I am a subscriber of Airtel broadband and Landline and have been facing excess charge issues in my bill for past three months. Every month I am assured by the customer care exec that action will be taken and I am slapped with a new charge in the next bill.

Not blocking the IMEI of stolen mobile

Illegitimate billing on cancellation request

It has been highly unprofessional on Airtel's part when I initiated the process for closing of my Airtel broadband connection in Noida.
