    I had a Land Line connection with a Airtel No. 42331474. I had requested to Airtel Customer Care on 28.Nov.2010 for disconnection of the Above Number after paying Last Bill of Rs. 2178.00 (On 30/11/2010). Inspite of repeated request the connection was not disconnected. We are not living on the existing place of the connection and we had already sold out the above premises. We have again contacted on 07 Jan 2011 and talk to Sr. Executive in disconnection department Mr. Rahman, he asure me, sir your phone will be disconnected very soon. again a call received from Airtel and they asked me (sir aap connection kuyon cutwana chhate hain. aap apne kisi friend ke pass transfer karwa dijiye, aap apne dusre premises per transfer karwa lijiye etc.) and we are fraustrating why the phone is coming from Air Tel again & again. The phone was misused. So we requested to concern officer to take the immediate action as per the existing rule & regulation & oblidge us.
    We hope the matter will be resove very soon and inform us accordingly.

    I am having the Airtel landline Phone No. 47061263. I donot require the landline phone. It is requested that the abovementioned phone installed may please be disconnected, immediately.

    Tele company raised one bill on dtd[protected] for Rs 610.58 and same is paid by me on[protected] at Ashapura Enterprises vide receipt no. 6832 (Ashapura Enterprises is authorised representative of Bharti Airtel Ltd). Yesterday on dtd[protected] they disconnect my telephone without any notice. I have asked from Ashapura Enterprises about disconnection than they told me that we donot know anything about this, you may kindly contact with service provider on airtel helpline 121.I have discussed with Mr Kalpesh and Mr Pradeep and they told me that Rs 300 is still due, and i donot know how his figure have arrived. You have to pay at first Rs 300 than your connection will restart.Sir I understand that they have no right to disconnect my telephone without any due show in bill if they have any due than they have to add in their bill.I am a businessman and suffered my business for this.
    I am 72 years old President of a education soceity having telephone no 4016270 in the name of Sheila Lazarus President Vijiya Education Soceity. I have taken another plan because of broadband Airttel No 4030204 in the month of may 09. The connection was taken on the ground that my old no 4016270 will be disconnected the airtel have shifted my old line to the new no 4030204. There is no connection in my old no 4016270 still they are raising bills and threatening to pay the bills neither they are disconnecting my telephone.
    I have given letter for the disconnection and have told them several times in their customer care but no one is bothered.

THE PERSON ATTENDED CALL TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO ANY COMPLAINT IS LODGED WITH THE GIVEN REGISTRATION NO.MEAN WHILE AIRTEL GENERATED A FRESH BILL OF RS.610/-. I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH U ALSO. HERE ONCE AGAIN I WANT TO SAY THAT I WILL NOT PAY EVEN A SINGLE PAISE OF THE BILL GENERETED AFTER 29/12/2009.     Dear Sir,
    This is to inform you that Airtel has many authorized outlet in entire Delhi and out of which one such retail out-let office is in Darya Ganj by the name of ISB online, from where I was asked to buy the SIM Card after payment of Rs.300/- in cash vide their Receipt No. 117 dated 16.7.2011 and after completing all the formalities as asked by the company. I was given a SIM Card No. [protected] and was made operative. But sorry to say that after 10 days suddenly it was stopped, reason best known to them. I am an esteemed customer having another SIM Card No. [protected] from you for the last 25 years. Till today no payment is due from my side. Why such behavior with the esteem customer like me (that to a Senior Citizen). Kindly explain and you are requested to kindly restore the connection as early as possible to avoid further problem. If there is any query from your end, you can send the man. I am a businessman and suffered my business for this.

