Dear Airtel, As i'm using Airtel postpaid SimCard [protected] from 2 Years from last 2 months i'm not getting the signal inside my Home so please do clear my issue as v three persons are using airtel in same home it as became a big issues with our girl friends, so please try resolve this issue.My address is #321, 16th A main, jayanagara 4th 'T' block, Bangalore and another two numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I am facing serious problem with Airtel signal, since from more than 3 years, since it was difficult to change my no., thanks to MNP I could retain my number now and could change to new service provider, I am now shifting to Vodafone from Airtel. The Airtel signal at my place in Vasanth Nagar Colony, near JNTU, Kukatpally is wrost. There is no signal at all at my home. I tried complaining and there was no resolution till now. If airtel atleast solve the problem it is good for them or they loose customer already..

Airtel has oversubscribed and does not care about its customers anymore.
Simple example, in Bangalore - heart of the city there are at least 25-30 blind spots and the response has been rather pathetic and they even closed the case without solving the actual problem.
Strangely enough, they claim that they have the lowest signal drop rate.
I hope Mr SBM is keen about service to customers - which they claim to be all about.
i am just waiting my organization to decide on the new vendor and i will move on!!!

AirTel — Signal Problem
Dear SirMy Mobile NO. is [protected]. There is a Problem (voice drooping)
of all Incoming and outgoing Call When We receive or make any call the voice is not clear getting then we change more then three mobile handset but problem is same. I think it's a problem of bad signal but we have anther airtel SIM that's working fine. In this location airtel Tower is less then 0.5 km through air. also if somebody call me then he or she reply me your mobile is switch off. we are unable to contact 121&198 due to bad service. every time it's say on last movement " Airtel me call karne ke liye dhayabaad"before connecting the customer representative

I am also facing the same signal problem. I am facing frequently disconnections and voice breaking issues
I have 5 connections inluding airtel 3g, i closed 3g and other 2 numbers due to signal problem. I given complaints many times but no use. I am planning to move vodafone. Worst service from airtel.

I am C.SUDALAI SURESH, L & T - Manager, Tollplaza, in Chennai (near REDHILLS).
I am facing more problems due to signal problem (the signal is not getting continue).
Another AIRTEL SIM using persons and all getting full signal .
I already booked the compliant for two times to Customer care (before 15 days), Still the problem is not solve.
Now, i am deciding to change the SIM, because of this problem ( Airtel to another company SIM).
What can i do?

1.The SIM taken time, i was in Dharmapuri (near Salem, Tamilnadu), Now i am in Redhills-near Chennai (got transfer). My both Number having same problem.

a. 38691450 dt 26/7/11 ,
b. 39338426 dt.01/09/11
c. 39638146 dt 18/09/11,
d. 39720937 dt 22/09/11 .
But every time they promise that the service people will visit my place & check , but it is sorry to say that despite of so many complaints neither any anybody have contacted us nor the problem is yet rectified. A lot of official communication has to be made from my house to the company and due to the signal problem I have to face a lot of complaints from my seniors, which will definitely be effect on my appraisal.
It is requested you to please look into this problem & get it solved at earliest.

i have trouble to facing this problems in 5 years , mostly worst network in my area , its signal problem , there is big revenue street , i think the revenue is minimum 10lacs to 12lacs , but no network coverage , ena koduma sir ithu

I understand that Airtel TV is facing issues for the past 2 days.
But still today I am waiting patiently speaking to your executives. But today when I tried to call your executive as the problem still exists, the response I got is very bad with no proper reason the executive is demanding money to rectify the issue. When I asked the reference number, she tried to put the call on hold and tried to avoid. Only after waiting for longtime, I was forwarded to 2 other persons and finally the escalation team, where I got the reference number.

Kindly investigate the call and let me know what's theaction taken. I am very much unhappy with this kind of behavior given byAirtel.
