Booked online airtel connection on 21/6/13 but still not yet received the connection

Dear sir,
According to subject I had bought a new phone Samsung galaxy note 2 and after
seeing the scheme of airtel that on a new phone I am getting 2GB 3G data for
one month so after confirming from your customer care executive I had bought a
new sim and activated that scheme by sending a message SAMSUNG to 543210 but I
received that message that "Sorry, you are not eligible for this service." Then
I again contacted your customer care executive but he said he can't do
anything.
Please see into this matter and Kindly please apply this promotional offer on
my number. Because for this plan only I had bought a new airtel sim.

Sir/Mam,

I am Nithyanandh Sekar working in Sutherland for the past 3 years.I got two post paid connection before 10 days. My numbers are [protected](plan 199 ) & [protected](plan 125). It went fine till day before yesterday, i got a person to my door step for conformation got call, got sms to both the numbers for the address verification & every thing was fine. Suddenly Wednesday morning my [protected](plan 125). sim was blocked. i called customer care found that they have blocked it because they found that some one else is using it, and hance forth it can be used only as prepaid. But i am using it for my personal use. So called the person from whome i got connection & found that if i send a mail to this address this will be sorted out. So kindly do the necessary action to get the number cleared.

You can see my usage till date & find that i am unable to manage without that number activated for my personal use.

Call me at any time. If in case if i am not picking just drop me a message in mobile so that i can get back to you. I will not be on line always so will also check mail at 10pm to check for your reply. Kindly help me in getting this sorted out as soon as possible.

I walked into airtel showroom the responce they gave was not acceptable. they told that they will raise a revisit but the revisit person will still say that it is not used by me.. How is that possible that even before they come & conform they will be giving this type of responce

I switched to local airtel calls 30p/min, other local & std 50p/min plan (pre-paid) on dated 3.1.2010.
I paid Rs. 65 E-recharged and no talk time E-recharge trans ID is[protected].
the scmeme is not activated neither any talk time given. recently i visited the airtel gallary spoke to
customer care executive noted my complaint and till date no response from airtel
when I call on customer service number 121, there is no option to talk to the customer care executive.
I have been with Airtel only for the reason that I don't want to change my cell number.
But now I'm fed up of Airtel and if I don't get a solution, I'll soon switch to some other service provider.

Please help.

Airtel — Message not free

I have recharged with Rs 52 according to which i should get 500 national and local message free for 30 days.But on the contrary,my message have been charged from day of recharge.In 28 days,i have called customer care about 12 times regarding this problem, but most of the time they disconnect my number or tell to to wait for fix number on days.Even their supervisor told me that my balance will be refunded in 48 hrs and service will be provided but no such refund has yet been made to my number.
kindly look into this matter.

AirTel — Company not providing new scheme on my regular number

sir/madam,
I have a mobile connection of AIRTEL since three years. now they have launched a new scheme called AIRTEL FRIENDS. I like that sceme & it is affordable for me. butI dont wantto change my number. Company is saying that that service is available to new conections only. I want that scheme without getting change my regular number.
So kindly help me to have that scheme on my regular number.

Airtel — not providing free facilities

according to the company's new scheme airtel was providing free mobile internet for 6 months on purchasing nokia mobiles.on 15th jan i purchased a nokia N8 mobile on which till now the free mobile internet has not been provided to me.

i have made many complains regarding this issue but there is no outcome.i felt like i have been looted in the name of this scheme.

AIRTEL/Mobile — Not Help New Customer

My Name is Irshad Ishaq and i live at Jamia Nagar, Okhla. My Contact Number [protected]. I want your kind attention towards my complain against Air tel Service Center in New Friends Colony. My Porting Request Code Number is RD175924. This Code is valid up to 5th March 2011. Today I went in Air tel Service Center in New Friends Colony Branch community center for Mobile Probability. They told me this service is not in process. I don't know it is true or not. They said to me you should try in March or April.

After that i complained 3 times on this help line number [protected] and [protected]. But nobody take any action on my complained.

I want quick action on my complain.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    On 26/6/13 at 2217 hrs a sum of Rs 50/- was deducted on account o[censored]pgradation to airtel money Axis bank super account(Txn ID :[protected] as per SMS received from AD-AIRMNY.Besides,I have not been able to use my mobile for almost 2 months as I am interrupted with messages "Allow sim card to send message" and it takes minimum three attempts to cancel the message. Secondly, I do not want any extra services activated on my account. Lastly, my DND service should be activated forthwith.

    Airtel Prepaid — Wrong Information

    Dear Sir,
    Myself Mohammed Shakeel having airtel prepaid number [protected]. I was in Student college plan.The customer care has given me wrong information regarding the plan, for which I suffering for it. I have recharge for the450m plan. Than later I came to know about the facts of the plan. And now I like to roll back the plan. I cancel the current plan and get back to my old plan but they are not dong. I have placed twice request to the airtel but they not responding to it. I just to get back my old student plan that’s it. I am ready to forget my 450 rupees and all its facility too.
    Please help me to get back to my old rate plan. I will be thankful to you.

    Airtel Prepaid — Wrong deduction from account!

    I have recharged Airtel prepaid mobile No : +91 [protected] for Rs.2000.00 INR by Online from my ICICI NRI Account on 31/03/2008. This Amount has already debited from my account BIL[protected]/0107 on 31/03/2008. But I did't credit this amount in my above mentioned mobile No. Earlier I recharged Rs.121.00 to the same mobile No. This was credited my mobile at the same moment.

    Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — Disconnection of Mobile Services

    I purchased an Airtel prepaid sim about 20 days back.
    I submitted the photocopy of my driving licence as Identity proof and the photocopy of address proof issued by my employer (Bajaj Auto Ltd, Pune) bearing company seal.
    On 24th July I received an sms from Airtel that my docuements have been rejected.
    And subsequently the mobile services were disrupted on 25th July.
    I contacted the shop from where I purchased the sim card.
    He said that I need not submit the documents again as he has not received the documents back from the salesman (one who collects documents from various retail counters). I kept visiting the shop for 3 days but no concrete action was taken. I got the phone number of the main collection center at Pimpri from the shopkeeper.
    A lady there informed me that my documents were rejected but she had no idea why.
    She gave me the contact number of the salesman who had collected my documents from the shop.
    I called him up and he told me that the address on my licence was not clear. (Though I had submitted it as an identity proof). He asked me to resubmit the documents with the shopkeeper and assured of resuming my mobile services in a few hours. This time I submitted a copy of my PAN card as identity proof and a copy of company address proof.
    But nothing happened. On contacting him again and again he started using foul language and told me to talk to the shopkeeper instead.
    Loosing all hopes I went to the collection center at Pimpri on 30th July and again submitted a copy of PAN card and the original address proof issued by my employer.
    They assured me that my mobile services shall resume very soon. Today it is 1st August and still no action has been taken.
    I have been totally harassed by these people, whether it be the shopkeeper, salesman or the people at collection center.
    Despite of numerous calls (from phones of various people) and visits nothing has been done to solve my problem. I have done all this amidst my busy office schedule.
    I have been completely out of touch of my friends and family.
    Despite of numerous promises from these people, I am still struggling to get my mobile services resumed. I am totally frustrated. What should I do?

