AirTel — stop cricket updates please!

Dear airtel,
Stop sending me cricket updates ! ..I did not register for anything..
I sent 'STOP' to 121
I got some options to deactivate and cricket was at the 2nd option ( 1st option was some jobs service)..both of which I did not register for. I sent a message to 1210 with a single number '2' as a reply.

I got the following reply at 3:33 pm from the number 543212:

"
Your subscription for cricket pack has been deactivated. To restart dial[protected]Toll Free) . "

Does airtel think its customers are fools?

I got cricket updates later at:

16 cricket updates(and counting) after saying it got deactivated ...This is torture...airtel spams its own customers... I had to miss some important sms because my inbox got flooded and ran out of memory because of your silly cricket updates.

I have complete evidence of this on my cell phone , uploaded them onto my laptop and shared it with all my friends . I will take severe legal action if I do not get a personal apology call by tomorrow from the airtel staff and demand a refund of my money. I have sent numerous emails to [protected]@airtel.in but no one seems to 'care' from 'customer care'...pathetic and hopeless service....(did they forget their password or something?) Don't they know the meaning of 'deactivate' ????


Send me a private message if you want to know my phone number and/other details .I will be happy to reply. You will only humiliate yourself more if you ask me to post it in public (like you have done in response to other complaints ..which is a total violation of the customer's security and privacy...learn internet ethics, then learn how to run services , then learn how to give proper customer feedback )..


rename 'customer care' to 'customer don't care' and 'air'-tel to 'rob' -tel. Thanks for wasting my sunday ranting about your pathetic applications and updates online . I am not even sure if you guys are listening.I still hope everyone else does and save themselves this misery by opting for other and better networks where customers are not cheated .

I think I'll just go ahead and forward this email to newspapers..where they have correct sections to deal with and at the same time expose cheats like you.
I forgot to add..change '[protected]@airtel.in' to '[protected]@airtel.out' ...that will be more intuitive to your service...it is not at all surprising that 'airtel' is listed on top of the 'stay away' column !!! Will switch to something like idea soon with the least complaints.
I already sent numerous emails to that id..but got no reply from the last 24 hours..barring an automated reply (I believe) much like the one above.

    Dear All,

    I have a complaint against Airtel, i have used a Mobile number which i converted from pre-paid to post paid my mobile number is [protected].
    my mobile Plan was monthly 299 rental with 700 min call free and 100 sms per day free and for the first month my internet of 1 GB free..
    first month my bill was normal the second month my bill came up 8499 rupees(withou any STD calls and ISD calls)
    the details said on i have activated my free internet plan on 22nd of feb 2012 and it got activated only on 24th feb, so i have used internet on 23 of feb for 6789 rupees. i use mobile internet only for my mails as i have wifi at home and office only in between i use mobile internet, and i know my usage because i was using another vodafone number as well which is pre paid. after i got the bill i complained to airtel regarding the same and they said they will get back to me with the details but after a month some people from some collection agencies of Airtel started calling the numbers i have called from my mobile number and started saying that i am a fraud and i cheat airtel after taking money and they started talking like that to many people whom i spoke to from my number they started harassing them and i lost a business with one of my client because he spoke to her and told that i'm a fraud who doesn't pay the bill.i tried so much to resolve this issue but nothing worked out now i'm going for a court hearing. for all those who have Airtel i want to tell you that the collection department in Airtel have only Rowdy's and Hitmen who will threaten you and take money be careful..

    Airtel Maharashtra (Prepaid) — Harassment from an unknown person

    My wife uses my mobile most of the time.

    She has started receiving calls for the past week from mobile no. [protected] at odd hours such as between 2-3 in the afternoon and 1-2 at night. The man speaks in a very unacceptable manner to her.

    Can Airtel please help us?

    If Airtel gets in touch with me, I can give my mobile number, of which the records of received and missed calls can be checked for this number.

    I would not like to disclose my mobile number on the internet as it could generate more unwanted calls.

    Hi,

    I wish to register a complaint although i doubt whether anybody would respond to this... (that just goes to show my extreme level of desperation). I am continually being bombarded by commercial phone calls trying to persuade me to buy ringtones, insurance, participate in various contests and all sorts of employment advertisements on my cell phone and landline numbers.

    The calls come in at all odd times of the day and i cannot concentrate on my regular profession as every little while you get these obnoxious phone calls disturbing you when you are in an important meeting or trying to receive and anticipate important callers in my line of business.

    I would like whoever it is that looks after these harassment complaints to kindly resolve this issue immediately and take a serious view of things in my case. Failing to do so may prompt me to register a case of mental harassment with the consumer forum and additionally having an article published in the news.

    Lastly i dont think being a subscriber of this company gives anybody the right to disclose my numbers to anybody for any particular cause without my prior consent or permission.

    Airtel SIM 299 with one year incoming free facility. — harassment

    This is for the first time I took an airtel connection and have faced huge harassment from your end. What I feel people from service industry must be utterly cautious while dealing with customers. I am working in kolkata for the last one year but am a native of orissa. The retailer from whom I purchased SIM asked for PAN and bank statement (with the address of the company). After 4 days my connection was debarred then 5 days before I took my landlord with me to Airtel's Customer Care office at golpark, he signed the Outstation form with his address on it. I furnished again my PAN card and Voter ID. After 2 days again it was disconnected. On 28th I went to golpark office they didnt paid heed to my issue and instead asked me to visit your Park Street Office on Sunday. On 29th June (Sunday) I went to Park street ofice there I was made to hear another story. I was conveyed that my matter could have easily sorted in golpark office but they didn’t do. I stay in Kasba and Park Street is pretty away from my place. In spite of all the inconvenience I faced nothing was done to this end. Yesterday I was informed that the connection would be activated within a day because there is no problem with the documents. It has not been done yet. Today I will throw this SIM. My experience says Airtel is very bad in its customer dealings.

