Dear Airtel,

This is quite disgusting that ever since i submitted the request( recieved at Wega Centre with all relevent documents, Pune on 6.8.08)for the transfer of 2 numbers belonging to earlier BM of my company to my name...i have been running pillar to post for a solution.

sms 69602

Rs. 25/- charges against sms sent to 69602 which was not sent from my mobile. Another Rs.3 were charged agaist sms sent to 779. These nos. not pertaining to me but charged by Airtel....

very slow download speed @3.24kbps

i have an internet connection of airtel plan 499 unlimited speed @ 64 kbps.which is sufficient for me .problem is that, for 50 mb file it is taking more than 6 hour downloading @3.24 kbps. i talked to service executive at no. 121. they told me that there is problem in under water line from U.K. & U.s.a, & every body is facing same problem, now i just want to know that is there any provision to get any reversal of funds from the service...

Inferior Set Top Box and picture quality

I had bought Airtel Digital TV connection on 16th Dec 2008 paying Rs.3500. On 18th of Dec 2008 the Set top Box stopped working totally afetr one day of installation. No indoor Coverage

Dear sir, I hav given many complaints to customer care regarding no network coverage inside house. but airtel customercare has stuck to a SLANG " WE APOLOGISE FOR YOUR INCONVIENCE". Zero Rental Mobile Ofice Not Activated

I placed a request around Dec to activate the 0 rental mobile office plan. They activated the wrong plan.
On the 9th of December I called to have them change it to the 0 rental plan. They deactivated Mobile office and did not activate it again. Since then I call at least 3 times a day and they keep promising me they will get it activated. I am frustrated with their service....
