Complaint Under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Sir,
The complainant submits as under:-
1. That the complainant is the consumer of respondent.
2. That the complainant is a consumer of Airtel India prepaid mobile No.[protected] which is valid till 31 Dec. 2037 (sim#[protected]F)
3. That Airtel India has cheated complainant by deactivating Daily pack of GPRS without being requested and daily pack which was of Rs.25 for 24 hrs (6 to 6) which was activated on 9:47:03 AM (have confirmation message on that time) dated 7 June, 2009 and deactivated on 1:24:01 PM dated 7 June, 2009.
4. That Complainant immediately called customercare of Airtel India Mobile Company from his number just after the message of deactivation, the Customer care Mr.Chamman give me a complaint number 297343 and told that Complainant have not send any message for deactivation between; activation and deactivation time i.e. 9:47:03 AM to 1:24:01 PM dated 7 June, 2009. and asked to wait for 24 hrs.
5. Then on 8 June, 2009, on about 11 PM I again call for the back-up of my complaint but nothing was supported and customer care again asked me to wait for 24 hrs.
6. That then on very next day i.e. on[protected] at 6:25 PM, after 24 hrs, complainant again call in the evening to customercare Airtel Mobile Company for the same complaint for back-up of his complaint but complainant was surprised to hear from customer care (Mr. Bharat Singh) that complainant s sent message on 12:15 or on 12:30 PM for deactivation. Also Mr. Bharat Singh customer are told that complainant has sent UMO (unsubscribe Mobile office) message on 7:15 AM. Then complainant asked Customer care that his mobile GPRS was activated on 9:47 AM and how it can be deactivated on 7:15 AM then he has no answer for that but he said neither the money can be reversed nor service can be extended and customer care said that he can not do anything.
7. That this is not the first time Airtel Mobile Company has cheated the complainant. In Month of March, 2009; complainant has activated GPRS one day plan on 12:15 PM but the service was short lived and automatically deactivated after 30-40 min. and despite complaint to customer care no action or reversal of money was done neither service was extended.
8. That due to above reasons, complainant decided to launch complaint in the Hon’ble Redressal Forum against the Airtel India Mobile Company for cheating, deficiency of service, breaching the trust of customer i.e. complainant and causing mental pain and agony apart from harassment and wastage of time.
9. That the respondents have adopted unfair trade practices. The complainant suffered mental pain and agony besides harassment and time wastage due to respondent’s unfair trade practices and deficiency in service.
10. That the complainant comes under the definition of the Consumer Protection Act as his mobile number [protected] is a prepaid connection and is valid till 31st Dec. 2037.
11. That the Hon’ble Forum has got the jurisdiction to entertain and try the present complaint as the complainant is resident of Ludhiana and the respondents are giving services in Ludhiana.
It is, therefore, prayed that the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the complainant:-
i) Rs.25/- that was charged for MOD (Mobile Office Daily) and because service was interrupted and short lived for about 3 hrs instead of 24 hrs.
ii) Rs.1, 00, 000/- for the negligence, preplanned and systematic cheating done to the complainant and due to this complainant has suffered harassment, mental tension, agony, and wastage of time. Moreover Airtel India Mobile Company is earning millions of rupees from that kind of systematic cheating and fraud so should be punished with heavy fine to stop their malpractice.
iii) Cost of the complaint.
Any other relief which this Hon’ble Forum may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances as explained in the complaint may kindly be granted. The Airtel India Mobile Company should be punished to stop their malpractice and unfair trade practice to many of other consumers who did not complain due to shortage of time or lack of knowledge.

Anyway,
I think there is no so matter to provide in less rated call for nepal because nepal is not so far than india's other state like Bihar.And next main thing is that nepal is so closer neighbour like our some states!!!
