I am MR.Satish Kemkar. My mobile No. is [protected].(Maharashtra and Goa).
I purchased this No. from Vasai a Month ago.
I am facing a problem that I dont get incoming call and outgoing calls evenafter my mobile shows full strength of signal
I launched complaint one weak ago to customer care services. complaint no. is 40955779.
And I tried to talk to your customer care people who told me that problem will be solved in 4 days time.But even today it is not resolved.
I am explaning you in detail about problem
1. When I enter in Mumbai I select Airtel network manually.but it does not work(i.e I dont get incoming call and cant make outgoing calls)
2.Then I switch Off my mobile and restart it . I get the Service.
But if I go from one place to another place in mumbai ( Say from churchgate to Dadar). again I face same problem.ie. I can't make calls and I dont get calls.
And If I dont rome that is if I stay at chuchgate only for a complite day, I can make calls.
I am facing this problem only in mumbai region and not any where else in India.
Unfortunatly your service team is not able of handle this problem.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve it as early as possible.

I have purchased a airtel digital tv for installing it in my home(42, south jalkhura, south 24 pargana, maheshtala, kolkata-700141).From last seven days my set top box is not working properly.Yesterday(13.07.2009) I have talked with customer care executives but they told me recharge with Rs.300 voucher and thereafter they lodge my complaint.I want to know that wheather service charges for technical problem is free or not.
Kindly advice me and do the needfull.
