I, Ramloganathan, using Airtel Prepaid connection (Mob:No:[protected]) in Maharashtra State. Last 11th January 2009, evening 06:32P:M, I received one message from Airtel that "Your monthly subscription of Airtel FriendzChat hasbeen renewed for Rs25 " and the same time Rs25 deducted from my account. But till now, I'm not activated/use that facility. So immediately I contact the customer care and enquired about this. Then after they assured me to refund my amount within 4hrs, and this 25Rs was automatically credited into my account.
After that 25th January 2009 night 9:00PM, I got the same msg and again 25Rs deducted from my account. This time also I contact the customer care but they told "You are not deactivate" this facility. so the amount deducted. It will not be refund.
My question is "If one person want to deactivate such facility, before that if he activate it". But One person not using/activate such facility, How can he deactivate?
Can Airtel give explanation regarding this matter?

plugtosurfwist — cancellation of my internet connection
I would to close my internet connection as i m not need full . please disconnect my tataindicom internet connection with effect from 14 july2008. After then im not liable to any payment with this regard .This is kind information for your nessecary action.Hopping for a positive response.
