The sales agent will call any give you the details of the rates and ask you to select buy now option from the website and once you complete all the details the hit submit the process will display error message on the first line and on the next paragraph it will display approved and will charge to your credit card.
But you will not get any email or any login in information, if you call the number customer support no body will pick up.

Airtel — Marketing Agents fraud

An Airtel Marketting agent has taken Rs. 999 cash for changing my Postpaid Plan,but there r no response from other side till now.
I have sent a mail to airtel but no right action has been taken from the company side.
I have received a registered form copy which was given by the executive.
I AM IN THE RURAL ARIEA AND I WAN `T TO MASTER DEMO CARD AND OTHER DEMO . WHERE IS THE BUY I HAVE NOT IDEA PLEASE CALL ME NO[protected]
The company is really very good and take full care of the customers . The company believe in quality, its gives all the facilities what the executive say. The company is registered in California and its come under USA law, so it can't do froud. The company provide very low rate because the government give them some taxes rebate to promote the local company. Some company use very cheap activity to balme the company, so they post the bad comment that company is froud.In today competetive market every company use to balme other company. Once you connected with the company they take full care of the customer. So without any hagitation you can take the product of airtelusainc.
airtel usa inc is best company in us market as well as in canada market. they are providing the lowest call rates from us to india, china, hongkong, etc.
The services of Airtel USA Inc is superb. What they commit they give it. goooood job airtelusainc.

The service of airtel usa is wonderful. Especially there referral services is too good. bcoz once u refer any customer the company's telecallers they follow up n add extra referral talktime to referers. voice quality is very good as well as the connectivity. the best thing is that we can see our call details through the website.

Happened to me just today. Name of the guy who talked me VINOD (bogus name) had a thick chennai accent and said works in Chennai office. He also said they have more than 40 offices in India and payment has to be processed from Calcutta. Implications are quite high. They can just take $25 or do more. PLEASE NEVER FALL IN THIS TRAP. Seems highly dangerous from a financial perspective.
They use the name Airtel and cheat the customer. They did same to me as mentioned in the complaint.
The agent will call you and promise to give 1C per minute. You have purchase for $25 and once you did, it will show 2C per minute. You can not reach the customer service. I called them several time and they told me that we will contact you or our agent (agent who called me before) will call you soon.

NO call afterwards. It is a bogus company and dont entertain these beggers. These guys are spoiling inidan name. I have to change my credit card numbers. Beware of this scams.

Hi all

I signed up for AirtelUSAINC recently upon persistence from a Tele-marketeer. Believe or not I realized they are a Fraud Company the moment I made a few calls. First all I signed up with $100 and they told me I would get 5263 minutes for this, I was told that rate is 2 cents per minute but they would give me 263 mintues free if I signed up for $100. Also I was told it was valid for ever. So far go good.

Now comes the surprise. I did 2 calls to India of 27 minutes and 12 minutes duration. Believe it or not they deducted 54 minutes and 24 minutes from my account. Since I made the calls from my mobile phone I could see that double minutes were detected. When I called the agent to confront him he said it was a problem that some customers faced and that he could rectify it if given a chance. I can stand bad service even bad attitude but not fraud. Now I thought a minute is 60 seconds until I dealt with AirtelUSAinc. Their website says rate to call India is 4.2 cents per minute then how did they offer me 5263 minutes for $100 ?. Anyway I cancelled and got a refund of $98.37 [unused portion].

Apart from the above I found their so called 24 x 7 hotline number is useless and no one picks up. Almost 12 times I had called within the time specified on the site and all times it went to voicemail. To make matters worse the voicemail box was full. Finally I got through to them and cancelled.

People get carried away by AIRTEL name thinking it has something to do with BHARTI AIRTEL. As far as I know there is no connection between these two. If you are interested you can visit http://www.airtelcallhome.com and sign up for India calling services through BHARTI AIRTEL. I have been using this for 3 months now and I have spent nearly 70 dollars ... no problem so far. They give 600 minutes of talk-time to any number in India for a Flat $10.69 including taxes and other charges and of course these minutes are valid for 60 days only so if you not the frequently calling type you may not use it.

