DEAR SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED A DTH CONNECTION OF AIRTEL DIGITAL TV ON 06.06.09 FOR MY RESIDENSE 61, VALLABH NAGAR, PIPLANI, B.H.E.L., KHAJURI KALAN, BHOPAL(M.P.) - 462021. I HAVE PURCHASED PACKAGE OF Rs.2600.00 FROM DTH GALLERY, M.P.NAGAR, BHOPAL(M.P.). DEALER HAS GIVEN ME A VOUCHER OF Rs.2000.00 SAYING THAT AFTER INSTALLATION YOU CAN RECHARGE THIS RS.2000.00 & THEY CAN RECHARGE BALANCE Rs.600.00 FROM THEIR END. AFTER INSALLATION, I HAVE RECHARGED Rs.2000.00 VOUCHERS BUT THYE SAME WAS NOT RECHARGED. AFTER COMPLAINING TO DEALER IT WAS RECHARGED AFTER 2 DAYS. DEALER HAS RECHARGED Rs.600.00(2 VOUCHERS OF Rs.300.00 EACH) FROM THEIR END BUT THE SAME WAS REVESED BY THE COMPANY ON 15.06.09. AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE COMPANIES TOLL-FREE NO.[protected] THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE COMPAINT NO.774731. AFTER 2-3 DAYS THEY HAVE SENT ME THE MESSAGE THAT YOUR PROBLEM IS RESOLLVED BUT THE PROBLEM WAS AS IT IS. ON 15.06.09 THEY THE DISCONNECTED MY CONNECTION SAYING THAT YOUR BALANCE IS IN NEGETIVE. I HAVE COMPLAINT ONCE AGAIN ON 16.06.09 & THEN THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE COMPLAINT NO.788459 SAYING THAT YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED IN 24 HOURS. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A MAIL ADDRESS SAYING THAT YOU CAN SCAN THE 2 VOUCHERS OF Rs.300.00 WHICH DEALER HAS RECHARGED FROM THEIR END & SEND TO MAIL ADDRESS ravikant.[protected]@airtel.in I HAVE SEND THE MAIL ALSO ON 23.06.09 BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD ANY REPLY FROM THEIR END. Dear Sir,
I have purchased a airtel digital tv for installing it in my home(42, south jalkhura, south 24 pargana, maheshtala, kolkata-700141).From last seven days my set top box is not working properly.Yesterday(13.07.2009) I have talked with customer care executives but they told me recharge with Rs.300 voucher and thereafter they lodge my complaint.I want to know that wheather service charges for technical problem is free or not.

Kindly advice me and do the needfull.

i
cant buy recharge vouchers with face value. local dealers sell them @10% extra as service charges

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Rahul Singh residing in malad east, I am holding a Airtel dth account by this number [protected] but on 6th august 2014 at 9:18 pm i had by mistakenly recharged an account which number is [protected] by amount of Rs.320/, and that has been recharged through a dealers mobile which is located at malad east and name of shop is shah dealer and its number is [protected]. When i realised that i had did a recharge to wrong number so, i went to dealer same day by 9:40 pm. He said there is no reversal and then i had talk with customer care people they told me your recharge will be reversed back to you and asked me to provide transaction id of the transaction which was made by dealers mobile so, i took the transaction number and gave to them but customer care people said this is wrong transaction id (01475).

Please help me out to get my money.
