I had disconnected my connection before 10th May, and the customer care from Airtel confirmed that it will be dis-continued from 10th May. Still they generated a bill till 20th May, which i didn't pay as the amount was disputed. I tried contacting but noone i called/talked to had any context and was dumb. Now they are sending mails about court-case.

They also have to return Rs 131, which they agreed to but never did.

I had paid Rs.180 for the local pack on my prepaid 3 months into the pack i enquired dat i also wanted to activate std pack but none of them told that by this my local pack will be deactivated.
When i called customer care no one was ready to reply to my questions
I all ready complaints approx. 8 to 10 time since 3 of august but no one can response me me or no one solve my complain this is my last response to you after that i am going to disconnect my No. because u charge 3 Rs per sms in Rooming on this [protected] or my No.[protected] i[censored] r able to solve it other wise i am going to disconnect this.

iam very upset with airtel services.i was issued the bill of 7568 rs which i have already paid .now the problem is that ur airtel staff have already made the entry to some other client accont .i hope u understand that how dumb it is .the money which i paid she transferred it to some other clent account.my sim have been deactivated.now the airtel poeple have been callin on my friends mobie and telling them that i have not paid them .
first of all i feel harassed cos going to airtel office five times since may and requestin the same secondly now my friends are calling me and telling the same.
iam takinh this matter very seriously and consulting my lawyer.he would be contacting u now

NO 2 customer care executives ever say the same things...BLind illiterate fools !
one other thing i observed with most of the call centers (phone companies, banks, etc etc.). you call them to explain the problem. the call center executive tells us, and promises something. after some time (few hours or days), you call the same call center again to know the status of your query. somebody else picks the call, and he doesn't have any clue what the earlier executive had promised to the customer (many of the times, these executives don't keey the history of their interaction with the customer). and most of the time, different call center executives tell different things.

this is really frustrating
I am having a pre paid connction of Air Tel. However, after activation for life Time i.e upto 2012 only giving the talk time of Rs 10/ only for Rs. 195/ this is a BIG FRAUD on the part of the company. After one month the service on my MB No. [protected] is suspended all of a sudden. When I contacted several time to CUSTOMER SERVICE No. [protected] and [protected] after pressing the various keys as instructed thereby on the phone the answer is that they are help less to solve the problem. The Air Tel Company is playing a big fraud with the cusomers. If it is unable to provide good service the company should close down the business. I lost about Rs. 400/- within 2 months. The Air Tel company is not giving its telephone Number of its Head Office nor give any E-mail Address for lodging our complaints in writing. It is suggested that instead of complaining in the Forum all the CUSOMER should go in the COSUMER COURT for compensaion.
Hi,
I have been given a fraud mobile airtel numbersaying its an add-on card.
It has already agreed from Airtel about the mistake, but not ready to refund all my money back.
Then even after paying the bills everyday more than 20 calls will come from call center to pay bill.
Try to reach byy give faulty information.

Now i have already stopped using the number as this poeple mentally disturbed me a lot and i did not get my refund back.

Now they are sending me court notice for not paying the bill.

Pls help.....i am fed up.........
