    Hello airtel

    I am getting friends chat messages daily in my mobile. Its really horible and iritatting. Can u please suggest an idea to cancel this. So many times i have talked to ur customer care exicutive they are just telling it will be canceled but its not. Wht should i do please help.

      Dear Team

      I have purchased this No (+91-[protected]) dated[protected] and my documents was not accepted due to my Add proof was not accepted coz. it is Electric bill which is named to my mother then i send again my document and i think so that it is now accepted coz. it has not came back still at shop, from where i have purchased the SIM and since almost 5 days my no. is not working even i am not able to call at Airtel customer care..

      Pls. make it start today itself so i can not be face any problem..

        respected sir,

        sir i using AIRTELbroadband from past one year from bigging its self my billing charges are soo high like Rs.1200, Rs.1300, Rs.1350 due to call charges they not even reducing call charges . basically most of them using mobiles so if we call from broadband to mobile na it tooks RS1.10 paise per min, better they can offer any booster card like cuttercard from tat we can manage billling charges, or they can reduce call charges from Rs.1.10paise to 49 paise,
        if they did like this all users can get benefited so kindly i request u to take any action to implement this request,

          I have made numerous complaints and have also followed the formalities of deactivating the GPRS service on my airtel postpaid account, but still I have been charged Rs.399 in the current bill and Rs.399 in the last months bill.I have been charged this amount wrongly twice in the months of May 2009 and June 2009.I have made complaints but the customer service executives either disconnect the calls or transfer it to another executive.
          On the other hand the payment collection department keeps harassing me for making payments without listening to my queries.There has been continuous harassment from the payment collection department whereas there is no one ready to register a complaint and take some action.
          The worst part is that the customer service executives disconnect the calls in the middle of a conversation.This is not expected from a company like AIRTEL which is supposed to have a good reputation.

          Airtel mobile connection — GPRS- Complaint

          Actually I am using the Airtel pre-paid connection for one year.Recently I bought new mobile W810i.I activated Instant GPRS.But its not working for me. They deducted Rs.20 from my account.I contact customer care on that day, they said they will refund the amount.But I am calling the customer care last 3 weeks,but they did not resolve my complaint.They are givivng different reference number.Actually they did not refund my amount.So many times, the customer care people disconnect my call.Suddenly one day they are saying we already refund my money.But I did not get.I will not angry if they said that, they wont refund the money.But I got angry once they told the lie.Don't activate the GPRS in Airtel.This is my experience,it will help others.

          Airtel — wrongly charged in bill (some facts remains for previous complaint)

          as my connection has been working from more than past 1-1/2 years. and your crm at sec-34 chd shows that my connection has been activated only 1 month back, which totally wrong, it means i have been charged wrongly from past more than 1-1/2 years, where that huge amount of the bill goes. i have been disagree and very much disturbed mentally by the airtel company.

          Airtel post-paid — Airtel charging bill on Prepaid number

          My name is priyanka, I had a post paid number of Airtel [protected], I requested airtel to deactivate this number as i no longer required it. They suggested me to get this number converted into a pre-paid number and keep it with me.
          I accepted their offer and they delivered a new pre-paid sim on my residential address. This sim was faulty and didn't work and no other sim was delivered as promised.
          Now 15 days back, I got 2 new post-paid connections from airtel, they activated my numbers and stopped the outgoing calls and msg's facility on both the numbers, When i asked the reason, they told me that a payment of Rs. 873 was due on my old number.
          Unless I pay that amount my numbers will remain as such. Now the question is when a number is converted into a pre-paid number, how can a bill be generated on that number? And now the situation has worsen, they have even stopped the incoming facility on my numbers, it says " Sim Card Registration Failed". Now i even cant make calls to airtel customer care.
          Now after 4-5 months thay will send me another notice saying that a bill of thousands of rupees is due on both of my numbers when I m not even using it.

          Please get this resolved as soon as possible.

