Hi this is complain against airtel office of delhi who check documents and other verifying details for landline connection. We had 2 airtel connections which were suppose to transfer into another address all the documents submitted with an acknowledgement of its receiving. After some time Airtel customer center called and again asked for documents my sir had a discussion with airtel office that documents already submitted but they don't care about it and asked for documents again we submitted documents again but still airtel service did same and after few days again asked for documents we really got tired to follow airtel's bad service their customer care executive abused during a conversation with our sir this is really a very bad example of a private service yet i used to like airtel before but this incident made me disliking airtel.
Finally we had to disconnect all number of airtel

    I have prepaid airtel mobile, i recharged it with rs 98/= for internet pack on 12/12/12 at 8 pm , after a while i started surfing the net but imdtly the complete balance of rs 85/= from my call account got consumed and internet switched over to internet pack and kept workingi lodged a complaint viz no CBDMO[protected] and i was assured that my amount will be recredited to my call account but nothing happened and i again called 198 viz ref no PR[protected] dtd 13/12/12,PR[protected], 14/12/12,PR[protected] dtd 18/12/.12, but no response came from airtel, when i again enquired with 198 surprisingly i was told that the charges taken for internet were correct as the system had not activated the internet pack and i should have waited prescisely for one hour for the same if this be so as described above the internet should have stopped automatically after the call account was empty but it was not so, it proves that a company which claims to be the best in india is using unfair trade practice to make profits. In similar incident earlier company admitted that it had made a mistake and refunded my amount. The company does not take fraction of second to charge and activate useless services which unknowingly you subscribe to and there is no system to confirm that any individual wants it or not, and the same company while activating the internet pack is giving all non valid reasons.The response of customer care executive was derogatory as he was more into telling me my lack of knowledge of grammar and english.

      I am A subscriber of Airtel Prepaid Mobile and my mobile Number is [protected]. today night I recd a msg from AT-AIRINF stating that "Thank you for choosing SUPER4_15 on your airtel mobile. you have been charged Rs.15 for 15 days and your account balance post charging is Rs.18.24 at 03:25." Actually I had not sent any request for any value added service. Kindly do the needful to stop the va service and to credit the amount deducted from my account towards the above service.
      Please stop these service and refund the amount to my mobile balance.

      Airtel Mobile — Automatic activation of service

      Airtel, activate the paid services on their own for a month and asks the subscriber to deactivate the same. If the subscriber does not perform any action, airtel charges the customer and the customer services representatives are very rude and do not help the subscriber.

        sir, pichhle 7 dino me mere 50 Rs se jyada kate ja chuke hain aur jab maine iski comlaint ki to kaha gaya ki aapne net use kiya hai isliye aapki ye sarvices lag gayi hain.maine jab sarvices band karne ke liye kaha to mera phone kaat diya gaya.

        BUT I NEVER GIVE THE PERMISSION TO ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE ON MY MOBILE.
        SO WHY UR CUUTING MY BALANCE PLZ STOP THIS AND RETURN MY AMOUNT WHICH U CUT
        EVERY DAY.
        U GIVE THE SERVICE OF 121 TO STOP THIS SERVICE BUT THIS SERVICE ALWAYS SHOWS BUSY SYSTEM OR NETWORK FAILURE.

        My name is Raktim Adhikari & my mobile no is [protected]. On 20.09.2010 morning I suddenly observed that my A/c balance was nil though I have balance of Rs. 2.32 after my last call on 19.09.2010.

        This was also observed with the number [protected] which is in the name of Mithu Adak. On 16.09.2010 morning she suddenly observed that her a/c balance was 0.29 though her balance was 2.29 after last call.

        Will you please clarify me why the amount has been deducted?

        i had been complaint many times in this regard in airtel customer care but they did not reply to my complaint.

          Hi,
          I have been using airtel digital tv connection for which I have made a 1 year advance payment in which sports channel were also included like ESPN, star cricket but as of now cricket matches have started on these channels they have barred the services for both of the sports channel listed above and started to demand extra money for subscription of these channels which is quite unfair, if I have already subscribed for those channels for a year included in my subscribed package then how can they barred the services in between. Airtel Customer care people are telling me that they have barred these channels for every customer subscribed before but it seems to me quite unfair if someone has paid for it in advance.
          Please do something as they have made their usual pattern to steal the hard earned money of customers.