    for a dispute between my firm and airtel airtel chose to infringe the freedom of a third party who happened to be a young girl . she started abusing me and to my surprise i later discovered from the mouth of the airtel collection staff that they have the right to speak to third parties and harass them for our dues. the due dispute is a different story. but i was abused by a girl half my age and was ashamed. is this a new brand of terrorism?
    TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
    I rajeev yadav had taken a post paid connection no([protected]) 3 yrs Advance rental plan from Airtel. On completion of the plan I was not notified of the termination of the plan and 150 service charges were accounted against me for 2 months. And when i wanted to terminate my airtel connection, they continuosly bugged me with there new plans. I wanted to switch to another network, but against my will, continuosly bugged by marketing calls I was forced to take a two year advance rental plan from Airtel.But, then later on before the plan would had been activated i requested for it to be cancelled for which the request was accepted and after which I requested the connection to be converted to pre-paid for which request was accepted as well. After two months I recieved a bill amounting to 1600(around) Rs of the plan that i requested to be cancelled. And now they are continuosly harassing me for the same. Even after talking to the Airtel, they say it is not possible to revert back, just because i have converted this connection to prepaid and the procedure of requesting a plan cannot be reverted back as it not in thier system. If the request could not have been cancelled then the request should not have been accepted in first case and the number shouIdn't have been converted to pre-paid. Now from thier perspective I should pay this amount for which I will not be using thier service. I don't know what i should do, i recieved calls from thier recovery department and now i am recieving calls and notices from the Teez hazari court lawyer someone named Sharma([protected]). They have taken all thier measures to harass me. Please help me as soon as possible.Thanking you.

    Airtel — Harassment for an already paid 2 yr old bill

    To whomsoever it may concern,

    I was using an airtel number ([protected]) until 2 yrs back. 2 yrs ago i moved to bangalore.
    I received a call for a due payment from Airtel. I was promised that i would receive a No Dues from
    Airtel after the payment is made.
    Needless to say, even after clearing all due payments i did not receive the 'No Dues'.
    I have not used that number in 2 yrs. After 2 yrs, now im getting calls from Airtel stating that a claim has been filed for this number. Also, they have been harassing my family by making stupid credit card, calls to get my contact number and address. I have however received no bills from Airtel EVER.
    Ideally, i would like to file a harassment case against Airtel if my family or i receive one more fake phone call.

He said that u have spoken on dis no. and the person with this no. is supposed to pay some amount that is due on his bill.To which I said I knew this person but now I dont know where he is as per my last conversation I know that he hs left delhi.The airtel person says"TUJHSE MAZZE LEKAR CHALA GAYA AUR TJHE PATA BHI NAI KI VO KAHAN HAI."I told him that talk in a proper way u must be having sisters and mother at your place.He said"HAIN TO SAHI PAR UNKE YAAR AISE MAZE NAI LETE."I didnt disconnet the cal as I wanted to see what all he can talk and to what extent.After 6 days he cals at my place and talks to my mother and asks about me.When she said she is not home he started abusing my mother and said ki TERI BETI KYA KAR RAHI HAI TUJHE PATA BHI HAI.FRAUD KARA HAI TERI BETI NE.My mother got angry and when she shouted on him he said TERI BETI KA NO. BAND KARVA DOONGA.She kept the phone and then he again called me at the same time.He said MADAM PAISE KAB DOGI.TUMNE FRAUD KIA YA TERE YAAR NE KYA FARAK PADTA HAI.He also said KI TERE KHILAAF TO MAIN CASE KARONGA AUR APNI RECORDING CHIPA DOONGA TO COURT KO LAGEGA KI TUNE FRAUD KIA HAI.I told him that since i have not used the connection why should i pay the bill.Catch the right person why are you troubling us.He aid HUMME TO PAYEMENT SE MATLAB HAI CHAHE AAP KARO YA VO.HUM JAANTE HAI PAISE KAISE NIKALE JATE HAI.AAP JAISON KI TO BOLTI BAND HO JAYEGI JAB POLICE AAYEGI.This persons name is DEEPAK AND HE USED TO CAL FROM THE NO. [protected].I complined at airtel as wel but they didnot tke any action.He harassed me and my family for what i myself dont know.When I have not used the connection why they wre troubling me i dont know.They abused us and threatened us.I would appreciate if you could see the matter so that helpless people like us are not harassed.I agree if i would have been liable to pay the amount i would have taken the harassement.BUT also it doesnt mean that you harasse a person to an extent that something happens bad to him or her AND that too a girl.
    I would like to draw you attention in regards to a complaint against Airtel Broadband Connection.

    I have been using Airtel postpaid connection (# [protected]) since ages now and I am a very happy user for your product but with the latest incident with the broadband line connection taken for my house I am really upset with Airtel.I applied for a broadband connection in Aug 08 ?and the phone number is[protected] under my name itself.I got the first bill #
    [protected] for Rs 278 and after that I had not received any bills from Airtel also I tried calling Airtel a number of times that I need to cancel the connection in the month of September after receiving the first bill and they assured me that the connection will be cancelled and I will not get any further bills.

    But now Airtel is harassing me for paying Rs 1765 which I don't actually owe, moreover Airtell is sending people at home to recover money.The funny part is I gave my mobile number i.e. [protected] to Airtel at the time of taking the connection and I had not received any calls till yesterday about the outstanding bill.This is highly disappointing that after telling your customer service representative to cancel the connection I am still being charged.

    I dispute the charge of the complete bill, according to me the charge should only be for the bill #[protected] for Rs 278 and rest all is just a harassment to me and my family.
    Airtel has a way of harassing it's loyal customers. I have been with Airtel for more than 10 years now, and it wants me to pay bills even _before_ I have received their bill. Here's the mail I sent to the Appellate Authority (whose was 'turned off', by the way) :

    Hello Airtel,

    I have been your subscriber for the past 10 years – the previous number I
    used was [protected]. I am now using the new # [protected]. The previous
    number was in the name of my friend (Mr. P K Singh).


    Please check my billing history for the previous number – I’ve paid all my
    bills (my typical phone usage is a lot) and _in_time_ . My typical bills are
    in the range of 3K to 5K per month.


    When I lost my phone, I was told I could not get the same SIM because
    P K Singh is not my blood relative and that this is “a company policy”. I went
    for a new number ([protected]) and surrendered the old one. Then Airtel Retention Dept.
    started hounding me for weeks, requesting me to retain my old number. Suddenly,
    the “company policy” had changed.

