I had taken two post paid corporate connection sim from a vendor coming to our Sapient consulting office. On the next day all verification also has been done. Now one of the sim become active and in other there is no network. I have raised several complains to airtel office as well as to the vendor from whom I have taken the sim but the problem remains as it is. All time they had given me new days for resolving the issue. The sim details that not showing network is as follows:

Airtel - post paid — no network

I have an Airtel post paid connection. (MP number, being used in Pune currently). There is no network available since last 3-4 days. There is no response to my complaints. Whom

    This is Saikiran Gurram, I am using aitrel number +91-[protected]. Today 27th Dec. I Got A Missed Call On My Airtel GSM Mobile From A Number [protected]. He Told Me That I Have Won A 25 Lakh Lottery From A Draw Conducted By " Airtel Mobile Company" & Started Giving Me Details & Head Office Mobile Number. Told me to contact [protected] (Rajesh manager of Airtel office Delhi ). On contacting Rajesh asked me to give bank a/c details. & then Rajesh told me to deposit Rs.25000 as TAX (1% fo 25 lakhs) before the lottery amount will get credited in my a/c. & he also asked me that this results got declared on SAHARA NEWS channel on day before yesterday. He even said that deposit 25,000 into my account though SBH bank, then scan the receipt and send it to my email I.D [protected]@yahoo.com. As soon as we get it, we''l deposit Rs.25 Laks into your account.

    When I Called Customer Care At Toll Free 198, They said They Don't Know Anything. I Want To Know Are Airtel Sleeping About This Fraud Phone Calls, What Steps They Are Taking To Handle This. Would I get my balance back, which i lost.

    Register a complaint with local police.However you were cheated by using Airtel company name and not by airtel.

    The above mobile number [protected] belong to pakistan and not related to airtel office delhi...
    Can't the Airtel company block suck kind of calls, atleast the calls with ISD code +92 that belong to Pakistan.

      My name is Cherian Eapen and my customer id is [protected] ,I am using Airtel Digital TV from last two years, my location is in Kerala ,Alleppy (dist) 3 months back I got an SMS from them that my plan is changing, I called customer care and ask for the same they said they will not change without asking me .
      Before last recharge I confirm from them that they will not change my plan without asking me , but from today I got to know that my package tariff had changed from Rs 172 to 188 per month without my required channels . I ask on call center for this and found terrible response that Rs 172 plan is removed and I have to wait for one month to change to other plan, “I want to know that why they are not changing to lower plan once they are not confirming by the customer , why they are not providing to customer requirements when they change the plan by themselves and how they can change a plan once clients balance available for a plan.”

      Last plan I was getting all Malayalam , Ten sports and CNBC tv18 with Rs 172 but now I have to pay Rs 188 and I am not getting those channels they given some other channels which I am not required . Now I have pay extra amount for these two channels

      We are using airtel digital T.V. Since Friday( 21 Sept-2010) we are facing the technical problem in our set-top box. we have complained about it but no action is done yet now. we are calling them daily,but they have only one answer that they are registering our complaint and sending their engineer. Our T.V account is automatically going negative without any usage.

      i have the honour to state that i am a customer of airtel digital tv since 2009. connection is name of my elder brother raghuvir gurlia under customer ID [protected] and resistered mobile number is [protected]/[protected].
      further i state that airtel company has changed its settelite position. accordingly it has not changed the position of my dish on roof. so my set off box is not able to receive the chenal and its showing error code SM1. i brought this problem in knowledge of airtel digital tv customer care through helpline number 12150 and [protected] under following complaints.

      respected sir inspite of that no site visit by an engineer has been conducted. only they contacted on phone and demanded Rs 150/- as fees. while as per company rules ang regulations fees of an engineer for site visit is only Rs 100/- and as my case is of error code SM1 in that it should be free. being such issue i was ready to pay Rs 100/- but they did not agree and dropped the case.

      sir, ahead of this several time i have made call to suprior call attender and begged to look into the matter but no one was bother. either they have disconnected the line or fraudly ensured me that it will be done. after waiting 10 days my patience has dropped and now i am you can say forced to type this complaint.

      kindly put your best efforts and by taking neccessary action please solve this case as soon as possible. i will be greatful to you.

