    iam from ibrahimpatnam, near vijayawada, andhra pradesh, pin 521456...in my area airtel signal strength is so less some time it is even null...signal strength was nice till 6 months back..we are around 200 airtel connections in my place...now because of signal reason they are changing to some other servie provider...so please cheack the signal in my area and do somt thing for recovery of signal strength..

        Airtel Account number :[protected]. Poor customer service including floor managers, supervisors, nodal as well as appellate officers. I have given a complain regarding indoor network coverage issue 5-6 times in a year but no one bother to take action against it. Every time daily 4-5 people from airtel gives a call and ask for the details but no one solve the issue and then they close the issue. When asked whom to comaplin if these people are not working properly, they say we will forward your complaint to the concern department. I do not know how airtel claim themselves as the best service provider. I think they need to put a check on this.

              hi,
              this is ajay kumar tripathi from sharda enterprizes. i have taken five post paid cug sim for office use on 13th september 2013 from Airtel executive Rupesh(mobile number [protected]). he has provided us five numbers in series([protected],48,49,50,51). but these numbers are not activated. when i communicated with him he take some references from his senior Ravi[protected] and told me that sim will be activated on sunday 22nd september. he also make me communicate with his senior ravi but sims are not activated yet and they are not giving me any satisfactory reply . plz look into the matter.

                amount from the talk value of My no.-[protected] is being deducted when net is used,in spite of net pack attached to it. this problem is since 7th. it started with a deduction of some 36 rs. from my account, which i thought might be due to excess net usage. Instantly i charged my net value on that very day with rs.128(transid[protected] but still the problem persists. Although the 30 days duration of the net pack was 7-8days left. And now the condition is worsened by the unskilled staff of airtel. I m sorry, but i want to make you aware that neither your outlet staff at arya nagar, kanpur, up. could do anything nor your customer call centre-198. only they could do was to provide me nos., initially some prateek sirs no.which i think, is not supposed to be received. and then this above mentioned reference no.which after 3 days says that i have been booked for a call back. Being a well wisher of airtel i would request the senior officials to take care of rising complaints graph . i hope this time i find my problem to be eradicated in 12 hrs. and still if it is not, i m sorry,it will be a real careless part from your side.

                  Dear Sir This is to inform you that i am an NRI and living in Tallinn Estonia as Professional Psychologist, my family lives in dehradun (uttrakhand) india my wife Mrs Aarti Choudhary is a nursing professional and she regularly remains in my contact through his mobile no. On[protected] she called and i was busy in my office and so i didn't picked up her calls he called me 7 times and later i called her back i was surprised to get the answer that her balance was deducted i asked her how much balance and how come when i dint pick your call she said 100 was balance it had been deducted completely i advised her to call customer she called up i was brought to my notice that customer care officer was not at all interested in listening our problem in fact he keep on giving his foolish answer that u talked with your husband for 1 hour and then my wife asked her how come it happened that in 100 rs i talked for 1 hour at once he disconnected the call and i think he deleted the recording again she called same answer and disconnected the call third time my wife asked them in strict manner they said u made a call of 17 sec and 11 seconds it was so strange that no call was picked and still you deducted the balance. its is completely the matter of cheating and misuse of your services which shows what kind of services you are giving to customers and how you treat them it seems there is no one to ask you about your all misdeeds and in India this is the real face of service providers this so embarrassing and humiliating that business in India is running on the grounds of cheating and misbehaving with customers who are main pillars for organization i will report this incident to every concerned government authority in India about your illegal business practices that this is the real picture of companies and i will surely mail to Sunil Bharti Mittal staff on my end it not about money its about your character and i will publish this on internet Regards' Aman Singh Malik Industrial Psychologist Tallina Manpower Solutions Tallinn Estonia +[protected]

                    sir/maam, my number is [protected], M from nagpur, m using the airtel postpaid number. and August month bill is Rs.3251.76 in June month i made the recharge of airtel rs. 125 internet recharge of 1 GB. But in June month itself airtel somehow deactivated the 125 rupee plan and activated the 2 GB, 3 month validity plane by themselves without notifying me... and in three months they didn't even called me for the same and even not asked me for that... I never had the Bill amount more than 600 rupee. Rs.125 recharge is done my the airtel office for which we don't have any voucher. It is done one time and rest for life time till i request airtel to discontinue the internet plan. Even there is nothing mentioned in the bill that the 2GB plan is activated on this number... many times i complaint for the same in airtel since 7/9/2013 till 23/9/2013 but no one responded me...and the last date of bill is 24/9/2013 even on facebook, AIRTEL INDIA no one came to talk to me, just said they will contact me but not, They think that this is poastpaid plane whatever the bill is customer will have to pay for it..since customer are bounded.. I cannot attach the photoproof of the airtel bill, since they are password protected and is in pdf formt..

                    i had the conversation on 24/9/2013 with airtel number [protected] with a lady, she also took me in the conference with airtel office named kukku mobile nagpur manager, and after that i went to airtel office they said that thay dint had any talk to such person.. so moral of the story i dont have any written proof of what happened with my "mahabharat"...

