Hi,
I raised a request to disconnect my airtel Broadband connection since for every 3 to 4 months they are increasing the prices as 100/- every time.After arose a request i took another network datacard. But they asked to retain the connection with first amount itself. Even myself also dont want to disconnect airtel broadband. But they are increasing the prices making burdon to me. But i already took another connection for 3 months cost. So i asked i can't pay bill for 3 months, since already i have another network. so they said there is another option for 3 months free waiver with 2GB limited data. But i said i can't pay bill for 3 months. so they accepted for that. But now i got a bill saying 568/- need to pay. Please check this and let me know how can i proceed. The request id to disconnect is 35218204. my landline number is [protected]. and my mobile no. is [protected].

I have not subscribe any cricket pack but u have been charged me so many times..One day I have complained u and u also unsubscribe this..But the problem have appeared again..I want to unsubscribe this immediately...Why I m charging without any reason?...

Airtel Broadband — airtel company not disconnecting the number

i submitted an application to disconnect my airtel number.they accepted it and after a few days they started calling me that they wont disconnect the number and they started speaking rudely.its been three months now they have not disconnected the number.they are giving me a very hard time as they are just generating high amount of bills unneccesarilly. what should i do.?

This is to inform you that myself Manjari Mahajan..I had a airtel broadband connection..And on last month on 6 july 09, i clear all my previous balance and wanted to disconnect this service and i have the cancellation receipt with me i.e no is 243884.I really get harassed from your calls.i am a working girl and your customer care executives daily call on my no and tell to pay the bill.what a bull service you have.And on last weak at around 9 p.m i receive a caal from you people that mam your bill is pending please pay it...One of your executive name Nitin Gupta had a talk with me, firstly i want to clear this is not the time to call anybody but airtel people may be they lost somewhere and didnt see the time...he told me that your bill is pending i told him i have already pay thebill and disconnected the net.den he told me mam your balance is 100 rs. i said sorry i dont even pay a single peny to you.And stop giving calls to me.And i wait for 2 days for the confirmation from him.he gave me a number also [protected]...Now Its Heights...You people really harrass the customers...

Just resolve dis otherwise i forwarded this complaint to consumer court...Because i have all the receipts...

I can see we are not the only subscribers wondering why you would offer gifts and then make it difficult to retrieve them.....you may be loosing some of your subscribers with this tactic. Maybe you need to have your marketing group think of something more effective.

Airtel — related to disconnection of broadband connection

i had made the request for disconnection 4 months before by calling on121 and i had also submited all the accessories of broadfone in the airtel headoffice ofairtel whch is at IT park Chd . We didnt even used this coonection for even a single minute from last three months and other thing is that the company personss disturbed me a lot by calling again and again by saying that yoyur dues are not clear .We are already shifted from that place where we were used that connection now i m going to file a case against the company if no action is taken beacause i file a request so many times for disconnectionbutwe get always an negative response and all the times the company peson said that your connection is discconection and you are free but after some time they agin start callinf for bills i m so frustrated............................

    I have a complant to be register. last week I have faced a problem I
    have done a online recharge of amount rs 300 in revert I have got
    amount of somewere around 139.00
    I have called in customer care regarding this it was actually on last
    Friday between 10.00pm to 11.00pm ihave called the customer care I
    have spoken around 4-5 people wich include pradeep, kuldeep, ajay
    sudhir nobody have given me the correct information either they put me
    on hold of 4-5 min or they cut the call. few of them pick up the calls
    but no response from other side. Finally I spoke to amit bara he told
    me that as I am holding lifetime plan of 1rs local call I will get my
    processing fees back within 96hrs.
    Next day spoke one other executive he told me that amount will be
    credited within 48hrs
    Then next day evening I again call the customer care same nobody
    responding hold hold and hold or jus cut the call. Finally I spoke
    with sudhir chandan he told me that the amount will be credited within
    1 week. i have called after one week an spoken to ankit rastogi
    he told me that amount will be credited by 14feb if not contact me. its not yet cerdited. i have tried to contact the cutomer care but i think my number is blocked no i am not able to speak with executive.
    I don't know what the hell is going on nobody is giving me
    the right information can some one please help me out.

      My name is Biju joseph. I am a airtel prepaid mobile customer. My mobile no: is [protected]. I am staying in dubai now. I recharged the airtel sim on 27.07. 2013 with rs 70 full talk time. Balance was rs 113 after recharge. Then i sent 01 one page sms to one kerala number on 01.08. 2013. I checked my balance after sent mesage. My balance is rs 01 only on that time. ie, rs 112 deducted for 01 one page sms. Sms actual rate is rs 25 only. I not activated any value added services in this connection. So please check the problem and add the deducted balance in my connection.

      Airtel Prepaid — EXTRA GPRS RENTAL DEDUCTED

      Dear Sir,
      I am regularly using GPRS from my AIRTEL Pre paid No. [protected]. This month the rental Rs. 249/- was deducted on 11.02.2008 instead of the usual deduction date in the forth week of the month. Then again on 18.02.2008 the rental of Rs. 249.00 was deducted. When I contacted the Customer Care on 18.02.2008 they admitted that due to some technical error the rental was deducted on 11.02.2008 which shall be refunded back to my account within 24 hours. but it was not done. I again called up on 19.02.2008 and was again promised to get the amount refunded within 24 hours but in vain. On 20.02.2008 when I rang up at 10.45 a.m. I was told that on 19.02.2008 as I rang up at 11.45 and 24 hours has not passed and as such my he didn't listened to me and said to wait for 24 hours and then contact. I accepted and waited and then rang up at 12.15 p.m. and had to repeat my complain once to the Customer Care Executive and then to the Senoir (Mr. Virendra). Mr. Virendra said he shall personally see and requested me to wait for another 24 hours. I waited but no result. I again rang up on 21.02.2008 at 12.30 p.m. and what I experienced is shocking the Customer Care Executive behaved very rudely with me. He was not in position to listen to me and when I requested him to transfer the line to his Serior he even didn't wanted to do so. After requesting a lot he transfer and his Senior again requested me to wait for another 24 hours. I am waiting still and lets see if I get it or not.
      But what has schoked me most is the behaviour of Customer Care Executive today.