          Airtel Post Paid Mobile Connection — They are charging GPRS Charges which i had deactivated Many times

          This is Sanjay Kumar arora and copmlained against airtel moblie services.I am using airtel post paid connection (no is [protected]) in delhi . two month ago i noticed that they are charging GPRS charges 499 per month which facility i deactivaetd about six month previous. Then i reqested to disconnect my no and stop their services, then they convenced me never agian it will happen then i kept desire to cange my nos. and bill plan nd deactivet my all valuadded services and GPRS serviecs, they did it. but today i also noticed they are still charging Gprs Charges and they have activated their self valuadded services on my account.so today i spoke them to correst it buit they had not hear it and stop my outgoing calls and when now i try to speak their customer care they are not connecting me. so I m helpless they charges about 7000 in last year for which i had not used the services and still continue.
          if i say then to disconnect their services they don't it and hen i say i will not pay the bill they give us notice for court case .is there any soution of this problem ? can i get back my money whic tey took from me by ceating????????????????????????????????????
          Airtel is charging me 99 Rs per month for call conferencing service. All operators like Hutch and Reliance provide this service free of cost. Also, when I asked for cancellation Airtel says this service is non prorated service and full be charged only in full.

          I think voice call conferencing is a basic service that should be made available to all the customers and should be free of cost. This attitude towards charging customers exorbitantly should be treated as fraud to the customers.

          Airtel — GPRS facility not given even after payment of required amount

          I paid Rs 499/- for activating GPRS connection to my M no. [protected] on 04.04.2009 . They could not install the required software in the mobile . After regular follow for a month it has not been activated . Since the payment is not monthly basis hence the amount paid become fruitless. Their customer service agreed to refund the said amount, but till date it has not been done. It is a kind of failure in providing better costumer service and giving undue mental pressure to the customer.
          Therefore i would like to lodge a complaint on the party for refund of the money paid.
          Dear Sir
          This is to report that Ms Gopa Sur, my wife, lost her mobile phone set with Airtel connection (No. [protected]) in April 2008.
          This was immediately reported to your outlet near Jadavpur P.S., with the further information that she’d want to discontinue being a user of Airtel.
          We had the impression that everything will be o.k.
          But the bills started coming as usual, although she didn’t make any call since mid-April, 2008 and all bills since May, 2008 shows ZERO call charge.
          Being exasperated, a payment of Rs. 399/- was made in July, 2008 on being informed over the phone by somebody from your office that this would make the disconnection of your service complete.
          But bills continued to come till November, 2008.
          After that people, presumably from your office, started calling my wife and me time and again asking for ‘payment’. And this continues till date.

          I’d earnestly request you to stop harassing us over the phone asking for payment of call charges which haven’t been made since April, 2008.

          They are doing with me also. I had given the proof of deactivation, even they are no listening. I had cancelled the ECS to stop payment but they created again with help of ICICI and some fraud documents. Their adamant nature forcing me to stop using their services.

          On the perusal of bill dated 28.10.09, 28.11.09, 28.12.09 & 28.01.10 for mobile No.[protected], I found that a GPRS charges has been included in all those four bill while I am not using this facility on any of the four nos. mentioned above.For Internet facility we have Broad Band connection.
          Today I personally contacted the the Airtel Office situated at Sector-11 Panchkula & they denied that this amount
          added in four bill can not be rectified at this stage.

          Please look in to the matter personally and assure me that this amount Rs.329.79*4=1319.16 will be deducted from
          the bill dated 28.02.10. Your cooperation will help me to be remain with Airtel.

          You shown your inability to reversal of GPRS rental charges in coming bill. Can you tell me why the rental of GPRS was not added in the bill before the bill of Oct.2009.

          I face the same problem although it's a prepaid account. I was using GPRS service from my iPhone and later wanted to stop it. I couldn't do it using their menu based system. I kept trying for weeks and nothing was happening. Every time I would call 121 they would promise me it will be done within 48/72 hrs and it never did. Their support staff is a bunch of illiterate fools. Technically, they have no knowledge and are like parrots who would repeat what has been taught to them. You ask a question which is out of their line and they cannot revert. They have no technical knowledge about iPhone and hence, they would ask me to remove the SIM or switch of the phone etc etc.

