Hi I have been using post paid connection [protected] since long. I got the bill of 10000rs for the month of JULY As i was going to Hongkong i called customer care to ask for cheaper interet plan and Airtel gave me an Mobile internet international plan of 500rs = unlimited usage per day, so for 5 days thats makes my interbill of 2500 I am ready to pay 2500 plus my all monthly charges which doesnt make my bill nothing more then 4000, however the mobile interet usage billed to me is 5000rs (inspite of taking unlimted access = plan 500per day, without using more then 1 GB) I had really tough time dealing with customer care and i am still explaining my problem with supervisors since 06aug13. Anther example for August Month bill I pay 250 monthly charge for 1GB per month, I never excided more then 1GB, still their is an extra bill of 900 for Mobile internet usage This is rediculas, Now airtel has just closed my number and it says No service Their [protected] cumtomer care number is so disgusting that i cant reach any customer care I am seriously pissed off one should never use Airtel if going abroad Please help me sort out this problem, i would never use airtel again ever.

    Sir, My Airtel Mobile No. is [protected]. Other than Monthly Plan of Rs. 199/- I have opted for Monthly Internet 2g plan of Rs. 125/- few months back. During end of July 2013, one person from Airtel, called me and explained me that I can go for Rs. 199/- internet Plan which will have unlimited 2G plan. I agreed with him and asked him to replace my present Rs. 125/- plan with this unlimited Rs. 199/- Internet Plan. When I received the bill for the month of July 2013, in the first week of Aug'13, I observed that they have charged both the charges i.e. Rs. 125/- for the entire month of Internet Plan, and Rs. 199/- Internet Plan (though the period is shown as one week, they have charged for the entire month, as I have switched to this plan during the end of the month (July ). I have written several exmails to the customer care, and everytime they replied as if robots are working there, without showing any understanding of my grievance. At last I got fed up writing to these robotical people, and I lastly requested them to deactivate the internet plan of 199/- and keep the original Plan of 125/- . Now this month, I have recieved their bill for the month of August 2013, which again shows they have charged both the plans i.e. 125/- and 199/- internet plans. Please let me know how to convince these people or how to make them understand my messages and getting deactivation of one Internet plan. Thank you K. Unnikrishnan Mob. [protected]

      PHai Complaint regarding airtel digital TV Name Cherian Eapen A/C no [protected] Mobile no [protected] My 1st complaint made on 28th dec 2012 (this complaint almost solved) My name is Cherian Eapen and my customer id is [protected] ,I am using Airtel Digital TV from last two years, my location is in Kerala ,Alleppy (dist) 3 months back I got an SMS from them that my plan is changing, I called customer care and ask for the same they said they will not change without asking me . Before last recharge I confirm from them that they will not change my plan without asking me , but from today I got to know that my package tariff had changed from Rs 172 to 188 per month without my required channels . I ask on call center for this and found terrible response that Rs 172 plan is removed and I have to wait for one month to change to other plan, “I want to know that why they are not changing to lower plan once they are not confirming by the customer , why they are not providing to customer requirements when they change the plan by themselves and how they can change a plan once clients balance available for a plan.” Last plan I was getting all Malayalam , Ten sports and CNBC tv18 with Rs 172 but now I have to pay Rs 188 and I am not getting those channels they given some other channels which I am not required . Now I have pay extra amount for these two channels This is my 2nd complaint (10th sep 2013) After few months again I was getting SMS regarding plan change and earlier plan is withdrawn by them without asking customers, Finally 01 customer care staff given me “super idea” change my plan to A la carte that cost only 168/rs and I can select my own channels, many request I made for changing the same , finally after one week they change my plan to a la carte. From there started my problem i.e. I am not able to change any channels , more than 30 call I made and many e-mail sent to customer care finally i understand that they don’t have any “information” for above matter and they are unable to solve my complaint, daily I am getting SMS “your problem solved” I don’t know my what problem they solved. Changing my plan to A la carte got affected to stop getting some channels. Again I called customer care and I requested to change my A la carte to south pack , As per them now I am not able to go back to previous plan ie not available Now I want to know from airtel , any option other than disconnecting the service (To airtel people “provide some service to customer” if you are getting payment) Regards Name Cherian Eapen A/C no [protected] Mobile no [protected] lease provide as much information as possible...

        Dear Team,

        I am frustrated with the persons have employed in Airtel Postpaid Customer Care.

        Being a corporate customer, we are facing such kind of issue.

        No one is listening, my phone 98XXXXXXX4 is not working since 8-Sep-2013 2:00 AM, nobody is bothering about the problem I am facing.

        Airtel Relationship Center is saying that they have process our document talk to customer care, customer care is saying that they do not have any rights speak to ARC.

        No relationship manager is in touch with us to resolve corporate issue.

