Suresh.M EDP Hotel Cenneys Gateway Salem The worst Telecomunication company for customer satisfaction is None other than AIRTEL. we buy leased line for internet connection in airtel they provide the 6 static ip they are 182.72.227.26 to 30 that is not working in our side we lock complain in airtel for 3 months since they didn't take any action for this.. we ask an engineer to send them on our side & solve that problem they did not response for that finally we get tension & say as i[censored] doing this way we cut the leased line connection, insted of this they say "OK you Cut the connection" This is the way of handling the costomer? still our problem is not solved. whenever we call they keep hold the call its wasting our time. Its regarding my horrible experience with Airtel. I am not sure if anyone of you would be bothered or care about what I am telling you but still I am giving it a try before calling my relationship off and discontinuing the services.
27th August, Called up Service Helpdesk to register my complaint of disruption in service but it was turned as according to the support executive everything was running fine and he can’t do anything. I got my Account Manager Manish but he also couldn’t do much. I continued to live with the problem
29th August (7:52 pm): Finally got my complaint registered (SR no.[protected] but I was again told that the problem is at my end only. I requested a tech support person from Airtel to come onsite and check but they didn’t agree to it.
(11:00 pm)I got a Network engineer check my network and he told that problem is at the end of Airtel. I escalated the issue to Team leader Amit who refused to take any responsibility and didn’t agree for any further help. To prove that the problem is with Airtel, I removed all the machines from the Airtel router and connected my laptop and pinged (log attached) to show that there was disruption in Airtel link and it was getting disconnected frequently.
(11:16 pm) I called the Group Leader Kaushik Pramanik, who assured me that he will look into the issue and call me back but there was no further response from him and didn’t pick my phone after that.
(11:40 pm) Called Manager Srirup Sarkar, but there was no response.
(11:56 pm) Called B2B Service Manager, Pooja Malhotra, but she was not available on the phone, I got to know from her husband who picked up the call to tell me that she can’t respond to the call and to send her an email.
Tried Tanuj Chhabra, Hitesh Narang, Niti, Vishal but no response
I am loosing $10 every minute due to this. Stranded in the middle of the night with no support from anyone.
Status at Helpdesk is that engineers are working at backend but don’t know what they are working on.
I am paying Rs. 1, 60, 000/- an year for 2 mbps connection which atleast 20% more than other service providers but still there is no support.
On the contrary rather than solving my problem I have a sales guy who is calling atleast 5 times a day to get my connection upgraded to 4 mbps otherwise I will keep facing problems.
I am unable to understand what options I have right now as even if I go for other service provider, it will take me at least 2-3 days. I was a big costly mistake to opt for Airtel.

Please go for other alternative. We have been facing same issue since 3 months. No response from them.

Airtel leased line is one of the worst providers.
Their support team is by far the worst one can experience.
Horrible is an understatement
If you have any business critical application, pls stay away from Airtel leased line