    Bharti Airtel — Prepaid Mobile connection

    I had purchased 25 prepaid connections from Bharti Airtel for my staff on 15/12/2007 from IT World MAK Tower 52 S.P.Marg Allahabad vide bill no.10931 dated 15/12/2008 . At the time of taking the connections I was advised by the person coming from the local office of Bharti Airtel at Allahabad that the connections should be converted to lifetime incoming free connections on extra payment.I agreed to that and the required exercise was done before handing over the cards to me and also the value of Rs.20 was also loaded in the prepaid cards.
    Some cards were utilized and others were kept safely till now . Now when the staff has joined and I have handed over the connections to them I am told that the remaining numbers will neither function nor can be corrected and fresh connections have to be taken .
    I am running a logistics company and the numbers had been taken in serial for ease of functioning and the numbers have already been communicated to the principals : TVS Motor Co. Ltd and India Yamaha Motor Pvt Ltd

    It is therefore requested that the numbers available with me may please be made functional immediately.

    I am a Gujarati for what o will select this type of song . i have not opted for any WT, the money has wrongly charged towards my account, i want my money to refunded ASAP.

    AirTel — wrong deduction from my account.

    Re.1 is being deducted from my account everyday even though i have not subscribed any scheme and every now and then they keep deducting money for downloading java or for browsing airtellive and till date i have not done any of these things.if you really have a good service then kindly look into the matter as soon as possible or i shall close my connection with you and also advice all those nearby me not to get airtel and i am also planning to go to consumercourt to complain against this company.

    AirTel — money deduction from mob account

    Hi,

    This too much because this is happend two times in a single month, deduct money from prepaid mobile account without intimate me like:-
    1. First time(14/06/09 at nigh), while i was talking with cust. care excu.(121) he hold me more then 30 min and provide wrong information which was i ask after then i disconnect the phone then i got lots of messages fron airtel related to services activation after then i chek balance and i socked it was just 4 Rs out of 294 Rs.then log a complaint and after so many followups from nodal officer after one day i got money (Rs.280) back and he committed me this will not happen again.

    2. second time(18/06/09 at night), again deduct money from my mobile account without any message or intimation, suddunly i check my balance and again i socked it just Rs.14 out of Rs.266. Again i logged a complaint but no response till mow.

    This is time taken process to take money back.
    Please help me on urgent basis.

    I have airtet prepaid sim . no. is- [protected] most i use this sim for internet mobil office many time i have activated this service after 12 pm for 24 hour but it was working only 9 or 10 hour . whenever i call customer care for this prob they hold my call .

    i , jayendran.v, mobile no:- [protected] , staying at vashi Navi Mumbai is using the AIRTEL PERPAID from last 4 years, my monthly usage is about Rs 200, which is sufficient for my requerment , they were providing a good service, i was satisfied with it, network in our area is also good, no complaint about the signal quality,
    My only complaint is that the AIRTEL has started deducting money from my account without my knowledge by swithing on some servive for eq:- Bikinialert,Cricketalert,Matrimony ,even though i have not requested for it.They deduct money from my account and when i concacted their helpline at 999.they just refuse to refund it.
    Because of it i am loosing a lot of money ,for the service i don't require.
    i request you to look into the matter and stop this robbery immediatly

    I,JAYENDRAN . V . MOBILE NO:- [protected], had previously written a complint on 19-sep-2009, regarding deduction of money from my account,by switching on some unwanted service such as Bikini alert,Matrimony , Cricket alert ect.
    This is in continuation a my ealier complaint. No action was taken against my earlier compliant, i only got a call from the AIRTEL COUSTEMER CARE and was told that they will look into the matter...my money hs not been refunded till date.
    On 27-sep-2009 , i got a sms from airtel that Audio Cinema-543212 have been actived
    even though, i have not requested for it, and Rs30:00 was deducted from my account without my permission.
    I request you to the matter with the concerned authorities ,and further request you to stop this robbery immediatly, and refund my money at the earliest.

    Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — Wrong Balance

    I have a pre-paid mobile connection having number - [protected] (Orissa Circle-Bhubaneswar).

    I recharged it for Rs.51/- on 29.9.09 at 6.01 PM vide transaction Id[protected].

    Received sms to the effect that ERecharge successful with talk time of Rs4539.

    But, I am constantly given the message "Your pre-paid balance is low", whenever I try to make a call from this number.

    Balance enquiry from*123# reveals a balance of Rs.4.84 only! I am unable to make any call from it.

    Pls. look into this atonce and rectify the problem.

    i have taken a mobile post paid connection from teh said company after the neccessary security amountof Rs.350 and completeing all formalities on 3rd of november 2009.     I am using Airtel Prepaid connection from past 2 1/2 years.
    Suddenly Service has been stopped. SIM registration Failed error is thrown when i try restarting my mobile. I tried all ways and has confirmed Mobile is working fine.

    Callcenter agent has suggested me to take the duplicate SIM seems SIM is damaged.
    I approached Airtel Office near HP Petrol Bunk, Karve Road Pune.
    Response I got is this Number was never in Use and they are not able to find the record in their system.
    Finally for name sake, they are saying Validity had expired and It was not recharged for long time.

    I have proof I had 145/- Balance in the account and validity till 22 June 2010.

    I had recharge my airtel number with a message voucher of 15 days of worth rs11 on 3 march 2010 . On 5 march the voucher did not work on my number and all money on my no. was deducted. When i call to the customer care and asked them that I want my money back then they told me that there was a technical problem on my number but they did not give my deducted money back and instead of giving me my money they told me that they giving us facility on cheaper rate and they will not gave my money back.
    well i am not satisfied by their response when i pay for something then it should be fruitfull to me .

    On 4th April ,I noticed that Rs. 317.87 have been deducted from my account balance , so I called Airtel customer care and came to know that it has been charged due to GPRS surf from my mobile from 6Pm , 3rd April to 3AM 4th April .

    As per my knowledge I have never asked to activate my GPRS to Airtel customer care and did not surf internet in my mobile from the start o[censored]sing my connection (Aug , 09).     It's my mandatory, why did you charged and I have not even activated any of the VAS. There is none of acknowledge or reason by intimating SMS for deduction.

    Last week they started deduct Re1/= per day and I made a complaint. Then they stopped. Again yesterday at5.25 PM one service message was received and immediately after receipt it was deleted. When we called 121 to customer care and inquired the executive told we have activated for subscription.

    THis kind of looting of money is frequently happening in Airtel.
    We already sent a complaint about unwanted receipt of messages on 01 July 2010. But they informed the sending of sms will be stopped within 45 days from then.
    But even after that they send service sms and deduct ( Looting ) money.

    I request you immediate intervention in this and get me my money back.

    This is maheedhar from bangalore. I lost my SIM card(no [protected]) on 23rd Oct 2010 , On the same day i have taken dummy Sim for the same number from Indira Nagar Air tel show room, bangalore. They said that it will get activated within 4working hrs. But this is 3rd day. till now my number didnt get activated. I tried to approach the executives in the same show room.     I got a message from airtel on my mobile number that I would be getting full talk time on a recharge of Rs 299. When I recharged my phone I got the requisite money but alongwith it also the detail that for this amount I will be charged Rs 1.20/ call, wheras my normal call rates were Rs0.60/min. So in effect by giving incomplete information these people have fleeced me.     I am airtel mobile user with prepaid SIM mobile no.-[protected]. For past few months I am noticing that AIRTEL is wrongly deducting money from my account on false subscription of services. This time on I got a message from AD-54321 QUOTE "Thanks for downloading DartsDolls from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 50. Join Gamesclub at http:/gclub.in".

    This amount of Rs. 50 has been deducted from my account DESPITE THAT I HAVE NEVER EVER SINCE THE DAY I GOT THE SIM , I SUBSCRIBED ANY SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE.

    I very often hear such type of complaints from other persons also and I am confident that this is a DELIBERATE AND MALICIOUS PRACTICE adopted by the management of the company to increase its INCOME by CHEATING the customers and practing unfair trade practices under MRTP.

