[Resolved]  Airtel Customer Care — Airtel customer service is No.1 GARBAGE

-First of all, their customer service is a No.1 Junk!!
-I am terribly pissed off by the AirTel Services, especially the Customer Service department!!!
-If the postpaid customer service is Bull-, this is Pig !!
-I had a AirTel postpaid connection since 4 months and due to their erotic billing and hopeless service I was terribly irritated.
-None of them know any information when I call them on the discrepancies in my billing, including their Managers, rather Damagers!! - - -And the call center executives are terribly mis-leading with their half-baked knowledge. Even If I scream at them, they've been trained
to be buffalo-skinned and get strokes on their buttocks!
-Whenever you start reporting any problems to them seriuosly, they just disconnect the call because you are not going to talk to the same 'bum' again, right.
-But, anything related to the payment like collection, payment due date, payment follow-up calls works excellent.
Fed up of their non-sense and stupid billing, I switched to Airtel Prepaid. This is another big Gutter!!!
- Switching took 8 days
- Recharging failed repeatedly and it took 2 days to get activated.
- Finally, recharged my prepaid with 498 plan with a talk time of Rs.300
- 2 days after the recharge, all my outgoing calls are barred. My balance them was Rs.297
- It has become my usual practice to call them thrice a day and scream at them to activate my outgoing calls. Most of the time, they disconnect the call.
- Finally, I managed to file 2 complaints and the estimated resolution was 6 days later.
- Luckily, it got activated on the 5th day.
- 6th day was the resolution day - I got an sms that my service complaint has been resolved.
- Just after the SMS, all my outgoing calls were barred again. My balance was Rs.284.60
Looks like, the service guy switched my connection from 'working' state to 'non-working' state. Bacause, they are buffalos right - they just reverse the connection!
- Now, my outgoing calls are barred and I've already spoken to 17 buffalos. Still not resolved.

I have presed a wrong button and with in a second they have deducted Rs. 10/- per day for grps pack . To deactivate the service I have several times contacted customer care and my efforts failed to get deactivacte due to cumbersome lines I have lto listen and no proper answer. What shallI do'

sir i got airtel connnection in august 2007(mobile no: was [protected]). from that date i was using this no: continue ...after 14 months .i got new airtel no: ([protected] )and that's why i did not used this no([protected]) continuesly and after getting this no:([protected]), i destroy this sim ([protected]) .

but sir i got a information that any other person using this number.
sir please tell me ...is it possible that this number can used by other person if i was not using this number for a long time (when i destroyed this sim number already)

all 3 of my office landline airtel phones are not working properly. so i called up airtel customer care to complain. A girl called Sharmistha talked to me and took the complaint. But the problem here is her attitude. She was really rude talking to me as compared to other customer care executives, of other services such as Vodafone, Dell etc. this is really disgusting. if the executive is there to help us why cant they talk nicely and show a little respect, atleast for the company's sake. I HOPE AIRTEL WILL GET THIS MESSAGE AND TRAIN ITS EXECUTIVES IN A BETTER WAY.
I wonder why airtel is not closing its operations in India and move all the customer services to Africa where people are going to roast them and eat them for the f...king services they are providing in India.

The shameless still have the audacity to restrict customer's calls and send them bill.
They are not in position to resolve even the simplest of the query and in case you are working on the net at night, the net goes down and on contacting the technical help desk with a desire to complain the same thing to the manager, you find no fu...ers on the floor. How the f...k the call center runs without a manager. They ask to arrange a call back and guess what ...you forget about the call back they do not even mention this on your account that you called these pimps...At the end you land up screwing your own happiness rather then theirs.
PLEASE SOMEONE IN GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE ACTION AND GET THIS COMPANY CLOSED.

Airtel — rude responsive customer care executive

I have submitted my documents to airtel but still they have cut my outgoing and incoming services. When I call the customer care they are responding as though they are giving free services to me. I want to lodge a legal complaint towards bharati airtel ltd for that.

i am using airtel prepaid connection from last approx.6 years in up west zone. on 17th of january 2011 suddenly my airtel live start and my balance reduced upto Rs.300/- in few hours. i was very upset and complaint wid respective airtel customer care centre. but the behaviour of their staff was very bad, even after complaining verious time i didnt get gud response. i dont know how such big company like airtel is very careless about his precious customers. Thanks to trai, who has provided such facility to change ur service provider widout changing ur telephone no.
my experience with airtel is very bad and i ll never suggest to all my frds and rltives to buy connection from airtel. gud luck to airtel for loosing their respective customers.

for the last three months i am using airtel services .i was under impression that
services of private sector might be better than mtnl/bsnl.but it was wrong impression.now i feel that govt services are far batter than airtel.
i have lodged my complaint three times that till to day my land line connection is not connected, i am not using land line facility.even bill is receiving every month for minimum Rs 200/ .your line 121&198 never connected to right person to whom i can talk. please look in to the matter. my mopbile no is [protected].
