[Resolved]  Airtel — Deactivation of hello tune

I did not opt for hello tune for my sim.
But it has automatically activated.
I am trying to deactivate.

I want to deactivate my callertune kindly please do so

This is very unfortunate that lot of people r suffering bcoz of greedy interest of all private telephone service providers. All of these companies are looting customers money in different mean. It it very strange that no one in this country to control such stupid service providers. TRAI is also just working as mask.
In my suggestion if Indian government really interested for customers interest, than it sud ease complain system, basically in every service provider customer care there sud an TRAI counter to take for costumers interest. Airtel is on top to loot the people.

I activte hello tune on my mobile in december. but now i want to deactivate it. but no body of airtel custmer care tell me procedure to deactivate it.and i send the massage for stop the hello tune on[protected]. and now My hello tune subscription is renew after every 10 days.and please deactivate my hello tune.

Dial[protected] and press 1 and again press 1. This will deactivate ur caller tune. I tried this just now and it worked.

There is no langaguage choose option on deactivating hello tunes. The IVR talks only in Kanada. Is it done knowingly to ignore this request?

The best way to deactivate ur caller tune is to dial *678#. I jus tried it, and it worked..

Airtel Prepaid Card — Deactivation of callertune

[protected] this is my no and you have have activated callertune without any action or
any instructions as to that effect. I am also unable to get throught your costumer care executive.
I need to deactivate callertune and also expecting reimbursement of last two months callertune
charges.
