I'm a airtel prepaid customer & have 2 airtel sims & both are campus card nos. As per the campus card policy, call from any campus card no. To any other campus card no. Is 10 paise, & from past couple of days i'm getting charged at normal rate, i. E., 1 ruppee/minute. I have been following up for long now & continiously but with the wrong ppl i suppose.
I have experienced the most cheapest & useless customer care ever, the up customer care by the no. 1 service provider in mobiles, i just dont understand what & who made it no. 1, i'm really sorry that such a company with this pathetic customer service executives is no. 1, i think all [censored]s work in thr...
1. The executives dont know thr job!
2. The executives dont listen to customers
3. The executives dont have any idea abt the product
4. The executives dont have & floor supervisor or team leader
5. Incase thr is a tl or flr. Sup. Thy are having dinner/lunch or not on thr seat or busy with some other customer & finally in meeting even at night 1 am. (Joke by airtel itself)
6. May be airtel is not having any control over its executives & staff over them who are very easily fooling thr customer by giving any false update.
7. The executives dont want to understands the customers problem, bt wnt to keep the phn asap. May be that will lead to thr efficient customer service executive.
8. Every executive gives different update, bt no one is interested to listen to the problem wht customer is saying. (Airtel employees making fun of thr own company which pays them, how good is that) finally the executives will shutdown ur ivr so that u cant make any call to the customer service (Thats how airtel works).
9. The executives will tell u that they have made a note of what u r complaining bt wont provide you any complaint no. (Which clearly shows that they dont generate a complaint in thr system)
10. The airtel arc (Airtel relationship centre) why the hell have they opened so many arc's i dont understand, coz i[censored] go in any arc thr systems are down, how good is that now?
11. Bloody the useless & the cheapest & the up customer service is provided by airtel.
12. Its really shameful & embarrasing for the customers that the company which calls itself no. 1 is providing such pathetic service.

I am Sulakshana Maitra and unfortunately this is my second formal complaint against your company in the last 10 years o[censored]sing Airtel as my mobile operator.
Recently, on 27th of April, to be precise, I opted for a corporate connection. Now since I had already purchased an Airtel no. a few months back, I wanted the same no. to be converted into a post paid since the whole world has the same number. Therefore a request was forwarded. I work for IBM, and as per your welcome letter received by me, my plan is SELECT 199, which I believe is a special offer for IBM employees. Thats where my issues all began. The number took 2 weeks instead of 2 working days to be converted. Along with that, there were hundreds of other obstacles. Somehow, I was able to get the no. converted to a post paid. Now, it doesn't end there.
As the address proof, I submitted a lease agreement which states my fathers name and the address where we are staying. Now, currently and for the past 24 years, I have been living with my parents and in Delhi, we have shifted houses in Chittaranjan Park, during our 18 years of stay here. I have submitted my Drivers License and my Passport as a supporting document which has my fathers name as well.
I had explained to the representative umpteen number of times that I am still staying with my parents and we have currently shifted to a rented flat, so I have submitted my passport as a supporting document. I was told that it is fine. But few days later, I am continuously receiving calls on my number saying that I have to submit a document with my name as the Person staying in that address.
What alarms me most is that I have been able to change my ICICI bank address without any problem with the same set of documents. I have just had my address changed in the bank so I will have to wait another quarter to receive the statement. I have currently started working and I am still living with my parents. I cannot submit any document which has my name currently mentioned for this address. Why am I having to give so many documents when someone has already come and verified in this same address and my mother has signed the paper??
This is absolutely no way. I feel that the executives are acting like uneducated people and not being able to understand this thing logically.
I am sure the person who reads this mail is educated enough to understand what I am talking about. If nothing works out, which I think should not happen if you have understood what I am saying, I am ready to submit an Airtel Broadband Bill, but that will have my FATHERS NAME.
I expect a very prompt revert with a solution from your side. Else I would be compelled to take this up with other authorities.
