AirTel — Fusion Lounge, Animation

I never have subscribed for Fusion Lounge, Animation on Airtel WAP, nor my WAP A/C is showing any such subscription, however the company is charging Rs. 15/- every month from my account. I also have complained this to airtel nodal officer of karnataka region. But they're charging me. What should I do? How could I deactivate this subscription? I'm getting the link to Unsubscribe this service. Please Help..