        Please activate my new SIM issued on urgent basis please.

        Please reach me at 97XXXXXX95 as alternate number.

          From 9 years i am using airtel number i am not satisfied from bihar & jharkhand c.care service as they can't able to solve the simple issue they just make fool by saying that " i am transferring your call to there senior after 20 min senior pick the call and give a bad solution for that problem which i have already done for that call i have to pay 6 to 10 rupees with no solution is this type of service i will get from airtel kindly ans. me. Another thing is that in bihar & jharkhand circle airtel give us the common offers as compare to other state why we are not paying the money or other state pay more if this will be sitution i have to portable my number to another network Kindly solve these issue

            Airtel used to have 3G Unlimited Plans. Their website still says so pay.airtel.com (Your Circle Recharge--> Bangalore) Last month, I recharged with a INR998/- Datashare plan. (Transaction ID[protected] Amt: 998 :[protected]. On September 4, I noticed that I was being charged for data in-spite of me being on an Unlimited plan and having more than a week before the plan expired! I promptly called customer care who said that there were no Unlimited plans on Airtel 3G! I tried reasoning and tell the representative that their website advertised so. But she was in no mood to listen and simply parroted. I wrote to Airtel Presence but there has been no reply even after a week. A cousin also complained about her experience and sudden removal o[censored]nlimited data on her accounts. She apparently got a bill for 3000!!! on a post-paid unlimited data plan! This is corporate greed at its worst and is blatant cheating. Please tell me about what to do.

              Now a days Airtel service become more pathetic. My mobile has full signal but not able to receive any calls and SMS. More often facing this problem. I assume I have full tower but actually not, due to which I missing lot of important calls.

                I had received my postpaid bill from period 20 Jul 13 to 19 Aug 13,in which the amt. of rs.237.87 has been added for my internet usage.But,before this bill was delivered to me,I had asked Airtel executives twice or thrice whenever I was to use airtel internet nd they use to tell me that u get 300 Mb of 3G data every month free nd all the data I was using is been deducted from these free Mbs,nd According to airtel executives I wasn't been charged for my internet usage.To confirm this i had called up airtel twice or thrice,all the time they told me the same thing,but when i received the bill nd then i called up then they are saying me tht Whn i'll use 300mb's those would be charged nd after 300 mb's data will be free.,My issue is tht when i had cqalled airtel they told me tht i hav 300 mb's of 3G data free for every month,but tht tym my cell was not compatible with 3G,i was using 2g n/w,nd i told thm the same,but after checking my acc. they used to tell me that i get 300mb's of 3G data every month nd my data usage was of 3G nd not of 2G,hence i wasn't been charged for the data usage.So pls check all my calls ,i had also called on 8th aug 2013,for the same purpose i think.I have lost my trust from airtel,so pls reply me ASAP...the executives used to tell me"Sir, aapke no. par har mahine 300 mb ka 3G data aapko free milta hai,aur aapka usage jo hai aapke 3G acc. ke kat raha hai nd aapko iska koi charge nahi lag raha hai".....Pls,I need feedback on this ASAP.Nd 1 more thing,from the date when i called up for complaint,they told me tht i'll get a return call for this purpose nd also i got several calls for feedback nd i complained them too,tahey also told me the same tht i'll get return call from airtel,but till nw i had'nt got any return call from airtel.......I need Feedback ASAP...

                  I used Airtel Broadband connection in Bangalore till Jan.2013 , then i shifted to Delhi and asked the Airtel executives to terminate my connection and i paid all the due bill. But even after many days i was being compelled by Airtel executives to shift the connection to DElhi which i dint wanted and i again requested them to terminate it but no one took action . Finally they terminated it but after 3-4 months and now they want me to pay the bill for those 3 months for which i havent even used the service and i have asked so long before to terminate the connection but no executive did their duty on time and now i am being asked to pay bill. What crap is this ?????