    Now, my connection has been cut ([protected]) even before I received my first
    bill. I’ve been told my credit limit has crossed and I must pay. I have not even
    received the bill yet – it is supposed to reach me by tomorrow, and I would pay
    the bill, but Airtel could’nt even wait for one day.

    My question is : is this the trust you place in a subscriber who has been with you
    for 10 years and has earned so much revenue for you (look at my previous bills)
    _and_ has paid his bills always? How do you track and manage customer loyalty ?

    Nobody from Airtel informed when I got the connection that I would have to pay even
    before the bill arrived.

    Can’t Airtel wait for ONE day?

    I know that Airtel knows that I am the same subscriber who used [protected], otherwise
    I would not have had all those calls from the retention department. Each and every payment (for
    the past 10 years) has come from my account.

    I use this phone heavily for business purposes and you guys cut my connection on a
    whim – How will you compensate for my business loss ? What does your “policy”
    say about that ?


    Now I have told been told by Raminder (from your retention department), that either I pay the
    amount or else my connection will not be restored. But where’s the bill ? Am I supposed to pay
    2-3 times a month even before I receive the bill just because Airtel is getting the jitters and has
    no way to track old time customers (even when the customer himself gives you that
    information) ?

    I called up appellate authority and the phone is switched off (?).

    It is matter of principal – I can’t pay until I get the bill. On what grounds has my connection
    been cut ?

    This is a new number, and I have no qualms getting surrendering this one if I have too.

    I have no intentions of not paying your bill – how honest are Airtel’s intentions ? How does Airtel
    intend to compensate for the harassment it has made me undergo ?

    AIRTEL harrases its customers...
    horiible customer care - they dont listen
    they dont know their job... silly bunch of kids who know NO answers is what makes Airtel Customer Care...
    With reference to my aitel phone no.[protected] this is to inform you that I have made thae payment of Rs 325/- to airtel on line twice-once on 03/08/2009 and once on 04/08.2009 against the og f the said phone. But till today it is not being shown in my payments as I have seen on line. whereas these ounts are being shown in my SBI credit card accpount through which I did payments. Kindly confirm about these payments.

    From the Past 1 week Airtel Prepaid are deducting Rs 5 From my account and whenever i ask for explanation from the customer service they credit the same, to the account. The Story goes same for the past 1 week. Now today they started Debiting Rs 10 from the account and when i called to the customer care they said they will verify after 24 hours
    1.was harassed after 100 hours of bill payment
    2.DND registry done after 3 months they are blaming TRAI

    My number is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected]. I dont understand why airtel people call upon my known people numbers and ask for the bill payment. When i am available on other alternate number given and inspite of my availability on the alternate number still these airtel people are calling on my friends mobile numbers and asking for my bill payment. I am very much fed up with the type of behaviour with airtel people and when i asked why are au calling to the other peoples mobiles the answer coming is that the data has been given from head office to do the followups on the given numbers and no response for the question who has given u the data? Today morning one of the executive has called up to my number and asked for the payment i replied i will pay it on 30th november 2009, he gently said ok sir on the said date i will call and send my executive to collect the payment and in the evening around 7.00pm one of my frined recieved a call from airtel people asking for the payment of mine. I dont understand why they are calling up to different people for the payment in anyway they are not reponsible for that.

    Airtel is harassing in such a way that the relations are getting spoiled because of their behaviour towards the customers.

    I will be very much thankful if the airtel people stop harassing me in this way.
    My suggestion is you go to the police and file s report against airtel. Until you take strict action they wont budge.

    MAIL TO AIRTEL NODAL SENT IS AS BELOW REGARDING COMPLAINT AND MATTER

    ''I have been using this number[protected] since last couple of years (exact time i don remember exactly) and i presume i have been a good customer for you with regard to payments against your bill raised for the well and applauded services by your company.

    But my last experience was really worse and infact this time Airtel has hampered my reputation to a deeper extent.

    I have been making payments against bill raised by your side through ECS on my ICICI Credit Card and as per my standing instructions, the payments raised are being paid to Airtel without any concerns.

    My bill for the month of February,2010 was Rs. 1803/- against which you people demanded Rs. 1503/- and the same was paid by my bankers. I received a call from your side demanding the payment of Rs. 300/- and when i told that it is as per ECS and you have demanded only Rs. 1503/-, i was advised not to make payments and an excess demand of rs. 300/- would be raised in next billing.

    However, as of now i have been still receiving calls for payment (number being [protected] - as told it is from Airtel Chandigarh). I have with me even 2-3 voice recordings of the interaction with you people.

    I registered a complaint with AIRTEL with complaint no.[protected].

    Further, you people started calling on my add on number[protected] regarding payment and started harassing the user who is my 80 year old Grandmother in Chandigarh. This hampered my reputation in her eyes so much that she even called me to make payments so as to stop harassment from your side. This has really irritated me a lot.

    To my surprise, i received a call from [protected] (Airtel's Collection Agency) demanding payment. This means my case has been referred by yourself to collection agency and as per AIRTEL, i am a DEFAULTER.

    Today, I called up at your nodal numbers wherein i had an interaction with Ms. Manpreet who has assured resolution.''

    I had a delhi based mobile number from Airtel for which I requested a cancellation on 4th jan 2010 as I had moved to Bangalore. The phone was disconnected from 15th jan 2010. I had requested the airtel customer care exec to send me my dues till 15th jan, adjust the security deposit and also give me a NOC to state that all dues have been settled.

    I got a confirmation call for the disconnection, another customer care exec called me up to "rethink" the cancellation or to "gift" this number to someone else.

    No bill was sent to me and then two months later, one Anjum Mirza started to harass me daily for non-payment of bills. According to her, I had to pay bills till april 2010. When I told her I had gotten the number disconnected in Jan itself - she refused to listen.

    Now a Sunil Yadav - +91-[protected] has started to make threatening phone calls. He claims to be representing bharti airtel and has filed a case against me in court. He was rude and his language was bad.

    He has also started to call up my friends and associates in Bangalore to intimidate and harass me.

    I am shocked at this behaviour of airtel - seems the company is in dire straits for having resorted to "GOONDAISM".

    I have forwarded a complaint to the concerned person and am awaiting a response before I initiate a legal action for defaming my name by airtel and harassing me, my friends and infringing on our privacy.