      I am a subscriber of airtel digital tv having subscriber no. [protected]. I had subscribed to HD channels pack. I had received a message stating that espn and star cricket would be replaced by Sony Six and Zee Studio w.e.f. 24.12.2012. But today all the hd channels have been blocked. Customer care is unable to help saying that they are unable to access the account. This is not the first time when the service has been stopped despite sufficient balance and customer care is unable to help. Still they call their customer care as platinum customer care.
      I have 3 airtel Digital HD connections. My ID is [protected]. The HD Recorder has been giving problems. Alternatives channels were not coming. Suppose I have subscribed from 300 to 310 channels. I would get 300, 301 would not come, 302 would come, 303 would not come...

      The HD Recorder was replaced in February 2015. The new STB was also giving similar problems. My night mare started when I called the call centre on 121. I have reproduced the smss received from airtel from 18/3/2015 till today. I had lodged a complaint today after logging into my account. Though it says that I would receive a call within 2 hours I have not received even an acknowledgement and the problem remains unattended even today.

      I spoke to the person. He said he would send the technician. Nobody came and my calls to 121 did not help. I was being put on long hold by the call centre people. When I called the technician he went on promising that he would come and replace the STB. Nothing happened.

      I was exasperated and requested for disconnection of connection 2 which had HD Recorder. They disconnected connection 1. When the world cup was going on all these happened. With great difficulty I got connection 1 restored.

      It must be appreciated that airtel is collecting daily burn out money from 18/3/2015 for connection 2 with zero service.

      If airtel isunable to provide proper service please disconnect connection 2 with due intimation to me.

      2- Recharge period is for 30 days and it expires two days earlier to charging date WHY ?
      3- Recharge period is for 30 days, now its customer wish when to get recharge, if he doesn't have money then ? In delay period customer TV was blocked by irately so why should customer pay penalty, whereas he has not enjoyed viewing TV, it should be like mobile phone pay & use as per payment.
      Please look into it and take necessary action.

          I placed a repeated complaint no. 25901332 date 11/12/2012 at 5 pm.
          For this repeated complaint (problem starts at the begin of this month) .
          I did not get any call from your side and not to re-installed my speed till date.
          Please give me the full details of my data usage and please reimbursed my full
          bill of December, 2012.

          I thought that this connection is used by somewhere else and it is fault on your hand

            My Cell no is [protected].
            I lodge a complaint more then 4-5 times against incorrect billed (international Call) of Rs.802.00. After several follow-ups they changes was not happened. Suddenly on 24th my outgoing call get disconnect. Whenever I received called from Airtel I told them I will agree to pay my bill except the international call amount should be deducted.
            Kindly look in to this issue and resolve the issue at the earliest if you can? At the end still I ensure you that I will pay my bill on very next hour of resolution received.

            There was wrong provisioning done by Airtel in August which deactivated my 149 /2 GB plan and activated 98 / 1GB plan.
            This was done without my knowledge.

            Due to this a pro rata billing was done in my Sept bill ([protected]), which is cheating.

            I had only asked for 149 /2 GB plan. I don’t know why 98/ 1 GB plan is reflecting in my bill.
            Due to this the amount difference is too much.

            Today I have received call from [protected] couple of time ( 11:08am & 11:13am)one of lady speaking from your end. Without understanding an issue she was diverting the subject and wasted my time.
            In-spite of come with the resolution her noise is very rude and replied that "we are not interested to talk with you".
            Is this way Airtel will communicate with consumer.
            Kindly let me know if you are serious toward my issue, otherwise I will search another service provider.
            Expecting firm resolution and same should be highly appreciated.

            I have ported my No. [protected] from Tata to Airtel Postpaid just two months before.When i ported my connection in your Airtel outlet in NIT faridabad, I have opted 999 plan with Roaming incoming free plan of Rs. 75/- as my no. always remains in the roaming. i have paid my first bill on time and when i got the second bill i came to know that Rs. 75/- additional pack for roaming incoming free has not been executed by you even it has mentioned in my application form and as well as when i activated my no. through your customer care i have been confirmed for this additional pack of Rs. 75/-.

            Now in my bill all incoming roaming charges has been leivied by yourside. I request you to waive off all incoming call charges of my bill as soon as possible so that I can pay my bill amount on time.

            I have talked many times in your customer care for these charges but there is no satisfactory response given by your side. Now I have already paid Rs. 1200/- through mobile banking for my bill please update this amount. My transaction Id is AXISLNPU82W51023 which i got through my mobile banking transaction.

            Please reply as soon as possible otherwise i have to go for the consumer court door.

