Call charges are Rs12/min. Two calls were made on the same day.
One at 8:39:18am and another at 8:40:32am to 5664474 on the 1st of Jan 2011.
The 1st call was charged Rs1080 for 1hr 30 mins.
The 2nd call was charged Rs36 for 2 mins 37 sec....

I am not able to send SMS on Toll Free No's from my Airtel No.
I still have a balance of Rs0.35 (which is almost zero as per condition mentioned on Daily Newspaper Times of India and Navbharat times) but still i am not able to send SMS on TOLL FREE NO. 1900

We took a DTH TV connection from Airtel DTH and the customer ID is [protected] in the name of Vivek Gautam / Charu Sharma. This connection stopped receiving signals nearly a week back. It has been a nightmare to get a resolution from Airtel. I have been a customer of Airtel (Broadband Service) for the past 3 years. I happened to notice a new and a better plan and wanted to switch onto the new plan.
