be porting all my 7 airtel connections. mobile no [protected]