              1. That I have taken a AIRTEL 3G Data card on 21st September 2012 from GANESH ENTERPRISES #324, 8th Main , 3rd Stage, Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru – 560079. The Data Card IMEI number is [protected] and Dongle number is [protected]. Airtel promised a speed of 7 MBPS, I am receiving speed in KBPS.

              2. I have taken the 3G Data card by paying a sum of Rs 1500 (thousand five hundred only) and paid every monthly charges of
              a. Rs 636 (September 11th to October 10th)
              b. Rs 950 (October 11th to November 10th)
              c. Rs 636 (November 11th to December 10th)

              I cannot wait for 3 more months. Since the speed is very slow I request you provide any of the following below solution by 15 days of this notice.

              a. Provide the promised speed
              b. Refund the paid Data card and monthly fees and compensate.
              c. Provide the LTE data card by deducting the Rs 1500 for earlier paid for 3G data card.
              Replace my 3G Data card with LTE data card to get atleast with some speed. I want you to take my
              3 months old 3G data card only by deducting the amount of Rs 1500 (which I have paid for data
              card of 3G) and remaining amount of 1000/- Rs I will pay to buy the new 4G LTE data card

              I, therefore give you this notice to stop offering these services don’t cheat customers a suitable legal action will be taken against you to recover the compensation. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum as you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

                I am user of the Airtel since Oct'2012 and my Number is [protected]. I am using Net on mobile which Co. has initially offered me for Rs. 98/ month and download free upto 1 GB. My Plan was renewed twice under the same terms & Conditions.
                In the month of December they renew my plan deduct the same amount but given only 600 MB free and for 21 days. Company has not given any intimation before doing this. I tried to check the same with Customer Care @ Airtel and they respond me that Co. is not bound to disclose any change in tariff to the customer.

                I also checked the same thing on airtel website and I was surprised to see that Co. is still promoting its Rs.98 Plan "internet Recharge Pack RC 98 (1GB/30 days)– Surf Internet on mobile or connect with laptop/PC to start surfing."

On not receiving the call I tried again to which they replied please change your Mobile without confirming which handset am using.

                Request you take strict action against the Co.

My request/reference number is 46723082.I was promise to get the refund within 60 days. However, last week they sent me with a telephone bill (rental fee). I was shocked. I today, contacted the airtel dealer in Dharamsalla, HP, India for help and refund but they said that I'll get my refund after 3 months time. I don't understand airtel customer service. This is totally unacceptable. Airtel please do not harass your consumer.

                      I am using Airtel pre-paid number [protected] for last 10 years. Recently when I installed MyAirtel application in my Andriod instrument, the registered name is showing somebody else' name. When mailed and checked with 121, airtel executive confirmed that it is in somebody else' name. I've submitted required documents requested by airtel, more than thrice in last 10 years. I've personally handed over documents to Airtel office, Vikrampuri, Secunderabad & Airtel Office, White House, Begumpet, Hyderabad. In spite of this the name and details are not changed according to the documents. Are these airtel offices are dummy offices, do destroy documents once they received it from customers. If not, then whey my name is not registered in their database. After writing several mails to 121, the executive says he cannot talk to those airtel offices and change the details. He was suggesting me to personally visit airtel office and check with them. Why should I do all these things? When I've submitted documents, why can't customer care executive can contact at those offices and get the documents. Is airtel do disintegrated?

                        Hi,

                        i had raised a ticket for transferring my broad band connection with the phone number[protected]. The Ref No : 25480834 and raised on 2nd December , was informed it would need 5 working days and would be resolved by Dec 6th. Post that i called Airtel on 5th Dec to check on the progress of this ticket and was informed that it was on track and it would be closed on 6th Dec. I shifted residence soon after and called Airtel on 8th Dec to check progress of the move and was informed that there was a technical fault with the cable , and that my ticket has been escalated. I have called subsequently post that, spoken to supervisors and to the escalation department but to much avail. i was gauranteed a call back and no call backs happened. Funny part is they called once and got a call waiting and they didnt even try post that. My final call was on Dec 24 and was informed that the issue would be closed by Dec 26. So here we are, so is airtel really the best broadband provider this country has to offer to a customer who has used their service for 4 yrs?

                        i have been using your airtel internet broad band connection for last 10 months...

