last 6 months the airtel deduting my money from my balance .i have complain about this but no one take action. so i am sorry to say sir that i am going to consumer court . my mobile number is [protected]

cl the customer srivce wnted to knw abt the aitel 3 perpaid card was spking to sandeep n anup they hung up on me was getting wired msgs frm a unkwn # wnted to knw whoz # is tht didnt help me ver very rude on the cl when ask fr the sup they hung up thrice... thn ask fr the solution they ask me to go the the airtel ofc at this hr sd they cldnt help n thn hup agn req fr sup 3 time nvr respnd rally bad srvice vit airtel cnt hlep ur customers really sick o[censored]sing this # ... coz u ppl relly not wothrcalling when u ppl cnt help ur customer n will make sure will complin to the consumer beaure as well fr this coz when we customers are in need u ppl dnt help us nw im feeling like a fool tht i hv a aitel # which is of no use will make sure will ask all my frndz n reltive to take a new srivce with some comny bt not airtel ever

I would like u to say tat i gotta airtel prepaid card by a ur fellow airtel dealer...the number is[protected] i had submitted the proof details twice... Den my incoming & outgoing calls were blocked...wen i complaining it they said tat we r upgrading our computers n we cant give u any information now..so pls call sometime...although they continue it for a week... Now my card shows tat NO SERVICE it seems to be registration failed... I need my number back...will 'airtel' repay for my card... I wish u to response immediately... Or else i write up it for media...and definitely it will harder for Airtel to bear it...
I have been subscriber of Air Tel mobile serive. My. no. is [protected]. I have been asking for amout outstanding against my number for the last two months. The bills are paid by my employer. It seems the bill is outstanding for the last six months but Air Tel did not bother me in spite of repeated follow ups to inform me the outstanding details. At last the service is disconnected by the company and then they inform me my out standing details. Contacting customer service officer is a night mare. Either they are not reachable or they keep you on hold for more than required. Never respond back on time. This is absolutely unprefessional way of doing business.
i was demanding for increasing speed of my broad band connection from 3 months .i m in plan of 499 p/month presntly(speed 64 kbps).i was reuesting to put me in plan of 600 rs for month (speed -128 kbps).my phone no is.[protected]. pl start my plan as soon as possible.if not possible then give me a new connection by disconnecting my old connection.

This is Rajesh Bhatta. I have adequate land in Katihar Bihar. As Katihar is a small village but people are using Airtel connections as well but the problem is the connectivity and we have less Airtel Tower near our area.

Apropos this if you need land to install your tower please let me know, that we can discuss for the same for the installation of Airtel Tower so that people feel free to talk to the loved ones free of hassles.

i hav your prepaid lifetime card. and after deactiving GPRS, last 3 days the airtel deduting my money from my balance .i have complain about this but no one take action. so i am sorry to say sir that i am going to consumer court . my mobile number is [protected]
when i spoke to your exucative he told me that my amount was going to refund me within 24 hours. that day was friday. last day i again called exucative he told me the time dura to return balance is 48 hr. yet i dint get any balance.
the hight of all that when i recharge my account today again the charge of one day deduct. exucative is not available now. stop to cutting my balance

i hav your prepaid lifetime card. I am last 5-7days the try send sms GPRSACT type send 511 number, but replay "YOUR ACTIVATION FAILURE TRY THE AFTER SOMETIME" and me against try 15-20 time but same replay. i calling your airtel excutive 10-15 time but not action my claim

Here, I am Dr.amiruddin my prepaid mobile no. [protected] last five days my balance gone nil without any calling from my no. please do confirm reason, if any just by mistaken please do reversal my balance amount and oblige. I wanted to know customercare but no reply, your customer care service is very bed, whenever we try no one pickup phone after that i have to launched complaint against your bed srvices .

May I Sujit Talukdar, an Account holder of Your wellknown company, last 29/12/2008 I could not connected NOP connection on my phone. Though I note the prob to customercare but They did not help me, but still now NOP charges are deducted from my account. and also they also discunnect to customer care line. as i am out of maharashtra state my cell no.[protected] is not working propely i.e outgoing calls are blocked
I have applied for stopping of Value added Subcription for the last one year by SMS.But it has not been stopped till date. I have paid Rs 50/- pm for 18 months. Please ckeck the same & reimburse the same.

Actually i m having problem regarding my GPRS connection since 10 days...in a perticular place i am unable 2 access my intenet connection if i m going some other place from my place then i am able to connect and again if i m coming back to my place then i am facing the problem...some installation is required. i hv called 100 time to customer care and they are just taking my complaint but they are not doing anything...my GPRS activated no. is [protected]...my alternetive no. is [protected].

i m a airtel customer and my number is [protected]
i m facing the problem of balance deduction from last three days
the deduction is purely illigal and when i call to customer care they are saying that the service can deactivated my them side and they are refunding my balance also

and today means third time when i call to customer care the executive put my call on hold and afterwards he not responding to my call.
the call is still live when i m writing my query and sort of complain
so i need to say that is that the service airtel giving to thier customer.
And as the only source to complin is this site so, i m going to mark a mail to TRAI and also to airtel so that this kind of things will not happing with the other customer as i m aware of all the things so i m demanding
So my request is that please check my recorded call while talking with the customer care as all the calls are recorded in the system and than verify that is that fine for any telecom industry to give such bad and worst service.

please see the problem and take the decision.