STAY AWAY FROM AIRTELUSAINC.

I'm using the AirtelUSAInc services it's quite satisfatory. I believe all the negetive comments are false.
The sales agent will call you and start with a rate of 1.5 c per min. Then he will negotiate you by offering 1000, 200, or may be 5000 extra minutes if you charge your account with $100, $150, or more. You would think he'll credit you extra minutes and you would buy. Guess what, most of the time you won't check your actual balance and they will never give you "free" minutes. They have been scamming me for last two years now. I agree, it has been my laziness as to why I did not check earlier, but it's late is better than never.

Please DO NOT FALL into trap of FREE MINUTES from the lying sales agent. When I called the customer service they told me that the sales team is on contractual basis and they make false commitment. Wow! don't you have a call monitoring for your sales reps? I don't think they are not aware of the malpractice of these sales agent. Beware!
Airtel usa inc is really very good Telecom service company and always takecare and quality voice call of the customers .The company is registered in California, USA and usa law, so this company can't do any type Fraud. Airtel always takecare of the customer.So you can take the product of airtelusainc.

    I hold an airtel connection with number [protected]. I had shifted my house from Saligramam to Ramapuram, Porur in May09. On 7.7.09, the airtel office staff called to my mobile and said he was coming to collect address proof. That person could not able find my house inspite of repeated guidance to my address. An employee from porur office could not find an address in the same locality and he left without coming for address proof collection. I got an SMS saying that address proof has not been submitted and should give the same to avoid disconnection.. But due to my work pressure, I could not make it to the airtel office. The outgoing calls were disconnected on 12.7.09. When I checked with customer care, they had told me to submit the address proof in the office where I had taken the connection. As I had taken this connection in T Nagar office, taking permission during my office hours, I had gone there and gave the address proof. They rejected saying that it should be submitted in the Porur office. Then on another day i.e., 24.7.09, I went to Porur office and submitted the proof. They told the connection will be resumed within 24 hours. I also got an SMS, it will be resumed by 25.7.09. But the connection is not yet resumed. When me or my wife contact customer care centre, they keep on saying that they didn't get the address proof..I don't know and whom to contact. We are really getting frustrated to call the customer care and listening to their answers saying that they could not help.. Then why is the customer care service for????? Is it to care customers or torture?? They suggest me to go again to Porur office and call from that phone so that they can talk to that Porur office agent.. Why cant they check it from their end?? Its Airtel problem to get the information from their own staff...Is it so difficult for a tele communication company to get information from their own office.. Then how could a company like this can serve the entire nation??? Finally, Till now i.e., 29.7.09, I could not get my problem resolved..I dont know whom to contact...

      I have been using the Airtel SIM ([protected]) since 24th April 2009. I am not getting incoming STD calls (only one or two people are able to call me) from the beginning, whenever anybody is calling they are getting the message as "This no. does not exist."
      I have raised online log in Airtel site on 12th June & I contacted Airtel many a times but every time they are telling that this issue is escalated to some or other dept. Till date the problem is not resolved & I am unable to receive any STD calls.
      I have spoken to Airtel people in all hierarchy - right from customer care to escalation manager. Everybody is saying that this issue is escalated & none of them are giving a concrete solution. I have always been assured with false commitments like it will be resolved within 24 hours/48 hours.
      Today I was told that this issue is resolved, but all in vain the issue is still the same.

        I am a prepaid customer of airtel, of orissa state, Although i have special tarif validity till nov- 2009, I got one sms that by recharging special tariff voucher of Rs 50, I could get Eastern region std calls at Rs0.70 p/minute. I recharge that spl tarif voucher but after that my special tarif validity was reduced to july -2009, This is disgusting that Airtel is misleading and abstracting fraudant charges with confusing sms.
        Plese alert other customers...

        I am residing at Sector 8B of CBD Belapur. Initially, there was not at all problem of network but from the last 3 months we are facing poor network coverage I have talked thrice in ur customer care but nothing has done yet. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible so that we can remain with airtel.