          Finally, someone with enough brains in him deactivated the service from the backend (which I have been requesting for the whole month). Also, I was promised a refund for the number of days this has been going on. The refund never happened. Upon query, I was informed that the money has been credited into my account but they have no proof which can show that indeed the money was refunded.

          Sincerely, I feel they tend to cheat people whenever they can. I hate to say it but service providers in this country are a bunch of thugs and Airtel is one of the biggest.

          Anyone who's interested in this case, let me knw, I can forward the email correspondence with at Airtel.

          Dear sir,
          I want to know why airtel customer care executive is giving me wrong information regarding my GPRS settings. i have activated 99rs unlimited gprs plan, even then i am charged rs840. i have not done any call or any sms even though i am charged so many rs. they are telling me that i am useing airtellive. i have called several times at 12118 they have manually guided me all the gprs settings, even then though they are refusing to accept their mistake.
          i want my complaint to be checked seriously and punished who so ever has misguided me.

          Airtel — gprs prepaid bills

          hello i m dr kailash rathod my no is [protected] i have been customer of airtel since more than a year now in bangalore
          last month on[protected] i activated my gprs monthly plan of 98 rupees with 2gb unlimited free i was using it for the month according to the plan it will b reactivated as it finishes on 16th the next month that is on[protected] and my 98 balance will b cut from my left recharge
          on 16th i was browsing my internet and around 600mb was left in my account at 12 pm in night on[protected] i had checked my balance at that moment it showed 600mb left i e at 12pm.
          now as i new my account will b reactivated on its own i continued to browse even on 18th morning that is upto around 1 30 pm that time the balance in my account was 240 rupees and as the pack my 98 rupees should hav been cut from my account on that day
          however that night the message of reactivation came to me at around 1.00 am and that time my balance was not cut finally at 10.00am in morning when i ckecked my balance to my surprise i found my total balance was gone that is 240 rupees and it showed 0 balance i could not call at that moment to any one
          i lodged the complaint regarding this in customer care the compliant no is [protected]
          they told me the call will come from customer care on third day that is on 20th the same time
          however no call came at that time or later finally i myself called and that time at 6 evening on[protected]
          the superviser of customer care told me that ur problem will b solved on 25th at same time by his seniors he gave another complaint no[protected]
          however the same the call never came from their side about the complaint i waited for few more days and till now no call came finally i called today at 6 00 pm again the person has again said that ur problem will b solved in next 24 hrs and call will come from their side
          today its[protected] the complaint i lodged was on 17th of the month and it is being said the same thing that call will come.
          sir please help me in this regards and solve the issue i want my balance back as it should be by justice

          Airtel Gsm Mobile post paid Service — Regarding Refund of the wrongly charged amount

          This is James from Raipur Chhattisgarh using a post paid connection of airtel gsm services. My no is [protected]…..

          I am using the zero rental gprs plan on my handset and my billed amounts from the last two billing cycles i.e April- May 2011 and May- June 2011…exceeded Rs 1000.00. In the first billing cycle it was somewhere around Rs 1400.00 and Rs 1300.00 (around) in the latter one though it never did exceed Rs 1000.00 at any of the time since i took this connection in the mid of the year 2009. In that manner I have been using this connection from the last two years.

          I inquired about this abrupt increase of my billing amounts by calling 121 helpline and was told by the executive that since I used the services of Airtel Live instead of airtelgprs.com, thats the reason i received that much amount as outstanding in the last two billing cycles mentioned above. The executive also told me that this services of Airtel Live gets activated from the consumer’s end only and for your kind information…never did i select this service on my own and my handset is used by me only and no one else…..So there isn’t a chance that somebody else did that on my handset..

          So it cannot be the fault on my part rather some technical fault from your side and i kindly wish that the wrong charges that are taken from me may kindly be refunded least i shall be having no other option except to file a complain against the airtel at TRAI(http://www.trai.gov.in/Default.asp)….

            My brother is sending messages from his airtel mobile from india toUK. i recieevd them till last week ok. now he says he send nearly 4 text messages from India which were urgent...and i did not get them, , , his money is deducted...Please do the needful as soon as possible...i want it to be sorted immidiately.