      Hello Sir,
      My Name is Ashish Singh. And I am from Agra(U.P). My complaint is that I had been activated 5 Rs. mobile internet in my Airtel number([protected]) at the date of[protected]. My friend tell me that this service deactivate within night 12' o clock. But it is not deactivate and 5 Rs. again deduct in my mobile automatically. So, I call customer care to deactivate this service at the date of 30/12/2010. They said that you can dial *567# and follow the instruction. It will automatically deactivate. I did dial all the day this number but internet cannot deactivate. So, I did again call to customer care helpline no. at the date of 30/12/2010 they said same as before. I tell please u can deactivate this service with your hands. they said we can't. They said you can remove your sim card in your mobile or delete internet setting in your mobile and wait mid night, this service automatically deactivate in your mobile. I did the same. In the Morning, when I insert the AIRTEL sim in my mobile and open my mobile my rupees again deducteded my 5 Rs. balance at the date of 01/01/2011. I complaint in the AIRTEL customer care helpline no. 121. They said you can call our GPRS helpline no.12118. I said you can also tell me this thing before when I call you.
      Then I call GPRS helpline no. and registered my complaint no.[protected]. they tell me that your request resolve within 48 hours i.e. till the date of 03/01/2011 at the time of 12'O clock. But my complaint did not resolve at that time. So, I call 3 P.M that day. They says that your problem is not resolve at time. You can wait only 4 hours. We can deactivate your service with our hand. So, I waited 5 hours, after that my service did not deactivate that time. So, I call again customer care.


      Matlab kul milakar maine unhe kai baar phone kiya lekin wo kabhi apne technician officer ko call transfer kar dete to kabhi ye kehtey ki hum aapki problem ko apney hand par le kar aapki service ko deactivate kar detey hain. Maine unse kaha ki ye maine pehley bhi sun chuka hoon. Lekin meri service abhi tak deactivate nahin huyi hai. To unhone kaha ki Is baar jaroor ho jaygi beliveve me. To maine kaha thik hai, maine 04/01/2011 ko apna balance check kiya to usmein se phir 5 Rs. deduct ho chukey thy. Maine again call kiya to uhoney kaha hum aapki complaint ko apni taraf se deactivate kar detey hain. Maine kaha aap is kaam ko 6 se 7 baar kar chukey ho lekin meri service deactivate nahin hui. Unhone apney Officer ko call transfer kar di aur Unhone kaha ki 5/01/2011 tak apki service deactivate ho jayegi. Maine Till date ko night tak wait kiya aur customer care ko call karney se pehley apna balance check kiya to pata chala ki merey balance mein se 30 Rs. aur deduct ho chukey thy. Maine phir customer care ko call kiya to unhone kaha ki meine aapki service deactivate kar di hai. Ab ye Atomatically activate nahin hogi. Jab maine unhe ye bataya ki evening ko mera balance mein se 30 Rs. aur deduct ho chukey hain to unhoney kaha ki iski hamarey pas abhi koi bhi jankari uplabdh nahin hai. Aap 5 Hours baad hamarey pas call karkey iski jankari ley saktey hain. Maine kaha Jab 29/12/2010 ko meine apney balance mein 126 Rs. thy tab maine 5Rs. internet kiya aur aap logon ne tab tak mere balance se paise katey jab tak ismein 10 Rs. nahin reh gaye. Aur unkey ye kisi bhi complaint ka koi bhi reply nahi aata hai. And mein jab balance nahin raha to unhone sari service deactivate kar di. Aur maine kaha ki iska koi refund hoga ya nahin to unhon kaha hamarey yahan aisa koi rule nahin hai.


      So please sir, meri balance ke refund ke liye Aap is par action jaroor lijiga.

      Airtel India — deduction of money

      Sir
      I have prepaid account with AIRTEL no [protected] there have been deduction of money from my account many times for the services not requested by me. This puts me in very embarrassing situation when I speak to customer care. I have requested many time to start DND(Do not disturb) service but no action has been taken so for. Please look in to the matter.

          For the past few days i have been facing issues in connecting to the internet (GPRS thru Mobile office). i have tried reaching the customer care ample number of times. i would either end up waiting with no response (losing all my currency finally as this call is being charged). i am highly dissatisfied with AIRTEL service.