            It is with great frustration that i am putting this on Facebook. I had purchased an airtel prepaid 3G Sim 15 days back from a retailer in Sulur, Coimbatore. The phone number is [protected]. All the documents and photograph were provided with the same. The number has still not got activated. i have contacted the airtel customer care through the alternate number given in the application form ie [protected]. The customer care even after contacting for 3 times have done nothing about it. The retailer says that the verification process is not completed as he is getting the message that the above stated alternate number which i have given in the application is not responding!!! This is absolutely ridiculous as i have not received any call from airtel since the time i have got the sim. the number of the nodal officer at Chennai is also not responding. I feel i have wasted my 300 Rs on AIrtel. There has to be some one who has not done or doing his job. Need to get this issue sorted out asap. The retailer Mr Suresh has expressed inability to get things done because someone from your customer service desk whose job is to verify the details is either claiming false about calling up for verification or not doing his job.               AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE - A FAKE CALL CENTER TO JUST MAKE MONEY
              Whenever you call Airtel customer care, On the daily basis, the response from AIRTEL customer care reprensentative
              is "SYSTEM UNDER UPGRADATION... CALL AFTER 4 HOURS"
              When you call after 4 hours, they repeat the same liners.
              When you ask them for to transfer call to senior department, they just put your
              call on long hold and later says "All seniors are busy...."
              They are also not ready to provide Call interaction id and refuse to register
              the complaint (so no complaint number)

              I was having issue in my generated bill and 3G internet connection, for which i
              am regularly calling paid AIRTEL customer care number [protected] since last
              many days but perhaps getting NO RESOLUTION.

              If we call toll free number 198, call land up in gujarat from noida.. They used
              to say "We are helpless.. , call paid airtel customer care number [protected]"
              I tried reaching Bhawna (NCR airtel head) also, but she is also unavailable..
              Her number is on IVR which doesn't let you to talk to her without complaint /
              reference number.

              I have already spent a lot of amount and time in calling AIRTEL customer care.

              Even raising issue to [protected]@in.airtel.com, seems to be helpless.

              It seems AIRTEL cusotmer care support, is just making money out of their call
              center from customers like any FAKE CALL CENTRES.
              Please look into issue with utmost priority and provide resolution.

              HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE KIND OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE.

                AirTel — Unnecessary debt of balance

                On 19 Dec 2010. I have received a service message from Airtel to my cell [protected] which says " XXXX Photo shoots click 4 Free!!....When I clicked I was directed to page where I can see the wall papers. Immediately they deducted balance 50 Rs. and got message which said "Thanks for downloading Macpack from Airtel and charged Rs. 50. I dint even click anything and more over message was about wall paper 4 Free.

                When I called customer care, they dint even gave proper answer. Please look into this issue.

                    I am having airtel mobile prepaid phone no.[protected]. my account balance has been debiting with Rs.1.50 daily'.I never asked any type of service from the company other than phone service. ever day we are getting unnecessary advertising calls and display messages. Hence I request you to not to debit to my account other than call charges as I never asked for any other service and also request to stop unnecessary advertising calls as well as display messages. this is the problem of many cusomers of airtel.

                    Airtel Prepaid — debiting my account without my permission

                    they charged me for different plans and schemes like fusion or something like stock exchange services which i never requested for, horrible customer care services they provide, customer care no not working, nobody is available to attend you on customer careno

                        I want to recharge my mobile no. [protected] for 1 GB 3G plan so I go to http://m.airtel.in to recharge it. I try 3 times but got a reply that your transaction has been failed and if amount is deducted from your bank will be refunded within 4 days. I done those recharges on 14/12/2012 and got refund of only one transaction on 17/12/2012. Those recharges are of Rs. 250 each. So, out of Rs. 750, I only got refunded of Rs. 250.

                        I need my Rs.500 also refunded to me.