    I request AIRTEL to immediately refund to my account Rs. 50/-
    else I shall proceed legal action against the Board of Directors of the Company who are solely responsible with the affairs of the company.

    I am Jayesh, My Mobile number is[protected] and is of Airtel Mumbai Circle.
    Airtel is deducting Rs.5 (FIVE RUPEES) daily from my Account.

I think to keep their operating cost low, the company is hiring some half-baked stuff who come for pocket money as has been the trend in the State of Gujarat. I m sure the same must be true for other states. There is absolutely no seriousness on the part of these fellows and the consumer suffers as u hardly find any redressal for your complaints. Most surprising with a customer base of 120 million, how can a cash rich company like Airtel afford to be so callous.

      2g data services are activated on my mobile. the balance of 2g data is still showing about 143. but on using internet the balance is deducted from my main balance. my main account came to nil but 2g data balance is still showing 143.

      I even tried to call customer care, but i just hear "please hold the line, this call is being connected to customer care executive" and suddenly the call is cut.

      This problem I have faced twice in fast 30 days now. Please help, its too irritating.

      AirTel — Deduction of balance for no reason

      My mobile number is [protected] and on friday 27/02/2009 at 1:30 pm my balance got deducted by 185 rs I logged a complaint on the same day (complaint no: [protected]) I also got the call from Airtel side telling that it was their fault and balance will be credited in 24 hours but i havent got the balance yet and when I call them back they say that concern dept. has not solved the problem and you have to register another complaint to get balance back. But frankly speaking from last 4 Years Airtel is doing the same with its customers ie. deducting the balance without any reason and not refunding it.


      So i request That an action should be taken in this matter.
      This is the 2nd instance when a service not required by me has been forcefully been allotted to me. On the 13th Sep 09 a sms was sent to my cell no [protected] that a particular caller tune has been alloted to my no and Rs 30 have been deducted from the account. After speaking to the executive this was refunded.
      In July 09 a similar thing had happened after speaking to your executive the amount was refunded.
      Why is this happening again and again.

      i want to hereby inform to you that my mobile balance was deducted by airtel without my permission.
      a hello tune was installed without asking me and money of about Rs 45/- was deducted.
      I am damn sure that this done to draw money from hands of those consumers who have enrolled to 1paise /sec call scheme.

      I want the company to refund it to me as this is an act of stealing someones money.

      I am realy in tense,that first time airtel started to deduct for sms which i receives for no reason,which i have not asked, when i gave complaint they stopped but my money wasted, didn't got back,ok.Now again this is second time they started to deduct whenever i recharges till now rs.27/-,for what reason don't know.when i have an emergency, want to call i finds there is no balance in account,i gets scared,atleast give acusomer care no.where we can speak directly to the airtel person.this is not a question of money understand the emergency.Also didn't know that i will get my money back for this time but hope b'coz this is not my fault & before also,"sorry" will not get my money back or tell me anything wrong by me,i can't recharges,i fears that u will again deduct from my account. Why there is no customer care no. where i can talk directly, if yes give me the no.,and stop deductions.

      AirTel — Balance deducted for no reason

      I use airtel web on my mobile with RC of 98 which gives 2 gB of browsing+upload+download free for 1 month.Yesterday when i was browsing ownskin.com on my phone,by mistake on 'i-don't-know-what' and instantly i get a message saying 99Rs have been deducted for using some "hooters".I lodged a complain immediately with reference number [protected] and the supervisor assured me that i will get my balance back by 28th of january afternoon.

      On 27th of january, i get a call from customer care saying i have downloaded something ( which i never did ) and hence i was charged. Assuming Hypothetically that i downloaded something , where is the need to deduct 99 Rs? M i not paying for internet already? When i try to call them back , they put my call on hold and the call disconnects.

      When i try to reach them again , everytime they say that they are not the concerned department and they keep giving new numbers 12138 , 12118, 12118* , and finally when i press '9' to talk to executive , i get a recorded response , asking me to sms some to some number.

      How now am i supposed to contact them? I am writing this after trying innumerable times.

      I demand justice , and want my amount back.
      I have also this problem.Recently I have taken Rs.98/- RC for Internet after that use one site and checked the balance than find my Rs.6/- have been deducted for this uses.Now What i have to do, use the Internet or not, I am confused that for what I have paid Rs.98/- ?

      Although it is not first time when i am facing this problem. I was charged rs 250 with out any reason on 28 NOV 2010 at around 1700 hrs
      I received three messages stating that i have downloaded few games and movies(we are a family) and my total 250 ruppees has been deducted.
      I want to tell you that i have not downloaded any games or movies. Why my balance is deducted. I am using simple Nokia express music in which i can not watch movies.
      Why i will going to download movies. These kind of activities are ridiculous and a cheap way of making money.
      Please refund my money back else i am going to switch my connection to other telecom service through mobile number portability.

      Airtel — Deduction of value without any reason

      My airtel no. is [protected]. The airtel service people suddenly started
      deduction from my Airtel account without any reason. I have never down-
      loaded and 'Friend Pack' nor any music. Everything is self-generated.

      At present my balance shows as (-) minus Rs. 27.56. Why this minus
      figure ? Now I afraid of re-charging with fresh coupon because it will go
      to waste.
      I shall wait for 7 days nowto see what they do. . After that, I will switch over to Tata Dokomo

      hello there... i had sort of similar problem within 24 hrs. i get money with a lot of work. n i get paid about 100 rupees per week believe it or not. i rarely recharge my Airtel number. today January 22nd 2011. yesterday which was 21st of January i got some money to recharge and i recharged my number for 100 rupees. i activated GPRS in the night for 19 rupees (200 MB of free usage) and it got activated by 00:59 hrs n the price was deducted. so far so good. now when i wake up in the morning i got a pop up message saying i have 12 rupees balance? what the heck? i had 76 rupees and 56 ps. after activation they deducted 19 rupees as usual n i had 57 rs and 56 ps left. i wake up in the morning (i'm very very sure that i LOCKED MY KEYPAD AS USUAL so that i don't press any button and it speed dials it) and i see i have only 12 rupees and 56 ps? they deducted 45 rupees for what? i tried calling the customer care in the morning and it says there's some sort of problem please call back tomorrow...? please i need some answer here. my number is [protected] if that helps. i just can not afford to give up that money. please do take some action regarding this. it has happened to me before many times but it used to go like 10 rupees to the max but this time it has gone too far. my recharge transaction ID is[protected] if this helps too.

      AirTel — Deductions without any reason

      Please note that any amount sometimes 25,50 and 15 have been deducted from my balance in the name of downloads or subscription of services like Airtel tv or airtel live with out my consent. And they say link has been clicked by me by mistake.

      Even my number has been put on barring. I cannot have a talk to the customer care representatives, and when I let them know about the deductions from another number, they say these deductions are automated by our system.


      Your Customer care representative does not care to respond.
      This type of forcible deductions are unethical, for your information.

      Many of time My Balance is Ditected by unproductive plans.
      If, I call to 198 (Halpline No.), I don't have any responce from that.
      also i have submitted the request for DND but ie not activated on my mobile.

      Airtel — Balance Deducted without any reason twice

      This is regarding my mobile number [protected] (Provider - Airtel).

      I use GPRS service provided by Airtel since 6 months. Rs98 gets deducted every month in every cycle.
      Today morning Dec 8th 2011 cycle was renewed at 9:15 AM and i got confirmation for the same.
      At around 4:30 PM i got the message that my whole balance Rs.167 is deducted, so I called up customer care for the clarification. Called them twice times and made them understand my problem, they replied me that the balance was deducted due to the surfing. I made them understand I have free GPRS service renewed the same morning then why does the balance got deducted from main balance. They replied the cycle has got renewed at 4:00 PM.

