Vikram on going through airtel website had generated my interest to buy Airtel DTH
against which I was contacted by Mr. Brajendra kumar of Vriti Infocom
(Tel[protected] on 18th february 2011 who told me to make payment of
Rs.1590/- to an executive who will come to my house and collect the payment in accordingly the Airtel DTH will be installed at my residence by Airtel representatives by tomorrow and was alloted a customer id [protected]. But the engineer came on 22nd feb for the installation, and since that day only i got a sms that my subscription is going to end in 2 days and it has shown error code 6 many times and when i contact airtel dth customer care then they tell me that under my user id has been attached some other id by their mistake and they told me that they will resolve this problem but now they are telling me that my account balance is -534Rs and it also showed a message on tv screen that my account balance is negative and to ignore if already recharged many times.
I contacted Airtel DTH Customer care at 12150 and was assured that the problem will be resolved but now i am sick and tired of calling airtel dth customer care everyday for more than half an hour, and how can my balance be negative after just 5 days of installation. In view of this i would request you to track the agency which seems to be a fraud and see if i can either
get Airtel DTH installed or refund against my payment.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Non Working of DTH Connection
complaint of Non working of DTH Tv from 24.02.2011 continuous follow up with Call center has given us no result. Each time upon calling assurance is given and new compalint number is given but till date (27.02.2011) action have not been taken and even the lines called to customer care have been disconnected sometime without any response.Even the engineers no. provided by the company is not responding to the call made.
Being the King of Digital & Mobile network you all are not able to satisfy your customer. any how it dosent matter for you all if the customers suffer. if we quit some one else will join with you. This is what we call this happens only in India.

Airtel DTH — Channel subscription and poor customer service
Respected sir,Iam a customer of Airtel digital tv with customer id no:[protected] and i have using it since 1 nd half year.before 2 days i got problem in the settop box.i went to the service center and they replaced it with a other box for a recharge of 350 rs.and after bringing back home the ESPN sports package which i have subscribed is not coming now and apart from this the dth company is changing the channels in a free manner which is not present in the channel list that we subscribe.i called to the customer care several times and still there is no solution for my problem.My name is Mohinuddin from suryapetand Nalgonda district. the customer care service so bad phone call not recieve

Experts from Airtel couldn't install Airtel Dish from the last two days. Why ?
Airtel Digital TV — any signal problems
dear sirI am gopal chandra sahoo.I have two airtel digital tv connection one is in my home and another is in my office.which is in my office That was Installed on 26 feb 2011 but after two days it did not work .and till today nobody has come to repair solv the problem . so I am little bit worried about this and requesting to solve the problem.
Such irresponsible is that Airtel digital service customer support guys. They are totally useless. I am shifting my location . I was repeatedly trying to reach them.But to catch god is much more easy than to catch these support( actually can't support anything ) guys. At last I was able to reach one (read one god ) and I was assured that one engineer ( they are really engineer) would come and gave me one schedule time. I was waiting, but anyone didn't came. One more thing, if fortunately I can connect these guys, they have so much useless and formality questions that line is disconnected before actual talk starts.
THE CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS...the set up box is not working from a week n no 1 has come 2 fix it..
What is the Signal strength of the Airtel digital TV and disk angle?

sir, i m recharge silvar card. but i want to see sports channel, i v also sms to 57575 on bsnl mobile. there have been no result yet. not providing proper service.
DishTV — wrongly added a ala carte pack
yesterday 10 th march I just want to add a ala carte pack no 659 but dishtv added pack no 2659 which is a annual pack i upgraded to airtel digital hd set top box, the airtel agents said that there would be launch of 18 hd channels by 26 january 2011 and but till this day there is only one hd channel (NGC HD) . airtel also shows its ad in tv about there HD settop box but the funny thing is that theres only one HD channel .
i am pissed of with airtel service .

I am balsubramanian.m. i had sent mail to airtel digital tv customer careregarding temporary deactivation of my subscription for one year.There is no
response for the past one month.My customer Id is [protected].Please do the
needful as soon as possible.
AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Non-supply of the desired channels
I took an Airtel Digital HD new connection and specifically said I want Tamil regional add on given free of cost for life time. The Customer care person agreed and said Sun TV and K TV will be given free of cost and told me to make the payment by credit card for immediate action. I paid Rs. 2,514/- on 13th March 2011. The installation was done on 15th March when I found that Tamil top up has not been activated. Today on 16th I again talked to the customer care at [protected] with Mr. Ritish Jeriwal. I told him to run the tape and see what I have asked at the time of booking and what has been given by Airtel. He told me in an unfriendly manner to lodge a customer compliant and also added that nothing will happen unless you pay additional charges for the Tamil package.Airtel Digital TV — harrasment by repeated messages on mobile by comapany
IMy costumor ID for airtel digital TV is [protected], inspite of recharging company is repeteadly sending messages to recharge. Height is that the message is not once or twice a day, it is multiple times...today i got the message for almost 30 times. My connection was disconnected becuase of negative balance, after recharging connection has been restarted but the company is still sending messages repeatedly and harrasing me and disturbing my routine Dear sir,