      A request for disconnecting my post paid mobile no. [protected] was submitted in Sector 37 branch Chandigarh on 1st december, 2007. The last and final payment of Rs.825/- was made on 2nd December, 2007. I was promised for an early action within 2-3 days for my disconnection which would be conveyed to me at my alternate mobile no. [protected]. I did not receive any confirmation of disconnection rather a bill was raised. I had to approach the Sector 37 branch requesting the officials to do the needful. I was conveyed that there was zero balance due from my account and I need not worry to pay the bill. A bill amounting to Rs. 115 has again been raised against my name. I am confused about the working of your prestigious company. Moreover the promised confirmation on my alternate number is yet to be received. Is there no other way to keep a record of disconnected number confirming the consumer about his job being done. Kindly confirm my disconnection and cancel the pending account standing against my name. Hoping for an early response

      my mb no is [protected] my a to a balance was about 1100 in july 2008 but after failure of your system in july it becomes zero from last two months i dont get any response from consumer care ex. or from local cust. care centre.
      Pls solve my problem.
      I bought a top up card of Rs.20/- 2 days before
      bt yet i m not getting the balance it shows that the card is in pending state.
      I have tried a lot, much more complaints i had given by sending SMS & also by speaking directly to coustmour care executive, bt no any action had taken
      to solve my problem.
      Now i dont have the money.

      Airtel — Amount deducted for GPRS Rental

      Dear Sir,

      I have activated GPRS in my mobile no [protected]. For GPRS amount is regulary deducted 30 peise/1KB. After that GPRS rental deducted from my balance of Rs.249/-.

      Myphone is not connected to Coustomer care. How can it solve.
      For the past days i have deducted amount from my mobile ie Rs. 10.00 my mobile number is [protected]. i want this subscription to be deactivated soon.

      I had rechagred my mobile for 222 STD pack which gives me talktime of 333 and also recharged for 1Re STD packk. For the past 1 week i am noticing that even if i make a call for 15 minutes amount deducted is double.
      sometimes the logic to deduct is more than 40 Rs. difference.

      I have received messages from 64611015 around 8 or 9 times (out of these 5 messages are still saved in my inbox); that 'You have been renewed for (Fusion Lounge, Animation) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You have been charged Rs 15.'
      I want to make it clear that I never subscribed this service. Please deactivate my subscription on this no. [protected] and please check my account and reverse the charges illegally deducted from my account.
      My phone is not connected to Customer care. Whenever I try to make a complaint my phone failed to connect your Customer care executive. How can it be solve. I am really discouraged by Airtel Customer Care Service. If the illegal deduction will not be refunded in next three days, then I will file a complaint in consumer forum and also go to media.

      I was just surfing the net. Suddenly a pop-up came out and i just entered my phone noso as to download wallpapers. Then I also entered the verification code. But then my prepaid balancegot deducted a 20-20 Rs. very frequently. Then airtel costumer care tells me to go to the website and unsubscribe it, but there's no option for that. Please help me.       I recharge my airtel prepaid no.[protected] on[protected] for 24 rs in your sceme 24rs to 24 rs in that main balance 19.76rs will we get but after 24hrs my balance is 9.42rs. without any company will be deducted my a/c balance. customer care does not take any decision on this matter. so, please take decision and return my balance imediately.

      My phone number is [protected]. i had activated weekly net on phone service on my phone. which run for 2 weeks. Company charge me Rs. 35 for 1st week, rs. 35 for 2nd week. the company charge me rs. 35 . when i call the customer care they told me that they deduct the rs. 35 as the charges of net on phone per day scheme. but i had activated only weekly scheme. and also the net on phone per day scheme is already closed by the company, then how could they charge me for that scheme which i had not activated. customer care told me that he forworded my complaint to the boss on date(10.07.2009) and i will get the solution within 48 hrs. but till date (17.07.2009) i got no solution from company side. plz do needful

      On 24th night my balance was 10rs. and on 25th morning after i got up the balance is 0.14 paise. My balance was cut without prior information. This is the second time it is happening. Ur customer care people do not do anything about this issue..

      Also, airtel live gets activated on its own, without our concent...
      My available balance is deducted automatically.

      I am using my airtel no. [protected] from last six years. I ocasssionally use net by my mobile through mobile office scheme charging Rs./- 10 per day. I can deactivate this scheme when I dont need it.       I have Airtel prepaid connection No. [protected]. On 15.12.09 at around 0840hrs while I was browsing NOKIA Ringtone I received a message that a sum of Rs.40 has been deducted from my account for T-20 Cricket Service.I am surprised how a third party without my consent can deduct amount from my account. For this I again and again consulted Customer Care but they did not gave the satisfactory answer and passed the line to Manager. But both the time manager did not lift his phone and the line was subsequently disconnected. For this I wasted one hour trying to contact Airtel customer care but the service was made unavailable lateron.

      My service provider (Airtel) deducted Rs. 30/- on 20th Dec. 09. And gives me reasons thay I have downloaded Java games that I havn't. And again they deducted more than Rs. 80/- on 23rd Dec. 09 without any reasons after making calls to customer care they are not giving me any reasons and without completing my views they putdown my calls and barred my no. to make any call to them again regarding such issue. I want refund all these balances.

      I have recharcge a rs27 in my mob.no.[protected] on dated 06/01/10 as per displayed company message.as par company message in recharge of rs27 they were provide a balance of rs24 after 24hr.but they are not provide the balance.after complaint they are not provide me balance.

      Though i have not subscribed for the AirTel Tunes and other services, the company has automatically subscribed me and deducted money on two occasions. After requesting to cancel all such services, no refund is made. I think AirTel is resorting to this method to compensate for their loss due to the competition and low tariff.

      Is there a possibility that they will listen to the consumers and do business ethically?

      near about one mounth ago, i visited to nepal, but during my visit airtelk compan close my all roming service, national and internation, after call and call they started my national roming and they also told me that my international is also activeted, but i dont get any services during my internationl vist, and while returning they deducid my bal without any notice rs-100/- and they also dont provide me any outgoing services.

      I Shri Rahul D. sawale, Mobile no. [protected] and email id. [protected]@gmail.com would like to state as under. I have been using Airtel prepaid services for more than 3 years. I have been getting calls from airtel service centers for hello tune activation. On knowing this is cut the call without giving any confirmation but still they have charged me for hello tune services and also i have requested to stop my SMS pack for which tey deduct Rs. 1 per day many times but still they have not topped my SMS Pack. I have got a complaint No. [protected] long back and also i have requested by sending sms to the customer centre and also given complaints on 198 complaint number regarding this but still they havent stopped my SMS pack. Today(13/02/2011) they have deducted Rs. 15/- as my hello tune charges and they claim that there system shows that i have given confirmation but i have directly cut the call and have not given any confirmation for Hello tune activation. Please help me to get compensation from Airtel India.

