Excess Billing-Plan Change not implemented properly

I'vea Airtel landline 4079225 in Lucknow. I had taken a Broadband plan of Rs799/- PM. On 17th March'09, i requested Airtel helpline that i don't want broad band any more. I was informed that a combo plan of Rs 250/- is available which can be used for land line as well as internetas and when reuired to which I had agreed. The request no 625089 dt 17/03/09 was registered and I was informed that it would take 7-10 days to effect...

Disconnecting and weak network

I am using Airtel Datacard since December 2008 and since from then I have faced the problem 6 times. Even now the net connection is getting disconnected every after 5 minutes. I have registered the complaint with the Airtel Customer care on 13th May 2009. It was told that it will be resolved within a week. Still the problem exists. I think the Airtel Data Card is the WORST data card in India. I would recommend the other users for staying...

Bad Coverage- Network Problem

MY complaint is not resolved yet and a week had passed away. This is 2nd time when I am writing to you. Though we are CUG customer, and facing this problem. I wonder what could be the situation of a individual customer.

Misguided Information and Negligence of Customer service

This is with reference to my mobile no [protected].( This is a 9year old connection. )

I has this individual connection and when I came to know that my company HCL has a corporate plan toe plan with Airtel.
I had a send a mail to Airtel inquiring about the documents and method of documents submition in April.
I got a mail from Airtel that three documents were required: Salary slip, Company icard copy and employment...

Non compliance of request made to look into the matter as to how the said digital tv is not receiving any channel

I have purchased an Airtel Digital TV connection 10 Apr 2009 for a sum of Rs 1750.00 with three months free service as per company's policy. On 13 May 2009 the said connection was unable to receive any channel. I contacted to customer care set by the company to lodge the complaint. But even after repeated trails I could not succeed to contact customer care executive. Very next day I again began to contact the customer...

Can not get details/bill of calls for specific period

I have Airtel Prepaid connection having number [protected]. I was out of station from 5/5/2009 to 19/5/2009 for a visit on official duty. I require the bill against the same period to submit for reimbursement from my employer. I approached Airtel Center for it, the attendants there turned down the request for the printed bill, saying it's against our policy. Please arrange for the bill. Impossible to get my phone number back after somebody stole it.

Here is the copy of the first mail I sent to the Airtel customer care web service. Useless to say that it has been of no use at all...
First I was very upset about the employee who didn't give a damn about my issue, then after seeing that everybody was just behaving the same I decided to go further as I think it's not acceptable for a company as Airtel to treat the customers in this way.
