1. Infantry School, Mhow (Indore) has a large captive subscriber base of Airtel subscribers. Airtel, with the reputation of providing user friendly services and prompt response was infact, a natural choice
2. However, over the last few months it is felt that standard of facilities being provided and the response to the complaints has been, at best, lackadaisical. The standard reply one receives from the Indore circle of Airtel is that server is not working and thus, complaint cannot be attended to immediately. I am sure you will agree that, in the age of connectivity where the mobiles and telephones have become integral part of ones routine, such response causes great inconvenience especially, where frequent travelling and moving from one place to another is involved.
3. In the present day scenario where various companies go out of their way to make their customer base strong by providing excellent services and prompt response, one is pained to bring out that the response and services of a reputed company like ‘ Airtel’ leaves a lot to be desired. Having resposed our faith in the services of Airtel by installing complete Airtel connections in ‘ The Infantry School’ we thought that the lacunaes that have crept over a period into these services of the company must be brought to the notice so that corrective action could be initiated before its too late.

Hello sir,
This is Vicky Agrawal from Gwalior and i want to complaint against your one of the sales executive Dheeraj Khandelwal([protected]) working in Mahakaal Telecom(DSA), Jayendraganj, Gwalior, Owner of Mahakaal is Mr. Sanjeev Sahu([protected]) and Sales Manager is Mr. K.P.Bhadauria([protected]).
I have no requirement of Airtel Landline Connection and he(Dheeraj) has came to me and said that please give a connection from me because 'i m not achieveing my target and at the time of installation you give me an amount of Rs. 500, i return that amount either by weaver or by less in the upcoming next bill but now he is denying to do so'.
I have already taken an application on 18-DEC-09 in Airtel head office, City centre, Gwalior but they said that there is no such application and can not take any action against him and Mahakaal Telecom and now Dheeraj Khandelwal said that i had no commitment at that time and at any cost you have to pay the bill.
Please sir give an immediate action against him and also Mahakaal Telecom.