      AirTel — Deductions

      Hi, I use Airtel since 5-6 years now. Previously, i did not have any problem with Airtel but now, they have been deducting amount from my account for something i have not used at all. They have been deducting my Rs.10 weekly for TIPS BY YUVRAJ SINGH service and Rs.30 weekly for Video Mode Activation. I have complained earlier to their Customer Care and deactivated whatever was activated on my number. But still, I am facing the same issue. Whenever I call them, they say i have gone to their site (Airtel Live) and downloaded some stuff from there that is why the amount is getting deducted. And they can see it in their system. But i never go to Airtel Live for net surfing. They promised me to refund my amount as i was right. But it is only half refunded. I am trying to call them but I am not able to connet to their Customer Care Officer. Today again they deducted Rs.30 for Video Mode. I am not ale to understand what should I do regarding this issue.

      Airtel Prepaid — Unethical Deduction

      Hi All
      This is to inform that Airtel service provider is deducting unusual subscription charges on regular basis. Even after registering instant complaint to Airtel care center. It's being a long story of consumer harassment. Before proceeding further on I must tell you all that I & my family members are using Airtel connection right from 2004 as satisfied customers. But now from last 4 months they are deducting unusual charges by activating "Game Tashan" & SubsWap_Weekly Subscription-Rs. 15 & Rs. 20.

      Point to be considered:

      (1) These services/subscription are being activated without notification/without approval from my side.
      (2) Even after deducting charges on regular basis I rarely get any message for the deduction. Moreover, nothing is being served against those charges (no picture/video/song/news/download/game/news update/any other service for which we can pay). No body will pay single Rupee for getting a MSG that you have been charged for Rs.XYZ, against which you get nothing.
      (3) False commitment given by Airtel care center: When I call them for the same. They assure me that they will deactivate all such services & will return the deducted amount. But even after registering complaint up to supervisor level/ senior level. Still, I have not received the deducted amount by them.
      (4) Pathetic response by Airtel care center: They say "aapke paise koi bhi return nahin karega", "aapne service request ki hai, isliye paise return nahin honge" "we can't give complaint registration/reference number.", "complaint registration/reference number sms kar denge ( jo kabhi milta nahin hai! ).
      (5) Even I remind them please make sure in future you don't make any charges against any weekly subscription/any subscription related to game/ Tashan game service. As, I don't want to use these unusual subscription for no benefit for me.
      (6) I am facing this unusual behavior by Airtel from last 4 months. Still after registering number of complains they are not returning my money back.
      (7) These unusual deduction leads to huge loss to me when I am supposed to make an important call, I get my account with zero balance even after top up/recharge.
      (8) In the month of Feb/2011 they have deducted Rs. 100 & more (Amount is still pending)
      (9) In the month of March/2011 they have deducted Rs 55 (till now).
      (10) Total Deducted amount is less i.e. Rs.200 approx. But, Airtel is doing criminal activity by deducting these charges without taking approval from their customer.
      (11) I have all legal records to file a case against them. But because of busy schedule, I am unable to do so. But, these unethical practices must be stoped by concern authority/third party.
      (12) The only thing I am unsatisfied by them is i.e these unethical deduction on regular basis(with no transparency). Now, I have planned to change the service provider. But before doing that I want my money back as early as possible.

      Customer has the right to raise his voice against these unethical activities by their service provider. Hope, some day customer will get service for which they pay. Thanks!!

      Airtel Prepaid Service — Deduction of balance

      My self Ananta mhatre from pune, I have AIRTEL PREPAID SERVICE for mine mobile
      My no. is ([protected]). My complaint about DEDUCTION OF BALANCE, I was recharged my card with 60 Rs and I got talk time of rupees 51 Rs , After couple of hours my balance was deducted From 51 Rs to 12 Rs just made only one local call of less than a min.
      What a bad service provider company I have ever seen, I didn’t get about this why this happened. I immediately called to Customer Care Center , I told them about deduction of Balance , after checking his system there was nothing any record about balance deduction then I asked “ If there is no record about balance deduction then why my balance was deducted. Then the customer care person tried to avoid my call, he told me your voice is not heard even I heard him clearly, there was nothing problem about network etc .Again I called them and after told about my complaint my call was disconnected.
      Listen people, I am not only one victim of this problem , many people are suffered about this AIRTEL PREPAID SERVICE , I Want to say somebody have to stop this . why nobody taking action about this why?????
      If 1 rupee is deducted from 1 crore customer…mostly nobody has time to fight for same…and if you see the earning its 1 crore in a day/… this is just a small example how these service providers do play…?????????

      I am using Airtel Prepaid SIM connection. I activated 5Rs internet on[protected].But they debit 5 RS from my balance.After I used only 5 mins internet that time i have 36 RS balance after i closed internet my main balance 36 Rs also gone.I complaint Airtel customer care. Again i call customer care and raise the complaint again they told in 2 days will solve. But this problem continuing. The customer care deactivate in my mobile. i send my airtel to 121. but my customer care service not activate.i contact through my friend mobile.But the customer care service is no response.While speaking they cut the call. I try more time i cant get solution.Again i got one more problem.[protected] tehy take 10 RS from my balance for Hello tune Renewed again today they taken 30 RS for Hello tune renewal charge. how many time they take per month for Hello Tune Charge. I contact customer care through my friend mobile but i cant no response from there. While speaking they cut the call. Again and again i faced same problems. But the balance are gone. This problems are not even me only un educated people also facing this problem and they are leave that.many time i missed balance little cost. but nowadays its over. I need solution soon. i have proof.still customer care service is not activated for me. Customer service very bad in airtel. Please take a neccessary action.

      Airtel/Prepaid — Deduction in balance

      My name is Praveen mobile number [protected],

      On 06-Apr-2011 from around 7pm to 9 pm 40 Rs got deducted from my balance, which i could evidently see getting deducted every 2-3 minutes, i immediately called 198 and asked the customer care guy, he listened to my problem and asked me hold the line while he investigates, after sometime he disconnected the call without even saying any response. Now after that i called 198 so many time, everytime it will ask to press options 1, 2, 4... no matter what u press it will tell me to dial *121# and gets disconnected.

      Is there anyone out there who can help me out and tell me whats the rational in my balance deduction.

      hey...thats quite obvious from the customer care...
      if they are unable to solve your problem, they'll simply disconnect your call and would make certain changes because of which you will not be able to contact the customer care. Do not worry about the balance deduction, it will surely be refunded, but, at the end of the day, there no solution to such a problem as they'll continually deduct your balance without any prior notice...!!