      If the cycle was renewed at 4:00 PM then why did i got message in the morning 9:15 AM about the renewable. They dont have answer for this and keep on saying that i didnt had balance between 9:15 AM to 4:00 PM.
      This is the second time i am facing the same issue. On 10th Aug 2011 i faced the same prob. Me and my friends have suffered alot due to Airtel's bad services and then poor customer care services. I don't know what they pay their customer care executives for?

        Bharti Airtel — cheating done did not return my money

        Hi my name is seepika ... i called up these airtel people for a broadband connection on 14th sept2009 ... they came to my place took the money, gave me a receipt and told that they wil come next day for the installations.. but i got no response from there side for almost a week.. when i called them on their mobile they never picked up my phone.. then when i callled on their landline no i was told i cannot get a connection un my area.. and then these told me i will get my money back through a check in 10 days.. today is 23rd oct.. almost more then a month has passed and these guys are still dragging .. and the worst part is they are not picking my phone even..
        its not about money its about a sense of service that should be expected from such a brand in india.. i request if i can get some help.. i really want to teach them a lesson as whenever i tell them so they take my words so lightly.. plss give me a positive reply soon..

        I had applied for the airtel broad band services in the month of march but i didnt get any connection there so i told them to cancell and refund my money .So according to there guidance i fullfill all there details on there customer care (no tll free number) then after 1 month i got my cheque back but they have have wrongly written my name so i am unable to get it from bank.So i again contact to thee customer care no they told me to send ur aal the detail and bank cheque and application for changing the name and mention with right name and with a bank details. So i courierd them to there given address.After 15 days i Again call in there customer care no but some of them told me that they dont receive the courier and they blameed on the courier service so i enquired about courier my courier agent told me that he had dropped the courier in right position.So i again call them they refused me and told me to resent all the documents.So i again sent them the document with a application in which i have mention my name rightly but i got my cheque on 19 th july
        again they sent me the cheque with wrong name and i am again unable to withdraw it from bank.So i need u to guide what to do next with them...

          AIRTEL SUCKS...
          I have registered my mobile no [protected] for National do not call through airtel on[protected].Its almost a year and airtel have not stopped harrasing me. I have called them atleast 1000 times saying that please stop the promo calls and sms. But they behave like dumb guys. They say me to register on DND, and when i say that i am already on DNC they say will look into this and stop the service within 48 hours. but they have not done so in past one year.
          AIRTEL SUCKS.

            This is regarding Airtel money.

            Airtel is trying to promote their service 'Airtel money' by misguiding the customers.

            If we look at their website, they say we would get more value for certain amount. For example if we recharge with Rs 100/-, we would get Rs 110/- value of talk time. Under the promotions they have link (text) saying 'Terms & Conditions'. They actually does not display the terms over there. We need to click to see the terms & conditions. And this section is saying above mentioned are valid only till 31st of May. When it was expired a month back what is the point of keeping the offers in the website. Today is 5th of July and they are still displaying the same saying exciting offers. If they are promoting then why they don't display the terms & conditions along with the text as well. Why the user need to click the link to know the terms? It is just to misguide the customers to use their service 'airtel money'.

            AirTel — Misleading the Customers

            I have purchase a Airtel SIM, in DEC. At that time Dealer told me that this SIM will have 30 Paisa Local and 50 Paisa STD throughout.You don't have to recharge it seperately.
            After 4 months that is now again my rates have been increase and it is now it is 1Rupee Local and 1.50 STD. When i am talking to the executive. they are tell that was a promotion offer which is no longer there.

            My concern is if it a promotional offer why they have not written the same on the SIM docs.
            Why they unnecessarily fool customers at the time of purchase by tell its life time.. it lifetime.. and after certain period they said you don't have validity for this offer.. you need to recharge with so and so offer and so and so money..

            They just cheat people by these fake things.
            Please help in stop the same

            Hi I'm Sainath Chowhan Airtel postpaid Customer ([protected]) since 2006 and I expect the special privilege should be given to the customers.
            1.Yesterday (26.09.2010) I have called to 121 regarding billing address correction after a long time I called to customer care & I came to know that subscriber will be charged 50ps for every 3 minutes for interacting with the customer care executive.
            2.I asked her why should I pay for it,the service provider has to bear the expenses & it is getting debited to the subscribers of Airtel.
            3.she said sir you ca give a complaint by dialing 198.
            4.I have dialed 198 & the CCA said i will not take it as a feedback not complaint,I asked then whom should I give the complaint,He said sir u can mail it to [protected]@airtelindia.com.
            5.today morning I got a call from Airtel saying that your request for change of address is done and it will be corrected from your next bill & I asked her (CCA) I had a talk yesterday regarding the complaint to whom should I speak to then she said sir u can dial 198 for any kind of complaints.
            So the CCA is misguiding the customer.

            Last but not the least Why the Subscriber should pay Rs.50ps for every 3minutes of interaction with the CCA. It is not fair.

              I use Airtel 3G on my modem.I recharged it previously on 21st june with Rs 945 which gives 6GB 3G Data and after consumption of 3G data,unlimited 2G surfing.I somehow finished the 3G data by 1st july and used internet at 2g speeds for about 2-3 days.But when I got it recharged with Rs 1505 yesterday which gives 10 gb 3G data, I am still getting 2G speed which I got previously when the Rs 1505 recharge was not done which is quite distressing .

                whats the joke is this are you feel your customer is fool or every time you close complaint without rectification & not even think to inform me any update.

                i am following with your people from last 2 months & your representatives are not even serious about issue.

                My issue is as it is but you are forcing me to pay you bill without usage & sending me reminder for payment.

                why i give you money if i am able to use my broadband & landline due to your fault.

                AirTel — Landline and broadband dead

                Hi.

                My landline and broadband, both crashed during the recent showers in bangalore. I called up the Airtel customer care on 23 April 2011 and informed them about the status of my landline and broadband.

                I was informed that they would get back to me by 25 April 2011.

                No action was taken.

                i visted the airtel outlet in Fraser Town. They informed me that the status of my complaint in their system is showing as "resolved and informed customer about it". However, my landine and internet, both were still dead and i did not receive call from anyone stating my connection was fixed.

                I had to place another complaint at the showroom on 30 April 2011. They informed me that it would be fixed at any cost by 2 May 2011.

                Its 4 May 2011 today and the status of my landline and broadband remains the same. Its not yet fixed.
                I am tired of calling and speaking to the customer support. They are hardly of any help.

                Its really sad that inspite of being one of the top telecom service providers, the customer service is so lousy.

                I hope some one, Senior Management, from Airtel reads this!

                  I have Airtel Post paid Mobile Connection, My No. is [protected].
                  I paid its all bills in time, from Last year , I observed that I am getting
                  exponential High bills while I am not doing that much calls and nobody except
                  me using this No. then I checked with Airtel Relationship centre, they said
                  that you activated some services for which you are getting charged.
                  I said that I have not activated/subscribed or requested for any other calls or
                  services, if there is any pls. stop it immediately, because I only use mobile
                  for Incoming and outgoing calls, nothing else. In March its amount was Rs. 1599/-

                  Since March I have been calling and contacting Customer Care for resolving the
                  issue and asking for activating my phone but nobody paid any heed to my
                  suffering, only assured me that some senior officer would call me.
                  But in june They asked Rs. 2700/- If I want to retain this Number.