                          i had applied for airtel postpaid to prepaid conversion after paying all the unbilled amount also,on 9th october in bangalore rajajinagar relationship centre.
                          but from the day one my friends are going and asking about activation status. but of no use. they changed 2 sims and 3 times i submitted the documents. even though no response from them, but when ever i call the ring tone will be" airtel awarded as number one service provider" i fed up with their response. their network may be good and conversion from prepaid to postpaid is also very fast but this is too worst. the suffering number is [protected]

I submitted my PF withedraw form in BHUBANESWAR OFFICE in thee monthe of September[protected]i;e 3 monthe of thee date of resignation) and again i have send on 8the sep-2011and again on 22-sep-2011and finally on 30-March-2012 on reply thee HR of Air tel have submitted to RPFC (Gurgaon ) on 19-April-12 as informed but till date theey have not finalized thee payment nor theey give any respond of theat .And at thee same i also complete in PF Grievance Cell .Till date i have not receive any information from theem. It is my humble request to you please look in thee matter in urgent basis. And arrange for its early payment

                              hi,
                              have received bill and in that i do see that 1100 rupees of calling on a no which is for astrology and what i believe that i have never made any such call.
                              My no ([protected]) is registered on DND still i receive sms from Airtel which is a promoting sms the day when i received the bill i complained to customer care. Spoke to super wiser but it was shocking that they are never ready to listen anything and start yelling on me and said that whatever u want to do u can do that but you have to pay this bill.
                              I have been using Airtel 4nos and i have been regularly paying my bills for them but this bill is for which i would like to dispute.
                              I Tried to call their nodal officer also but she hanged up on me the no i cald was [protected].
                              Please need some justice for this behaviour.

                              Hi,

                              My name is Saurabh Kumar Agarwal

                              This number of airtel is permanently disconnected.

                              Actually I was out of India from last 6 months. Now I came back and I want to retain this number.

                              I went to Airtel outlet and check for the availability of this number, they said its still available, you can get this number.

                              I haven’t paid the bill, because its disputed.

                              I have called airtel number of times, to make corrections in the bill, but no positive responses.

                              There goes the reference numbers :-

                              and many more references numbers I have.

                              The issue is before leaving to US i called customer care, and asked them, that Mcheck facility is free, every time they said YES. I mentioned clearly to them, even when the person is in international roaming and all, they said YES to me.

                              Sending Message AIRTEL to 54321 is a part of MCheck service.

                              In my bills there is a lot of amount in this regard.

                              I want to this amount to be waived off.

                              Please help me in this regards, I m really frustrated calling airtel customer care every time.

                              One day I got a call from guy named Samer Yadav Cell No. [protected]. This guy told me to settel the bill of airtel, as I also wanted to do that. I agreed .

                              My Total Amout of Bill was 2400 Rs near about. This guy told me to submit the amount Rs 1000/- and they will isssue the NOC to me.

                              Now when I deposited Rs 1000/- they did'nt send me the NOC and asking me to pay the remaining amount.

                              Please help me. They never called me, everytime I called them. in starting they said something else, now they denied to send me the NOC, I have to pay in full.

                              My Bill includes around 500 rs for Mcheck messages and 699 annual rental. I m not using the services for more than 8 months so this amount should be waived off.

                              Please help me in this regard.

                              Sir / Madam

                              I am shocked and surprised to see your bill no[protected] mob [protected] for Rs 9326.50.

                              Summary as

                              I was an idea customer since Dec 2009 and never faced any wrong charging in monthly bills. The only reason to transfer my no [protected] to airtel because of its strong network. My average monthly bill from last 18 months is approx Rs 2500 and credit limit allotted to me is Rs 4000 by airtel.

                              Since I activated 250mb 3g plan on my number on May 19th 2011. As in bill I m charged Rs 7000 approx as data charges.

                              1. As I kept my credit limit to Rs 4000 to keep control my billing, how come my bill generated for Rs 10000

                              2. I had taken data plan of 250 mb per month, why Airtel haven’t informed me the charges to be borne extra apart from usage.

                              Because of your non intimation of overusing credit limit and negligence in informing the customer has let the me to bear burden for 5 times the average bill.

                              As I haven’t been intimated and unaware of amount of data download has put me under lot of pressure. Because neither you intimated the customer nor block the phone for over usage had put me under burden of heavy payments.

