Hi,
we are using more than 1 year of dth service from airtel ,
In my current package I am satisfied with current list of channels,
So I recharged for 1 year, when I recharged for 1 year suddenly they disconnect one of my favourite channel number(517) (Aditya) without any notice, I called to customer care but they are telling like the cost of the channel is high so we disconnect the channel.what is the mean of I recharged for one year,
somebody suggest for this ,,,,,

because the is poor and shame full customer serving..... while calling to customer care on 198 or 121..... the will simply cut the call or ,,, not responding the customer query....
while i ask to transfer the call to superior the will cut the call...