                  On 22 June I got a call from Mr. Deepak, Legal Deptt.( [protected]) regarding the payment.He
                  Asked me to pay Rs. 2700 if I want to activate & Retain My Phone No.

                  I told him all my grievance and said that I am ready to do full payment but
                  first correct my bills and why company is charging rental for the month of
                  April and May while my In-coming & Out-going calls have been blocked since
                  March and now My phone No. also put in suspended status
                  .
                  He checked with his seniors and said Ok Company is waving -off Rs. 700/- You
                  just pay Rs. 2000/- and your phone would be activated withing 3-4 days. With in
                  Half-an-hour I reached the relationship centre I called him again and asked
                  him to talk to relationship officer (Ms. Suneeta Singh) regarding wave-off my bill and activating
                  my No. I paid Rs. 2000/- and gave him payments details like Receipt No., and
                  amount.

                  But still my phone is in Permanent Disconnected Status.

                    We have placed airtel mobile number 9959091** ownership transfer from my husband name to my name on 21st of june. the number got deactivated on 26th June. they have said request got rejected due to address not found. I am really concerned why they were not able to locate the address. I have my airtel broadband & landline at the same address . I really suspect they have not done the address verification , because my address is not a tuff one to locate. My concerns are below.

                    1. I already have another airtel mobile & landline, broadband at home with the same address, that means they should not have any issue in finding it.
                    2, If we call the airtel customer care, they are not at all showing interest in solving or understanding the problem.
                    3 We are reaching out malakpet, Hyderabad Airtel branch for re-verifcation of address request multiple times but same is repeating.

                    AirTel — Real bad customer support

                    I have cancelled my mobile for which the number is [protected] on October 27, 2007, but still I am getting bills. Last month I got call from your customer care and informed them the same. However, this month also I have got the bill, I don't understand why customer care is not acting on this, I regret to say that the customer care in Airtel is really bad. I am Airtel costumer since 2002 and this is something I am really not happy with.

                    I paid the total amount on October 27, 2007 and requested for cancellation of the post paid number [protected] of Rs 1213.71. Please do the needful in cancelling the number [protected] and don't send any more bills.

                    AirTel — Bad Service of AIRTEL

                    Dear Sir,
                    For the last 2 hours, I am unable to call anyone because there is no service from your side.
                    Assuming some fault in my mobile I tried to call from other Airtel mobiles but even services in them are dead.
                    Note that we are receiving calls from others but we are unable to send a call or even unable to call your customer care executive.
                    Pls. also note that for the past week or more, when ever we receive a call tha caller can hear our voice but the receiver can't. When the caller calls again then both the caller & receiver can talk smoothly.
                    Pls. do something to sort out this problem immediately.

                    Subject : Severe mental harassment on a request for transfer of address.

                    Phone number:[protected] Not working from the last 15 days. Initial request was logged on 23rd May for transfer pn 1st June. This was cancelled due to delay in shifting the house. Despite cancelling the request and postponing it the connection was cancelled. The Customer care department had no idea why the connection was cut. They initially said that there may be some problem with the system.

                    We have been following up with the customer care department for the address transfer and in every interaction they tell us that we will log a new complaint.

                    3 days ago Mr. Praveen Dadgouri a Senior manager spoke to me. Apologised for the inconvinience and promised the the work will be done within 48 hours. Its been more than a day than his promise expired and nobody has even bothered to contact us. I spoke the the customer care guys today (26th June 2009) as well but there is no response.

                    I dont think we are liable to pay this month's bill because the connection was active only for a couple of days. We faced a lot of loss in business because the work is primarily online and deals with international clients.

                    This is my final attempt to communicate after which I will log a complaint in the Consumer Court.

                    Airtel Mobile — Discontinuation of service due to address verification issue

                    I have a new Airtel post-paid mobile connection since 15 days. In the last 15 days Airtel has not been able to schedule an address verification visit and hence have disconnected my phone service while I am travelling outside my home base Bangalore.
                    Airtel does not have an all India toll free number that can connect me to the Bangalore help desk and I had to spend 4 hours on 25-Sep-09 from 9 am to 1pm to finally get to speak to a line manager as the Airtel 'systems' were down.
                    Now the line manager has asked me to send an email to [protected]@airtelindia.com to help solve this problem.

                    This is the most insensitive way of dealing with customers and disconnecting outgoing facility so abruptly is the last straw. This despite the fact that I also have Airtel broadband facility at the same billing address in the same name as my mobile connection. I fail to understand why Airtel could not use the "address verification" done by the broadband team while installing the modem at my address!!!

                    This is by far the worst service I have received from any cellphone provider worldwide.

                    Airtel Postpaid Connection — Horrible Service

                    Dear Sir,
                    I, Chetna Karnani, of FD - 231, Saltlake City, Kolkata - 700106, had taken an Airtel Connection in mid February. My number is [protected]. I had taken this connection as I needed a Data Card as I was travelling to Rishikesh.
                    The connection provided to me was so slow that I could not even check my emails. The speed of the connection, shockingly, never crossed even 5 KB/s.
                    Not only did this Data Card serve any purpose, infact it made me lose 2 contracts as I could not reply to the mails on time.
                    The data card was sold to me by some sales person called Bappa Chatterjee, his number is [protected]. I got back from Rishikesh today morning and when I called him and requested him to get my line dis-connected, he was absolutely rude, and said, "selling connection is in my hand, not disconnection". Should that mean that there goal is just to sell connections, and then what happens to the customers is none of their concern.
                    When I called Airtel Customer Care, I was told that it will take TEN WORKING days for the connection to be dis-connected (Complaint Number[protected]
                    Its sad to see such a poor and horrible service from Airtel.

                    AirTel — rejected for connection

                    i got a call from an airtel executive for broadband connection and i called him home for the documents and money. he took me 1100/- and told me that the connection will be connected by day after tomorrow on
                    ( 09/04/10). he did not come that day, and when called him he did not received my call and then i called from my other no. he received it and when i scolded him, he said tomorrow on 10/0/10 definite the connection will be connected. he did not came again and i had to call him, this time he rejected for the connection to be made and says the money will be refunded after 30 days. what you will say, its foolishness or the way to borrow money. they dont even know that where they have connections.

                    Airtel — Worst Service for last 9 months

                    I live in a joint family and we have near about 13 mobile phones at home out of which 8 are Airtel numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]... list continues). I am facing No Signals Problem at my home from last 9 months and am regularly complaining Airtel thru Emails, Customer Support, Telephone Calls to Nodal Officer and I have proofs for all my complaints. We pay near about 6-8 thousand of Bill every month for this ridiculous service. The billing people follow-up on complaints regularly and we pay the amount with the fear of our connection getting barred. We are into business and have to take calls from customers for which we are carrying 2 mobile phones (the other one is Non-Airtel). Every other mobile service works perfectly except Airtel. I got fed-up with the response from Airtel.

                    Now, I feel consumer court of law is the only way to get justice. Please let me know the process to lodge compaint against Airtel.

                    Airtel Nodal Officers are of no use, they just give false commitments and nothing will be taken care.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I have been requesting the concern authority of M/s Airtel for the transfer of landline cum internet to the new address,and the required documents /fee were already submitted.

                    After several follow up and telephonic talks / personal interactions with the authorized marketing and technical heads of the Airtel- Bhopal,for infinite times, no initiative/action was taken for the work.

                    Always assured that "it will be completed soon and not to worry". Already it is two to three months to complete after request.They are not clear to give or not.
                    Now a days they are not lifting my phone call also.It is a seriuos matter ,as im forgoing the facility and lot of inconvenience due to unavailable services.

