[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Change of package
I have purchased the new connection on 25.07.09 which I purchased for Rs 2000 Mega package but when the package was on it come to known that economy package has been activated I requsted the customer care to change my package they said that you have to pay 150 more for that package I agreed & rechage with the same then again I called to customer care next day after recharge then they say that now the pakage is get increased to 2200 now you have to pay Rs 100 more for that then only you package will be activated I object that since 7 days is the grace period for the payment & package you can'nt inforce the new package rate on me & that too when I am continuously in touch with the customer care since last 3 days. Insted of that the person taking starts talking rudely saying that you are not understading & said I am posting the request for disconnection . I agreed & ask for the refund of money. He replied that none of your money will refunded & put down the phone .In conclusion its your luck if you got the good customer care attedent to talk with & also a person who can understand your problems & requirments exactly.
