[Resolved] Airtel India — balance deduction | |||
ir, i am using a sim of airtel india whose number is [protected], & i was subscribed to an offer of friends and family in which i was charged 50 paise daily.now i want to unsubscribe but they are not providing the necessary details. i have complained thrice to the airtel but they are not listening.... I am repeatedly requesting to stop gclub.in service on my cell no [protected], but my request is not entertained & charged are deducted. please stop this service .

I am a airtel subscriber since last eight years having used two airtel numbers since my subscription span, i would like to inform you that I am completely dissatisfied with the Service Quality and Customer Support, has caused immense mental agony which cannot be compensated.
From the Day 18th February 2011 from 11:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs there has been deduction in my Balance Talktime from 88.80 to 0.00 without any service or facility being used. I contacted Customer Care the matter brought to their Notice and intimated that the matter be resolved by 22nd February 2011 with Reference No.CBDCC[protected].
The same situation occured the following day with a recharge of Rs 60 had received a talktime of Rs 51 on 19th feb 2011 at 19:00 hrs and by 22;30 hrs my Balance was 0.06 which is there till date and on contacting Customer Care no Satisfactory Reply provided.I am keeping my mobile phone Open for any Inspection if anything needs to be checked by airtel customer care associates.
I am looking forward to have a reply in this regard from the senior Management of Airtel and need a complete Explanation for the Balance deduction caused by the service provider.

my number [protected] i recharged with 222 on 4-feb 2012 by 6th feb i have only 3Rs left with any reason they deducted my amount if was also a previous case was the same with little amount .No response from customer care very very bad service, The worst network

i am charged rs70 from my account ..i had activated gprs plan at 11:00 pm on 6th feb...and start using net after 5 min..i used net for 35 min, .after that when i disconnect it shows 70rs deducted...sir plz i request you to plz refund my balance as it was not intentional and not my fault..i would be highly thankful to you..

I am cheated by Airtel bharti telecom.
althought this not the first time but this time Its too much.
Actually thing is On 14 october i put ISD pack for which i even got confirmation message and then i made numerous ISD calls keeping in mind the fact that I have ISD pack. But the airtel charge as normal and i almost lost 500 rupees within 2-3 days.I also contact airtel customer care they too are worst than airtel services. everyone has diffrent opinion on me. some says I did not do recharge and some says your recharge was done and we have cut regular amount and some even says your number does not exist.
I hope of something I am here today to express my ideas and ofcouse to lodge my complaint against airtel India.
And also want airtel to give there answer here in comment box instead private mail and private calls from there own operator.

Now airtel has disconnected my customer care lines.i am facing lot of problems using airtel.i have been using the settings provided by airtel.these setting are not made at my home.them how can you deduct my balance.so terrible.
I have been using net almost 14 hours a day.if i will use airtel live then my balance will be cutted around 300rs. Per day.bt my balance but around 14 rupees.to there is someting wrong with my number.i have been fed up wid airtel.i have decided to approach consumer court regarding this matter.i have all the proofs against airtel.i know i will win this case.i am giving 48 hours to airtel to return my balance, after that i will go consumer court.you can do whatever you like.i don't care.