                      Please provide as much information as My Mobile Number- 91-[protected] (Airtel Prepaid) 02.09.2013- I tried doing a 3G Internet Pack recharge of Rs.99 from the official Airtel Website in the morning after 11am. My money got deducted from my SBI account,but recharge could not happen. Still I waited till night thinking that the website may be undergoing some technical faults. I then submitted my complaint on the Airtel Customer Care (198) regarding the same at night (probably after 12am,effectively 03.09.2013). They apprised me of the fact that my money shall be refunded within a period of 7 days,and I can now again try doing the same recharge. I hence tried it again from their official website,and successfully got the recharge (validity till 30th September,2013). 03.09.2013- But at 7.13am in the morning,I got another SMS from Airtel stating that they have given me bonus 3G recharge of 300 MB for a period till 02.10.2013 (which was actually the data from the earlier morning recharge). Effectively I go this recharge for just 2 days which was against their plan and also against what the Customer Executive assured me about (regarding the refund for the so called failed morning transaction). I gave a call to the Airtel Customer Care (198) regarding the same,but they didnt entertained me in the 1st chance.They also assured that they would be looking into this matter and shall revert back to me by 04.09.2013 1300 hours,but this hasnt happened till now. This is the 3td such complaint against Airtel from my side in the past 3 months. Recent Problems with Airtel:- 1. Lack of accountability on the part of the company and the customer executives 2. Below par quality of the customer executives in handling the customer queries and problem redressal 3. Focus of Airtel more on sucking money from its customers by activating unwanted/unwarranted Value Added Services (VAS). I would also like to bring to their kind notice that I have been a customer of Airtel (Bharti) from 2005 both in the form of a Prepaid mobile customer and a Digital TV customer. These recent incidences on the part of the company has shown them in a poor state of affairs and the edge which they once held namely Premium Customer Care. I hope Airtel looks into this matter with utter seriousness before I become one of the many dissatisfied customer shifting to the many other options available in the market.possible...

                        I, Pradeep Kumar Khanna, having postpaid mobile No. [protected]. I have a least use of this No. So I firstly made a call to Airtel Customer Care and talked to an executive who suggested me to convert this No. from Post-paid to Pre-paid. So I went to Airtel Outlet situated at Karol Bagh and East Park Road, but in vain as they did not have sim-card to convert my No. from post-paid to pre-paid. Then I again contacted customer care to close my No. on 17 Aug 2013. He promised me to provide a sim at my home. On 20th Aug 13, I got the sim (No.[protected]H-2) , i also provided my photo & address proof to person who gave me the sim. I was promised that the it will take 72 hrs to convert the sim from post-paid to pre-paid but in vain. I also went to Airtel Outlet at Connaught Place but in vain they said that they would be able to convert it after 01 Sep 2013. Every time after fedding up this process, i requested to close the service but everytime they made false promises to convert the No. in next 2 hrs, 28 hrs, 72 hrs etc.I have Service Request Nos 52556634,52689379, 52639653 etc. Hoping for a suitable and remedial action.

                          Hi sir, My name is sathish kannan and i'm from chennai. I'm here to lodge a complaint against Airtel Broadband Services chennai on denying our payment for the month of April to June of the year 2013. The beginning of the story is from the year Jan 2011, that is when we got our Airtel Broadband connection. We have instructed about the payment for the broadband services ,that we can pay through online , or by dropping cheque or by paying bills through the Airtel outlets, or by paying through a cash collecter. Due to some reasons we sometimes payed our bill through an cash collector, who is a an executive from Airtel, who will collect the amount from us for the Airtel Company. In the mid march of 2012, we have faced a problem on the payment, to be precise we have payed the bill through an airtel outlet(Ashok nagar branch, chennai, Tamilnadu), and the later a person from a customer care stated that we are due for the month which we already paid to that Airtel outlet, but that time we were saved bcoz we had our receipt in our hands, so i informed them about the details and the mode of payment to that person. Even at that time we had received several calls from airtel executives regarding the due payment and again which we already paid, we were so disappointed that, how can a company that has so much of popularity and profit and then not being so effective on gathering information or going through the particulars of an customer before claiming or questioning them, To be frank they were so pathetic at that time. Later time has passed and we were about to shift our house on june 2013, so we took the step to inform the airtel customer care executives on disconnecting the broadband connection. At that time i remember that we were due for the month of may and june. By 19th of june we shifted our house and by 23rd of june we payed our outstanding bill through an Cash collector (Vasudevan), who came to our house and collected the amount by cash, the amount is approximately 2500rs. Days have passed and about a three week later we recieved a call from the Airtel customer care executives, stating that our bills for the month may and june are due which we already paid. We have clearly stated them about the payment mode and person who collected the cash form us, Unfotunatley we have lost our payment reciept, so i had convince them about our position, But after a few days we came to know that we are speaking to deaf ears..so we started to stick to our point that we have actually paid our bill. One day when i was not in my home, my mother who is an heart patient received a call from the airtel customer care executive his name is (Aravindan) form the number, where they threatened my mother that they will send some goondas to our house and the will collect the money, they also threatened her with legal points. When i got home i came to know the problem that torchered her mind. Since we are a middle class family, we have no contacts with any higher officers like Police or military and for sure we dont have contacts with any goondas and aliens too. So i lodged a complaint in the consumer forum about my problem, but again the problem has not been cleared, without any options left, i requested the airtel executives to search for the person who collected the cash from us in their database or by gathering information at that particular office at that particular date (Ashok nagar branch). But they denied to accept my request instead they insisted me to pay the amount of 2500Rs again. On behalf o f my family and me i'm requesting the Airtel services to look into my matter and Help us. We still believe that some good human beings are living in this world, having that in mind we request someone who cares for the person who love his mother and his family, or for the mother who is an heart patient and a good human being or for a citizen of this country who still hopes that law of this indian constitution is not dead. Please Help us.... I hereby giving this information with my prior knowledge and also full mental stabilty. Iam also giving you some information about the calls and numbers who threatened us or giving some probnlems to us.. See Below for details, Thank you very much. God bless all. The Broadband connection was under the name of Mrs M.Samundeeswari. (My mother) Our Airtel Connection Address No 5/3, 13th street, ashok nagar, chennai-600083, Tamilnadu, India. The person who collected our cash from my mother is Vasudevan, He is working for airtel (ashok nagar branch, chennai) The person who threatened my mother is Aravindan(Airtel, Ashok nagar, chennai) The no.. we received calls [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Please provide as much information as possible...

