[Resolved]  Airtel Mobile Service Provider — gprs deactivation

Sir,
I deactivated my GPRS a week before but airtel still daily take charge of Rs. 11.99 for VAS download from my mobile account.
I contact 121 many times and register my complaint 5 times but nobody give me right solution. I am loosing Rs. 11.99 daily.
Please guide me.

why this happens my balance dedect wrongly
Dear Sir,

i want to register my complaint againt the car helpline "SMILE 24 Hrs. Car & Bike Helpline." I was take the service 2 or 3 weeks before and his helpline number is[protected] and my member ship number is[protected].

I was calling on the same helpline number from last two or three days but the number was continue busy... .they are take 350/- from me for providing the services...

and all the number which are printed in his bill book are change and disconnect... So please help me...because my car is still stand on the road...

I would like to register complaint about airtel server. I brought one top up card of Rs. 10. When I was trying to top up my accout it is giving me error message as "This vouchar is in pending state". I am facing this problem from last 10 days. When I was trying to contact to customer care i am not getting proper response. This type of service is not expected from a reputed organization like airtel. Kindly make a note of this.

I use Airtel's Connection for more than 3 years. Now I boutht the new connection from another company. My montly usage is less and I often use my another mobile for outgoing
so why I pay for this Airtel's Mobile phone. So please cut my Airtel's Connection as early as possible.

The problem with me is that, I have paid my bill on Monday Aug 18. and given them the instruction to activate my outgoing calls, but instead the next day they deactivated my incoming calls. On tuesday I called the customer service and spoke with Sushant, he will get this sorted out and if its not done, he will refund my money..but next day my incoming calls was activated but outgoing calls was not activated. I again called the customer service and told them my problem. They told me that it will get activated within 2 hours but it didnt. i again called and told my problem, I asked the CSR to transfer the call to a manager but the manager (Shivdan) put my call on hold didn't respond. So in the evening again I called the CS and told them the same problem they told me that I will get a call from their dept by 9 but I didnt recieve any calls and my outgoing calls is still not activated.
I m sick and tired of your service, First of all having lot of network problem and on top of that you are troubling me like no mans business. I m mentally frustrated. I dont know what to do...Please let me know if you want me to change the service provider, I will do that but dont trouble your customer like this. Show some respect. I have three numbers of airtel and i m using them since 4 yrs, if you cant give solution to your old customers fast then whts the use...
I dont know by writting this, it will help me or not...

Airtel mobile service provider — disconnection of s.t.d.

i am having airtel post paid connection.no [protected] since long i am complaing to your local offices, to disconnect the std services, as i do not require the same.
but the std service has not been de activated till date.
kindly do the needful to de activate the same.

I am using airtel service since 4 years. Todaymorning i received a message that i have downloaded javagames and my account got debited to 155 rs. In a minute i received that i have downloaded another javagames and again my account got debited to 54 rs. that is two times rs.99 have been debited from my account.
It is very rediculous that when i have not downloaded any paid game how can u debit almost 200/- from my account. I need a proper explaination or my amount has to be credited.

I just want MO settings for my phone just activated gprs services. I've already sms MO to 52567 many a times but to no avail and in reply I got to know that no such services have been activated to this phone. As a result when I check my gmail email id or open any other application on the phone my balance starts reducing.
Looking forward for the solution..!

I have complaint against GPRS deactivation service. On 29 mid day i took the daily mobile GPRS service and on next day before the completion of 24hrs. I deactivated the service, but my charges had been cut for the next day(next 24hrs.) service also, but service was not provided to me and connection was cut. So I didnt use the service, but amount was deducted from my account. This is not fair with a regular Airtel customer. I am using Airtel services continuously since last few years.
I hope you will take appropriate action against it.

Smile 24 Hrs Car & Bike Helpline — Fraud Company

had subscribe the car helpline service from company name smile car.On dated 15th January 2009 i was on the way of my office around 9:30 am. Around going 8 kilometer from my home my tyres get punctured. I immediately called Smile car helpline. They told me they are sending helpline.But till evening i have not got any call from his side when i called him again he said he's unable to come because you dont have stepny we can only change stepny. They are Fraud ...For stepny chaning they are charging 499 Rs.. Shame ...
Who will take action for this type of fraud company...

Smile 24 hrs. Car & Bike Helpine Service — No Service

I had taken membership of Smile 24 hrs. Car & Bike Helpine Service and service provided by this company is pathetic. I have paid Rs 400/- for this and it is good for nothing. Day before yesterday i.e. Jan 17, 2009 my car has some starting problem. I had word with this helpline company and he said you will get service within 15 minutes but fellow came on twowheeler after 45 minutes with no tools no battery. I think each car helpline company has four wheelers with well equipped toolbox. Person came here for repairing my car refused to repair said I'll not be able to repair this car. And I called back to company and he said we can't do anything after this. After this I paid 100/- somebody else to get my car repaired. My Membership Number is SA 20375

I request you to get this answer "I took membership for this kind of answer?". And How the company like Smile Car get IsO 9001:2000?? big question!!!

I had taken membership of Smile 24 hrs. Car & Bike Helpine Service and service provided by this company is pathetic. I have paid Rs 499/- for this and it is good for nothing. Today i.e. Feb 10, 2009 my bike has some puncture. I spoke to the helpline company and he said you will get service within 40 minutes but no one came for 6 hours and I waited foolishly I called back the customer care and he said he can't do anything because he just makes call and has no further contact details of the management. After this I rode home on a flat tire. My membership no is[protected]

This is a fraud company and I plan to go to there office this weekend
sir, i amit tripathi would like to inform that the airtel took me a charge me a daily cricket pack of rs.1 per day. i have complaint so many times on airtel customer care 121 but no body can take my request . so kindly request my service, so that i can deactivate from daily cricket pack.