            I m using Airtel post paid connection with monthly rental plan and Black berry service basic mail plan. I asked for GPRS service on my blackberry hand set, but intially told its possible by the call centre fellow and told me that he will send the GPRS setting of airtel through SMS, But i have not recieved the setting. On calling again another cell centre fellow told me that blackberry hand set will not able to take the GPRS setting due to their entrprise version.
            But The bill is generated to me for the Black berry and GPRS services and asking me to pay the amount. Appelet office says simple the Bill is generated you have to pay. Airtel apply the bill my mail checking the twice through GPRS and Blackberry service.
            kindly check the billing servers of airtel it will generate bill for the SMS to landline no also which is partically not possible to do.

              I am using last 2 years airtel postpaid number [protected].last Sep and Oct I got more bills 2100 Rs. I asked reason and sent proof of my call summary with call charges. Airtel customer replied we don’t have full details but you have to pay bills. I told how I can pay with out proof. Send proof of my bill details then only I will pay like I replied. After month disconnected my outgoing calls and next month disconnected my number with out any information. After that I had taken new prepaid number. Airtel customers taken sim contact numbers from my number [protected] and called all the numbers they told she was not paid airtel postpaid and disconnect given about me wrong information and taken my new number. I only told give my new number to my friends they are asked me can I give your new number or not. They are given my new contact number.Airtel customers called me asked to pay bill. I mentioned same reason they replied we don’t have detailed bill. After that they are calling my sim contact persons again and again every body complaint about me wrong information and irritating them too much like will go court she was not paid amount. Calls was coming these numbers [protected] and [protected] and [protected] and one of the names was Tulasi.
              But they are not calling me even they know my new contact number also. What I have to do this was happening last 3 months.
              Why airtel customer people doing like this if mistake have their side also.
              Why I have to pay bill without knowing how they generate bill?

              Even I received a call from the number [protected] and the lady who spoke was asking about somebody not paying their bill and was very irritating and rude. She was manner less and threatening and has no right to talk the way she did regarding somebody's bill, of which I am noway concerned. Action should be taken against people like that who represent Airtel and give a very negative image of Airtel.

                My mob no. is [protected]. from last night my sim is showing that sim card registration failed. when i call the same no. from another no., my call is connecting to somewhere else and some one is recieving the call.
                when i called to the customer care, they r saying that, "the number may have been swapped, so buy another sim card paying extraa money or apply for a duplicate one."
                though it's not my fault, why should i apply for a duplicate one or buy a new one?
                Kindly take necessary actions regarding this.

                  if any problems occur and when we get back to them thier famous slogan is that
                  our SERVERS ARE DOWN I pleading to please take action cause i my self
                  including most of my family members and friends are facing thi probelm from the
                  past Five years and its the same OUR SERVERS ARE DOWN , PLEASE DO

                    Hi Everyone,

                    Recently there was a news that government had made a rule asking all the mobile network servers to resubmit the address proof and ID proof pertaining to the connection each individuals, As per the government rule i have submitted all my documents again, But still i get a message which is a service reply asking my documents to be produced again to enjoy the uninterrupted service.
                    Why is it that they want us to submit the documents again. Does airtel think public doesn't have any other work other than submitting documents?
                    On top of all this Airtel has been considered as the No 1 Mobile Network service. But is this what a public expects from India's No 1 Mobile Network Service?

                    don't buy any Airtel SIM they allowing to call two or Three weeks without any ID Proof Submission. after that they Barred that Number and They asking for Submission of ID Proof...but I already Submitted the ID Proof.

                      Airtel IPTV not connected.

                      I am an existing Bharti Airtel customer (number[protected] and have been using Airtel broadband services for 4+ years now.
                      On Dec 16 2010 I placed a request for IPTV. Nobody called to follow up or check so around last week of December I think on Dec 27 2010 I raised my first complaint[protected] and their executive came to collect documents and I gave them a cheque of Rs 1750. I was informed in the next 7days connection will be up and running.
                      After 8 working days of waiting I raised my second complaint[protected] and was informed in the next 24 hours connection will be up and running. I did receive 2 calls from Airtel executives but they just wanted to come collect documents which I had already submitted. Not sure why it is not on their records (cef no: TBLR 201007).
                      No response from Airtel iptv executive on connection.
                      My third complaint was raised on Jan[protected] and by Jan 10th the connection was to be up and running. It is Jan 11 2011 and I am still waiting for the Bharti Airtel to come respond.

