[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Raised a request to disconnect, conveyed free subscription

Hi,
I raised a request to disconnect my airtel Broadband connection since for every 3 to 4 months they are increasing the prices as 100/- every time.After arose a request i took another network datacard. But they asked to retain the connection with first montly rental plan itself. Even myself also dont want to disconnect airtel broadband. But they are increasing the prices making burdon to me. But i already took another connection for 3 months cost. So i asked i can't pay bill for 3 months, since already i have another network. so they said there is another option for 3 months free waiver with 2GB limited data. But i said i can't pay bill for 3 months. so they accepted for that. Last month i got a bill saying 568/- need to pay. By raising a complaint they waived it and asked me to send a mail to waive the bill every month, since there is a system problem to auto waive. So this month i got a bill of amount 448/-. So i send a mail a week before. But still the amount does not waived. Please check this and let me know how can i proceed. The request id to disconnect is 35218204. my landline number is [protected]. and my mobile no. is [protected].

Otherwise u have to disconnect when i raised the ticket and this 448 is not the excess amount of previous month bill. it is current bill amount. check my account if you want.