          My name is jai rajra.i recently installed the much hyped airtel digital tv.and i consider my decision as the worst decision ever made in my life.Even after making full payment made to them i am not getting any services from theie end.after calling customer care a number of times it just resulted in me having a sore throat due to the shouting and cursing that i had to subject them to and a bad headache.the customer care services is the worst ever.they are totally irresponsible and ignorant people.in short they are thief's, duping people and then acting innocent.
          I would like to get a full refund from them and a written apology also.

          I would also advice all future willing customers who want to avail their services not to do so.Instead they can opt for TATSKY.Which would be a way better option.
          I am ramesh i purchase airtel dth on 26th april 2013 amount is 1750rs account id is [protected] but still not install the setup box i logged the complaint on 30th april 2013 call centre also the complaint id[protected]. Past from 4 days i m logging the complaint still no buddy take the action otherwise refund my money.

I have new connection of Brodband that was connected on the date of 23 sept. 2010 and i have already registered for airtel gift on10 oct. 2010. I have not recieved airtel gift, my claim code is [protected]. So please send me my gift as soon as possible.....

              i have a prepaid connection of airtel with mobile no.[protected]and i get auto renewed into this yahoo zone without my permission for the past year or so and every time i end up shelling 30 bucks, its hightime this service is deactivated at the earliest else serious action will be taken against the service provider

              I wanted a new Airtel connection, so i approached Airtel's office.They said an executive will approach me.
              Executive called me 7 informed me that he'll come 7 complete documentation formalities.And also that there exists a discount of Rs.600, And i need to only pay Rs.400 as per corporate Discount.I was happy as one of my friend had paid up deposit & installation charges.And when he tried cancelling connection, Airtel never paid him back deposit.So, to tackle this.They came up with one more solution.Initial registration charges which was earlier called deposit.Which is refundable.Initial Registration charges "Non-REFUNDABLE"...TRAI and DOT authorities...what are you doing...Sleeping at home...Companies & Businesses in independant india adopting their own policies & freedom at the cost of people who believe...As long as officials & authorities concerned with Income Tax, Consumer Rights and Legal System are not awake...more Satyam's will be built with all Asatyams as policies.Anyone can help me here

              I complained a number of times regarding very slow internet connection.<br />
              In the month of January I had complained at Borivali west Airtel centre and I was told that this service will work at proper speed from February onwards as there is some rectification work going on.The problem still exists and there is absolutely no improvement in your service.<br />
              Again I had brought this to the notice at the same service centre on the 1st of March.I was told my complaint has been registered and the service will be proper and a person from Airtel will contact you in this regards.<br />
              I regret to inform you that again no attention is paid towards my genuin complaint.<br />
              I request you to take necessary action to give me proper connectivity and speed prior to sending my next bill.<br />

              Refer to the complaint made to you on the 3rd March 2010 regarding the bad service provided by you.In return I only received calls from your representative telling me useless things like to carry my laptop to this place and that place and try connecting but all in vain.This also proved again that your service is the most useless one.So also I was told later that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department and I will receive a call from them.It approximately 6 days from than no one has bothered to rectify the problem.Noagain I is understood that your customer service is equally stupid and poor like your Internet service.<br />

              I booked a internet connection on 25.08.2010 and cash Rs. 500/- was paid to Mr. Ajay whose Cell No. is [protected] under Rs. 499 plan(I have the receipt) but it is a matter of great concern that till date connection is not installed, When asking from Mr. Ajay he says he pair has been alloted to line man who will install but line man says pair is ready he is looking for order from some officer.               I have taken super saver prepaid plan Rs98/- 2GB for 30 days pack. Initially, I was not getting the connection. I want to speak with customer care executive. The line always gets disconnected. By that time connection became alright. But, now I want to activate third party services and APN and want to speak with them. I have been trying on 12118 and 121 last few days. I could not reach to any customer care executive. I have not expected this much pathetic service from airtel. By the way, I am using broadband connection for long time. It was working fine.