    All to be beware of such tactics from AIRTEL.
    I have submitted my address proof for Airtel ppl for verification purpose, but still they keep on threatening me telling that i have not submitted it and they keep on calling me again and again regarding this..
    And so one day i and my father went to a airtel relationship center in Ascendas, Thoraippakam, when i went there the time was 7:03pm, they told that we are closed, bec we are opened til 7:00 pm only, so they told me that i am late.. And they spoke so rudely with father telling that they cant accept anything after 7:00pm..

    the highlight is they tell they cant work even for 3 min after 7:00 pm.. See we are willing to submit the address proof but they are not willing to accept it..

    I have made a complain regarding this to Airtel, but i dont think so action will be taken..

    had my number [protected] in safe custody as of 16-sep-2010, but air tel is billing me for the number till end of Oct-2010. I am in constant touch with airtel customer service for the same and they failed to resolve my request of consolidated bill as of 16-sep-2010. I have conveyed my intension to pay the bill once my request is addressed and I conveyed the same by email and through phone.

    Issue:

    I received call on 16-dec-2010, addressing him self as Airtel legal and asking me to settle all out standing bill including for the month of Oct 2010. I Asked them to look at the case history and requested me to send one consolidated bill as of 16-sep-2010.

    After which he stared abusing me over the phone and I requested him to resolve the issue legally instead of arguing over the phone. He failed to do so and following are the un ethical and un social behavior from the person.

    1) When I asked him to take up the case legally, he said he know how to collect money from me thru' illegal process.
    2) He said he will call all the numbers I called from my number my friends and family and disturb them. This clearly shows my privacy is lost and airtel is sharing my call details with in their departments for their use.
    3) He used derogatory language like mother , bull etc, which is so insulting.

    My mother, Smt Meeta Arora, recharged her mobile no.([protected]) using my brother's credit card on 3rd march 2011. However the account of Airtel got credited with Rs. 275 but the same never got recharged on my mother's mobile.
    For six days now she has been taking it up with executives from Airtel's customer care. Some of them namely, Bajrangi and Raj were least co operative while a lady called Anita told her that the airtel account has been credited with the amount of 275 but due to fault in airtel systems it is taking time to reflect to my mother's prepaid connection. It's been six days. When we take it up with executives some of them makes us wait endlessly after promising a hold of 20 seconds. One of them called Raj even disconnected.

    Disgusting services. Why can't they just give us the correct information and right status.

    Please take stern and immediate action.

    My No [protected] as I ported to tata Docomo from Airtel in fab11, Now Airtell harassing me disconnected my number twice without any reason.
    Details:
    Fab23 Airtel disconnected for a weak then started, then again on 4th April earlier morning disconnected again this time its Inactive sim (no incoming or outgoing) both time without informing just disconnected.

    Tata Docomo said Airtel blocked my sim due to bill pending, I went to Airtel gallery manager says we are sorry it is a back office mistake then he spoke to Tata Docomo gallery manage to start my number at earliest but still nothing happened. I went docomo so many times & tried sending mails, launching complaints but there nodal & appellate nobody responding... yesterday received mail from Tata docomo that my number is canceled. Without reason.... Writing you with a hope that you will take action or Guide me what to do. As mobile today is very essential it is my 12years old number, I am suffering a big way without any reason. Hope you understands my issue, any query please asks I need help taking legal action against Airtel as well Tata Docomo. Sir my case is genuine I have all the proof against them.

    I have used airtell land line connection for about a year and found their billing on higher side not explaining the charges up front. So I decided to disconnect their services and intimated them several time that i want to disconnect. I used to get clls from innumerable call agents whose identity could never be fixed , asking me not to disconnect. I insisted that I want to disconnect and still there were a host of calls from different locations such as Bangalore , Delhi etc . I forced them to disconnect and even after disconnecting Ii received their bills .

    Now I receive calls from their call agents that I have to pay money to them , and when I explain to them that the connection has been given away by me, they don’t seem to understand. They are threatening me that they will send a legal notice.
    This company is operating with faceless and nameless people , with no sound processes and no personal attention is given to customers and their only goal seem to be to collect money.
    Please ask them to investigate and audit their process for customer complaints and maintaining track of events when multiple no of people are handling same issue.

    AirTel — Harassment !!

    I have ported my vodafone number([protected]) to airtel on 13th May,2011 through MNP, and after 10 days my outgoing services were suspended with the reason that i have to re-submit the documents, so according to the requirement i have again submitted the documents on 24th May and the outlet in-charge ensured me that the services will be resumed within 72 hours (3 days), but nothing happened in the 3 days, so i again went to same outlet on 27th and and after enquiry they told me to wait till the evening, but again there was no signs of any change, i went on 30th(monday) again and they told me the same thing.
    on 31st (Today) when i called customer care executive for the same, they asked me to submit the documents again. Now , i just want to file a complaint against airtel,karnataka under the charges of harassment as my incoming is also suspended.