                      Sir I intent to port my mobile no. [protected] from Airtel to another operator and as such I have been sending SMSes at regular interval to get the UPC required for MNP in the following format "PORT [protected]" to 1900 since 21/09/2013 but till today, I am yet to receive the UPC. In this regard I had lodged complaints to Airtel vide Ref. Nos. PR[protected] Dtd 21/09/2013, OT[protected] Dtd 23/09/2013 & OT[protected] Dtd 23/09/2013. Customer care executives called me on my number to discuss pertaining to my complaints, but never provided the required UPC. Please help.

                        My phone is [protected]. I am a post paid user of Airtel for close to 1 year and using Airtel for 3 yrs now in total.I was using Rs 125 - 2G data plan of 1 Gb limit. I had got a bill of Rs 4005 for the billing cycle[protected] to[protected]Bill #[protected], which is very strange. Upon calling the customer care, it was told to me that i had used 2.5 Gb of data because of which i got such a huge bill, which was wrong. My phone shows that i had used close to 1.25 Gb of data for that cycle. I use Wi-Fi most when i am at home. I tried calling the customercare so many times they never gave a chance to talk to a supervisor, they made false promises that i will get a callback. I am very upset at the moment. I was a loyal user to Airtel for the last few years, this is the first time i am facing this kind of issue. I had used extra ~250 Mb that does't mean they should charge me for additional1.5 Gb. Please get the bill rectified.I spoke to so many representatives but they were of no help. I have a Case #[protected] for reference. If you can look at my history of bills, i never got such a huge bill. Something has gone wrong at the billing section this time. I had sent so many emails at [protected]@in.airtel.com but no proper response.

                            I have been receiving call from Teleagents of Airtel, asking me pay the bill for mobile number - [protected].

                            To highlight, i do not own this number and dont even know the person who owns this. They are calling me up almost everyday and asking me to clear the bill as i am the secondary contact person for this number.

                            It seems someone has given this number intentionally as only the last digit of the mobile number is different from mine. The agents are talking rudely and using abusive language to threaten me.

                            I have raised this complaint with Airtel several times and they assured to take care of this, but seems they are not capable of handling this.

                            I want to know that why i am being harrassed if someone whom i dont know has given a random number as a backup contact.

                            I am really disgusted with this behaviour and feeling like taking them to higher court.

                              This is with respect to bill payment of Airtel no. [protected] I have already told to stop the service on this number then also I am getting the bills ever month. I had purchased the modem on 25th April and started using it from 27th April still I have got 1st bill of Rs147.19/- form period 8thApril to 7th May since then I have told to stop this service but your customer care was not ready to take payment of Rs.147.19/- an stop the service. I was been told by marketing people that there are no monthly charges on this if I don't use the number and have stopped using this number since 4th of june,2013 still have got bill of Rs.573.59/- for period of 8th May to 7th June I had purchased this modem from MR. Kayor Mobile no. [protected] and marketing guy having mobile no.-[protected] & [protected] he told me that I can use any network sim card in that modem but since I purchased it from 2nd day itself I called him 'N' number of times to take his modem back as I cannot use any network sim in that but he don't reply to calls since I have told him so also even I don't have warranty card of my modem as I told the person who came to deliver modem at my office to get it signed of warranty but he never returned back. I called Mr. Kayor also but he also didn't received his call after 1st time I told him to send me warranty card. I have got two bills from aiterl having bill number[protected] & 72749334 and a notice saying that I have to pay bill of Rs. 1262.57/- now I don't understand that if I don't have to play monthly rental charges how the billamount is increasing as have not used that number since june. Please reply Ihave got call from airtel to pay bills and have told my problem to all the executives who called me still no action was taken against it. Modem says its providing 3G service but I cannot use it at Ambarnath. Have also done complaint on airtel 121 having reverence no. PO[protected] & PO[protected] but no action was taken does is it like that airel only wants money from customers without providing service. Kindly revert on this matter ASAP. Then i payed the bill for my two month uasge on condition that there will be no bill remaining and all dues will be cleared but i got the mail still telling that Rs.689.57 is still pending. I had already requested for the disconnection but it was not disconnected. so why should I pay the charges of next month. Similarly I have paid the bill on 19 Th August, 2013 but it was taken in your account on 31 st august is it my mistake that your records are not updated instantaneously. As I had told to disconnect my connection to your customer care executive and has not gone to gallery I don't have the reference number of my request as they don't provide it they just say '' madam your complain has been fowrded and you will get call from our higher authority'' who never calls. I have already paid for my usage but should i am supposed to pay for airtel negligence. And tell me that are you people going to add fine on this amount also because by this time I know that airtel only know to take money and cheat your customers without providing them services. Inspite of writing mails to airtel for my complaints without any concern from there side i got harrasment call from [protected] stating that he is calling from deilh sessional court stating that we are filing the case agains you