            I sent messages to airtel no 543211 for changing the caller tune. but the message couldnot delivered however evrytime i sent a message 3 Rs. deducted from my balance. & till date my caller tune cannot changed. I want to know if messages cannot deliver on these number then whey they are giving it. what kind of services are these???

              Hey,


              I am using an airtel post paid connection ( no.- [protected]). The payment for the month
              may- june was made on 31st June by cheque (chq no.- 099502) amounting Rs. 1, 597 at your
              paschim vihar branch. The amount was debited from my a/c (Axis Bank, Punjabi Bagh) on 4th
              of June as per my bank statement.
              And twice I have faxed a copy of my bank statement on your [protected] no..
              But still i keep getting calls from airtel stating that they have not recieved the payment as yet. I
              would really appreciate if someone could just look into this matter and get it resolved asap.

                i have been active gprs(aon) service this time i have been call custmer care center too many time for gprs(aon) setting in my mobile i am using sumsung E1410 hendset still i cant recive setting for this service and not used this service pl do need full, i cant talk with custmer care excutiv this time and my custmer care line have been ban for this day. i have lost money of Rs. 99.00 already this time also before this type service i cant use so what i do now.

                airtel was too much cheating customers by promising that waitress did not work properly, airtel should be ashamed and responsible for all losses suffered by its customers, one example is the fact Aon straight cut of 99 rps / month of Infact tp ministry did not work.How many people did you want to make you fictim ?

                  Hi, Everybody

                  I am using Airtel Prepaid connection mobile number [protected]. I recharged my prepaid mobile through ICICI online banking using my account fund. And my recharged get failed on that day but my money is deducted and not yet transferred back to my account. I made complain 5 times on disputed date but not yet received the money.
                  Finally i want to tell you everybody please don't recharge with online banks. All are frauds.

                  Even I have used online banking many times and fortunately have never come across such situation. It is quite wrong to say that all online banks are fraud, although similar cases have been coming up now and then.

                    The sales agent will call any give you the details of the rates and ask you to select buy now option from the website and once you complete all the details the hit submit the process will display error message on the first line and on the next paragraph it will display approved and will charge to your credit card.
                    But you will not get any email or any login in information, if you call the number customer support no body will pick up.

                    Airtel — Marketing Agents fraud

                    An Airtel Marketting agent has taken Rs. 999 cash for changing my Postpaid Plan,but there r no response from other side till now.
                    I have sent a mail to airtel but no right action has been taken from the company side.
                    I have received a registered form copy which was given by the executive.
                    I AM IN THE RURAL ARIEA AND I WAN `T TO MASTER DEMO CARD AND OTHER DEMO . WHERE IS THE BUY I HAVE NOT IDEA PLEASE CALL ME NO[protected]
                    The company is really very good and take full care of the customers . The company believe in quality, its gives all the facilities what the executive say. The company is registered in California and its come under USA law, so it can't do froud. The company provide very low rate because the government give them some taxes rebate to promote the local company. Some company use very cheap activity to balme the company, so they post the bad comment that company is froud.In today competetive market every company use to balme other company. Once you connected with the company they take full care of the customer. So without any hagitation you can take the product of airtelusainc.
                    airtel usa inc is best company in us market as well as in canada market. they are providing the lowest call rates from us to india, china, hongkong, etc.

Especially there referral services is too good. bcoz once u refer any customer the company's telecallers they follow up n add extra referral talktime to referers. voice quality is very good as well as the connectivity. the best thing is that we can see our call details through the website.

                    Happened to me just today. Name of the guy who talked me VINOD (bogus name) had a thick chennai accent and said works in Chennai office. He also said they have more than 40 offices in India and payment has to be processed from Calcutta. Implications are quite high. They can just take $25 or do more. PLEASE NEVER FALL IN THIS TRAP. Seems highly dangerous from a financial perspective.
                    They use the name Airtel and cheat the customer. They did same to me as mentioned in the complaint.
                    The agent will call you and promise to give 1C per minute. You have purchase for $25 and once you did, it will show 2C per minute. You can not reach the customer service. I called them several time and they told me that we will contact you or our agent (agent who called me before) will call you soon.

