[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV HD — NOT ADDING CHANNEL & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE | |||
I have a AIRTEL DIGITAL TV HD DTH Service. Almost 10-12 days back I had requested through SMS, email for adding Movies Now HD Channel. I Sent SMS again and again. But they are not adding the channel. Also when I called customer service, 6 times my call disconnected before it reaches any service executive. Finally when connected, executive told me that some engineer they send, their seems a problem in their HD services. Now it's almost a week I am expecting that Engineer. My verdict, AIRTEL DIGITAL TV DTH provides poor customer service and I am going to discontinue their services. I suggest all customers to never choose AIRTEL DTH. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. have collected Rs 1590 from me to intall Airtel DTH. I came to know from Airtel Digital TV that Vriti is a third party supplier of therr products.
When I searched on the the internet about Vriti, I found that millions have already complained about Vriti's cheating and it is a fraud company. They are sending out communications asking for confidential information like A/c No, User Id, Password, Card No, etc.
Also, Vriti's e-mails contain links of look-alike websites to mislead customers. So NEVER EVER USE VRITI INFOCOM for any service. Before you get any service through internet, do a thorough search on the internet about fraud companies to avoid disappintments.

Although Rakesh Ranga from Airtel Customer Service Team promised three days back that my concern has been noted and his team was working on a resolution, NOTHING has happened yet. This is another example how PATHETIC Airtel Digital TV’s customer service.
Taking money from customers by rosy promises and not providing the service is cheating and unethical.

AIRTEL SUCKS...THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO. ALWAYS GETS DISCONNECTED BEFORE REACHING EXECUTIVE OR JUST AFTER REACHING EXECUTIVE...MOREOVER THEY CHEAT BY SELLING SD DVR TELLLING THAT IT IS HD DVR...ACTUALLY DVR GIVES ONLY 576P INSTEAD OF 1080i ...MOREOVER MOST OF THEIR EXECUTIVES DONT KNOW WHAT RESOLUTION IS ALL ABOUT ...AND WHEN U EXPLAIN THEM THEY CONVINCE U THAT THE DVR IS HD ONLY...MY CUSTOMER ID [protected]