                        i m sorry to state that your services n staff are the worst i have ever encountered in any aspect of my life...the guy from your staff who got us the connection named Mr. Parminder had stated during the time of installation that connection can be transferred to any place in NCR region without any problem.
                        but my problems started when we shifted to our new flat at the above mentioned address, which is hardly 500 metres away from the old address..
                        i had first called your customer care service on 13th June.2010 asking for transfer of connection to my new address...n i was told that the entire process will take 3 working days and a charge of Rs 300 only...i agreed to that...i waited till 16th for the same but there was no response.i was literally calling your people every day..(who i am sorry to say are the most unqualified people to be born on this planet)...they kept delaying it for the next day...finally on 19th of June i was told that my complaint has been lodged and complaint number 353271 was given to me.....n i was said the concerned department( which i feel even your staff does not know about) will contact me....no contact was made...n on calling again another complaint number was given 3407004 and so called higher authorities were informed about my complaint....again no response came from your side n on calling again a service request number 34696858 was given....n they were supposed to call back by 6th of July....this time surprisingly they called...to inform that the tariff plan of Rs 799 which we were using is not available at the new address...so we have to take a plan of Rs 1199 or something...
                        my complaints are
                        1. the guy who fixed our connection Mr. Parminder gave us wrong information that the connection can be shifted anywhere in NCR...and on calling him he refuses to talk or take any inquiry
                        2. your customer care people just kept on using two words- concerned department and technical fault...i wonder what thy are...i am not sure even if they aware of the either
                        3.just for a distance of 500 meters away...why is it that one tariff plan is available and not the other
                        i have been misguided, cheated and mentally harassed by your company...and i want action to be taken against each one responsible for it.
                        i refuse to pay bills for the period in which your services were not provided...that is from 13th June onwards... kindly address my issues and let me know if you can provide the service which you were supposed to....otherwise please return my installation charges..

                          I am Vasu. I am visited Airtel Relation ship center at Anna Nagar (Reach Communications) several times ( close to 10 times) but without use. I am trying to change my post paid CUG connection to latest one and the people there are helpless.Timings stated is 9 AM - 8 PM but even at 10.00 AM there is no people to work. Also they try to avoid working and instead directing to other locations. After 4 - 6 PM is general power shut down at Anna Nagar and this center will also not work since there is no UPS or inventor. Not sure of the pathetic slate of the Airtel service provider. Need to check this is how Airtel works ( one of india's leading service provider).

                                    My ROFFER incentive and booster OTF are not credited properly its credited partially or null.In customer care also they are not answering properly.These things are happening throughout the year.They are promoting fake promotion messages and not act accordingly.If they are not interested to give incentives then why they are sending those message continuously.i need solution for these things

                                      Hi, I am Shashank Bhushan from U.P. East and my mobile number is [protected]. I recharged with (Rs. 45) 3G Data Pack, i got an confirmation msg, that the plan has been successfully activated & i've got 150MB 3G Data. But, i did not get any data, i called CC, they are saying different different things, like you have consumed all data, next one says no recharge has been done, different people saying different things.

                                      I've checked there website and then recharged via E-top, but when i told them this, they all started saying that the plan is only available as Rs. 45 in self care and through CC online activation. But there's nothing mentioned like this in there website ! They said that through E-top i have to recharge with Rs. 47 for the same pack & in Rs. 45 E-top i will get a A2A Tarriff...

                                      They denied submitting any complaints and the CC executive started using vulgar language and when i asked his full name he denied to tell !!!

                                      They are saying that i should call CC before every recharge, to know the status of the plans ! Are they dumb ?

                                      I need immediate help !!!

                                        this is my number [protected],now I'm in Kuwait,i can't call in India,please tell barring password
                                        I am unable to use the call barring feature. I was using this service since 2004 It was working fine before but since last week I am facing problem while using this service. I tried contacting Airtel customer care many times but as per them its a handset feature and suggested me to contact Nokia for the same. I explained them by sharing the manual of the Nokia model that it must be activated by the network service provider but they don't agree. I remember very well that this service was activated on my nujmber from AirTel in 2004. It is not a handset feature. It can be used from your handset only if it is activated from your network service provider (Idea, AirTel, Vodafone etc.) Not any customer care executive including senior supervisor too, knowing properly regarding this service. Everybody is saying same that this is a handset feature. Even theirs nodal officer also saying same. It is really the height of ignorance by Airtel.
                                        Please get the Call barring service re-activate on my number.