                    NO call afterwards. It is a bogus company and dont entertain these beggers. These guys are spoiling inidan name. I have to change my credit card numbers. Beware of this scams.

                    I signed up for AirtelUSAINC recently upon persistence from a Tele-marketeer. Believe or not I realized they are a Fraud Company the moment I made a few calls. First all I signed up with $100 and they told me I would get 5263 minutes for this, I was told that rate is 2 cents per minute but they would give me 263 mintues free if I signed up for $100. Also I was told it was valid for ever. So far go good.

                    Now comes the surprise. I did 2 calls to India of 27 minutes and 12 minutes duration. Believe it or not they deducted 54 minutes and 24 minutes from my account. Since I made the calls from my mobile phone I could see that double minutes were detected. When I called the agent to confront him he said it was a problem that some customers faced and that he could rectify it if given a chance. I can stand bad service even bad attitude but not fraud. Now I thought a minute is 60 seconds until I dealt with AirtelUSAinc. Their website says rate to call India is 4.2 cents per minute then how did they offer me 5263 minutes for $100 ?. Anyway I cancelled and got a refund of $98.37 [unused portion].

                    Apart from the above I found their so called 24 x 7 hotline number is useless and no one picks up. Almost 12 times I had called within the time specified on the site and all times it went to voicemail. To make matters worse the voicemail box was full. Finally I got through to them and cancelled.

                    People get carried away by AIRTEL name thinking it has something to do with BHARTI AIRTEL. As far as I know there is no connection between these two. If you are interested you can visit http://www.airtelcallhome.com and sign up for India calling services through BHARTI AIRTEL. I have been using this for 3 months now and I have spent nearly 70 dollars ... no problem so far. They give 600 minutes of talk-time to any number in India for a Flat $10.69 including taxes and other charges and of course these minutes are valid for 60 days only so if you not the frequently calling type you may not use it.

                    STAY AWAY FROM AIRTELUSAINC.

                    I'm using the AirtelUSAInc services it's quite satisfatory. I believe all the negetive comments are false.
                    The sales agent will call you and start with a rate of 1.5 c per min. Then he will negotiate you by offering 1000, 200, or may be 5000 extra minutes if you charge your account with $100, $150, or more. You would think he'll credit you extra minutes and you would buy. Guess what, most of the time you won't check your actual balance and they will never give you "free" minutes. They have been scamming me for last two years now. I agree, it has been my laziness as to why I did not check earlier, but it's late is better than never.

                    Please DO NOT FALL into trap of FREE MINUTES from the lying sales agent. When I called the customer service they told me that the sales team is on contractual basis and they make false commitment. Wow! don't you have a call monitoring for your sales reps? I don't think they are not aware of the malpractice of these sales agent. Beware!
                    Airtel usa inc is really very good Telecom service company and always takecare and quality voice call of the customers .The company is registered in California, USA and usa law, so this company can't do any type Fraud. Airtel always takecare of the customer.So you can take the product of airtelusainc.

                      I hold an airtel connection with number [protected]. I had shifted my house from Saligramam to Ramapuram, Porur in May09. On 7.7.09, the airtel office staff called to my mobile and said he was coming to collect address proof. That person could not able find my house inspite of repeated guidance to my address. An employee from porur office could not find an address in the same locality and he left without coming for address proof collection. I got an SMS saying that address proof has not been submitted and should give the same to avoid disconnection.. But due to my work pressure, I could not make it to the airtel office. The outgoing calls were disconnected on 12.7.09. When I checked with customer care, they had told me to submit the address proof in the office where I had taken the connection. As I had taken this connection in T Nagar office, taking permission during my office hours, I had gone there and gave the address proof. They rejected saying that it should be submitted in the Porur office. Then on another day i.e., 24.7.09, I went to Porur office and submitted the proof. They told the connection will be resumed within 24 hours. I also got an SMS, it will be resumed by 25.7.09. But the connection is not yet resumed. When me or my wife contact customer care centre, they keep on saying that they didn't get the address proof..I don't know and whom to contact. We are really getting frustrated to call the customer care and listening to their answers saying that they could not help.. Then why is the customer care service for????? Is it to care customers or torture?? They suggest me to go again to Porur office and call from that phone so that they can talk to that Porur office agent.. Why cant they check it from their end?? Its Airtel problem to get the information from their own staff...Is it so difficult for a tele communication company to get information from their own office.. Then how could a company like this can serve the entire nation??? Finally, Till now i.e., 29.7.09, I could not get my problem resolved..I dont know whom to contact...

