[Resolved]  Airtel — Deactivation of hello tune

Thank you all who suggest[protected] for hello tune service...this works...

I did not opt for hello tune for my sim.
But it has automatically activated. It is not the 1st, It is happened 3rd times repeatedly...

i dont knw why a company like airtel doing this type of cheap trick to customers...
seems nobody is using airtel now... thatsy they trying to rob money of customer by this type of tricks...

this is sunil i want to deactivate my collor tune From this Number (Mobile No.[protected]). i try 121 many times but there is some problum in your system after choosing deactivate option it not be prosess and discannect.
i also try to talk your castumar care excutive but anable to talk.

kindly help me to deactivate hello tune since i have not activated it thank yu

I HAVE TRIED A LOT TO DEACTIVATE MY HELLLO TUNE ON MY NO. i. e [protected], even i called many of the times on the no. of customer care but haven't got any satisfactory reply...................So its an request to u kindly look into this matter n make my hello tune to be deactivated before 2nd july 2010......

I have same problem with airtel, that on my SIM automatically subscribed hello tune servce and they deducted my balance. I tryed to call customer care but they are not helping to me.
what can I do? would I throw out my SIM card of Airtel?

Actually oversightly my son attend call and once again on one button , suddenly Rupees 15 less in my account. I came to know that it was caller tune call. Sir actually I done want caller tunes in my cell . so please cancel the caller tune in above mentioned No by immediate action without fail . Airtel — caller tune deactivation

The above Mentioned Service Provider has activated Caller Tune service without my knowledge causing an inconvenience . i want the same service to be deactivated within 24 hrs for the following number [protected]

Airtel — Caller tune not getting deactivated

Airtel is cheating customers. We have spoken to customer care 4 times over the last 10 days for deactivation of a caller tune that we did not opt for and came of its' own.

Reference numbers are

[protected]th August.

The caller tune is a voice of a lady who threatens callers against calling up failing which she would complain to the police.

It is extremely irritating that this caller tune has not got deactivated despite logging a complaint four times. Each time we are given an assurance that it will be deactivated in 4 working hours and this problem is still continuing.

Can you please help, if possible.