              Airtel Internet Connection — Bad Service

              Hi All,

              Airtel customer care service is very bad in providing internet connectivity.
              10 days before i shifted in my new home and i logged a ticket to airtel customer care service for internet connection shifting from old address to new address. But they are not working on it and whenever i called they say that already it has shifted, but this has not done yet.

              i am using airtel 3g modem at the speed i am getting is 10kb and the download is 5kb/sec :( and that to in hyderabad city and the false statement gaven by u is that upto 7.2 mbps speed by using it ...hahaha all that i need to say is "AIRTEL SUCKS"...

                  This complaint is against Airtel India - Delhi

                  - This phone was installed three months back.
                  - At that time I requested for the number change
                  - The number was changed two times by their own, without giving any information to me,
                  - At last the no of my choice was allotted but that too was not informed.
                  - For last two months or so I am not able to use this Phone, because whenever this no is dialled it gives a message like "This airtel no is temporarily out of service"
                  - I have been complaining to the Call Centre number on regular intervals on the nos 121 or 4012345. But the problem is as it is till date.
                  - On 26-06-09 I called the customer care and talked with Ms. DISHA. She assured me that within 24 hrs this will be done on the priority basis. The ticket No allotted to me was 21311628
                  - On 27-06-09 I again called the Customer care and talked with some executive. She transferred the call to Floor Super visor Mr Saurabh.
                  - I requested him to issue me the last three month statement of my conversation with customer care thru email. He straight way refused and given me the no of Nodal Incharge Mr. Raj Kishore[protected]
                  - And on this number nobody picks the phone or most of the time it is busy.

                    We have been facing network connectivity issues for the last 2 years. Eventhough the place is very close to Electronic City - The IT HUB, in Bangalore, the signal strength is pathetic. Most of the times, signal is not available, even when its available, we will not be able to make or recieve calls. Vodafone and BSNL are working perfectly fine. We have nearly 20 of our close colleagues staying nearby and are planning to shift the service provider now, frustrated and totally demoralised. I have been with Airtel for the last 5 years but now the situation is too pathetic to continue.

                      Hi

                      I had an Airtel connection that was taken in August or September 2005 in Delhi. I was a loyal customer and paid all the bills on time and used the services. However, in February 2009, I was not in a situation to pay the bill due to some bad financial situations. Hence, I requested for a settlement which finally happened on 18th May 2009 when an executive named Nitin called me from Airtel and said that he is calling from Airtel's Legal Department. He, after negotiation agreed that the settlement can be done for 10, 000 out of which I was told to pay 8, 000/- on the same date that he called and rest with in a month’s time. I agreed to this settlement and went ahead to pay the 8, 000/- at an Airtel outlet, Mahim Branch in Mumbai, as I shifted to Mumbai in April 2009. The executive confirmed that he will send the NOC letter via email to the branch manager at the same branch and I can take a print out from there, which will be enough for to confirm the settlement. Once I ave the receipt of the rest of 2, 000/-, the airtel will settle my account as Full and Final.

                      When I reached there, I got to know that the Mahim Branch do not have online payment policy so that Delhi branch could receive the payment the same day. On telling this to the agent who had called me, I was told to make the payment and take the normal receipt and he assured me that he will send the NOC to my email address. Being Airtel a big and valued company, I trusted the executive and made the payment of 8, 000 rupees and took the receipt. When I reached back and checked my email, there was no email from Airtel so I called the executive but he did not take my call. Onward that, he started ignoring my calls. Finally I got to speak to him after couple of days when he said that he could not take my calls as he was busy with work and is sending me the NOC right than. I was on my computer to check that but when after an hour also did not get the email, I called him again and he again stopped taking my calls.

                      Since he was not taking my calls, I sent him an SMS to send me the NOC on priority or at least call me and inform me the reason of delay, which he did not bother to do.

                      I than had to call Airtel’s Nodal Department where I spoke to Prabhjot, the Nodal Officer, for more than an hour and narrated the entire story to her. She took the number of the executive and spoke to him. She was told by the executive that he never committed me for 10, 000/- but for 14, 000/-. Prabhjot also informed the executive to take my calls, which he did when I was asked by Prabhjot to call him being herself on conference. I tried the executive number and he answered the call but he out rightly on my face denied the fact that he agreed to 10, 000 and said that he did not agree to 10, 000 but 14, 000 for the settlement. I was pretty sure about it as by that time this executive was already knew that this case has reached Nodal Department and Prabhjot had already spoken to him.