                    Lakshmi — Airtel is very bad for home customers

                    Hi,

                    I have applied a new airtel connection on 16th Sep 2011 and their executives came to my house and collected all documents and Rs.999/- money. we are located in main saidapet, chennai area. I have asked their executives whether this location is feasible to give connection ,they said this area is feasible because already we have some connections like wise.

                    After getting the money from 16th Sep; no one responded, I feared abt my advance and asked customer care which found my application even no loaded after 3-4 days then I asked for it they took request [req no;21165218]; after that they said u will get connection max by 7 days.

                    After 7 days I asked again they took complaint [comp no: 4743314] on 27th Sep will be resolved the same day and I waited again I have not even got any confirmation call about the process/money/status of connection. I tried the next day, the executive feared to give new complaint no and finally said 'we will give strong comment to urgent this service' so-far not even a call [courtesy], Very worst service I have heard from your company. .

                    Every time while calling customer care I found similar response
                    1) Sorry sir our system/server was down pls. try later
                    2) Sorry for the delay sir, we will process this complaint asap.

                    A great company, see how their service. a truly shame !

                    I strongly recommend don't choose broadband airtel only if they can do in timely agreement.

                    If we are not paying our payment in time, they are asking penalty then this 999 charge for interest rate for last 15 days calculate it. whose fault this?

                    Lakshmi — Garbage Collection next to the house

                    There is a garbage collection next to my house in BHEL layout, RajarajeshwariNagar Bangalore. Its very unhygienic & frustrating. We have been complaining to the nearby BBMP office one hundred times, but no action is been taken by BBMP to remove the Garbage point from there. Though the BHEL layout house owners give away the Garbage to the everyday garbage collector, the Kenchenahalli villagers & the nearby Temples dump all the waste at this point. There are small kids at my home & nearby houses who play in the streets, they might get affected by the various diseases.

                    This Garbage point is created by the people themselves, and Its very frustrating that BBMP is not taking any action for removing this hazardous garbage collection.

                    AirTel — Postpaid Service - Worst

                    Hi,

                    I had purchased an airtel postpaid sim card - [protected], however I was told I would be applicable for monthly 99 rs pack, and I had activated rs 98 gprs plan for month. I just used for 10-20 days and I was billed 15,970.57, in which calls was around 210.58 and gprs was for 14235.00 + I was charged 98 rs for gprs monthly, wen I inquired with the billing team I had several responses stating I would get my bill cleared wen the cycle month, however when I got my 1st bill I got rs. 15,970.57.

                    I was not able to get any certain clarification, hence I asked to get the service to disconnect but they I still got no reponse.

                    When ever I called airtel I used to keep waiting for some time and got the call hung. Now I got legal notification from airtel.

                    Could you please let me know how I have to dealt this situation.

                      i uses a Airtel mobile sim card. from last day my incoming and out going services are closed by Airtel company without giving any warning Or alert Or not giving any pre information about closing the services. When today i call to cust. care they said to me submit the documents and they said that we had sent a sms to you regarding to submitting documents and closing Incoming and out going services. But i did not get any sms about the doucment .

                        19th April 2013 i have requested to cancel my number [protected] through customer care. After that several guys called me to conform the request,
                        Then i got the next month bill and account is active, they said there is new bill cycle so pay that amount and raise new cancel request. I payed the amount and raised the complaint. Its in May. When i paid i have paid all money due and canceled it. Even there status says it cancelled. but they generate June month bill now and says that also i need to pay. I have not used there service from April onwards why they are charging for june also.. I have requested several time to cancel the connection, why they are become active automatically ? Looks like they are trying to charge as much money for the customer who are leaving the service. Some one should take strong action against them.

                        To be simple. If i request cancel, cancel the account on the day i have cancelled and charge any out standing due. Why they keep account active every month and charging it ?

                        Sir

                        I had registered a request bu airtel to close my post paid service as i have migrated to another city. The customer service says that they can cancel the service only after i receive a call from the customer service. My problem is i cannot take mobile at work nor am i available on any other number from 8.30 to 19.00. As per their reasoning i cannot close the service which i find ridiculous. Any help would be appreciated.

                        Airtel Data Card — miss guiding and now overcharging to save their employee.

                        respected sir,
                        i Prashantroach bought a connection from airtel last month, i was told that the downloading speed will be 40-45 kbps.
                        when i used it it was very slow so i called the technical support, which was of no use.
                        from the day of purchase i have visited the airtel branch at 32sec, chandigarh, at least 10 times from the DAY of purchase.the speed never crossed more than 7 kbps, now today i again went there
                        with my notebook and showed the problem to the enginear present there, he told me that it will not exceed more than this, , i was not left with any other option but to cut the connection as it was not solving my purpose, i asked for the refund and they are refusing, , i told them that since it is so slow i cannot download any stuff that i want, my airtel number for data card is [protected]
                        and my plan was 599, which is plan||, which says that 1 gb is free, and will be charged rs.3mb
                        now they have given me a bill of rs 2400 plus, , ,
                        to save their employee they are putting the burden on me, ,
                        i know that i havent even used it that much as the downloading was not happening, i only used it for surfing, , not even every day, , then from where did this huge amount come.

                        accept one or two executives, rest are the same
                        in my case i have called sector 32 chandigarh so many times to give me a solutio to my data card problem and even visited atleast 10 times in a month but it wasnt effective at all
                        in fact when i told them that i am gonna un-subscribe to and buy some other service provider who gives more speed, they retaliated and have now given me a bill of rs 2, 400plus...
                        when i havnt used the data card to make any calls or sms, and the downloading speed not exceedind 7 kbps, , how can such a huge bill come, ,
                        for this to happen first of all the speed should be gud, ,
                        then if i had to download so much i could have chosen the 999 pack with unlimited downloads
                        and not 599 plan that i am using...
                        airtel is no gud any more...

                        AirTel — Cancellation of airtel service

                        All,

                        I had been using airtel for more than 2 years and i had enable ECS direct debit option for making payment easy. As i was planning to relocate to UK, i opted to cancel my account with airtel.I had requested airtel for cancelling the account on Sep 12th 08 and was confirmed it would be cancelled by 14th of Sep by phone. After making a request via phone also i had mailed them officially for deactivating my account, i instantly got a reply that airtel customer care person would reply in 24 hours but no action for the mail.

                        My account was not deactivated till november and amount from my bank was debited every month inspite of making formal request for cancellation by mail & phone. From the time i observed a bill statement generated for october month I had been reminding about my cancellation atleast four times via email but no replies from any airtel customer service.

                        Finally after deducting the amount for november i got a mail from airtel customer service that your account is deactivated. Please see the mail below... Mail says deactivated and bill generated for zero usage but Rs 158 has been deducted from my account which is reflected in my account.

                        There is no way by which I can stop India_Pack on my Airtel Cell number +91-[protected].
                        I have been charged Rs.10 every week. Please Stop this service. I am loosing unnecessary money every week.

                        Airtel Data Card — Unavailability of service

                        I have taken Airtel Data card on 08/06/09 for unlimited access by paying Rs. 7500/- for six months from Haldia (WB) from an Airtel Data Card dealer. But from the first day there is no service. The highest speed is 0.35 to 1.45. I have incurred a heavy loss due to this slow service. Un-numbered calls and complaints made but of no use. The only reply is "we are looking into this and hope to solve the issue very soon." I have asked them to take back the device and make my refund. Taking into consideration that they have improved their services, I took this data card, but they have proved that I am wrong. I dont understand how they are running there nationwide service this this poor quality of service. Why they play with valued customers ? Where is the end ?