                        I have been using the Airtel SIM ([protected]) since 24th April 2009. I am not getting incoming STD calls (only one or two people are able to call me) from the beginning, whenever anybody is calling they are getting the message as "This no. does not exist."
                        I have raised online log in Airtel site on 12th June & I contacted Airtel many a times but every time they are telling that this issue is escalated to some or other dept. Till date the problem is not resolved & I am unable to receive any STD calls.
                        I have spoken to Airtel people in all hierarchy - right from customer care to escalation manager. Everybody is saying that this issue is escalated & none of them are giving a concrete solution. I have always been assured with false commitments like it will be resolved within 24 hours/48 hours.
                        Today I was told that this issue is resolved, but all in vain the issue is still the same.

                          I am a prepaid customer of airtel, of orissa state, Although i have special tarif validity till nov- 2009, I got one sms that by recharging special tariff voucher of Rs 50, I could get Eastern region std calls at Rs0.70 p/minute. I recharge that spl tarif voucher but after that my special tarif validity was reduced to july -2009, This is disgusting that Airtel is misleading and abstracting fraudant charges with confusing sms.
                          Plese alert other customers...

                          I am residing at Sector 8B of CBD Belapur. Initially, there was not at all problem of network but from the last 3 months we are facing poor network coverage I have talked thrice in ur customer care but nothing has done yet. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible so that we can remain with airtel.

                            My name is jai rajra.i recently installed the much hyped airtel digital tv.and i consider my decision as the worst decision ever made in my life.Even after making full payment made to them i am not getting any services from theie end.after calling customer care a number of times it just resulted in me having a sore throat due to the shouting and cursing that i had to subject them to and a bad headache.the customer care services is the worst ever.they are totally irresponsible and ignorant people.in short they are thief's, duping people and then acting innocent.
                            I would like to get a full refund from them and a written apology also.

                            I would also advice all future willing customers who want to avail their services not to do so.Instead they can opt for TATSKY.Which would be a way better option.
                            I am ramesh i purchase airtel dth on 26th april 2013 amount is 1750rs account id is [protected] but still not install the setup box i logged the complaint on 30th april 2013 call centre also the complaint id[protected]. Past from 4 days i m logging the complaint still no buddy take the action otherwise refund my money.

                                i have a prepaid connection of airtel with mobile no.[protected]and i get auto renewed into this yahoo zone without my permission for the past year or so and every time i end up shelling 30 bucks, its hightime this service is deactivated at the earliest else serious action will be taken against the service provider

                                I wanted a new Airtel connection, so i approached Airtel's office.They said an executive will approach me.
                                Executive called me 7 informed me that he'll come 7 complete documentation formalities.And also that there exists a discount of Rs.600, And i need to only pay Rs.400 as per corporate Discount.I was happy as one of my friend had paid up deposit & installation charges.And when he tried cancelling connection, Airtel never paid him back deposit.So, to tackle this.They came up with one more solution.Initial registration charges which was earlier called deposit.Which is refundable.Initial Registration charges "Non-REFUNDABLE"...TRAI and DOT authorities...what are you doing...Sleeping at home...Companies & Businesses in independant india adopting their own policies & freedom at the cost of people who believe...As long as officials & authorities concerned with Income Tax, Consumer Rights and Legal System are not awake...more Satyam's will be built with all Asatyams as policies.Anyone can help me here

