As i have been using this no. from past 7 years as a prepaid customer and after checking the feasebility and knowing about its transfer to a postpaid connection is possible , i applied and submitted the required document and fees as applied. they gave me a time period for procedure as 24hrs. which was further extended to 72 hrs. and continued till date .

As speaking n number of times to the customer care executive as well as the supervisor of airtel customer care (call centre) the problem has not been resolved as well as, the behaviour with the customer is reluctant and very unprofessional. it has only caused loss and uncomfortability in my business.

therefore, i would request for a suggestion and solution in order to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

AirTel — Conversion from prepaid to post paid connection

I have an airtel connection and using it since 2003. Now that i wish to get it converted to post paid from pre- paid, i am being denied. The reason they are stating is the connection is not in your name. I had bought the connection from the local vendor, and supposedly he has submitted the requisite document to another number. I am also not being informed whom is the number registered to. So i cannot use the post paid service with my old number.

sir, i have visited numbers of time to your customer care centre sector 35 chandigarh to get convert my prepaid connection to postpaid connection. repeatedly, i have been informed that new sim is not available. my prepaid mobile phone no. is [protected]. it is also added here that i am previously using this number as postpaid in my wife name iqbal kaur...pl. help
I'm using a tamilnadu airtel sim([protected]). I want to change my prepaid to postpaid. i enquired the detail in trichy airtel showroom. they told not possible to convert due to your area is in out of coverage. but in my native airtel tower is there. pls revert my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) My no is [protected]