                                    This post is on my recent experience with Airtel customer service when I requested for porting my mobile number to Airtel.

                                    I have a postpaid CUG connection from Tata Docomo (it was originally Airtel, but was ported to Docomo 6 months back). I had requested to port my number to Airtel Postpaid CUG and I came across another poor customer service experience in the process of requesting the MNP. The customer care team of Airtel is just too lazy and careless, who do not care even if they lose customers and never try to solve the issues, rather they try to avoid issues and give stupid excuses. Here is what happened since I gave the porting request on 6th September.

                                    1. On 6th September 2013, I submitted my porting request form with the necessary supporting documents to the Airtel agents sitting in our IBM corporate campus in EGL campus, Bangalore. After 3-4 days, I followed up with the agent asking my status. I got to know that my form was rejected because they had some issue with initiating porting of my number in their database. The issue was that my number was originally Airtel and was ported to Docomo about 6 months back, so the number was somehow blocked in Airtel database. That looked like a technical issue that the Airtel back-end team should be able to resolve. However instead of resolving the issue, they returned my application and asked me to contact a retail outlet outside the corporate office. That was first FAILURE of customer service from Airtel.

                                    2. I agreed to the suggestion from the Airtel agent and went to an Airtel Relationship Center in Indiranagar, Bangalore. There I came to know that I can not convert my current Docomo CUG directly to Airtel CUG (don't know if that is really true, but I was told this). So I had to apply for a normal postpaid plan for porting. I submitted a new form with the required documents. I also paid my current unbilled amount in advance. After 3-4 days, upon not seeing any status in mnpindia.in website I called up the ARC agent to check the status. Then I came to know that they were having some issue with my number and they were unable to initiate my porting request. I was advised to call up 121 customer care. I called up the customer care but didn't get any help. Rather I was told to write to [protected]@in.airtel.com. SECOND FAILURE.

                                    3. I wrote to 121 customer care on 14th September 2013 with all the issue details. I got a reply the very next day asking for some details regarding the porting request like UPC code, ARC address etc. I provided all details hoping a positive action from customer care. However to my disappointment again, no action was taken from Airtel, rather I was just asked to wait for 7 working days after the application . I replied back on that indicating I was writing to them because the ARC was unable to initiate the porting request and they need some help. However, I got the same response... wait for 7 days. THIRD FAILURE.

                                    4. After waiting for 7 days, I wrote back on 20th September asking for any status. I got a response that they were not able to find any history for my number and I need to contact the ARC.

                                    So at the end, I am back to square one. The same cycle repeats itself. No action from anyone, only waste of time. I don't understand that even a private organization like Airtel who is such a big brand by itself has this pathetic customer service, what should I expect from the government organizations. This is pity that Airtel is not even prompt enough to take any action even to get a new customer.

                                    As of 22nd September 2013 - No status change, I am still with the old service provider.

                                    Hi Team, Any update in this issue? It has been over a week and I have not heard back anything on this yet.
                                    What is the point of having "Airtel Presence"? It was of no help in my case. They just called me up, I explained the issue again to them and that's it.. nothing happened.. no action at all... really useless and pathetic service...

                                      Hi, I had airtel broadband connection number "[protected]", in noida. This connection was not working properly from so many days, so i put a complaint with reference no. "31088152" dated "06/Aprl/2013". But as airtel technical executives couldn't fix this issue, so i put another disconnection request on 08/Apr/2013 at 23:24 PM { The reference number for this request is "31164138" }. But even calling multiple times they didn't inform me about my final bill amount & kept charging for subsequent months. I was very much harassed which you can see from below attached mails. Then after so many months, i received a call from airtel executtive to pay Rs478/- to get my connection disconnected, and committed me to pay NOC after 2 days. I paid the amount and then executive didn't picked any of my call. I also called customer care and sent mails as well. But they didn't respond for more than 2 months. Now again they are saying that my connection is still active and again started calling and harassing me. I hope this forum will help me out from this mess.