      As soon as the IPL got started, I started getting score updates and my and my prepaid balance amount used to get deducted. When I sent SMS to 121 as "STOP CRI" . I got a message that it is not active. So, I tried to contact Customer Care sevaral times. Here they again deducted my amount but did'nt gave any solution nor I was allowed to talk to any one.       I am an airtel suscriber for last one and half year and also GPRS for same period.My no. is [protected]In those period I never complain about the speed of GPRS. I have taken Airtel connection only because the speed of airtel GPRS was good.Previously I was using Reliance GPRs before yours and I left their service because the speed got poor Now from last week I found the speed of airtel GPRS is very poor.It take almost 10 to 15 min to open a window.So I hope there will be improve in speed as early as possible Otherwise I have to use mobile portabilty service to switch to other service.

      I have another problem to mention from airtel service provider.I am feedup with their value added service attaching to me without my knowledge for last 3 to 4 month.They refund me when I complain and again start deducting by attaching a VAS. On 4th nov. they refund me Rs11/- for vas naming special festival service for charging on 21st oct and 1st nov Rs 10/- and Rs1/- respectively and told me that they stop the service but again they charge for same vas on 4th and 6th nov.In past also they deducted amount from my balance in the name of vas and when I put complain here they refund me back.I hope they will stop this unethical practice.

        Airtel people started hello tunes and 3G internet services on my mobile phone without my notice or request for the same. This was happened in the month of June and July both. A message just popped out saying that these services are started on your phone. I really exhausted myself in telling them that don't start anything without consulting me and if started, should not reflect in the bill after my complaint. But, still I have been getting them in my bills.

        For July bill, I have been charged for both Hello Tunes and 3G Internet services. I called them up and told them that these services were started without my notice and hence, these charges should be deducted from the bill generated. They noted down my complaint and then I got a call on the next day that only 3G internet charges have been waived off. When I told them that why not Hello Tunes charges were taken care of? Then they said that the complaint was just raised for 3G internet service. I said then raise it for hello tunes also. So, they said that on one bill, we can entertain only one complaint. That was disgusting...

        I just want the Hello Tunes charges to be deducted from the current bill amount only. Otherwise, I will not pay the bill and will disconnect my airtel connection also.

        Never ever had a look at this complaint. I called them madly and shouted like anything. After that, the charges were deducted. The same problem I faced for consecutive 3 months and I finally disconnected my mobile number because of that.

        I am receiving regular message regarding the deduction of Rs. 30/- pm with respect to the activation of a callertune when I am not interested in the same.

        AirTel — not using but still charged

        i have taken airtel connection with no.[protected] only recently. hardly i used it for 1 month but due to some reasons i stopped using it. i paid Rs.500/- against the bill of Rs.470/- in the month of Feb '08. the same time i told the airtel executive to cancel my no. because i am not using it. but they sent a bill for Rs.1379.02 as on 7.4.2008. had they told in feb '08 that they want a written request for cancellation of connection, i could have given it. DO YOU THINK IT PROPER TO CHAGE RENT EVEN AFTER MY REQUEST TO CANCEL? Please do the needful and cancel the bill immediately. Otherwise i may be constrained to go to a proper forum for justice.

        AirTel — Charges in Bill

        When i purchased my Airtel postpaid sim somewhere around 3rd Jan, 2008, i opted for STD pack as per this pack the Airtel is supposed to charge Rs. 1 per STD calls. The said pack was deactivated on 2nd April, 2008 without any prior information (nor does the executive while purchasing told me that such pack is valid for 3 months) but the company is still charging me Rs. 50 for the STD and i am being charged Rs. 20.40 ps for each STD call. Whenever i called the customer care No. i did not get the satisfactory reply, on the contrary Airtel says that they are ready to waive Rs. 50 since it is favorable to them but i am a sufferer as i believing that i will be charged Rs. 1 for STD call i have done many calls which costed very dearly.

There is a hello tune copy service in Artel by pressing * star button on any handset to copy the hello tune of the callers hello tune. if this star is pressed accidently the service deducts 20 Rs. immidiately without any information. its a case of 420 by airtel. without any confirmation if a button is accidently press while calling a user is pressed the company take 20 rs from the mobile user this is wrong without our permission. IF THERE ARE ANY DUES AFTER THAT THEN SEND ME THE DETAILED BILL AT MY HOME ADDRESS, AS I HAD ALWAYS RECEIVED MY BILL AT MY HOUSE ADDRESS REGISTERED WITH AIRTEL. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BILL FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY & FEBRUARY (LAST BILL I RECEIVED ON MY HOME ADDRESS IS OF DURATION 8TH DEC. TO 7TH JAN.). AFTER FEW MONTHS THEY STARTED CALLING ME TO PAY AMOUNT WITHOUT SENDING ME THE DETAILS OF THE BILL. WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT THE BILL THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD SEND IT ON EMAIL ADDRESS REGISTERED BY ANJALI BUT I INFORMED THEM THAT SHE CANT OPEN THAT DOCUMENT AS IT IS AN ACROBET DOCCUMENT AND PASSWORD PROTECED ( PASS WORD OR PIN IS SENT ON MOBILE WICH IS NOT REACHABLE ) REQUESTED THEM TO SEND IT ON MY HOME ADDRESS. SINCE THEN THEY KEEP ON CALLING ME & VERBALY HARASS ME. AND I HAD STILL NOT RECEIVED BILL DETAILS.

        PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & RESOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE I HAVE TO GO TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES.

        Airtel Karnataka — Poor/No Signals at our apartment

        We are not getting Mobile network signals of Airtel since 1 year back. We have raised several complaints to the Airtel customer care regarding the issue, but no response we got from them. Infact there are 20 Airtel connections with in the same apartment, and none of them are getting proper signals. It is the situation to stand in the Balcony when we need to talk to any one.         This is to inform you that every month Rs.20/- has been deducted in lieu of Airtel Friendz chat service has been renewed. I have never given request for this type of renewal. This deductions are made forcefully every month.         She was i haryana from 5 Nov 2010 to 8 Jan 2011. Her airtel no was switch off during that period.
        But airtel deduct the charges during this period.