                      I before making the call to the executive had told Prabhjot that since you have already spoken to him, he will not agree to what he did. Prabhjot, the Nodal Officer was convinced with my facts and agreed that she will look into the matter and will get back to me. I also requested her to pull out those calls which were made to me by that executive Nitin and listen to what he had committed me. Prabhjot said that calls cant be pulled but she will see what best she can do for me.

                      She also said that if she fails to call me within 2 days, I shall call her to check which I did but it was hard to contact Airtel’s Nodal number and most of the time it does not get connected. After 48 hours when I tried Nodal’s number, it was disconnecting the call within 1 second… I had to pay for those calls but I was not able to speak to anyone. I failed to get in touch with anyone than and neither I was called by anyone from the Nodal department.

                      NOTE: I was informed later that the executive who had called me was not from Airtel Legal Department but from some collection Department or Agency.

                      I, today on 27th June 2009 received a call from a man called Sameer who informed me that he is Airtel’s Legal Counselor and has a case against my Airtel number. He said that if I will not make the rest of the payment today, the case will go legal and I will have to attend the case hearings. Firstly, I was not unable to believe that he is from legal department. Still, I told him whatever happened to me against which he did not show any interest and said that he can’t do anything about whatever was promised to me by someone else. I asked him that since you are Airtel’s Legal Counselor, can you tell me the way to find out what I should do when someone from Airtel makes a false commitment. He said that since you did not pay the bill, the executive might have lied to you and would have made a false commitment that the bill can be settled for 10, 000/-, which is practically impossible. He would have wanted to make you pay whatever you were ready for. I said that if this settlement was impossible, the executive should have told me that and would have given me the correct amount of settlement. The Airtel’s Legal Counselor Sameer said that the executive would have made a false commitment to get the money out of me.

                      Kindly suggest what I can do in this regard as I was assured by Airtel that the settlement can be done for 10, 000/- which I agreed to and made a payment of 8, 000/- but did not get any NOC. Airtel’s Nodal Department is also not contactable today being Saturday. I wanted to find out if Nodal Department has done something on my case but the Airtel’s Legal Counselor Sameer says that I have to make the payment today itself. I don’t even believe that he is actually from the Legal Department.

                      I have been cheated as, an Airtel employee made a FALSE COMMITMENT to me and since I trusted the big brand name AIRTEL, I agreed to make the payment. Never thought in my life that such a big name can cheat their customers by making false commitments. I want to know how can I ask them to check the calls in which the executive made the commitment of 10, 000/- so that I can pay rest 2, 000/- and get the NOC letter and get over the matter.

                        I requested for safe custody of my mobile number [protected], a post paid connection, 0n 6th may'09 as i was on tour to USA for 8 to 12 weeks. I left for USA on 6th late night from Bangalore and returned to Bangalore on 24th June'09. I went on the same day to airtel centre at N.R.Colony to resume my mobile connection. The centre informed that the mobile is migrated to prepaid and not safe custody. There was also message in the mobile to recharge the phone. For no fault of mine, i am in to this position and i even requested airtel to resume my post paid service. Their response is not satisfactory

