[Resolved] Airtel Broadband / IPTV — POOR QUALITY RECEPTION/SERVICE | |||
DEAR SIR, For the last one month we are facing problem with Broadband/ IPTV ,as well we have been trying to lodge a complaint with Airtel but always the lines are busy/ netwok is busy. The complaint we wanted to lodge is poor quality of sound in IPTV and internet has gone too slow even sometimes it stops working. If there is any problem within the or inside machines are we to suffer. Please also let me have a reply that are we laible to make payment this month's bill. yours Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Rakesh,
Please suggest if request for new connection would be a good idea.
As i know new connection can be activated in 24hrs as you people have more concentration towards, new connection.
I have all the instrument from previous connection.
Will this help me to get quick connection.

airtel broadband ip tv — all poor service
mera name jugal kishore hai mainen[protected] ko airtel ka ip tv and broadband connection apply kiya jo ki mere ko kaha gaya ki aap ka connection[protected] ko laga diya jaega jo ki 3-9-2011 ko laga manein with std connection book kiya tha airtel nein std nahin diya mainen 3-9-2011 ko compleint kiya airtel nein 4 hours ka waqt diya jo ki inhone nahien kiya 4-9-2011 ko IInd compleint14.15 baje ki jiska no 693109 hai next 4 hours mein bhi nahien std start hui IIIrd compleint 18.40 baje ki inho ne dobara 4 hours ka time diya airtel broadband connection 28 hours mein bhi std start nahien karwai main airtel say bahut pareshan ho gaya hun please mera jo paisa airtel ko 1750 rs diya tha wapis dilwaiye thank,s42%

AIRTEL Broadband/IPTV — Poor service
I am facing an issue with the service provided by airtelOn 2nd July, I requested to airtel to shift my connection from Delhi to Dwarka.
From last 20 days I am just listening commitment from customer care and nothing happened with with the shifting. I am planning to request to disconnect my IPTV & DSL connection as it is taking too long.
I was not expecting such poor service from AIrtel.
My request no. 358052 is pending since 2nd july.