                            I've Airtel corporate connection and I had Applied for change of connection from corporate connection to personal connection. In doing so, Airtel has disconnected my connection since last 24 hrs and they are saying that they will take another 24 working hours to revert on my mails, leave alone the resolution. Since the phone connection has been deactivated since Friday night and today is Saturday night and, this being an extended weekend, I'm not sure if they will revert or resolve my issue in the next few days.

I dint activated any value added service.when i got message from airtel regrading deduction of RS.99, immedaitly i contacted customer service n informed them i dint activated it and asked them to deactivate and refund my money RS.99.till now Bharti airtel dint deducted that amount from my monthly bill .

                                  Dear Sir /Madam , I made online payment for the Airtel HD dish service (Customer ID [protected]) Their customer care service was very prompt in calling me to give options of Dish connections and packages available. Then once the payment was done online 5th sep'13 (Order no: 5430762) , they were prompt in calling and informing that within 48hrs the service would be activated. Another person contacted from their Gurgaon call centre to collect the address and informed the installation would be done by 6th Sep'13 3pm. The Engineering from bangalore office called had took the complete address. But , the installation didn't happen on 6th Sep'13. When I called them for an update , " I received a big heartfelt apology " and was told on 7th Sep'13 by 11:30 am the installation would be done. This assurance was given by Escalation team person in Chennai customer care. But , again the installation didn't happen today morning at 11:30 pm and neither I received that same "prompt response " which I received before making the payment. When I escalated again by 12 in noon , the escalation team person who was unaware of real world mentioned the installation will be ensured within "12 noon " !!! After hearing his heart felt apologies and cloudy assurance Again that I shall receive a call in 10 minutes from the engineering team and the installation would happen by 1:30 pm. Hopelessly I had to wait. Yet again to realize , it was repetition of their "prompt service" and No one called and no one came for installing. My final attempt to contact escalations team in Chennai call centre (Interaction ID[protected]. The lady made a heartfelt apology and gave me Complete assurance yet again that she will make the installation today. This was the 7th person to promise me thus was unwilling to TRUST THE CUSTOMER SERVICE promptness which was prompt in getting the payment done and upselling. - Inability to sustain customer service post purchase. - Inability to provide clear communication - Inability to keep up to to promise / assurance done to customer - Inability to understand customer concern and anguish and giving written statements of Apologies and fake delivery time - Inability to provide Exact solution with time .( The last executive has assured it would be installed on 7th Sep'13 by "EVENING") hope the evening lasts only till today. rgrds, Vivek [protected]

                                    got a miss call from +92 this morning at 8 am and as i was asleep i dint even bothered to see the number and called it back...the other person picked up the call and started with NAMASKAR and so on...immediately after 10 or 15 seconds i disconnected the call n now i am worried about any scam.....

                                    I purchased Airtel 4G Device from Univer Cell Shop, Whitefield Bangalore on 4th August 2013. I paid Rs 1500 for the device on the spot. Even after repeated complaints the device is still not active. It's pathetic customer care service and such a long delay in the service. They could not call my friend for phone verification. Hence, the verification was not complete. They could not do so even after repeated emailing and calling to the persons responsible for verification. I used to think Airtel is good but this is so slow. No wonder there service will be of any worth. It is a waste of time. I think my money is down the drain. I don't expect to get any response from them.

                                      NEED SERIOUS HELP HERE!!! I have bought a 4g data card connection from an airtel person named Sunil Pandey (Cell No. [protected]) on Saturday 14th September 2013 in Chandigarh. He gave me dongle and a sim card and took 1500 rupees. He said just call airtel to activate your number and it will get activated today only, when i called airtel they told me that no information has been provided to them, so they can not activate my 4g number. Is this a fraud??? What is going on??? Its 18th September and still no activation. I am calling Sunil Pandey and he is telling me daily that it will be activated in 10 mins..., it will be activated in next four hours... this is going on from last 5 days??? Please help Airtel people if you can.