                          Sir, I have purchased a SIM card No.-[protected] from a retailor(BanadurgaCommunications, At-Phul-nakhara, Dist- Cutack, Orissa) in December-2006. Ihaveslso submitted my all the documents when I purchase the SIM.Now I want a duplicate SIMcard, when I inquire your Airtel office that the SIM is not my name . So, what can I do now?                           My name is sathya prasad k.s. I had booked a airtel dth through vriti infocom ltd. I never new about this company earlier. I had shown interest in one of the websites for airtel dth. A person called me on my mobile from vriti infocom ltd and asked me about my entry inthe internet. Then he was with me on line till I transfered the money from my internet bank account. In the mean time he assured me of Airtel connection within 48 hrs. I also asked him about the local people not happy about the delay in airtel dth services. He explained it is because of the less commission given by airtel to the dth dealers. Anyway the dth was booked and it is the 4th day and I am still waiting for the dth. I was forced to call vriti number ( which is a long distance call to me) several times.Today in the morning one mR. tHOUFEEQ ATTENDED THE CALL AND REGRETTED MY SECRET ACTIVATION NUMBER IS SENT THROUGH SOME CURRIER SERVICE, WHICH DOES NOT HAVE SERVICE IN MY AREA!!! AND HE ALSO SAID THAT THE CURRIER WILL BE BACK IN THE EVENING AND HE WILL CALL ME BACK. so far nothing has happened. Most of the times my call is not attended. Today I was astonished to see several comlaints about the services provided by the same organization. I feel such irresponsible companies should never be given an opportunity to TROUBLE PEOPLE. IF THEY FAIL TO KEEP UP THEIR WORDS IT IS BETTER THEY QUIT AND MAKE WAY TO PEOPLE WHO DO WHAT THEY SAY.

                          This is to inform you that i have purchased a Airtel Digital connection through Vriti Infocom, they have promised me to provide scheme of Pckage of 2 nights/3days stay in GOA, it is more then 10 days i have not recd any confirmation for the free poffer from them.
                          Absolute cheat. I also have the same issue. On contacting airtel customer care, they said, it is not their resposibility.

                          I think most of the time we customers are getting cheated royally.
                          i got a call and mail from ruby, same from vriti infocom, saying after the payment it will take 24 hours max to get the connection + goodie bag.
                          she was sounded soo much fraud and instantly i thought of not going with this promotion cause she was emphasizing more on do the payment on there site url instead of airtel.

                          being a airtel dth distributor partner, she was curing AIRTEL direct service :P
                          wonder what kind of marketing is this ?
                          how can airtel authorize such partners, who gives bad name to there company.

                          I had shown interest on your website for DTH & someone from Noida calls me up. He tells me a good plan & I pay him using IVR Rs 3500.

                          He neither gives me any Order/Customer number or any Transaction Number.

                          I purchased a Airtel HD recorder connection through your website, when you person called on response from my interest expressed in Airtel site. So far it has been more than 48 hours and no response at all. Could you please update me the status, when this installation will be done. When i spoke to Airtel support, they are saying it is only 3000 rs. credited for this service. When i called Airtel support, they were cutting the calls to avoid after listening about this concern and i was told this order would be coming throgh some Vrit infocom. I feel really cheated and dispite of being loyal cust. with many service with Airtel, i feel disgusting.

                          This is really not acceptable, this would have been much faster, if i would have got this from any dealer locally. The online service with such delay is not faire at all. Thanks to update me the status asap. I am forwarding the order reference as well for your review. Hope someone takes a look and responds on this.

                          Hello,

                          I had booked a New Connection for Airtel Digital TV online on your website (www.airtel.in). I got a call from your customer care and as per the payment options I opted for Cash on Delivery. The executive collected the amount Rs 1590/- on Saturday 9th July 2011 and promised the installation on next day ie Sunday 10th July 2011.

                          Till date I have not received any call for installation and I am not able to connect to any of the numbers provided on the cash receipt # 12616 (Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd.). Surprisingly the website mentioned in the cash receipt is fake and belong to some educational group. I tried calling your customer care but the response was even more annoying that “I booked a connection with a third party” and customer care can’t contact Vriti Infocom. I don’t understand how is this all managed? I booked a connection online, got a call from a fake company, they collected the cash also and there is no one aware.

                          Please look into this matter urgently and call me once you receive this email. I would also like to suggest to new connection seekers not to deal with Vriti Infocom.

                          On 24th I had booked two connection for my house through Vriti Infocom pvt. Ltd.
                          The cheque payment of Rs.5100 was collected from my residence on the 25th of August.
                          The payment has been cleared from my account on the 27th of August
                          The telephone and mobile nos. Provided to me are not responding.
                          I was a Big TV customer unfortunately -I thought of going for a new experience with airtel and feeling duped.

                          Kindly sort this matter before I take a legal stand.

