Airtel,
I have airtel connection, number [protected] since march 2003 as postpaid corporate connection, I have no single remark of late payment till date,
during Arpil 2007 i converted post paid connectio to prepaid connection as i moved to london,
After my return in the month of Arpil 2008, I want to convert the same number to post paid on IBM corporate Plan,
I went airtel outlet near seshadripuram college, provide Address proof, company ID proof, with deposit of Rs 300,
After 10 days, suddenly my mobile was showing up with error - Sim card not registered, When i called customer care i was informed service was disonnected due to address verrification fault, in the address proff provided my correct address is
161 EWS, 5th Cross, 2nd Main, KHB colony, basaveswara Nagar, Bangalore - 79.
But the verification person who cam eto my residence has written the address as
16 EWS, 5th Cross, 2nd Main, KHB colony, basaveswara Nagar, Bangalore - 79. which is not my mistake, again my service was disconncted without my knowledge, when called cust care for almost 5- 6 times i was infromed its due to address vertifcation,
Again a person came to my office & residence for verification, same evening service was disonnected, when i called cust care again said i have given credit card bank statment, i need to provide any government document for verification, even after all this mess, i went to airtel outlet in Basaveswara nagar & provide them rationcard copy & asked them to reactivate the service but i got very worst service there...even i asked the person to convetr it as prepaid immediatly so that no verification required ...again airtel guy in basaveswara nagar seemed very immature & doesnot seem to understand my problem,
Inspite of this experince, I work in respectable position in my company, when people are unable to reach my mobile due to these service problems it defnetly spoils my image in the company
Now please suggest,
AIRTEL ADVANCE RENTAL POST PAID CONNECTION — EXCESS BILLING
DEAR SIR,I AM HAVING ADVANCED RENTAL SCHEME POST PAID CARD OF AIRTEL AND I AM GETTING TOO MUCH EXCESS BILL SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS. I AM NOT GETTING ANY CLARIFICATION FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER.
FURTHER WITHOUT ANY FURTHER KNOWLEDGE YOUR SYSTEM ACTIVATING DIFFERENT DIFFERENT SERVICES WHICH IS OUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
NOW IN DEC-2007 BILLS I HAVE NOT MADE MORE INTERNATIONAL CALLS EVEN THEN I AM RECEIVEING BILL FOR RS,1400/- WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME, AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE IT IS AROUND 500/- TO 600/-RS. NOT MORE THAN THAT BUT I DONT KNOW WHY I AM GETTING SUCH EXCESS BILL.
NOW IF I WILL GET ANY EXCESS BILL IN JANUARY 2008 I WILL DISCONNECT YOUR CONNECTION AND I WILL COMPLAIN IN CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER.
I AM PAYING YOUR BILL REGULARLY YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOKINTO THE MATTER AND GIVE ME THE CLARIFICATION.
YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
