Some 10 days back, I registered a complaint agasint AirTel Show Room Chanapora Srinagar, who deliberately or due to negligence deleted my M.No. [protected], but I did not receive any reply from your side whether you have forwarded my complaint to the concerned or not. However I again reproduce my complaint again with this hope that I must get Justice. Sir, I am Manager J & K Bank Chadoora and I am using this Airtel No. [protected] since last 6 or 7 years and as a matter of fact my number is used as official number and circulated among large section of customers as well as official level connected with my job. Sir, on 4th of Jan2011 I went to Airtel ShowRoom Chanapora and filled prescribed form and deposited Rs. 500/- with them as demanded for conversion of this number into postpaid one, and they assured me that within 4 or days your no will be converted into post paid, but after 10 days I came again and asked them why my no. has not not been converted so far..they requested me to give us some 2 days more…. Then again I informed them after 5 days ….. again & again I visted their office but all in vain…..After that my number stopped working and I again went to showroom and insisted them that please give me back my Rs. 500/- and keep my no. as prepaid as it was earlier and finally they assured me that within 3 days your number will be restored.But contiously mynumber comes as “does not exist†for last 15 days. I have met a heavy losses due to their ill attitude and gross negligence. NOW through your forum I claim for loss of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two lacs) from Airtel to compensate my business setback,weaken my reputation and respect among my organization and valuable clients.
I expect best response from your side . I know I may not be constrained to use other legal procedures agsint them

I have put Port In request in Airtel via a local agency LRK Groups, New Delhi on Jul 04, 2014. These guys took 250/- in advance in terms of security deposit which is still OK.
I got n number of calls in one month till Aug 04, 2014 stating that they are facing some challenges and every times these guys will demand certain details, which become so irritating when it starts coming twice a day.
Finally I got port out message from my current operator on Aug 04, 2014 and accidentally I was hospitalized because of my face surgery and I was unable to talk. These airtel buggers did not activate my Sim stating n number of reasons.
Even being in hospital, I was out of touch from every body. Then also I am following up with these guys to activate my number but till date no luck. I am being tourchered like anything and every time I calls their customer care they hang up on me and I never gets a reply.
