I bought a new Sony Ericsson mobile K530i 3 days back. I checked its working with my dad's airtel sim, and it worked well. 2 days ago, I bought my own sim from Airtel. unnecessary payment calls

Installation & poor service response

I have a huge complaint again Airtel Digital TV. I purchased it on 20th Dec and I was told the installation will be done the same day at 8 PM. But no body turned up for the installation.
