DSL connection not working for 10 days

I have not been able to access my broadband for more than 7 days on a trot. My fixed line number is[protected].

Unwanted charges in name of friends pack

Hi,

Airtel activated some stupid friends pack for free on my mobile. Then I got a call from some number starting with "5" after which i was being charged Rs1. For every 15 mins. By the time I looked into my mobile I had got a number 10 - 15 messages saying i have charged Rs1. I called up to 121 and raised a complaint the guy refunded me 2 Rs. and stoped it.

Unwanted charge in name of airtel video pack