                            WE HAVE 36 AIRTEL CONNECTIONS IN THE NAME OF OUR COMPANY. FROM 15.07.2008 WE CHANGED TO THEIR PLAN WHICH WAS AS BELOW. THEY ASKED US TO PAY RS. 1495/- AGAINST EACH PHONE AS 2 YEARS ADVANCE RENTAL FOR 2 YRS. WE PAID RS. 1495/- AGAINST EACH OF OUR PHONE AS ADVANCE RENTAL. ACCORDING TO THIS PLAN, CHARGES WOULD HAVE BEEN AS FOLLOWS:

                            CLIP CHARGE FOC

                            LOCAL CALLS
                            CUG 500 MIN. FREE. AFTER THAT10 P
                            A 2 A .50 P
                            A 2 OM .50 P
                            A 2 L .50 P

                            STD CALLS

                            A 2 A 1 RS.
                            A 2 OM 1 RS.
                            A 2 LL 1 RS.

                            ROAMING CHARGES

                            INCOMING 1 RS.
                            OUTGOING 1.50 RS.

                            BUT WE STARTED RECEIVING THE BILLS WITH CHARGE STD RS.1.50, MONTHLY RENT RS.298 & RS.30, CUG RENTAL RS.30/-. Means after paying Rs. 1495 against each phone as advance rental which was duly charged in our bills, they are charging monthly rental and all the above charges from July 2008.

                            We have talked to them at least 500 times. Sent them at least 100 meassages. Their senior Executives to the Level of Managers have visited our offices at least 10 times. They collect documents and confirmed that it will be done in the next bills but we are receiving all our bills with same old problems even after one year.

                            We are still maintaining our Loyality with Airtel considering that these will be corrected and we deposit all our payments well on time after deducting the rental amount being charged by them. Then instead of correcting the bills, they have started putting penalities for not paying the Rental amount of Rs. 298. We are paying all our useage charges well on time throughout this period and for all bills.

                            Ms. ILA, Mr. Prashant Dua & Ms. Vinkee are handling our case from July 2008 and all of them have visited many times our office to verify all records.

                            We were not able to come out of the above problem, we landed in another problem because of Mr. Prashant Dua, Busines Manager of Bharti Airtel Ltd.

                            We received our Total bills of about 37, 000/= for all phones to be paid till 23rd May’09. Mr. Prashant Dua confirmed in one of his messages that we can adjust 14, 000/ and deposit balance money as a single cheque and it will be adjusted against all our bills. We immediately deposited Rs. 23, 000/= as single cheque along with a letter giving details of all our phone nos. to be credited in individual account well before 23rd May. Their representative came within 15 minutes to our office to collect the cheque and was debited to our account within 2 days by our Bank. But they did not credit even a single Ruppee of that into any of our account. So, the outgoing calls of many of our Managers got disconnected because of this. They are getting the impression that our company (Unicorn) is in bad financial condition that we are not able to pay Mobile bills. But they do not know that It is because of the highly unprofessional and inefficient managers of Airtel, who are not performing their duties properly. I do not know whether it is because of poor staff kept by Mr. Sunil Mittal or his intention to cheat customers like this. As it is we were facing problems of Over billing since July 2008 now this another problem has come where we have paid all the bills on time and still our Managers are getting the message of disconnections because of non payment of bills.

                            - We have received our bills of this month where no old corrections has been done.
                            - Credit of Rs. 23, 000/= has not been adjusted.
                            - Penality has been imposed for non payment of bills.
                            - Phones of our managers are being disconnected even after all payments have been done.

                            We don’t know what to do now? If any one of you can help us in this matter, please help.

                              airtel forces me to write this complaint. i had airtel broadband connection last year. due to wrong information given by airtel customer care executive, my connecton was not disconnected even i mailed thr request to airtel head office in chandigarh. then i started recieving calls on calls to pay the bill. when i recognised the problem, i went to airtel head office, submit my complaint and again request for disconnection. but nothing happened. then they started calling my landlord to pay the bill. again i went to chandigarh, pay the said last bill of rs 615 and collected the letter on company's letter head. but still at presesnt i am recieving calls from airtel and today i recieved call from delhi court. this is really poor and am shocked that so called big co. has such a poor communication channel.