                              If I would have known the usage of approx 700mb, I can take your 2 Gb plan for Rs 700. How would I justify paying Rs 7000 as data charges as compared to Rs 700 for plan. I had immediatekly stopped 3g services on my airtel on June 6th 2011 once came to know the billed data charges.

                              I had raised several request on 198 and email to [protected]@in.airtel.in but didnt get a justified statement or resolution to take care of my concern.

                              It is my humble request to airtel to adjust my data charges as per the plan for 1 gb or 2 gb whichever is applicable and release from excessive burden of payments.

                              Please do the needful.

                                I relocated from Hyderabad to Delhi in April and stopped using my Airtel Postpaid mobile number – [protected]. I contacted the helpline and they assured me that they will deactivate my simcard. Despite this, i kept receiving bills every month. I wasn’t contacted to tell me that it had not been deactivated and they kept billing it to me. In July, I got a call and was told that I had outstanding balances. After bearing the extremely abusive and uncouth behaviour of the uneducated Airtel representatives, I was told to pay my outstanding amount of Rs. 2,300 at the local Airtel Store, which I duly went and paid off that day. I then provided the transaction ID of that payment to the female Airtel representative on the phone and she assured that my phone would be deactivated that very moment and that I would have nothing to do with it from then on.

                                But the bills are still getting sent. Every month 800 rupees are being charged to me despite the number being out of service(when you try and call it) as rental charges + BlackBerry services. The number was NOT DEACTIVATED DESPITE THE VERBAL CONFIRMATION. This has now accumulated to more than 4000rs. One of the bills even shows a credit of the 2300 I paid. Today, on 18th Dec, I get a call again asking me to pay my outstanding amount. i don’t understand why this is happening. Why was my number not disconnected in April and then again in July? And why was I, at no point, informed of the non-cancellation. And why I am I being contacted in December, after July? The fact that they wait for so many months clearly shows that Airtel has resorted to extortion. Airtel is surely the worst telecom service in this country.
                                To Airtel_Presence, kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I cannot stand this humiliation anymore.

                                Airtel Postpaid — not sending the bill

                                airtel don't want to send the bill, they only send a sms to pay the bill. with out any detail information how can i pay the bill. i have given calls more then 20 to 25 times to send me the bill, but they want me to pay the amount but they do not want to send me a bill.
                                Not sending my bill details before 2 months.

                                AirTel — not disconnecting the number

                                i deposited an application to disconnect my airtel number[protected] at airtel office some months ago.till now the number is not being disconnected and airtel is generating huge amounts of bills every month.when asked, they refuse to disconnect and they speak in a very rude tone.they'v been harrasing and irritating me for quite a long time now.

                                  I am using airtel sim and from last few days they are deducting my main balance by some activation and that activation is not done by me. The customer care they are not receiving the call and not behaving positively .. They never refund my deducted balance... Pls stop doing deduction.. Its a request....

                                    It is submitted that my modem has been repaired by Universal Telecom & Traders on dated 14/12/12 vide invoice No. 1421. As per airtel rules the visiting charge should be Rs. 150 and other repair charges. But the said company has been changed which already paid by me total Rs. 824/- ie given below:
                                    1. 110 TC 1 repaired (1) Rs. 275, 2. Line Cord (2) Rs. 60, 3. 5V adaptor (1) Rs. 199, 4. Coil Cord (1) Rs. 40
                                    5. Visiting Charges Rs. 150, 6. Inst. Charges Rs. 100

                                    we are using internet continuously by Airtel then why Installation charges taken and secondly 5V adaptor (1) Rs. 199, which is local with highly prices. It is therefore requested that may kindly be taken suitable action and correction regarding said amount.

                                    The modem for internet is going out every few minutes. The telephone number connected to that modem is[protected].

                                    Can you please send a service engineer to rectify the problem or replace the modem with a fresh one.

                                        My Plan for my airtel number [protected] was changed without any prior notice. I opted for mobile porting to another vendor. Airtel called me back saying they will give me the same plan back within 3 days and asked me to cancel the porting. I cancelled and waiting since 5 days the plan remains same.