I spoke to your representative Barath who said that I have been billed for gprs and that my gprs Rs99 plan is not available since a long time.         mobile phone will be attended within 10 seconds by 99% people as it is kept with us. but after charging Rs.30 per month for hello tunes, the companies are playing their own advertisements for 10 seconds. 99% callers are not hearing the hello tunes as the mobile phones are attended before starting the hello tunes. please calculate how much money the companies earning fraudulently. assume one crore people activated this service, Rs.30 crore per month is their earning fraudulently.                 Mobile Number : [protected], Provider: Airtel Bangalore: Complain: Airtel is sending me the bill which is pending from previous customer and asking me to clear their bill.

                Details: The above number was assigned to Wipro Limited and Wipro was the owner of the same number. On the mid of the May 2013 I requested Airtel to transfer the same number into my name and Airtel person named Abdul Wahed took Rs. 300.00 (without any receipt) along with necessary forms and other supporting documents. Airtel took a long time to transfer the number into my name as Wipro had not paid them for few months. When Airtel transferred the ownership, they also send me a paper based bill (generated on 24 June and for the period of 23 May 2013 to 22 June 2013)which shows that the pending amount has been adjusted and I need to pay Rs.354.91 for that month. I paid Rs. 355.00 amount as per their bill. But after that I received another ebill for the same month stating my due amount is "Rs 3089.61". I called Mr. Abdul and he asked me to ignore that bill and stated that they already send me the corrected paper based bill. On the month of July (Bill Date 24 July 2013 and Bill period 23 June 2013 to 22 July 2013) Airtel send me a bill of Rs3777.27 witht he following breakup

Even I found Airtel is very reluctant to respond. Looking for suggestion and justice on this.

                I have all the bills Airtel shared, email communications and call logs to their call center which I can forward as requested.

                My self Anand from ludhiana punjab , My Cell No. is [protected]. I use the same connection from big period. I have also pay a hudge amount of bill Every Month. But in last month company Deactvate mu Inn or Out Calls . Company give a one month period every month for paid a particular month bill. But this month i have pay Rs 2100/- & the balance is Rs. 2300 . Rs. 2300 is the latest bill. I have a great loss on the Non- Availbility of Connection . Soplease take an a urgent action regarding this.

                Airtel mobile connection — Billing

                Airtel web-site dose not hold latest information about rates (particulary roaming charges).
                They like to give surprises to customers by generating bills by so called latest rates. I thinks it is their business strategy to pull money from customers.
                Airtel Users, PLease beaware of it.
                Understanding level of Airtel staff is so poor, it took 3 months to understand the issue.
                Communication within Airtel staff (customer care, billing department, senior management, corporate etc.) is another Joke.
                They will not listen to your complaint unless u put request to cancel the connection. (Thank God, at least then they are listening)
                Troubles with Airtel connections are like tagline of Ramgopal Verma's movie "Phoonk"... "Till it happens to you Airtel is good"

                Airtel — Asking to pay bill without providing monthly bill

                I took airtel connection in month of July 08 and used it till Sep 08 only. Everymonth I was keep on asking to provide me monthly bill either in soft format or in hard copy. But they never provided me. Everytime their executive told me sir we will send you first you pay the bill, otherwise late payment will be added. Now when I am dennying them not to pay without seeing my bill, then they are threating me by court case. I just want to know whether I should see my bill or without seeing my bill I should pay it. Now that no is not in use from past 4 months. Now airtel has added late charges and other payments on my account and saying to pay it. There is no my fault. Why should I pay extra money? If they have provide me bill then I request to airtel to provide the evidences to proof the matter. Their service and executives behaviour are really worst and non tolerable. Daily I am getting phone from airtel for the same. I am getting frustated with this. Now I am ready to go court with this matter and want to fight against airtel. Also I would like to put charge against them for my insult (MANHANI).

                Airtel Post Paid Bill — charging the paid bill

                Dear Sir/ Madam,
                Good day. I am using airtel services since past 7 years. I am the one who religiously pay the bill well before the last date. On 24th june i already paid bill of 1200rs/- and my actual bill was 1196rs/-. This month since last one week i am getting call from call centres to pay the last month bill. I was informed that bill was creditted in their account then again retrieved back. I asked the shop where i deposit the bill he said, nothing to worry they are updating the system and on 17th it will reflect there. As far as I am concern when bill reflected on their account/system on 25th, then nothing wrong from my side.

                Anyways on top of so much harrasmment to day i got a bill which contains last months bill charges+ taxes+ this month bill charges.
                Please tell me what to do??????

                I was paying bills time to time daily but since last 4 to 5months i failed to pay bill because their site had problem and it was showing me that

                "sorry for inconvenience, there is some technical problem" message so because of that i could not pay the bill and then onwards they charge in all
                bills 50rs late fees so i do want to pay late fees because it was not my mistake. They should have informed us on last day of bill payment that we
                have some technical issue going on so do not pay bill online.

                    Airtel Mobile — irresponsible answers for deposit refund

                    Sirs,
                    I have got 5 0r 6 Mobiles under CUG plan and already had more than 10 mobiles under the same plans and four months back I surrendered 4 mobile numbers having paid fully while closing the above. I repeatedly asked for the refund of the deposits. Every time while paying for the remaining numbers Iasked whether i can deduct the deposit amounts. But they said that the deposit amount will be seprately sent by DD.So the the monthly bills should be remitted seperately. Likewise I am still paying. So far there is no response and the complaints that were given through 121 were put aside. And these people never fails to give the number for complaints lodged. I dont understand the concept. If I again place the complaint they again give a new number. That is all they are doing. I think I can give a legal notice for the same.

                    It is better to get some solutions for that.

                    Airtel is proving worse day by day...I am unable to acess the *121# and *123# services on my mobile.Whenever i type any of those,immediately i am getting a message saying that "Not Available"...I have complained twice.When i complained for the first time,the operator promised me that the problem will be rectified with in 24hours and its been more than 72hours...Airtel failed to solve a simple problem.

                    I called another time to complain,then the operator told he is connecting it to some higher official.I waited for sometime and after 10min the call got cut itself.This happened to me many times and later i came to know that the reason they are doing this stuff because these days they are charging if we call customer care.They are just making me stay on hold,so that they can charge me.They dont provide me the solution,so i will call them again and again....