                        Airtel — Wrong billing after cancellation

                        I was using Airtel CUG plan as the name is cug plan but they have charge almost double amount.
                        While taking this connections-[protected]-[protected] the airtel dealer told me that you pay 1000/- rs.we will deduct from the bill amount.He is Mr.santosh,his dealership is located at bandra (E).
                        He promised me many benefits with this plan but within 10 days only i received a bill of Rs.1000/- for [protected] andRs. 500/- for [protected]..god knowns for what they charge me this much,wen i haven't used that no's.when i asked, santosh told me this will get adjusted in ur next bill,but every month i was paying 1500/- rs.without any benefits.As he promised me that 1000 mins.will be free within CUG after wards it will charge you.but no 1000 min.was free and that amount also they didn't deducted,even though we kept paying the bill for 3 mnth ,thinking that they may deduct to next month bill,but they didnt.
                        finaly i decided to cancel the both no.[protected]/...125,lastly we asked to santosh will you pay back my 1000/- rs as security deposit ,than he told me to pay half amount and half will get deduct from ur security amount.

                        The same i did it,but after that i started getting harresment from airtel service people Malad ..they use to call me every day,i used to explain every body but even though they use to call again n again and they will be behaving very badly.

                        One day i received legal notice against of my bill,in that notice 1 no.was there of Mr.Sandeep Sood,i have explained everything to him with proof but still he has not rectify the problem,and still he has not called any time neither he is replying to my mails.For harrasing only service people or CC pepole will make a call like it is free for them but nobody will turn up after explaining my problems.

                        Its kind request to pls.solve my problem,either pay back my 1000/- or adjust that amount into my bill.

                        Airtel — Bill coming even after connection cancellation

                        Hello,

                        Worst after services of Airtel broadband, i experienced this when i requested for cancellation of my airtel landline connection as i was shifting to another location.
                        when i asked airtel to shift my connection to new location they took almost more than a week(which is just a click away) to check whether this can be done or not, after a week or two they returned saying that this cannot be done then i ask them to please cancel my connection as i am no longer using it. i did everything from my end in the 1st week of may, but the airtel department did'nt took my complaint seriously though i have all request number's, interaction id's or ticket number's with me.

                        Result: They are not closing my connection and asking to pay all the rentals which are piled up due to their delay in processing my request and this rental is still increasing after my repeated complaints to airtel. and my connection is still working even after complaining for 4 months.

                        I have purchased Airtel data card almost 2 + weeks back. Card number [protected].

                        I think this was really a bad decision on my part. I raised complain same day when connection was activated mentioning that this does not give me speed to work.

                        Most of the time it does not connect ( as signal is really weak). After I raised the complain I was told that this will be resolved before 30th of May. Someone from Airtel visited my house on 26th May and said there is no signal in this area.

                        I waited for 30th and called your customer care almost 15 times since then but everyone says please talk to my manager. When I talk to manager he says he will get back within 2 hours. This has happened almost 15 times and looks like no one cares after selling the instrument.

                        I really need help here else I don’t have any other option other than going to consumer forum to get my money back (Instrument cost).

                        Before purchasing instrument I called your customer care and they said me “if your Airtel mobile has signal data card would have and they gurantee it to work”. I also asked from showroom on ITPL road to tell me the speed, they said minimum 2 mbps. While for me any web page does not open – I just keep refreshing it.

                            I was in roaming and done the recharge of RS 249: 3G Internet Pack for my airtel mobile no : [protected] on 20th June 2013 via my ICICI mobile banking app. The Amount was deducted and I got the confirmation SMS of successful recharge, but it was not working and when I checked the balance it shown me 0.00 MB data .Customer care executive told me that I haven't done any recharge but after a couple of minutes he told me that I have used the data, but I haven't used it since I haven't received it till now. Another important thing is that the executive was talking like a illiterate person and instead of listening my complaint, he was interrupting me and forcing to listen his words and he disconnected the call. When I re-tired several times , I was unable to connect to a customer care. Please help me.

                            Airtel — Not got the recharge offer ammount & tired of customer care

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            My self Vivek Patil & cell no [protected] residing in Maharashtra state, I have got an sms on 26 march 2008 offering that recharge with 265 & get full talk time + 50 extra balance for Airtel to Airtel for 25 days validity & this offer ends on 1st April.
                            On[protected] I have recharged with 265 Rs but I have not received Airtel to airtel balance so I have called to customer care on 27 march at about 8.53 PM there was person Mr. Shivaji who said to me that server is down & we can not launch complaint now & call after half an hour.

                            After that on same day at about 9.45 pm I have called then there was Mr. Shahid who took my complaint & given me reference no[protected] & said the tht balance will credited with in 72 hour & asked me to wait for tht time, I did the same but after 3 days when it was not done

                            so again I have called on 31 march at 7.40 pm to ask for the same there was Mr. Mahesh who talked with me very rudely not even listened my complaint number just go on talking uselessly & his talking was such non sense that if would have been in front then I would have kicked him & the same person said me that you have to wait for another 48 hrs & I have forwarded your request & the you will get the reference Number by sms but not sms came & neither I was satisfied talking to him.

                            So again called same day at 7.55 pm & talked to Mr. Lal & clearly said him to launch the complaint against Mr. Mahesh of misbehaving & regarding my balance he said me same that I will forward request now & the balance will be credited in 48 Hrs. So I asked him if it is not done then I will take serious action then he said you can do what you think better. So he has forwarded that complaint & given me no [protected].

                            Today it is April 4, 2008 but still the balance is not credited & this is second time I am writing you mail since I have faced inconvenience from customer care always & last time also I have mentioned that was true your customer care is third class. It was my bad luck that I have switched to airtel from Hutch, at least the Hutch cust care is much better than your company & they send the complaint number by sms & with name the person with whom we have talked. Also even some time they take feedback by sending the inquiry against there executives.

                            Also I want to ask that I have taken this card which is having 2 years validity & I have got the airtel to airtel balance of rupees 2400. my validity ends on 08 march 2008 & this month I was having balance of airtel to airtel remaining at about 120 Rupees that was deducted directly saying that it was for one year only & that time also called customer care for same but the given me the same answer, not even launched my complaint. So I have requested them to convert my plan to friends plan also I am ready pay charges for that but they said it will not applied for your plan

                            Your company can deduct balance on time but does not credit the balance on time & customer has to beg to all peoples to do the same.

                            it is second time I have faced the problem so take it seriously since I have waste my time after Airtel company, customer care .

                            Even yesterday that is 3 april i have send mail to all top peoples of the company ie to appilate authority, nodal officers of mumbai & west region but still not corrective action taken by them.
                            i agree with you buddy. the same has been doen with me also. i got tired of airtel people. they dont respond at all.

                              I have enrolled for an Airtel Broadband Connection on 22 June 2013. I was told by the local Airtel executive that the connection would be installed within 4 days from then. Whenever I was calling customer care asking for status, I was told that there is 2 more days delay expected. But all of a sudden after 2 weeks of wasting my time, I was told that there is not network feasibility in my area. I don't understand how they can keep the customer waiting for so long (longer than what their policy say) and how the local Airtel executive didn't warn me that there no network connectivity in the area that he manages.

                              AirTel — Broadband order

                              I ordered broadband on the 191/10/2008, issued a cheque of 1600 (2months subscription ) but still dont have my connection .

                              It takes only 3 days for the setup, i have nt heard back from anyone and to top it all the cheque issued got cleared .

                              The customer care guys shuffled me from one department to other
                              n i m still waitin at the mercy of airtel to give me my connection .

                              As a consumer is this all i can do ?

                              AirTel — Broadband Delay

                              I have applied for Airtel broadband connection 22/Feb/2009, (It was for very urgent purpose that is the only reason I has chosen private provides).