    Airtel is running a chating n frayd business all ovr India. We shifter mumbai on 1st July n immediately i called them for commection (Airtel broadband)...but since then they have been giving me complain numbers only n no action or sometime they also say that their systems are not working so in whole Mumbai they have no internet connection so you hv to wait for 15 days and so like that. In the name of earned reputation they are doing enough to make people fool bt this way they will have to lost their name....i feel the call center guys like to chat with people n pass their useless time...pathetic
    I lost all the hope and do not want speak to different different call center executive and also do not want to maintain a diary of request number and complain number. Regarding contact details that also given by me and my husband at least five times...now just do not want to see that Airtel logo even... as it reminds only harassment and nothing and we are planning to convert all our airtel number to other service providers who knows more suffering are awaiting for us. 25 days back my complain no. was 1084372. It’s really a matter of humiliation now specially to call the call center people.     This is the complain which was already submitted on 13 of august and after this I have more than 20 complain already submitted on airtel mail id regarding the charges on my aitel mobile no [protected], once again I want to brief my issue-when this complain was submitted than it was the unbilled amount charges on my mobile no [protected], in which I have submitted a complain my mobile no's all facility is cut off from your side on 25th of july than I call in customer care. Executive told me due to some technical fault your outgoing and all facility is cut off and it could be start in 2 or 3 days automatically .than I put the mobile shim in my pocket. On the 11 of august I want to check my mobile no [protected] working or not. After this I got a message from your side and this sms is "your unbilled amount is 30199.50 so please make payment for continue service" without any uses and credit limit is 1200 rupees than how this huge amount generated by airtel, after this I am really shocked than I call in customer care more then 25 times regarding this issues, Every customer care executive say different-different statement in which one executive talk with in very aggressive mood and told me "you have to make this payment no one can left this amount" and talk with very rudely .but I am in trouble than I can't reply to his statement and only say without any uses and my credit limit is 1200 hundred than how can I pay this huge amount? But he can't understand the problem. After this I once again call in customer care than executive told it should be technical fault and ensure me your billed amount never cross the your credit limit and say wait until your bill is not generated. After this miss up statement I once again call in customer care than executive told me in your mobile shim 3G services activated on 25 of july and it run on 26th of july deu to this the unbilled amount is generated than I reply him- in my mobile connection 99 gprs activate and 99 rupees of monthly plan and I am already submitted the bill amount 220.38 of july month from 26 of June to 25 of july. Than how could this unbilled amount generated on 25 of july and not consider in my july month bill amount. Than after checked in his system he reply it is gprs uses under your plan and not consider in your august month bill and it is fully discountable and your bill consider from 26 of July to 25 of august and also say's for do not worry your billed amount never cross the your credit limit. And same thing is repeated by aegis customer care executive but on the 18 of august my shim card registration is automatically failed from your side and this could make me very disturb.

    But yesterday first time I got bill from your side and this bill make me very uncomfortable and I am really shocked to see the billed amount of 26 of july to 25 of aug and it is 33215.61 rupees. so this is clear to you that no one can make this huge amount of payment else credit limit is 1200 rupees and no any uses done by me.I have already submitted lots of complain about this and these complain no are 39062725, 39263239,F92207550 and more than 20 mail regarding this issue. I already submitted on airtel customer id and no any resolution from your side, on the mail always showing same commitment and this is for waiting 24 hours or 72 hours but no solution from your side so please help me out. On the bill you are showing wrong details so I am also attaching the same.


    So please give me correct bill after this I never use the airtel no in my future because you people really makes me uncomfortable.

    This is nothing new about airtel,
    I was abroad with a request to airtel to disconnect my connection. But suddenly after 3 months all my contacts started receiving calls from Airtel asking for my contact detail and saying that i have a due amount of 60K without any usage ( my limit was of 15 K for last 3 years) .

    After too much of argument, a settlement amount of 25 K was asked and once paid to airtel, the harassment doubled with inappropriate language and every time a new person will call and threaten all my contacts in-spite of a written confirmation of settlement from Airtel representative who collected the cheque.

    Now I dont knw how to treat these people or even trust them ??
    all i can say is that i will never use airtel or will let any of my family member use it !!!

    My husband has an airtel number for which the outstanding payment was 3110/-, the services have been disconnected due to non-payment. However today I received a call from the collection agent who harrassed and abused me, the call was from Airtel's Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon office and the caller number was +91-[protected]. The lady kept on harrassing and abusing me and even threatened that we can complain to the police, with no action to be taken as they have been directed by Airtel to misbehave.

    I would like to register complaint against Airtel. They keep sending me bills and other stuff of various mobile numbers on my personal email id whereas I don't even have any Airtel number. I have written to them so many times and have written to the nodal officer as well but they don't take any action.

    This has been happening for a month now despite of informing them so many times to delete my email id from their database but still hey send me these bills and other emails of various numbers.     I am mailing on behalf of my father who took a prepaid number of Airtel from a local dealer. It was his second number,
    The number was [protected]. After 3 days of activation and recharging for 200 rupees, the number was suddenly disconnected without any information from the company.

    We went to Airtel hub in Salt lake CC1, Kolkata to ask the reason, we were told that my father has 9 connections in his name and thats why his number was deleted from the system and his money seized. It was told that it is the rule of the company that the number would be never activated and money never returned to customer.

    We were not only angry but also surprised as my father just hold 2 numbers.

    After requesting to them they found that my father had these connections in his name without his knowledge.

    It was a fraud case where someone had photocopied his id proof and and made multiple photographs by his single photo and took so many numbers in his name.

    We gave the application for deletion of those numbers. It was told that these numbers would be deleted from the system within 3 working days. but to my surprise the numbers are still active and they are switched off and not deleted.

    Moreover on numerous requests and written emails and written hardcopy letters, my dad's original number was never activated and it was rudely told that it is companys right to seize the money.

    ISNT THE WHOLE INCIDENT A RIDICULOUS GAME??

    what is the criteria a giant telecom like Airtel uses in issuing and activating the numbers. Why should a innocent person's money be seized and number not activated without his any mistake in the whole matter.

    Why do Airtel dont take verification from the residential address without which it doesnt give connection also?

    The incident:

    I received a call from [protected], today 12th of August 2014, at 13.15 IST. The caller claimed to be a lawyer acting on behalf of Airtel India. The reason he called me - an old acquaintance from my hometown (somewhere I don't live anymore) had used my name and number as reference when he had booked a number for Airtel. The acquaintance had access to an Airtel number this individual who called mentioned to me. Said individual also mentioned that the acquaintance had an outstanding bill of 6000 INR and would be blacklisted if the amount wasnt paid immediately, and legal action would be taken against him. The individual also mentioned had he had done a check of the call history on my mobile number (which is an add-on connection in someone else's name, from Vodafone India) and found that on 3 occasions in the last 1 year calls had been made to my number from my acquaintance's phone number. The individual also mentioned that once my acquaintance is blacklisted I could also possibly be blacklisted.

    The complaint:

    1. I was unaware of my status as a reference till this date. I was not, at any point of time, intimated by Airtel India, my acquaintance and/or the individual who contacted me regarding this. How, if the process has been initiated without my knowledge and/or consent, am I, in any possible way, responsible for this. At the very least I would expect Airtel India to conduct a verification before entering my name and number as a reference.

    2. Why, if I am not in any way connected to this, am I being threatened with blacklisting, that too from an individual who claims to be employed by a network I don't subscribe to.

