[Resolved]  Airtel — change my plan

I am Mr.R.K. Soni employee of State Bank Of India want to change my broadband plan from 699-549.
As we are getting excess bill amount with the inclusion of phone bill. So kindly change my broadband plan as concerned to my request.

Sir aap ke yahase bina Intimetion deye mera Police Plan Change huaa hai. Aur binaa inform kiye mera plan local plan diya hai, sir atleast inform kiya hota to shayad mai alert hota, sir mai request karta hu ki plz mera plan police plan me conververt karna hai, sir jo plan muze diya gaya hai who plan bhoat costly hai airtel to other .75 paisa but sir muze airtel to airtel .10 paisa tik rehega, plz mera plan change karna hai

I am maniraj annotiya this connection is activated to my elder brother deshraj annotiya id.sir we are the very old customer.
I had an airtel broadband connection for which my user id is [protected]_mp and my connection number is[protected]
Sir i wanted to deactivate this new connection 699-Topup limited which was activated on 30-july-2010 and i want to activate 699-supersaver unlimited connection which I am using before since last 1 year.
Sir we are requesting you to activate my older connection. so if this cannot be happend so we are requesting to disconnection our connnection.
From[protected] to 3-9-2010 our netconnection was also not properly working .

So please help me out

AirTel — Changing my plan

i have purchased my sim card before 3 1/2 years back my service name is airtel friends my number is [protected]
now 3 days back they are changing my plan without inform me
i have called 3-4 times to customer care but three different answer are coming from them
1 day i called to customer care they told me ur plan is changed will convert it back within 24 hr
2day they are told me to recharge of Rs 41 then it will convert to friends
3day customer care told me ur service has expired now it is atomatically converted to regular plan
i asked that person how u will change my service without inform me so they are saying we send sms to all people regarding that but i told i have not received any message
customer care persons are not co-operating they are saying sorry for that thats it
is this the way to handle customer they are not even send the message before start and stop the service

AirTel — changed my plan

From 4 years I am using Airtel friends card. on 24th october 2011 company changed my plan to normal plan.
on 1st customer care call representative told me that the friends plan validity is expired to continue Recharge with 110rs. recharge.
i have done the recharge but no change of plan now .
i tried to call cc again now they blocked my number from cc calling.
i want to get back my friends plan