                    Dear Team,
                    My mobile number is [protected].While the mobile number portablity was introduced i gave the request to mobile number portability.At that time a representative form airtel and requested me to cancel the mobile number portability by giving me a new offer what is that is my call rates will be airtel to airtel 10 paise and other mobiles 30 paise and per day 100 sms free but i will be charged Rs.1 per day for six months after that i can avail the sme plan with out any cost i also accepted the plan and cancelled the request of mobile portability.That scheme got activated and i was enjoying the scheme. But today i was charged .30 paise per min. So i called the customer care (198) a guy paicked the call his name is ashok. I told my problem to him but now he is telling now that i am not elegible for that scheme.He didnt answer me properly. This is not the way to handle the customer.Why they are doing like this.They need to keep their words. Kindly help me to get back my plan which will help them to keep their promise.

                    AirTel — Connection Closure

                    I was using Airtel BB, IP TV and Fixed phone subscription from quite long. My account number : 1518039.
                    I have requested for disconnection of Airtel services on 5th Feb 2011 and ensured all my outstanding was cleared till date and confirmed there was NO outstanding on my subscription.

                    Called them couple times for requesting them to disconnect the connection ASAP and collect all the instruments late by 13th feb as i have to vacant my house before that date. Keep on reminding them again and again to disconnect the service and collect the instruments within 7 -8 days which ideally is Airtel's SLA, no action has been taken.
                    When i relocated myself to different location, i got started getting calls from Airtel customer care to check if i want to continue with the service or wants to disconnect the subscription. I always opted to discontinue with services and request them every time to cancel my subscription.
                    Infact i follow up couple of time to confirm if my request has been processed or not. Every time disappointed with the response from Airtel and every other executive ensured that it will be done within a week’s time. Couple of reference number of my request are 1401365,45393162,1467653 unfortunately i lost 4,5 reference numbers.


                    Same practice from Airtel has been continued for couple of months, but subscription was active and no one really bothered to close the connection.

                    Now days they started calling me and telling me if i want to close my subscription then i have to pay them some amount. When i asked for the what amount this is.. they replied it's an outstanding from march to june. I am simply fail to understand what sort of outstanding they are talking about. When i seek for justification as i am not using this subscription from last 4-5 months why do i pay the amount, Airtel customer care only keep on repeating this amount i have to pay if i want to close my account otherwise they keep on adding the charges on it.
                    I am seeking an explanation from Airtel, when i requested to close my subscription on 5th feb, cleared all outstanding till that time, given them 8 days to come and collect all their instruments/devices. When no action has been taken then, why the hell they are asking me for the charges for serive which i haven't used.
                    These guys are so much irritating they have N number of different ideas how to frustrate there customer. They also start send text message to deposited instrument and device. How comes i send them devices which i left at my previous residence.
                    They are simply stupid guide who nowhere understand what rubbish they are speaking to their customer. This is really ridiculous and pathetic service of Airtel. They only know how to cheat there customer and frustrate them.. so they never ever even think to use any Airtel service in future.
                    Kindly ask for an explanation from airtel Why do i need to pay a single penny to them when i don’t have outstanding of any amount. Also requesting you to place take strict action against Airtel to immediately close my subscription, STOP sending me those ridiculous sms and never give me any call for any sort of outstanding on my subscription.

                      I have recharged my account on 09-Aug-2012 with 'Economy Sports 9HD 12M ARP', two time i was cheated by Airtel in last one year:

                      1. While upgrading my account last year, i have asked CC executive to discontinue 'Kids Plus Top-up' since all the channels were available, since they continued and charged me INR 0.93/daily till i observed in April'2013, refused to refund me the money. Why a customer should pay twice for same channels, not fair practice?

                      2. Now i realized that on the annual package recharge, they have not given me 45 days free period. While talking to CC executive, he informed that that time offer was not there...all fake since customer do not have any record to prove. Why a customer opt for annual package if additional benefit is not there?

                      Now i am thinking to keep the screen shots and communicate immediately through mail, what was discussed orally to create the record. Customer need not to take extra pain, if they adopt fair and transperent practices in business.

                      one exicutive came to my place name krishan chaudhary i hav asked him that i hav so many calls to mumbai you hav any scheem so give me the connection in which i get low call rates otherwise leave it he made me aware of metro topup and comited me and give that connection to me i hav given the money and buy that connection . after some days airtel made me welcome call i hav asked them that my metro topup is activated or not they told me it will be activated in 36 hours .after 2 days again one call came to me in which they said ur topup has been activated u can make calls .after 1month my bill came they hav added rent of topup in my bill but the benifits are not given to me i hav called custumer care they told me they r not providing the topup in my plan .i asked them why they hav added rent they simply says we cant help u we can remove ur rent thats it . i hav made so many calls to mumbai because i was not aware that they r not providing the topup . then they give me refrence no and said u will receave call in 24 hours but no responce from there side from that day ie 23 aprail i m calling daily 2-3 times and today is 25 may. every time they give me refrence number and no responce .i m highly fed up from there service .third class custumer service they provided to me . now pl suggest me what to do

                      Airtel — Refusing to refund money taken for a service not delivered

                      Dear all,

                      I applied for a corporate postpaid connection with Airtel,
                      and provided all requried documents.

                      I paid Rs/-1200 as startup cum deposit charges.

                      Airtel agent gave me receipt, copy of application form with the number
                      provided and promised to activate the sim on the next day itself.
                      Three days passed, and still sim was not activated.

                      When I asked them, they gave conflicting and ambiguous answers of
                      why it is not activated. Again waited for a week.
                      It is still not activated.

                      Again I asked, again no concrete answers.
                      I decided to get my money back and go for another provider.
                      Here the customer agent said, that is not possible, we have already sent the
                      money to head office. If I needed to get the money back, I need to go to the office at BTM
                      which worked only Monday-Friday and had leaves on all general holidays.

                      Being a working professional this was very difficult for me. Things got delayed and later I went out of station for some time.

                      When I came back, I asked the customer agent to provide me a new connection based on the
                      money I have already paid.
                      This again was refused!!!.

                      Due to before mentioned reasons as well as the location being far away and unknown to me,
                      as well as having small children to care for,
                      I couldnt go to the said office to collect the money for a long time.

                      Finally when we got there and asked for the refund, all the agents there
                      refused (including the supervisor).

                      The reason : They do not have any call records for the number.
                      (obviously, since the number was never USED!!!)
                      And hence they cannot refund money.

                      It is basic law: when you pay for a service, it has to be delivered.
                      If service not delivered, they have no right to refuse me a fulll refund.

                      This is equivalent to cheating the customer.

                      Please look into this case.

                      i bought air tel dth but the cheater company does not telecast free dd sports which shows live telecast of cricket this is clear fraud they should telecast the same

                      And i got santion as per msg from 404 at 04.48pm

                      After 24hrous ie on 15.03.2011
                      I recharge Rs.195 Booster TransID [protected] its running succesfull upto 16.03.2011
                      But on 17.03.2011 i got msg from 404 that your
                      Rs.195 booster cancelled.