                                I complained a number of times regarding very slow internet connection.<br />
                                In the month of January I had complained at Borivali west Airtel centre and I was told that this service will work at proper speed from February onwards as there is some rectification work going on.The problem still exists and there is absolutely no improvement in your service.<br />
                                Again I had brought this to the notice at the same service centre on the 1st of March.I was told my complaint has been registered and the service will be proper and a person from Airtel will contact you in this regards.<br />
                                I regret to inform you that again no attention is paid towards my genuin complaint.<br />

                                I have taken super saver prepaid plan Rs98/- 2GB for 30 days pack. Initially, I was not getting the connection. I want to speak with customer care executive. The line always gets disconnected. By that time connection became alright. But, now I want to activate third party services and APN and want to speak with them. I have been trying on 12118 and 121 last few days. I could not reach to any customer care executive. I have not expected this much pathetic service from airtel. By the way, I am using broadband connection for long time. It was working fine.

                                Airtel Internet Connection — Bad Service

                                Hi All,

                                Airtel customer care service is very bad in providing internet connectivity.
                                10 days before i shifted in my new home and i logged a ticket to airtel customer care service for internet connection shifting from old address to new address. But they are not working on it and whenever i called they say that already it has shifted, but this has not done yet.
                                I don't understand why they treat their curtomer like this.

                                i am using airtel 3g modem at the speed i am getting is 10kb and the download is 5kb/sec :( and that to in hyderabad city and the false statement gaven by u is that upto 7.2 mbps speed by using it ...hahaha all that i need to say is "AIRTEL SUCKS"...

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  We are using your corporate connection group of 16 No. But from few days we are facing lot of problems in your network & bill detail. For this problem we had call several times but the issue did not resolved till date. Right now who is our new CSO (Customer Relationship Officer) looking after our group earlier it was Mr. Sourav Bhattacharya ([protected]) at present he also don’t know who is looking this group.                                     This complaint is against Airtel India - Delhi

                                    - This phone was installed three months back.
                                    - At that time I requested for the number change
                                    - The number was changed two times by their own, without giving any information to me,
                                    - At last the no of my choice was allotted but that too was not informed.
                                    - For last two months or so I am not able to use this Phone, because whenever this no is dialled it gives a message like "This airtel no is temporarily out of service"
                                    - I have been complaining to the Call Centre number on regular intervals on the nos 121 or 4012345. But the problem is as it is till date.
                                    - On 26-06-09 I called the customer care and talked with Ms. DISHA. She assured me that within 24 hrs this will be done on the priority basis. The ticket No allotted to me was 21311628
                                    - On 27-06-09 I again called the Customer care and talked with some executive. She transferred the call to Floor Super visor Mr Saurabh.
                                    - I requested him to issue me the last three month statement of my conversation with customer care thru email. He straight way refused and given me the no of Nodal Incharge Mr. Raj Kishore[protected]
                                    - And on this number nobody picks the phone or most of the time it is busy.

                                      We have been facing network connectivity issues for the last 2 years. Eventhough the place is very close to Electronic City - The IT HUB, in Bangalore, the signal strength is pathetic. Most of the times, signal is not available, even when its available, we will not be able to make or recieve calls. Vodafone and BSNL are working perfectly fine. We have nearly 20 of our close colleagues staying nearby and are planning to shift the service provider now, frustrated and totally demoralised. I have been with Airtel for the last 5 years but now the situation is too pathetic to continue.

                                        Hi

                                        I had an Airtel connection that was taken in August or September 2005 in Delhi. I was a loyal customer and paid all the bills on time and used the services. However, in February 2009, I was not in a situation to pay the bill due to some bad financial situations. Hence, I requested for a settlement which finally happened on 18th May 2009 when an executive named Nitin called me from Airtel and said that he is calling from Airtel's Legal Department. He, after negotiation agreed that the settlement can be done for 10, 000 out of which I was told to pay 8, 000/- on the same date that he called and rest with in a month’s time. I agreed to this settlement and went ahead to pay the 8, 000/- at an Airtel outlet, Mahim Branch in Mumbai, as I shifted to Mumbai in April 2009. The executive confirmed that he will send the NOC letter via email to the branch manager at the same branch and I can take a print out from there, which will be enough for to confirm the settlement. Once I ave the receipt of the rest of 2, 000/-, the airtel will settle my account as Full and Final.

