Airtel — Airtel rejecting my MNP application

I am using airtel no [protected]. Ap . And i want to change my mobile operator . Through mobile number portability .from airtel to aircel.
And i went to aircel show room and i submit my id proof and porting charges.

But i receive a message from aircel .in that. Airtel mobile operator reject you porting . Because of obligition of subscriber agreement.

And contact my airtel customer care and appellate authority about this issue no one has respondig . Please. Help me sir

sir i was using samsung galaxy 3 with my airtel sim in ap. and my problem was even though i had my net offer and when iam using the Android market for browsing and downloading my main balance was going off even though i kept all my setings in mobile office perfectly i cant locate whre the problem arises i also browsed with out balance i can browse them
plzzzzzz sir what to do i wish to change to Aircel for these type of conditions plz tell me suggestion

Dear Vijaymanchikatla,

Airtel is No. 1 worst company ( u know)
They don't allow their customers to port out.
They rejecting port requests with wrong reasons.
No use of Customercare (including Nodal & Appellate officer)
High call rate & worst offers are the reason for customers to port out.
if they are not ready give good offers to customers, allow them to port out.

Airtel really suckssss !!!
