I am using Airtel prepaid phone no. [protected] and from last 1.5 month I am unable to make any outgoing call. I have already made complaints(many time) on customer care but they are not taking any action in this regard.

Bharti Airtel Co. — Interruption on Mobile Service

It is submitted that I have purchased an Airtel Sim (Mobile No. [protected]) during the year 2008 and submitted required document for the subject Sim. Within one year, Airtel co. many time, on telephonically, asked my name/place for verification. After one year, without informing prior or giving any message to me, my above connection disbanded by saying that I have not submitted my documents and I have to submit the same. I could not understand if I had not submitted such documents then, from where Airtel Co. was verifying my authenticity. However, I visited Airtel relationship shop ( Saak communication, Chandigarh) and submit my documents on 22/10/2009. They have obtained my documents in two form while only one form is required as per instruction of Govt.of India. After 48 hrs my above Airtel Sim was started. Airtel services on my above sim again discontinued 30/10/2009 without prior information or giving any message. Again the same message I have received that I have not submitted my documents. After a protracted communication with Airtel Nodal officer Punjab and Saak Communication, Chg, the above connection was started on 12/11/2009. I asked customer care to checked if my documents are correctly submitted to Airtel Co.or otherwise. After few minute he informed that he has thoroughly checked and found that all my documents have correctly reached there. I asked if any other documents required by them because I would not want any interrupt service on my above Airtel No. He informed that no other documents required. Again on 07/12/2009, service on my above Sim (Mobile No. [protected]) was disbanded by above co. and whenever I try to phone I received the same message on my phone that I have not submitted required document. I am a Govt. servant and submitted document certified by my Deptt. I could not understood what kind of Airtel Co. required for just prepaid simple connection.

Please do the needful for providing uninterrupted service on my above sim. (Mobile No. [protected]) and it may also be confirmed that documents submitted by are correctly available with Bharti Airtel co.

samsung , airecel — lost the mobile

I lost my samsung mobile with aircel number. The aircel number is [protected]. I have tried Aircel customer care for blocking the sim a number of times, but every time they are saying that there network is going down so they can not block my number. The details for the handset are as follows

Samsung Mobile — Very Poor Service, No Cooperation

It is really painful that the service center only wants customer to cooperate. They are not willing to cooperate with the customer. I brought a brand new Samsung Galaxy Spica on 30th Jan 2010. It stops working on 4th March 2010. I submitted this phone to the Millenium Service center on 6th March 2010. I did not received my phone in last 20 days.
When I said them to refund my money. They said no you need to wait for 2 days then they will request for new phone which is again a 15 days process.
Even I talked with Sushil (NCR head of Samsung) he is just saying sorry but we can't refund money. This simply means the money I invested to buy this phone is worthless. Now I have only one solution to buy new phone. And now this Samsung Galaxy Spica is useless for me.
If anyone is listening to this complaint, Please help me in refunding money as I am already suffered a lot from SamSung sevices.

Mobile phone lost


While traveling in an auto between Jeevan Bheema Nagar and Kormangala in Bangalore yesterday, I lost my mobile phone. More than the loss of the handset, I am worried about the loss of contact data stored in the handset and sim card. I do not have the IMEI number of the handset.

I have bought a New Mobile model no. - SCH-F309 on 14/01/2010 & i was facing problem regarding "One way communication i.e. Responce of voice not properly coming on set during conversation". i have lodged the same on 28/05/2010 at samsung service centre, Raigarh (Chhattishgarh) but till date they were not giving any responce even they have not returned my mobile hence please help me in returning my new mobile or refunding money as I am already suffered a lot from SamSung services.
