I have been trying to get an issue of Excess Billed resolved with Airtel but no one seams to take any on the same and finally they have bared my Airtel Services due to non payment of bills but I have tried all the possible ways to convince them that I am ready to pay my bill but that needs to be corrected but everytime they promise me that someone will get in touch with me but that never happens.
It started initially when i have asked for change in my Bill plan and got activated an ISD calling Plan of Rs 45 based on that I should be billed at the rate of Rs 2.90 Per/Min for all the calls to USA but they have charged me @6.40 Per/Min and finally they are telling me that there is no such ISD Calling plan exists but the fact is that when i was making those ISD calls to USA my international Calling was not active and i was only allowed to make International calls to USA only.
Below are the mails which i have send so far to Customer Case, New friends Colony FSO Executive where i have visited lately and even to the Nodal officer but no one has replied even by saying that they will look into it.

It’s been more than 20 days I am running out from back and fro from Customer care and billing department and no one seems to rectify the discrepancy which I have in my bill. On an average I have made more than 15-20 calls since Sept 30th in order to get this rectified but it’s still pending and finally I have got this mail address and hoping this time that someone will act into it.
I will really appreciate that if you can look into the Call details which I have made in the past, since it’s a very long story now.
Hoping to get a response this time else I have to reach consumer forum for justification.

I am writing this mail hoping that someone is reading this mail and Airtel do care about their customer and there time which they spend over the phone while talking to Customer Care representatives which eventually is a waste of time.
The First time I called in the Customer Support I requested for a ISD Calling Plan for US for Rs 45 needs to be activated on my number and the change in the Plan to 444 and I got a call back from your Sales Department for the confirmation of same but on the last bill which I didn’t received on either my mail or Printed copy on my address shows that I am being charged @ of 6.40 instead of some Rs 3 which has been conveyed to me when I made the request for the activation of ISD 45 Pack.
Also I called in for more than 3 times on 30th September night and requested for the correction of the same and also confirmed with the Customer Care representative that whether or not my ISD services for US will be active or not while I am on roaming and they did said Yes but that was not the case.
Moving forward I called up the Customer Care Center while I was on roaming and asked them to look on the issue why I am not able to make the ISD calls to US they said its active but every time I tried calling in it I was getting a message “ This service is not enabled on your number”. And whenever I asked for some senior person or supervisor they either hang up or said that they don’t have any supervisor available. That even happened today when I was talking to a representative named Rajendra who was not even willing to give me a Case number or neither wants to transfer this call to anyone. Finally I got a Case number[protected] which I am not sure is correct or not.
Below are the list of open items which I want to be taken care of ASAP.
1) Need a copy of my current Bill(Detailed) on my mail as well a hard copy to be mailed in to my Billing address
2) Need a resolution on my current billing Discrepancy
3) Whether or not I will be able to made ISD Calls to US in future while on roaming or not, if not then why ?

AirTel — Termination Of no. without any reason
Respested sir,Iam Mamta R. Shah. My prepaid no. is [protected]. I was using this no. from last 5-6 years. On 17th september 2009, my no. has been disconnected without any reason
I had made several complains at customer care and visit gallaries of boriwali. kandivali & bandra many times but didn't get concrete result. Atlas i went to Head office( lower parel)with the hope that i got my no. back but the the thing goes otherwise.
At first visit they told me " your no. has been deleted from prepaid acoount & is under process for conversion to postpaid" But the fact is i had not made any request or had not sent any documents for conversion to post paid. They told me to wait for few days & i do
At second visit they told me " someone else wants postpaid connection and might mistakely your no.is entered" i told hom to give the details of the distributor who has taken request for the conversion of other person but he said he is unauthorised to do so. He told me to wiat untill conversion& i again i do
Still my no. is not activated so i visit again. At third visit they said " your no. does not match with the name & address for conversion and as the verification for conversion failed, your no . is still disconnected" i wait for few days more
At fourth visit they told " your no. has been permanently terminated and been issued to someone else" i told him to call on the no. & try to convience the person to give the no. back but he said he is unauthorised to do so.
I still keep patience and call on that no. On calling , i come to know that the no. was now used by Ms Geeta residing at Andheri. I told her whole issue & request her to give my no. back but she refuses to do so. The distributor from whom Ms Geeta has buy the card call me and rudly said " you has no right to disturb my customer, if you had any problem than registered it at gallary"
No one is here to help me out. I was just moving from one gallary to another, waiting there for 30-40 min but still not get favourable response.
My no. carries balance of Approx RS 250 and message recharge of RS 102 is also activated. Who is going to pay all this? Why should i suffer for Companies mistake? I dont know where my mistake was? Without any reason my card has been terminated and is now used by someone else, is it justified? I was using the card for 5-6 years so suffer from financial and social loss as my clients and relatives has this no.
What i want is the no. which i lost because of companies mistake. I want a confirmation mail which suggest that the no. [protected] belongs to me and is mistakely deleted by your side.It might help me out to convience Ms Geeta to surrender the no.to me. I want the details of distributor or person who is responsible for all the mess.
I hope now i dont have to go anywhere and get my no. back soon. Thank you in anticipation of your favourable reply.
