Airtel Digital TV — COMPLAINT NOT BEEN RESOLVED
My Airtel digital TV A/c No. is [protected] I purchased this connection on[protected] and my compliant No. is 3826641 I booked this complaint on[protected] at 11.45 AM.Representative on toll free No. [protected] has assured me that ur compliant will be resolved today till 6.30PM today.
I again called at 4.30PM on the same day than also representative on the same toll free no. assured me of the same time limit.
but no technical representative visited or called me up
So I again call on toll free no. at 7.45PM, this time ur representative said that we will SMS you our dealer phone No. on which you have to call. I did not get any SMS I again called on ur toll free No. were I was provided with the Mo. No. of the dealer M/s COMFORT, Bhopal Mr Ramtani Mo.No.[protected] I called dealer on Monday but he did not answered my Phone
I 9.45 Pm on sunday 12-9-10 itself I mailed at [protected]@airtel.in my complaint
On monday[protected] I was provided with various Mobile and Telephone No's of Technical person but of No use.
My complaint has not been solved till 15/9/2010 7.30 PM
Company are there only to sell their products, does they are not bound to provide after sale service to their customers

Airtel Digital TV call me everyday (2 times in a day),But I have no Airtel Digital TV Connection.I talked with their costomercare assistants,they suggestion me to change register mobile no.I changed my register mobile no. but calls don't stop.Please help me..Airtel Digital TV — relocation not done after recharge
I 've changed my rented house to another location in the same society. I am already very much unsatisfied with airtel digital tv services as they are very costlier in compare to others dth services and i wish to discontinue the services. But their customer care executives daily called me and their sms assured me to give best services everafter. But it is very disgusting that as i recharged my acccount no i.e. [protected] no one came to my home for re-installation as i called several times for the same. Now they forget me and no one is bother to re start my services. I am very much fed up with their third class services and their cheap activities. Airtel Digital TV — Paid Rs. 5490 for digital TV, yet no product delivery and no response from customer care
I paid Rs. 5490 for airtel digital TV recorder on sep 13, 2010. I was told that installation will be done within 48 hours. I had problem booking the order, so CCE proactively called me back to take the order thru IVR options. I paid thru credit card.Now its 12 days since I placed the order, I received no sms/call from airtel digital TV. Morever I called Cust care almost 40 to 50 times, but 98% times my call was disconnected by CCE, bcoz they didint had details and were unable to resolve my queries. I spoke to three CCE, Mr. Swapnil Rane, Mr. Aniket Kadam and Mr. Arpan, they assured me that my problem will be solved within half an hour, but nothing like that happend. I sent several mails to their customer care, apart from autoreply, no mail was replied. I applied for refund thru email, but again zero response from CC. Please help me to retrieve my amount back

Airtel Digitel TV — unable seen the channels
I have using more than two years of AIRTEL digitel tv my Id is [protected]. But in last six month i have suffering whenever watching the television why because if weather climate is cloudy suddenly automatically the telecast is disconnect. even its happening sizzling has started. i was complaint lot but no result would be happen. even the service guy also dont know how to speak or treating customer as customer. i am not getting free service of them i am paying money so i would expect valuable service from them but nothing would be happen .... now i decide plan to buy TATA SKY.. He two hours Approx. to install the antennae. but he didnot knowhow to drill the wall and what put in the hole so that it may fix and he fix the antennae in a bamboo. AS he couldnot do the same he told me that he will come next day to fix the same When air blow, the signal strength vanish and I have to adjust again and again.. But he never come to fix the antennea. when contact to customer care service they gave me some complain number but no result has been found. it means customer careservice doesnot bother about the problem of customer. After that I have contacted to the dealer he told me he will send me one person to fix the same from 02.10.2010 to o8.10 2010 he never send any person person to fix the same .
therfore i wolud like to lodge this complian against the airtel digital tv so that i may get proper result punish the inefficient person you have appointed.

I too got this stupid and worthless set top box along with my TV. This is new age Cable walah's. I guess the local cable guy actually gives a better service as atleast he is reachable and if the service is not good, we can atleast cut his money at the end of the month. My request to Airtel people is to pls pls pls take back your stupid set top box and my request to LG/Samsung people is to please do not tie up with any one company. The product we pay is good but the whole experience gets ruined. After 9 months of horrible experience today I have actually written to LG Customer care along with marking the Airtel Karnataka's Nodal Offices. I know for sure if I do not hear from the LG people then I will not be buying any future product from LG. By the way, my Airtel Customer Id is '[protected]".

Airtel Digital TV — Airtel digital tv since i purchased bearing Remote control Problem
i'm customer of Airtel digital TV Customer Id:-[protected]i having remote problem since i purchase it. i have been called them thousands of time but getting response from 6 months and said "aapko service charge dena padega"
i think now they are waiting for one year for full charge of remote.

I had asked for the shifting of the Airtel Digital TV on Oct 1st. So asked for the de-installation at my old address. Till now no one has turned up for the de-installation. I have taken back my set top box and wires. Only the antenna is lying in old house. The Service Request has been closed without even getting the work completed which is really annoying. Since 3 days I'm not able to call the Customer care also, it will take you the menu and when i choose the option to talk to customer care executive the call doesn't get connected instead they cut it. I do not have dish connection since 15 days. There is no reply to any mails also. The thing is even though I'm not able to use the Digital TV the monthly rental is getting deducted on a daily basis.
Please see that i get the dish connection back by tomorrow i.e., on 16th Oct'10 along with the amount they have deducted all these days. If i don't get it back, i will complaining against them in Court. This is a serious and strict warning.

AirTel — non response to line going down despite repeated complaints
There was a fire in a local tel exchange of airtel 10 days back in chandigarh .Subsequently this was restored.From that time the landline and internet connection is down despite repetaed complaints and reminders.There is simply no response.I stay in sector 21c in chandigarh.Airtel Digital TV — Purchased the connection but no installation done
i have purchased a Airtel digital TV connection on 14/10/2010 through my credit card. payment done through the voice recongnition. as per per airtel they should do the installation within 72 hrs. but it is 10 days over i yet to get a call from them. i made 500 calls to the airtel customer care no respoense from them. please take neccassary action and sort out the issue. hell customer care
