[Resolved]  Airtel Mobile Service Provider — gprs deactivation

Sir,
I deactivated my GPRS a week before but airtel still daily take charge of Rs. 11.99 for VAS download from my mobile account.
I contact 121 many times and register my complaint 5 times but nobody give me right solution. I am loosing Rs. 11.99 daily.
Please guide me.

Airtel Mobile Service Provider — Unwanted SMS

1. Anyhow Airtel Chat Service though not asked for was activated on my mobile no. [protected] and started receiving innumerable SMSs harrasing me Of course not a single SMS was responded. To deactivate and stoppage of such service I surfed Airte website and I got number and I dial it for deactivation and received SMS deactivating such service but SMS would continue to receive.
2. Though my mobile is registered with NDNC. on 27/08/2007 and reference number for Registration is F[protected] . Still I get ipromotional calls and SMSs
I registered the complaint forum of Airtel for stoppage of such SMSs but Airtel did take no action till date and I continue to get SMSs Ao please hepl

years i use this No. i lost my Business because i distribute
my no. all over in India and Abroad you check the details. I want to know only
single reason why ur Company stop my Air tel Number[protected]
Services. I mail your nodel Officer & also My Area Manager My distributer i have not get my satisfy answer from your side. If i get loss in my Business who's responsible for that ur Company

Airtel — Unasked for services and balance deduction

My cellphone no is [protected].Airtel is deducting my balance with unasked for serivces
like frendz chat and cricket score.
When I went to the airtel outlet at the bus stand in Ajmer on 16th march, the woman just stopped the services. and promised
that i would get a message within 48 hours.
there has been no message.
please refund my money immediately.
There were atleast 20 other people on that day with the same complaint.

Airtel Mobile Service Provider — Unwanted add on mobile and charges without our consent

My mobile number is [protected] (Airtel number). This sim card I had taken in the year 2006 where Airtel has given scheme for Government Servant i.e.

Airtel to Airtel 10 paise/minute and Airtel to other serive provide 30 paise/minute and Airtel to Landline 1 Rupee/ minute. But from September-2010 they started charging 1 rupee per day. I enquired with their executive, I came to know that their company has decided to do so. They didn't tell the customer about their cunning policy.

Airtel is providing the worst service. Their Customer Care Executive is also not responding well. Now-a days airtel is using new policy to raise their income. Without our request they are activating different packages on my mobile and they are charging for the same. I had told them so many times that I don't want any packages. but they least concerned about my request. I had their messages in which they have stopped the packages but after a gap of one or two months they again to their dirty jobs.

We have to take strong action against such service provider.

Airtel Mobile Service Provider — Automatic service activation and balance Deduction

My mobile no is [protected]. Balance deducted in Dec 2010 for HaloTunes. Now balance deducted for MKR Services w.e.f 17 Apr 11. I have not called/ activated this services. Airtel automatic activating this type of services and deducte balance again and again. After frequent complain and DND service,it occures often.


Please do needfull for reembersement of balance and stop unnecessary calls/SMS immideately.

On 21/6/2011 i received a massage from AD-54321 " Thanks for useing romance subscribtin service from Airtel. You have been charged RS 10/-
I was calling to the custmer care & he said that you download from Airtel Live on 21/6/2011 at 12:00 Pm
But at that time i work in my office & busy in work so i could not use Airtel Live service that time
Then how Company automatically activet any service without demand & charges automatically dedected from balance.

How can i caught that theft? otherwise could we deactivate that product from putting any sim within it?

CAN it be traced any how i use to take backup on blackbery website also need ur help urgent please guide me i have done police complain [protected] calling on this number i have typed this number many time near by 20 time or more but it only says (after typing all formalities) to wait it will be transferred to customer executive that this number is not valid