    3. On whose authority have my call logs and transcripts been obtained and scrutinised. I have not received any request for the same and have not authorised/or consented to such an act. This is a direct breach of my privacy without cause/ adequate reason for the same.

    On my part, once contacted, I have given to the individual the contact of the person he claimed to be looking for.

    Given the circumstances I can only consider this an act of harassment, and if this proceeds any further, I will be forced to take it up with the Consumer Courts and/or take legal action.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I was using Airtel number [protected] for a long time (4-5 years approx). According to my usage and payment status Airtel had given me a credit limit of Rs.7500 per month and on an average my per month usage was Rs.[protected] approx which i used to pay on time. Due to some reason i could pay the bill April. They disconnected my number. As this was my very old number i don't want to close this.I contacted to Airtel customer care on 14th June to know that how it can be reactivate. As per them i have to pay all the dues (Rs.)4771.75 and resubmit all the documents again before 26th of July 2012, it will be activated after issuing the new Sim card because old Sim card is not valid now(Request Number: 44183842, CCE: Ravi). The same day i paid Rs.2500 at the outlet of Airtel in Vasant Kunj (Receipt No:[protected].

      At the very same day, i received a call on my another number from the collection agency to deposit the day. I told him that already contacted the customer care and deposit a partial payment of Rs.2500 at vasant kunj outlet. I given him the receipt number also. From 15th June they repeatedly started calling for the balance amount in very abusive manner. They started calling to all my friends, relatives and clients whom i called from the number "[protected]" from different numbers which are: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.

      Here even i can not mention that how and what abusive words they are using. Today i received call again from [protected] and the person as he named "Pramod" started threatening that "aadhe ghante ke andar balance bill jama kar nahi to tere friends and relative ko phone karna chalu kar dunga ki to chor hai, beimaan hai" and hae started doing this. This is very embarrassing situation for me while i want to keep this number and there is not at all intention to not paying the bill.

      As i found this is Cureman Services, 2/16, basement kalkaji extension New Delhi

      Airtel — Collection Agencies Misbehaviour

      This is with regards to the Airtel mobile nos [protected] and [protected].



      I have been a dissatisfied customer of Airtel since a very long time now, and that is the main reason that I have stopped using Airtel.



      I had been using these nos for the past 5-6 months and the services have been pathetic.



      I have been pestered by your Collection agents since the time my bill got due and you kept calling up everyday chasing for payment.



      Today a relative of mine received a call from some Advocate stating that due to non payment, my case would be sent to court.



      I am appalled that for a measly 2000 rupees, you people can take me to court...!



      I had told earlier that I can pay a minimal amount every month to clear my dues but you people are not ready to accept that.



      I had asked for a settlement amount as well, but then again you have not come back to me on that point as well.



      I am utterly disgusted with the services rendered by you to your customer which has resulted in cancellation of my connections with you.



      Hope that you can get this sorted out ASAP.

I am annual subscriber I had also purchased set up box HD of Airtel with a faith that you will provide me best service but you will see from your record that due to non availability set up box with your local dealer my earlier complain for non availibity of sound was pending for seven days yester day (10/06/2012) it resolved but to day date 11/06/2011 from 9.00 pm code06 received for all channel except 100 and 999 I tried my best to contact [protected] approximate 15 times but no one responded my call up to 45 minutes at 10.45 pm mr Ashoksinh has taken my call and given guidance for email to reconnect your service so I had requested by mal for the same on 11/06/2010 at night but till date problem in unresolved so I contact your customer care division on dated 12/06/2011 explain in detail regarding situation and concern officer has ensured me to solved the problem at the earliest but till to time problem is continue ,so I further humbly request you to continue my connection at the earliest as I am an annual subscriber of AIRTEL and wish for genuine service from your side and request you to assure me to recouped a loss of delay in service as per provision, pl don’t give an opportunity for any complain from my side waiting for the earliest service to solve code 06 problem

My internet connection is not working since 13th June, 2012 but rather resolving my issue they raise new complain to rectify the old issue, moreover all complain no had been close from backend without rectifying the problem.               Never received any follow-up call or engineer visit at my residence. Airtel more pathetic than Sarkai Babu’s. Thanks to my Vodafone connection at-least i am able raise the problem.

              Hope the Airtel people look into my problem. Else I don’t have any option apart from going to consumer court

              Airtel — Landline and Broadband not working for 15 days

              I'm really really frustated with Airtel now. For the past several weeks, my airtel landline [protected] has not been working and inspite of several calls and rasing requests twice, nothing seems to have moved. The response I get every time is that there is a technical problem from the exchange. I fail to understand, how serious is this "technical problem" which is taking weeks to get resolved.
              Also, the call center guys have assured me 3 times in the past 3 days that it will be resolved within 24 hours. But nothing happens.

              My work is getting hampered which largely depends on broadband.

              I had got my MTNL broadband disconnected to take airtel, thinking that the service would be good, but I am highly disappointed.

              Airtel Broadband — Broadband Not Working from 15 Days

              Hi,

              I have an airtel LandLine number for 1 Year. I removed by BSNL connection to go for Airtel Broadband with LandLine number[protected].

              They raised a request on Decempber 18 with request number 40986614 which they closed after two days without resolving the issue.

              I spoke to a Customer rep called Aravind who spoke to a Person on the field called SUraj and said the issue would get resolved in a few days with a new request number 41012270.

              The issue still persists after 15 Days in spite of repeated calling to the customer care after speaking to Two Team Leaders Mahalakshmi and Aravaind and trying to speak to a guy named Anil whose Mobile number they have sying he is a team lead on the field but he never picks the call.

              I guess if they dont resolve as promised today i should cancel all my airtel connections including my mobile.

              This is Anup Dogra, my internet is not working from last 15days, i also
              register a complaint for the same on the same day. The complaint number is
              43007338, but till now i have not received any resolution for the same. I am
              facing lot of trouble without internet, may i know the reason of this
              inconvenience and who will responsible for this.

              I really don't know but my internet has to be up and running by the end of

              Airtel broadband internet — Internet is not working for last 3 days

              Hi,

              Since Sunday morning, my Airtel broadband internet connection is not working.

