[Resolved] Airtel — Constant Debit Mobile Prepaid Connection | |||
Airtel Mobile Prepaid Connection[protected]Ported From VODAFONE) [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Service provider AIRTEL is continuously deducting Rs 25 daily from my Prepaid account for last 6 days despite complaining to Customer care. I would like AIRTEL to stop this deduction and CREDIT the excess amount into my Pre paid account. Thank you for your prompt reply. Can you please advise how long it may take to resolve the issue.
You will have noted from my call Log, debits towards ACTUAL usage of prepaid connection should be a mere fraction of what I have been erroneously charged.
Awaiting good news from you informing me that the problem has been resolved.

I am still awaiting resolution of my problem of wrongful debit of Rs 25 from my prepaid account[protected] since 21-Mar-2011.
Pls expedite and ensure that the excess amount is credited back so that I can regain confidence in
resuming further use of the AIRTEL connection.

Thank you for your reply. But I ought to inform you that despite Customer Care's ( 121, 198 & 999)
assurances, my account is being continuously debited by Rs 25 on a daily basis. Now the balance
is only Rs 7.
Thank God ! mine is a pre-paid account. You can imagine if it were a post paid account, AIRTEL would have kept billing me endlessly.
