This is to bring your attaention & feed back to you about the renderence of Poorest service of a Airtel complaint cell toll free no 198. I am having a problem regarding the deduction of Rs. 1.20 per call from my Mobile no. where as I have opted for per paisae per second on my mobile no. When I have spoken to call center officer on toll free no. he forwarded the call to higher official which does not responded, This happened several times. Mr. Kohli I am reminding you that now this is time of Mobile Portability n in this kind of services, how you can retain your subscribers, I really have a pitty for Airtel. You are requested to take appropiate action regarding this matter to concerned asap

Whenever I'Ll make a complaint to you, someone from customer care cell looks after my complaint. But it is really very sorry to say you that repeteadlly Money is deducted from my Airtel Number.
In this no. we I have took up recharge for internet for one month in which 2GB download is free, But Rs. 33 + Rs 9 is upfront deducted after running internet connectionas on 28 Aug & 31 Aug 2010 respectively.
I'll make call to Mobile No. [protected], but concerned cell no. is not ready to pick up the phone. Therefore request you to kindly take the appropriate action asap.

AirTel — Games download from Airtel Live
HI,During Last month, i got messages from Airtel Live stating that i have downloaded some game from Airtel Live and i am charged Rs.99.So i called customer care immediately. The Rep said they cant do anything now until the bill is generated.But i kept getting these messages everyday. Someday i would get one messages some day i would get two.everytime i complained i got the same response that is to call them after bill got generated. So totally for the month of january i got around 13 messages.
Finally they took up the complaint and they are saying i have only downloaded and they cant waiver the charges. I have an Android Phone and i can use Java games so there i no point in me downloading java games. And not only that i dont know how to access Airtel Live also. I tried telling this but they r saying i have only downloaded.
Sometime i used to wake up in the morning and get i would have got this message late at night after i slept. How is it possible for me download games while i sleep??
Please look into this issue. I have a postpaid connection and my number is [protected].
They have charged around Rs.1000 in my bill
