PRESENTLY I DONOT HAVE ANY DTH CONNECTION. BUT FEW YEARS AGO AN AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP CENTRE (P. MUKHERJEE AND CO.) WAS USED MY MOB NO ([protected]) FOR LOGIN PURPOSE. THERE CUST ID WAS 32YEARS BACK I HAVE LEFT THE JOB. SEVERAL TIME I HAVE COMPLAINED IN CUSTOMER CARE BUT MY PROB IS NOT YET SOLVE. DAILY I HAVE RECEIVED AROUND 10 TIMES RECORDIND CALLS AND SMS ALSO WHICH IS VERY IRRITATING, SO, PLS PUT [protected] (AS REGISTERED NO) INSTEAD OF MY MOB NO. ([protected]). EVERY TIME CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE CONFIRMED ME UR MOB NO. HAS BEEN CHANGED BUT, TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED CALL AT 10.34 AM. SO DO SOMETHING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...AFTER DOING THIS PROCESS PLS GET BACK TO ME OR EMAIL ME...JAYANTA DEY

Airtel Digital TV — CHEATING THE CUSTOMER
Dear Siri am having a AIRTEL DIGITAL TV south mega package since Dec 09. During purchase and installation, AIRTEL advertised a package inwhich we were told that i[censored] pay for 10 months, there will be an addl credit of two months. We took this package in Dec 2009 AFTER PAYING FULL AMOUNT OF Rs 3050 approx. Now i have been intimated through automated SMS after 10 month, that either to recharge or the SERVICES will be suspended. They did not give any credit for two months.
I approached the customer care on 28 Oct 10 immediately and a got confirmation too that the two months have been now credited, ironically today ie 29 Oct 2010, the customer care has different story to tell. They have informed that U DO WHAT EVER U WANT, U WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
This kind of fraudulant act must be dealt with severity

Airtel Digital TV — No Installation after 6 days
I have purchased a new connection on Airtel Digital TV with their new offer of 1590/- for fout months with free home delivery and free installation. I purchased this on 26/10/2010 and I purchased this via credit card on mobile. So the money was directly provided to Airtel. They promised that the connection will be provided in next 48 hours. it's already 6 days over since I purchased this connection and I am yet to get the kit + installation. I have pursued the matter via multiple calls to call centre. The very next day of purchase, I got a customer if as [protected] and the transaction id of payment was 11507097. Everytime they ask me for the useless details and promise to take action in 24 hours. I am really pissed off with the call centre services. I have lodged a complaint for refund of money if you can't install, there is no reply. They don't even have a system where a complaint number is generated which can be tracked. Also, the call centre people tell me that there are no details with the account and not even my phone number. How disgusting? Call centre called me for crdit card details and their sales team call me for a new connection ad now they don't have number as registered number? The call centre people conveniently disconnect the call if they don't have any answer. It is frustrating to get to talk to the agent with the automated system in call centre. I opted to talk to nodal office but no one is connecting to talk to him. I doubt if the system of customer care really exist with Airtel.There is no system and my money is already swindled by the company. I am planning for a cosumer court complaint if the problem is not resolved by tomorrow. worst experience of purchasing a product. I have already decided to continue with my existing Tata Sky. NO MORE AIRTEL. Even I am going to disconnect the mobile connections of airtel.
This Videocon DTH was already after me with same offer...but I had gone really nuts to buy this stupid service.

Hi My name is Bheema Lingeswara Rao My Airtel digital customer ID =[protected] once done reinstallation I have raise reinstallation compliant and change my new address on 03-November and booked slot on 8th November
But when I called 8th November they are saying no more complaint is registered against your account so again they are raise below requests given date but they are not done reinstallation and also they are closing the request with out customer confirmation and keep on create new request
Below requests with out customer conformation they have closed

Airtel Digital TV — Activation delay
I have recently purchased a Samsung LCD TV on 04-Nov-2010 and got the Airtel Digital TV Connection (ID: [protected]) complimentaryTill date the setup box/dish hasn't been installed at my premises
Inspite of calling the Airtel customer care every day for last 14 days and getting repeated assurance from them that it will be installed on the same day no one from Airtel has turned up yet.
The airtel customer executives and their supervisor have been incompetent and unprofessional in the way they handle the calls and give false assurances.

Finally The connection was installed on 3rd Nov 2010. Apologies for being a little late in confirming here. Still overall not happy with the way my case was handled.
I moved recently to my new house and raised a complaint with airdigital tv call center for the re installation of dish. the compliant was raised on 25th Nov. it is 11 Dec today and the problem remains. There is such thing as customer care at Airtel Digital TV.
I regret buying Airtel Digital TV equipment in first place.

Airtel digital tv didnot reconnect my connection. This is insptie my 7 complaints to their call centre in 2 week. They diduct 10 rs from my rechage every day

Airtel digital tv have not put back my connection at my new residence in hyderabad. This is inspit of 7 complaints, follow up for 12 days and countless calls. My Air Tel Digital TV Customer no [protected] I subcribed channel 234 ten cricket amount Rs 30/- deducted from my account but i did't recieved the channel please rectify my complaint and do the needful at the earliest.

Airtel Digital TV — cheating in monthly package deals
Dear Sir/Madam,I have paid 364 Rs. for Ultra package on Dec 01st, 2010, As disscussed with aitrel digital customer care
dept if i pay the above said amount ( Ultra package ) i will be able to see all channels.
Now when i came to know that some channels are not subscibed to my account, I called up customer care for assistance, and they replied me to pay more for the channels.
This is totally cheating.
Pls look into the matter

Dear Sir,since last 15(12/10/2010) days, my Airtel digital(DTH) channels are not comming properly I complaint regarding this to customer care of airtel digital TV. bute they just assuring me that your problem will solve within 24 Hrs. but from that complaint date no service eng. came to me.