                      It is very difficult to get Airtel executives on call when you dial 198. I have dialed many times and have waited for 15 to 20 minutes to actually speak to anyone. Plus nobody there knows of any Airtel management number where I can escalate this issue too. All they say is 198 is your only option.

                      This is the first time Airtel service is so slow or to put it right it is "lame". Airtel service "was" great and if Airtel management takes their customers lightly then they are forgetting there are other good companies out their providing similar products with better services.

                      In short the service now from Airtel is very disappointing.
                      If nothing is done this week about my IPTV connection I will be forced to remove Airtel landline and broadband services too.

                      IPTV is the black sheep in company's herd and is getting a lot of disgrace to the Airtel Brand Name... Hope Mr. Sunil Mittal takes care of this very soon or otherwise frustrated people will get rid of broadband also after getting their fingers burned with IPTV...

                      I am Dhruv Goel, living at B-95, Sector 27, Noida, UP, have applied for Airtel IPTV (with unlimited broadband 4mbps 10gb) on 19th July, 2011, and paid 1750 INR. as installation fees.

                      After this, its been more than a month and no one came to install the connection, we tried calling on various different airtel customer care numbers and the dealer number multiple times everyday, but always the response was very cold.They say things like..
                      1. Our main server is down.
                      2. We will install it definitely by today or tomorrow.
                      3. We will resolve your problem, etc.
                      I have taken 3 holidays from my job on the days that they promise they will arrive to install the connection, and on all 3 days no one came. Calling an airtel customer care number leads to the same routine every time, they don't even connect us to their seniors.
                      But despite all our efforts nothing seems to be happening.
                      Airtel sucks big time! This has been my worst experience ever!
                      Same here. I live in Noida and have given a payment of 1750 on 8 Sep 2011 to their executive and was told that IPTV will be get installed within a week. Today is 16 Sep 2011 and no one came to my house to setup IPTV.

                        I am Sivaraman Airtel No:[protected]. I have been using this for the past 21/2 years as postpaid. Before a year i changed it to Prepaid.

                        On 01.01.2011 i lost my mobile and i went to airtel show room to get a new sim for the same number. But they said my details [Name and Address] were not updated.

                        They asked me to go to the Hosur [60 kms from Krishnagiri] and to submit the ID Proof and Photo and to wait for 7-Days to get update of my details and then they will be providing a New sim. But till now they was no process in this. I have went to Hosur more than three times.

                        Airtel customer service is getting worse than ever. I need a new sim.

                        But i am still not satisfied with airtel, because i got a duplicate SIM only after 15 days.

                        I am going change my network from today by MNP.

                          Hi,

                          This complaint is regarding the unauthorized activation of value based services by Airtel. Airtel has launched a procedure in which it will send a sms to you saying that some value based services is activated on your number and if you don't want to continue with this service then call/sms to a number. In that time if your phone is switched off then that service will be activated and deduction will be done from your account even though you have not explicitly advised to activate the same. And that has happened to me twice and for which I had to call to Customer care for deactivating the service. In this situation I would like to lodge a complaint against them to show cause them why they are taking the money from our account with out our permission and provide the solution to this problem.

                            Hi.
                            This is Chhabi jana(sasmal).i am a customer of your degital TV service.I recharge for 12 month RS-1656/- at that time customer care commitment was all bengali chanal will be came in this pack.But after re charge i saw few channel not comming(eg:-like Sangit bangla,star annand,star jalsa,zee bangla etc...)
                            .Then i lunch a complain but can't solve yet.And customer care exicutive telling sorry for that incident but can't refund mony or add thouse chhannel.Please take tricity stape as early as possible.
                            If you are not take necessary step to solve this problem, we will go for ligal step.