                      I register my compliant to Airtel Customer Care with reference number CBDPA[protected]
                      on 20.03.11 i got a msg from Airtel that your 195 booster pack expires today.

                      I called Customer care but this no response to customer so please activate my Rs.195 Booster as early as possible.

                      I have purched new Airtel DTH connection & my Customer Id Is [protected] (in the name of Mr.Amol Vijay Patil) as on 30.03.2012
                      As per there Boucher they have to provide me Economy sports Pack but they give me Value Sports Pack and in that also there are no sports channels nothing else.in additon to this many channels are missing as per the airtel boucher & now when i am co-ordinating with there customer care there service is very very bad ie.worst calls are always on hold ......
                      no one is giving satisfactory answers they are saying that now they have change there offers but why this information is not given while taking new connection to the new customer

                      Please treat this matter very serious

                        I HAD GONE ABROAD FOR TWO MONTHS AND DURING THIS PERIOD TWO BILLS SENT TO MY RESIDENCE WERE MISTAKENLY PAID BY MY SERVANT, WHO HAD NO KNOWLEGE OF THE SUBJECT, 0N 31ST JULY FOR RS 96 AND ON 27.8.2012 FOR RS 561


                        I HAD COMPLAINED ON 16TH AND 19TH JUNE BY EMAIL AND VIDE COMPLAINT NO 17502366 ON 121 ON 20TH JUNE

                          I have raised a complaint[protected] to AIRTEL DTH customer care that I have upgraded my DTH package from Rs. 200 to Rs. 350/- but I am unable to get the channels which should come with Rs 350/- package. They are again and again asking me the same questions that what is your problem but not resolving my problem. Its being a month I am chasing them and not getting any resolution.

                          I would say in Chennai AIRTEL proving pathetic services. I think Airtel support services does not have any “Tracker” that who is tracking or addressing consumer query and the worst thing is that they even don't have “Description” column to at least write a proper description for the consumer complaints. Till yet that is from last one month I have talked with over 100s of Airtel associates and I need to explain again and again all what is my problem. I never seen a pathetic service like AIRTEL. I have been using AIRTEL services for quite a long in different states of India, but my experience in Chennai, Tamilnadu is far different from other states. In Chennai Airtel services does not even exist.

                          I am just fed up with explaining and chasing them to resolve my issue.

                            Today at 9:10 A.M, I too got a missed call from [protected] - from this number. On calling back, person call on the other side said that he in calling from the Head office of Airtel Call Center and announced that I have won a lottery worth a sum of Rs. 25 Lakh.He is also know my SIM card number which is written back side on SIM card and only known to Airtel company. I have not understand how this information leak by Airtel company to unknown person?

                              Airtel — deducing Wrong balance every time

                              I recharge a ISD calling card of Rs.35 regarding reduction of call charge. They told me that if I recharge that I can call on Uk in only Rs. 2.99. But every time I call they reduce Rs. 10 from my main a/c. Then I call to customer care after very long discussion they back my wrongly reducing money & also tell me that ur problem is now solve & I can call. But today When I call on UK mobile they then reduce 20 rs and disconnect the line and try so many time to contact customer care but they every time they disconnect my call.

                              So I want to know why this thing are happen with me & why they give the wrong information to saying that ur problem is solve ?

I submitted fees as well as my documents at ARC sector-7 (sector-3) near m2k rohini. But my mnp is not done. I called customer care and was dealt badly!! They put me on hold and then cut the call..
                                  This is very unprofessional on part of airtel's part..The no. 1 company!!
                                  After 3-4 times I was informed that there is no such request from my side.
                                  How can this be possible??

                                  i had put request to disconnected postpaid service dated on 14-June-2007.It was assured to me that services will get disconnected within 15 days.I took regular follow ups for the same in customer care.After that I got bill for three months & montly rentals are also charged in that bill amount but it was assured to me that monthly rentals will not be charged for disconnected time period.
                                  I have a prepaid connection of Airtel. I have lost the same, few days back. Now i want to know how can i get the duplicate sime, as well the all ( incoming / outgoing) call details from my number. I also want to now the contact no's of my SIM.

                                  I have already looged a call, but till now i have recevid any confirmation from the company side.

                                  I wanted to port my number [protected](airtel tamilnadu) to Vodafone. I got the UPC, submitted the necessary documents 10 days back. My Airtel connection got disconnected 3 days back but Vodafone is still not activated. When I contact Vodafone customer care, they say from their side, everything is OK and the UPC has been used twice by Airtel. Now I don’t have any network. Please help.

                                  I have requested for MNP from AIRTEL to VODAFONE.

                                  After submitting all the required document + MNP charges to Vodafone on 14th April 2011, i have received a call ([protected]) from AIRTEL customer care on 19th April 2011 and told me to cancel my MNP request as there was some software issue related to MNP and he told me that no one will able to port-in or port-out because of that.

                                  When i told him, i will not cancel my request than he started asking me the reason for my port-out and try to convence me to stay with AIRTEL.


                                  Can i known, what is the problem going on with AIRTEL…? why i am receiving this phone calls, when i clearly told that i don’t want to be with AIRTEL.

                                  I mean what is this, a fake redressal and sorting out complain!!!

                                  I have not received any communication from any of these people who are boasting of resolving my complain.

                                  My number is still with vodafone and is not yet ported in to Airtel, then how can you people say that complain has been resolved, I mean you haven't done anything rather just resolved here only...

                                  I have even complained to NODAL OFFICER OFFICE, who assured that again submitting the documents and fee would lead to MNP of my number for sure. So I again submitted the docs and fee on 12th August 2013 and guess what, still I have not heard from any of the airtel people, nor any message which show if their is anything happening in this regard.

                                  I would appreciate if anyone can direct me as to how can i approach TRAI or the department concerned for the actual redressal of my problem..

                                  Concerned person just tweet that they would update me soon... its 11days and d wait is still on...
                                  my no. is still not ported in to airtel, inspite of submitting documents and fees to ARC sector-7 near m2k rohini delhi, for the 3rd time!!
                                  I contacted Airtel people via customer care, emailed apellate officer office, emailed nodal officer, contacted airtel presence at tweeter and even personally visited ARC rohini. All ARC people told me was " mnp me aisa he hota h"
                                  How disgusting unprofessional behavior of the employee of a company like airtel!!! inspite of submitting docs 3 times, what they can best do is reply like this...
                                  thinking of sueing airtel and its representatives with all the proofs I have...
                                  Not feeling like joining airtel's network.
                                  I have an airtel digital tv connection also at home, thinking of surrendering it as soon as its balance get over...
                                  These people donot have any respect for their customers and donot value time of customer as well...