                              I requested a connection on 18 Oct 2010, was given after a month on 19 Nov 2010. Used it for one day, the link went off on 20th Nov 2010, couldn't use after that. Called up customer care but no response. Finally wrote to cust care for disconnection on the 21st Nov 2010, they replied on 22 Nov 2010 that my request have been accepted & further rentals would be freezed within 24 hours. To my shock I get a bill of Rs. 633 in Dec 2010. I wrote to the Nodal care from where I received a call requesting me to continue with the services & confirmed that the previous bill of Rs. 633 shall be waived off. They sent a technician who couldnot solve the problem. Again I get a bill of Rs. 2000 in Jan 2011. Again I complained, & finally on the 3rd Feb 2011, a technician came to my house & solved the problem. I used for that night, the next day the line was barred, because as per Airtel there is an outstanding of Rs. 2000/- (which as of now has become Rs. 3000 odd). Till now I have complained n number of times, but in vain. Imagine my plight when a cust care representative named Rakesh ([protected]) is asking me to settle the account by paying Rs. 1000/-. Please note that all the time I used the net for 2 nights (19 Oct 2010 & 3 Feb 2011) & I donot have a telephone instrument to make calls from the airtel landline provided free (forcefully, I didn't need one) with the broadband connection.

                              Use any broadband, but never use Airtel.
                              AIRTEL - VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

                              I have Airtel Digital TV and I have complained more than 10 times on their given Phone Nos. that my Airtel Digital TV is not working from last 15 Days. But nobody is taking seriously and responding. The people who are sitting is not serious about the consumer problems and there is no centre or phone no. to complaint about the matter and employees of the Airtel Co. who are harassing the consumer.

                              We are using many things of Airtel but this kind of problem is first time.

                                This is to complaint Airtel Digital TV in the month of Jun 2009. I was given a Airtel Digital TV Recharge Voucher worth Rs. 250( Serial No.[protected]) and cust. id ([protected]) by the dealer which on recharging turned out to be an invalid recharge voucher. I was told by the dealer to lodge a complaint for this AIRTEL but customer care service very poor.

                                Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps.My contact number is [protected]
                                With a lot of difficulty, I got connected to Airtel customer care but the connectivity with them is so poor that it took lot of time and energy to settle the requirement. It was at approx 1530 hrs on 12 Sep 13. I wanted to lodge a complaint for this but the attendant was reluctant to connect me to his senior. Overall the customer care service in-spite being a paid call, is very poor.

                                  my handset is BLUE-760X. i have recharge my mobile with one month free surfing plan but i am not receiving mobile office setting. with saying that it is not gprs enabled. so pls send me gprs setting as soon as possible.

                                  AirTel — NOT SENDING GPRS SETTINGS

                                  I HAVE SONY ERICSON 750I MOBILE.I ACTVATED GPRS(INTERNET)FACILITY ALMOST BEFORE ONE MONTH BUT I COULD NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE THE GPRS SETTINGS.I SENT THE SMS FOR SAME ON 2567 FOR 3 TO 4 TIMES.MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].
                                  sir i am a bonafide subscriber and user of Air tel services but the company wrongly charged std and local rate despite the several request the company did not setteled the matter and continuuosly charged wrong bill from me the company generated the bill on 07/11/2007 and they added rs. 998 for ythe advance rent for ome year and they also charged RS. 1198 december bill for one year advanced rental in first of the 998 they offer me 0.50 paise local and rs. 1 for std and rs. 200 discount for the three month .but they cointinuosly charged me std rate rs. 2.40 paise the company more than 25 day disconected my services.hence it is my request to you kindly take appropriate legal action against airtel company.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am working with Oracle Financial Services, Pune.
                                    I am using post paid Coorporate User Group(CUG) Airtel connection.

                                    With in my company Airtel is running two plans. I want my plan changed to my current plan to other cheaper plan which suit my usage. But inspite to writing emails many time and visiting Airtel Relationship store, they are not changing my bill plan due to which i am forced to may extra monthly bill.

                                    Please look into the issue.