              Sunday, I log a complaint in customer service and representative told me that some outage is going on.

              Post lunch, I got a call from Airtel technical department (from [protected]). Technical department confirms that there is no outage.

              Now, I don't know who is correct... customer service agent or technical department.

              On Sunday, one engineer visited to my place. He checked & confirm that the number allocated to me has been changed by some other number.

              Immediately, he called to the technical department for this. Technical department confirms that this issue will be resolved just within few minutes.

              But, till now, Tuesday evening, issue is not resolved.

              Everyday, I'm calling customer service, but, customer service agents are not aware about anything about the status. No resolution provided by customer service.

              He simply says that he need to log new complaint and internet may work from tomorrow. (Again, he was not sure for tomorrow as well)

              Now, three days passed. Internet is not working. I called to the technical department (from which I got call on Sunday) at least 20 times. But, it is not yet resolved. Every time I got same answer that they will call me after 5 minutes. But, I never got a call.

              I don't know what to do now. I've already send an email to nodal.[protected]@airtel.in

              I have been using the MTNL Internet(broadband) for eight month and found that the Internet speed is very slow & Internet is not working from 15 days, I took the unlimited broadband combo plan of 512Kbps but unfortunately Internet is not working from 15 days and i called 1504 several times but no response. and when I try to open any site the window screen showed Internet cant displayed I have called in many time about this problem but there is no response from MTNL. my number is 25051359

              I have exactly similar experience with Airtel. My broadband phone number is [protected]. My DSL has suddenly stopped working (This is the third time this is happening in the last 3 months) I have complained on August 7, 2012 morning. They sent a wrong person(as they always do whenever i complain) to my house. That person told he cannot resolve the issue and said that another person will come within 2 hours. From that day I have been calling to customer care thrice a day and they always give me a promise that the problem will be resolved within 3-4 hours. I have not even recieved a single callback from any airtel executive.This is the worst response that I have seen till now in my life. Customers are just for these big companies. Even if they lose a customer, they still have many to fall back. I wish as a common man I can do something about it.

                I have started using Airtel 3 Connection, but after month they sent Bill 10 times of my usage.e.g. 23rd April 2012, I have chatted with Friend, for that they have charged for 1.5GByte, means equal to 2-3 movie download, according them If I send a each text line message e..g “Hi Good morning”, then it will take 5.1Mbytes (equal to one song downloaded), but it’s not even taking 0.1Kbyt.

                I raise complaints in customer care of airtel but straightaway they denied. Please give pledge for this Issue. They will send recovery team to my house to ask the money.

                Airtel.in — Not disconnecting the broadband connection

                Dear Consumer Forum,

                I am Sanjeeev Yadav, I had broadband connection of airtel([protected]) in Bangalore. I am requesting them to disconnect the same since last one month. I personally gone to their customer care centre(Date 30/12/2010), mailed to them(Date 13/01/2011 09:54:48 AM), called to their relationship manager(Date 12/1/2011) but there is no response. This is not the 1st time they are doing so but same thig they did with me in pune also(BroadBand connection no [protected]) . I have mail chain for the same. They keep silent on closing the connection and after few month start asking for payment. Please register my complaint.

                  I have 1250 Rs/month plan which has 12.5 GB free usage.
                  After this usage, I should be charged 3 ps / 10KB. i.e. 3 Rs/1MB.
                  Start date of my bill is 20th and end date is 19th.
                  According to messages received from airtel service 121, my monthly usage is as
                  follows.

                  April : 13019.79 MB (Status on 19th April)
                  May : 12536.67 MB (Status on 19th May)

                  So, exceeding usage is 519.79MB for April and 36.67MB for May. Thus, My total
                  extra bill should be 1668 Rs for 2 months. But according to customer care, my
                  bill is much 11233Rs for 2 months.

                  I have sent a mail regarding this 5 times to nodal officer. I am getting same reply again and again that "Your usage is ..... with detailed calculations".

                  But these fellows are not understanding my question.
                  Even though their usage is correct, I should have got correct intimation o[censored]sages. I have checked usage regularly (almost daily) and sent them logs too. On the last day a night i have checked usage and it was 13.07 GB and 12.56 GB respectively. According to them it is 14.7 and 14.5 GB.

                  How can there be a difference of 2 GB. No one can accept this.

                  I am not the one who wrote program to get the usage.....these are airtel fellows ......its only their mistake.....why should i pay the extra bills

                  I am seriously frustrated.......

                      Astrology on demand service have been renewed and you have been charged Rs. 30 for 30 days.

On 27 th december i had received a sms to submit my address proof and a photo at Airtel centre and the same day my incoming and outgoing calls have been deactivated.I have submitte my photo and address proof at Sector -18 Noida Airtel centre on 28th december but my sim is not activated again .                         The airtel executive didnt come to the new address instead he went to the old address to get it verified. He has written negative verification.

                        Airtel — Deactivation of my outgoing calls

                        My Airtel No.is [protected]. From today morning onwards outgoing calls from number has been deactivated asking for my documentary proof. The automatic voice message says that i have to submit within 3 days and my outgoing calls will be activated in 2 Hours. Till now it has not been activated. Due to this i couldnt make any calls and i am loosing my important commitments. From the year 2005 myself and my family members were airtel customers.
                        And nowadays often the amount has been deducted without any reasons. This makes us irritated and we all were forced to quit airtel. And above all the Airtel is only network which deduct amount for contacting customer care. Dear Airtel, presently your service is very poor and not satisfactory.

                          the service provider airtel activated the services weeklySub subscription services and start deducting RS 20/ every week. However i have send sms unsub video to 57775 and reported complaint on 121, once they reversed Rs 20/ and assured that service will be permanently disconnected, but deduction of money is continued. On complaint lines no one is to listen to my grievances.

                            On 20th June I was received a notification message from Airtel server to my number [protected] that 'for Hellotunes call 578785 (TollFree)'. I called to that number twice. On first attempt I got the info about new hellotunes. But after the second attempt, I was received a message that 'Due to low balance, you have been charged Rs 25/ for 25 days...' it is sure to me that I hadn't pressed any key during the call attempt. And they charged Rs 25/ from my a/c. I contacted customer care executive. But he said 'he don't know', and they will connect my call to senior officer. They did it, but the call was never attempted...damn service...!