                              Sales guy Chandramohan from airtel came to my home, collected the money and all the required documents in the same day (surprise he came on Sunday?????).
                              Till now he is not attending my calls NO RESPONSE !!! he told me with in 2 days I’ll be getting connection!!!

                              I was trying to launch a complaint in customer care in the same week, but they said with in 7 days I can’t launch a complaint, I would take 7 days to complete the work. I don’t know why Chandramohan had given FALSE COMMITMENT like 2 days?

                              3 times I went to Airtel guindy Chennai office, I met Mr Babu, I got bit response but no use. I got only PVC pipes and wires, what can I do with these???

                              Meanwhile I had launch a complaint also in customer service (Service Request No:[protected] [useless service…..]

                              I called Tech engineer Mr Bahsha he told me he don’t have a “pair”, I don’t know what it is? With out pair why these people are taking ORDERS?
                              now he is also not attending my phone calls.

                              in there form no. 610919 they had promised that they will install the broadband upto 28/5/2010 by there executive Rajesh whose c.p. code is21838
                              but inspite of contacting them so many times they dint inform us that they cant install it in our area because D.P. is not available. and because of there assurance we disconnected our BSNL broadband also and after that when we finally told them to install it that time they were saying us that its not possible to connect broadband connection and also told us to give us more customers so that a new D.P. should get installed, infact we had already gave him one more coustomer but he was asking for more.

                              Sir, during the time when our broadband was disconnected we had to face a lot of problem. The study of my son suffered alot and he has to use d cafe. so you r requested to ask the company to pay the compensation of harassment, along with our deposited money to the company of rs2000 along with interest and also the time we had wasted with there executive, on disconnecting BSNL connection and then re-installing it has no compensation.

                              sir you are requested to advice the company that they should not harass there coustomers like this.

                              If you get any reply regarding this from the company should be passed to us.

                              Airtel Broadband — Airtel Broadband Cancellation

                              Hi

                              I am Ananth Prabhu. I used to have a Airtel Broadband Internet + Phone connection at my old address in Ghatkopar Mumbai. I had to shift to a new address in Mumbai In the first week of July 2010 and since the Customer service executive told me that it would take 2 weeks for a connection movement - i took a new connection at my new address.

                              I also requested that my old connection be canceled in Mid July. I provided the customer care executive my new address to arrange for the old modem / telephone pickup etc. I even received a Pro rata bill in July and hence i assumed that the connection had been canceled.

                              However, 2 months later around end of September / Start of October - I started getting harassed for payment of pending dues on this Phone / Internet connection. I explained them that I had requested cancellation long ago and that I had taken a new airtel connection again. I was told that - since I had taken a new airtel connection - all i needed to do was provide with the new number and the cancellation would take effect. This happened atleast 10 times from the start of October to November end.

                              Even after this I kept getting further calls - and at the end I got fed up and called up the 121 service number. The customer service executive explained - that the Airtel customer service system had undergone an upgrade in July end / August start and hence my 'in-flight' cancellation request might have got lost. He then took a new cancellation request and put in the full story behind my case.

                              Soon, after I got a compromise call from some Customer service executive who asked me to pay up Rs. 1,894 for August. I explained about the pro-rata bill in July. I was told that she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me - which never happened.

                              Since then - the service charge has gone up to 7.5k Rupees - for a connection I haven't used - which I had requested cancellation on time.

                              Even though I have raised multiple complains about the same and even tried mailing [protected]@airtel.in - I haven't gotten a satisfactory reply / explanation on why my connection wasn't canceled and as to why I received a pro-rata bill in July - if i hadn't requested for a cancellation. Even if i were to assume that the initial cancellation didn't go through - even after talking to 20 (or probably more) customer service executives since September - none of them cared to make sure that the connection would get canceled - while I complained about the wrong billing / cancellation etc.

                              The only wrong thing I did here was that I didn't keep the cancellation number from July - since I assumed that Airtel would ethically proceed with my cancellation request.

                              I am now being completely HARASSED for 7.5K for no mistake of mine.

                              I have given for cancelation 24 hours before and i went to T Nager office to submit my land line........ They are saying not accepted as it is still acctive the belive system and say go back and come after 7 days,,
                              Why are these people sitting in the showroom A/C whole day.... to have fun????
                              They can take the instrument and say we do the needful.

                              When I called them I spoke to 9 people in total and not one was kind to customer.

                              The lady says throw the instrument outside and go.
                              when i asked explanation in the counter that How many people do i have to explain the counter says we dont know.

                              there is no connection between the Customer Care 198 and the counter.

                              Airtel Broadband — Delay In installation

                              I have approached airtel broadband for connection on 4th Aug 2011. Till date they have not installed the connection. When contacted several times in showroom and thro mobile they are not bothered and asked me to cancel the request of getting connection. Several mobile calls to installation manager and others has resulted in vein. I request others not to think of purchasing airtel broadband when other options are available in the market. I am awaiting the payment made for connection after cancellation.

                              WE had complain for cancellation for broadband service on 28th nov 2011 for land line number [protected] but still it hasn't been disconnected and every month we are getting the bill and they don't answer properly and dnt reply to phone also every time they make false statement only they will disconnect the call also in between will arguing against them we denied for justice. MR.manjunath tells us that if you continue with service then your bill will be resolved but if don't continue with service you have to pay your bill. MR.santhosh told us that concern person will will visit you home within 24 hours for cancellation but no one has come for that purpose. We are students so they call during college time and argue with us that your phone are not reachable so please help us . We wait for justice

                                I have placed a request for cancellation of my Airtel broadband connection on May 21st. At that time, I was told that the cancellation will take 7 days of time. After 7 days i.e., on May 28th, executive from Airtel had come and collected the telephone and modem. I was told that my connection is cancelled. However, till date the connection is not yet cancelled. The bill amount is sent for all those days for which I haven't used the broadband. Now, when I'm seeking a revised bill (i.e., only for those days I have used the broadband connection) I'm getting answers from the customer care saying I have to pay the whole month bill. I don't mind paying the bill for the number of days I have used the broadband but if I am asked to pay the bill for the days I haven't used the broadband, it is unfair. Many complaints have been raised but no action is taken. This is not the first time I'm facing these kind of issues with Airtel, we have to follow up like dogs in order to get our problem resolved. Please request you to solve my issue. Thanks.

                                hello sir my name is AJAY BISHT . My Landline no is[protected] and iam a regular user of several airtel sevices. I have an airtel broadband and fixed line connection from past few years ACC. NO.[protected] . but now i want to disconnected this connection due to Fair Usage Policy and my financial problem . so i called customer care centre on 12 th of MAY they told me that my connection will be disconnect in 7 days and my REF . NO is -1476025 . but from 12 may to 18 may CC excutive called me twice or thrice a day and gave me suggestions for change the cancellation but i told every time that due to FUP and financial problem iam not able to continue this connection . some time excutives are very rude and misbehaving to me . and today is 21 and I again called to Customer care for asking ,why is so much of delay in disconnection .but they told me that on 18th of may i told thier excutive that continutaion of my connection but the fact is that i never told such a thing i[censored] can plz check airtel recordings . And again they gave me another REF no. which is .[protected] and they gave me another 7 days . PLZ do some serious and necessory actions Iam very much fed up this is not a right way of treating customers . And i[censored] can PLZ forward this to MR. SUNIL MITTAL which is the chairman of Bharti Airtel Group India.

                                  I paid its all bills in time, from Last year , I observed that I am getting
                                  exponential High bills while I am not doing that much calls and nobody except

                                  Refund of Modem caution deposit and Modem cost