                                        When I reached there, I got to know that the Mahim Branch do not have online payment policy so that Delhi branch could receive the payment the same day. On telling this to the agent who had called me, I was told to make the payment and take the normal receipt and he assured me that he will send the NOC to my email address. Being Airtel a big and valued company, I trusted the executive and made the payment of 8, 000 rupees and took the receipt. When I reached back and checked my email, there was no email from Airtel so I called the executive but he did not take my call. Onward that, he started ignoring my calls. Finally I got to speak to him after couple of days when he said that he could not take my calls as he was busy with work and is sending me the NOC right than. I was on my computer to check that but when after an hour also did not get the email, I called him again and he again stopped taking my calls.

                                        Since he was not taking my calls, I sent him an SMS to send me the NOC on priority or at least call me and inform me the reason of delay, which he did not bother to do.

                                        I than had to call Airtel’s Nodal Department where I spoke to Prabhjot, the Nodal Officer, for more than an hour and narrated the entire story to her. She took the number of the executive and spoke to him. She was told by the executive that he never committed me for 10, 000/- but for 14, 000/-. Prabhjot also informed the executive to take my calls, which he did when I was asked by Prabhjot to call him being herself on conference. I tried the executive number and he answered the call but he out rightly on my face denied the fact that he agreed to 10, 000 and said that he did not agree to 10, 000 but 14, 000 for the settlement. I was pretty sure about it as by that time this executive was already knew that this case has reached Nodal Department and Prabhjot had already spoken to him.

                                        I before making the call to the executive had told Prabhjot that since you have already spoken to him, he will not agree to what he did. Prabhjot, the Nodal Officer was convinced with my facts and agreed that she will look into the matter and will get back to me. I also requested her to pull out those calls which were made to me by that executive Nitin and listen to what he had committed me. Prabhjot said that calls cant be pulled but she will see what best she can do for me.

                                        She also said that if she fails to call me within 2 days, I shall call her to check which I did but it was hard to contact Airtel’s Nodal number and most of the time it does not get connected. After 48 hours when I tried Nodal’s number, it was disconnecting the call within 1 second… I had to pay for those calls but I was not able to speak to anyone. I failed to get in touch with anyone than and neither I was called by anyone from the Nodal department.

                                        NOTE: I was informed later that the executive who had called me was not from Airtel Legal Department but from some collection Department or Agency.

                                        I, today on 27th June 2009 received a call from a man called Sameer who informed me that he is Airtel’s Legal Counselor and has a case against my Airtel number. He said that if I will not make the rest of the payment today, the case will go legal and I will have to attend the case hearings. Firstly, I was not unable to believe that he is from legal department. Still, I told him whatever happened to me against which he did not show any interest and said that he can’t do anything about whatever was promised to me by someone else. I asked him that since you are Airtel’s Legal Counselor, can you tell me the way to find out what I should do when someone from Airtel makes a false commitment. He said that since you did not pay the bill, the executive might have lied to you and would have made a false commitment that the bill can be settled for 10, 000/-, which is practically impossible. He would have wanted to make you pay whatever you were ready for. I said that if this settlement was impossible, the executive should have told me that and would have given me the correct amount of settlement. The Airtel’s Legal Counselor Sameer said that the executive would have made a false commitment to get the money out of me.

                                        Kindly suggest what I can do in this regard as I was assured by Airtel that the settlement can be done for 10, 000/- which I agreed to and made a payment of 8, 000/- but did not get any NOC. Airtel’s Nodal Department is also not contactable today being Saturday. I wanted to find out if Nodal Department has done something on my case but the Airtel’s Legal Counselor Sameer says that I have to make the payment today itself. I don’t even believe that he is actually from the Legal Department.

                                        I have been cheated as, an Airtel employee made a FALSE COMMITMENT to me and since I trusted the big brand name AIRTEL, I agreed to make the payment. Never thought in my life that such a big name can cheat their customers by making false commitments. I want to know how can I ask them to check the calls in which the executive made the commitment of 10, 000/- so that I can pay rest 2, 000/- and get the NOC letter and get over the matter.