                              due to some generalised reason o[censored]ploading some software i've not been getting the signal for the past 7 days & the problem is still continuing. i contacted the customer care of the company but its of no use. they are not giving any proper response & i h've to suffer for the same. since it is a general fault the company should have taken proper care thereof which it has not taken.i hope that they do take proper action or do ih've the option of going to the consumer redresal forum.

                                My name is Manish Aggarwal and I am a Airtel prepaid connection user with Mobile # [protected](Haryana Circle)...I have been using this Mobile Number for quite a long while now and had no major concerns in the past.But from past few months,almost every single day I am being charged for a service called (AIRTEL LIVE) which is offered by Airtel,for no reason.Despite of contacting Airtel Care END NUMBER of times and requesting them to deactivate this service on this Mobile Number,I am still being charged almost everyday for the same service which surprisingly I HAVE NEVER EVER USED...Every single time when I contact Airtel regarding the same I am being asked to delete some settings from the handset that I use,which unfortunately has NOT DONE any good.THE MOST SUPRISING PART IS THAT WHEN I ASK THE AIRTEL PEOPLE TO DEACTIVATE THIS SERVICE FROM THERE END,I AM TOLD THAT THIS SERVICE CANNOT BE DEACTIVATED FROM THERE END AS ACCORDING TO AIRTEL ONE WILL ONLY BE CHARGED WHEN HE USES THIS SERVICE WHICH IS VERY HUMILIATING AND DISGUSTING AS I HAVE NO PROOF THAT I DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...I have escalated the issue end number of times in the Custmore Care Dept. but have never been provided with any permanent resolution to this.Every time it is a QUICK FIX that the Customare care dept. gives and few days down the line the same issue reoccurs(That the amount starts getting deducted from my account).Though I only use this Mobile Number as an alternate number as I am not currently residing in Haryana anymore,but still I will be using this number and would like to get this issue sorted out at the earliest as I have already paid A LOT to airtel for something that I've never used.Any assistance from your end would be greatly appriciated..Waiting for a positive response..

                                  I am writing this to highlight an issue with my Airtel mobile services. I am an NRI and wasn't aware of Airtel's regular & dedicated account blunders created recently. I recharged my account yesterday with an amount of Rs. 250 which, as per Airtel's offer, provided me with full Rs.250 talktime. As I said, I wasn't aware, this has now gone into some dedicated account, with a validity of one month. But, I am unable to make any calls, as my regular account has only some 15paise. It's just ridiculous and a blunder on part of the service provider.

                                  When I try to contact Airtel's customer care, I get those stupid answering machines and unable to speak to someone for real.

                                  I have been using Airtel since very long time while I was in India and use it whenever I am back in country. I am quite frustrated by this and want someone to contact me & fix this ASAP!

                                      My Airtel land line no#[protected]

                                      I had requested for deactivation of my Safe Custody Mode on 31st Dec'2011, which was later informed to me on 2nd Jan'2011 that the same has been done, however till 9th Jan'2011 its not been done.

                                      I have been making repeated calls to Airtel broadband helpline (which is the only mode to contact them) regarding this, firstly i get the resolution time of 8 days, whereas now days one can get a new connection in 2 days time.
                                      Secondly, i have spoken to many floor supervisor and airtel customer care agents but every time, they tend to change the actual complain i have made, ie. 2nd time i called up they updated my complaint as "Customer requested to discontinue the airtel connection" and 2 days later they have registered the complaint as "Customer wants to shift the connection to another address"

                                      I have been repeatedly trying to get in touch with the nodal officer at phone no#[protected], however no one is picking the call, so i have dropped in a email at their mail id# nodal.[protected]@airtel.in.

                                      Following are the complaint no# which have been given to me[protected]given on 4th Jan'2011 and still not closed as on 9th Jan'2011) and[protected]given on 8th Jan'2011 with TAT of 12 hrs still in open status).

                                      Coz of all this i am facing great inconvenience and wasting my time and money on just making calls to airtel helpline[protected] and then also i am not getting any help.

                                      Would like you to intervene in this case and try to help me out.