                                    At the outset, I may state that I am terribly upset over repeated calls from your centre at Gurgaon that some payment is overdue, which is not correct.
                                    1. The 3G datacard (no.[protected]) connectivity was received in August 2012.
                                    2. Payments are being arranged within a week of receipt of bill.
                                    3. Last payment was made for Rs.1,348 on 29/07/2013 and earlier on 04/07/2013 for Rs.792.
                                    4. Call received said payment for June 2013 was made only for Rs.100, whereas actual payment was made for Rs.792.
                                    5. This is not my personal datacard, but official which is provided by Office of Principal Director of Audit, NC Railway, Subedarganj,Allahabad.
                                    6. Bill is never received in time. After oral reminder only, it is received.Henceforth, bill with complete details may be e mailed to '[protected]@cag.gov.in"
                                    7. All bills were settled for usages made promptly and no bills are pending.

                                    airtel data card — Asking for extra payment though the advance payment

                                    Sir,
                                    I have an Airtel Datacard internet connection. The connection number is [protected]. I have taken it from Satyam Communication, Chandannagar Airtel Connect, Hooghly W.B. Pin: 712136. Activation date is 21/01/2009. I have taken this connection along with Datacard with payment Rs. 7500.00. under the Combo offer (Data card [ cost Rs.3000]+ free unlimited usage of internet for first 6 month including service charge +100 free local sms per month).
                                    But in every month the bill for unlimited usage( Rs. 999.00 + Service Charge) was coming to my home from Airtel. And the amount was deducting from Rs 4500.00 [ Rs.7500.00 - Data card price (Rs 3000.00)]that was I have paid to take advantage of Combo offer.
                                    Furiously have contacted then with Satyam Communication (from where I took the connection). They assured me that it was a system generated bill (generated from other back office or BPO of Airtel) it has actually no relation with the Combo offer. Actually I don’t have to pay any money when my Rs 4500.00 will be consumed by their process of bill generation ( Because in the system [Rs 999.00+service charge] per month being deducted from Rs. 4500.00 and this amount will finish within 4.5 months). For confirmation they have sent me an email to my Gmail account from their office ID. Please find the attachment of the copy of the mail.

                                    But now they have deactivated my connection from 20/07/2009. As I contacted them they have repeatedly asking for money for first 6 month [ in the system Rs 4500.00 - {(Rs. 999.00+ service charge) x 6}]. Though my connection was at Combo offer. ( please go through attachment for confirmation from their end. I have repeatedly forwarded their mail to them again to alert them for their mistake). But they have repeatedly called my home for the money.

                                    I really want legal action against them to unethical demand of money and deactivate my connection. I want regret letter from their end for asking extra money for using first 6 month and some other punishments for harassing me and my family member.

                                    am holding Airtel corporate post paid mobile connection.. i am using the same connection from last 4 yrs or little more.
                                    Couple of months back i changed my rental plan from 1198 advance rental to Select 199.
                                    Since my connection comes under corporate benefits, so it was communicated to me that under Select 199 plan i will be getting following benefits :
                                    1) unlimited CUG free
                                    2) free 199 mins local calls
                                    3) free 100 SMS
                                    4) Local calls : 30p - airtel to airtel, 30 p Airtel to mobile and 60P airtel to LL
                                    5) STD calls : 50p - airtel to airtel, 60 p Airtel to mobile and 60P airtel to LL

                                    However in actual the picture is entirely different. actual charges levied on my bill are as under:

                                    1) CUG - 10 p
                                    2) No free 199 calls
                                    3) No free 100 SMS
                                    4) Local calls : 50p - airtel to airtel, 50 p Airtel to mobile and 1 Re airtel to LL
                                    5) STD calls : 1Re - airtel to airtel, 1Re Airtel to mobile and 1Re airtel to LL

                                    This is really ridiculous what Airtel representatives promise to customers and how Airtel will cheat peoples, this is completely non-acceptable.
                                    I am not too sure how long Airtel will hold & retain there customers if they follow similar practice to cheat there customer this way.

                                    I will circulate this e-mail to my entire corporate distribution list. so people in my organization might aware how Airtel cheat there customers and possible take the remedy step to refrain or STOP using Airtel services

                                      Hello Airtel DTH Team,

                                      Though I submitted Ala CarTe Request on 31st July 2013, and got confirmation from Airtel DTH(2nd August) that it will be activated in next 24 hours. Till now, that service not yet activated in my DTH. It's really hectic one. Because of this, daily burn rate of my previous plan will be detected daily from my balance.

                                      I got confirmation from Airtel DTH on 2nd August 2013. But service not yet activated even after more than 24 hours. No action was taken from Airtel DTH though complaint raised via customer care.

                                      I would like to take this as priority.

                                      Airtel/ Airtel DTH — Not activating the DTH connection

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought the airtel DTH connection on 30-Apr-2010 at around 10:00AM by paying Rs. 2750/- over phone using airtel IVR service. The payment was done through my credit card.

                                      At the time of buying the connection the customer care executive told me that the connection would be installed on the next day in the afternoon. He also told me that I will receive an SMS in the next 2-3 hrs mentioning the date and time of installation. But I didn't receive any message from the airtel DTH.

                                      When I call airtel DTH customer care, everytime I get a different answer from different executives. When I tell them to transfer the call to their supervisor they disconnect the phone. I am not able to speak to their supervisor even once in these days.

                                      Today is the 4rth day and still my connection is not activated. I have also written mails to the [protected]@airtel.in but didn't get the appropriate reply the first time.

                                      Now I want my money back as I have lost my faith in this DTH service provider.

                                      Please let me know what should I do now to get my money back.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My customer id is [protected].
                                      My connection is purchased online through snapdeal.com. Installation has been done on Saturday August 27, 2011, its already been 5 days still my connection is not activated. When i call customer care, they redirect my call to someone else or disconnect the call. I am also getting calls from number [protected] but after i pick up the call no one speaks from the other end. After some google search, I came to know that its of Airtel DTH number.

                                      Please activate my connection and resolve my issues. Otherwise i will have to file a complaint and return the DTH connection.