                            It is not the firt time towards me from Airtel acts like this, they was charging everymonth saying that 'You are activated' eventhough my phone is not reachable area. Most of the customers have the same complaints with Airtel.

                            I request to take an immediate action to stop this robbery by Airtel and to warn them to repay the amount to this ([protected]) number.

                              This e-mail in regards to mobile number [protected] which was ported from vodafone to Airtel approx 15 days back & i have been experiencing problem.i feel like moving to airtel was mistake as airtel services are poor than other providers & i am regrating to my discission to port my number into airtel.

                              i have been trying to recharge my number & money gets deducted without any reason.
                              I did my first recharge with airtel of 50 rupees however 45 rupees have been debated from it. I have been trying to contact your customer care since than & i always get a different information form everyone.when i dialed [protected] they asked me to dial 121 & vise versa.

                              I have submitted a form to convert from relaince to airtel on 30th january.Reliance has disconnected my connection and Airtel yet has not activated my connection.

                              i have told all issues im facing ..now airtel has rejected my request on the basis of legal reasons with out intimating the reason for the same ..

                              when airtel is not giving the freedom to shift to number portability whats the use of passing this regulation ..

                              I have a mobile connection for the past 5 years with Airtel. For the pathetic service of Airtel. I have requested for portablility of my number. I went to Aircel and submitted my documents along with Porting code. But after 2 days i received a message from aircel stating that Airtel is rejected your request. After 2 weeks again i went to BSNL and i have paid Rs. 300 for Postpaid connection with number portability of my same number. But once again airtel has rejected my query.                               I have changed my network from Vodafone to Airtel by number portability scheme.. After 4 days, my vodafone network is disconnected and my request has been approved by airtel.And So while i started to using my Airtel SIM, I am having the big issue..                               This is to inform you that I tried to change my connection from Airtel to docomo because of excessive charging by Airtel. Thats why I sent a msg PORT<mobile no> to 1900 as it was suggested in the docomo official website. But everytime I sent a msg it replied to me saying the format is incorrect and everytime I sent a message, I was charged at the rate of 50 paise. Then I searched in the internet and found that Airtel never sends the PORT number because it does not want its customers to shift to other service providers.Even the customer care executive did not help me in this regard. Please help me regarding this.

                                My name is Vijayaraghavan. I am from Chennai.

                                I am undergoing a humiliating treatment from the Airtel DTH People especially the Customer Support. I paid through net banking for the multiple connection and it is more than few days the executives are not responding to answer us with surity. They either cut the line or just to put us off, give some dummy commitment which actually goes to other executives as news. Knowing our problems better, they disconnect when we start raising a complaint.

                                Here are the details:

                                My customer ID is [protected] and I have my Transaction Number IGB1803258. I approached Airtel on 16th June 2012 to get the Multi-connection.

                                Stage 1: When I ordered for Multiple COnnection, one of the support executives asked me to recharge for Rs.1200/- and then asked to speak to her. Believing it, I did the same through internet banking and recharged the amount. In the next call, the other support executive said that it has to be paid through cr or dr card or net banking. I did that too. Now, I have already invested Rs. 1200/ in my account with Airtel, which was unncessary. Again for the new connection, I paid Rs.1190/-. For the new connection, there is no reply until now.

                                Stage 2: My request was WRONGLY taken as "Transfer Request" (which I came to know only at the end of dubious transaction) and one of the Airtel Engineer by name Prakasan visited my house on Sunday 17th June 2012 around 1 pm. He said that the charges would be Rs. 200 + he wanted to buy some clamps and switches. He took off my switches and open all cabling racks at my house and vanished on that day. I had to beg and threaten him to get my switches back on the next day without any money given to him.

                                Most Calls are wantonly disconnected or dragged with unwanted music for a long time ( In my case it has gone beyond 12 minutes at one time) just because they are unable to give the commitment. Leaders of Airtel are just watching the number of increasing complaints in all sectors. In fact, people at the Appallette level (for my mobile phone complaint) are not replying our calls or not responding to mails. The call Tickets are closed without talking to us. I believe Airtel is getting affected by these ineffective Call Center people and it is high time they need to realize this fact.

                                I am with Airtel for the past 8+ years and almost in all services of them. In the last 6 months time, the customer support is extremely bad and it is going beyond escalations. Shame that they could not provide any other escalation matrix in the website and none is coming for rescue.

                                Can anyone let me know how I need to take it to the last level of escalation especially in this DTH Division of Airtel? Support and services are PATHETIC. Please help.

                                Only request is to adhere the SLAs given to clients. Also, train your customer support to get the best from them. Also find out methods of calculating their number of disconnections that you have during such escalation calls. That will Improve Airtel further more.

                                    I had purchased airtel 3g connection and I was promised the will get a minimum speed of 2MBPS and max of 7MBPS however when I got my connection activated the max speed that I got was less that 4Kbps which is far below standard of a dial up connection, Informed the same to Airtel on their welcome call and asked to disconnect if they are not able to provide promised speed. there was no response from the company hence logged a complaint on in the month of Feb and Apr which was not attended either I had also mentioned on the complaint mail that would like the company to refund the amount collected as they are not able to provide the promised speed from day one and the same was reported on their welcome call however there was no response from airtel for the above complaints made hence I did not pay my bill as I had requested for refund and cancellation. I was shock when I got a mail and a threatening call from airtel saying that they know how to collect the money. please help with this concern

                                      I recently started using a Airtel Postpaid connection.
                                      But since the 1st day, I am unhappy with the services, as i do not get Indoor Coverage in my Building, the time i get back home, i am cut off from the world, as there is absolutely no network...

                                      Have raised multipe Service Requests:[protected], 43893141, but each time the SR was closed saying Issue resolved, without even bothering to contact me and know the actual issue.

                                      I get the feeling that, they have an automated process, which closes the SR within the TAT, without even trying to correct the problem, just to boast of 100% compliance..

                                      Its been more than a month now, and the network issue still persists, and if it continues any longer, will have no other option but to move to a better service provider, who value the Consumers rights and do not take them for a ride by such ridiculous Customer service process...

                                      If the same continues I am sorry to say I will not only quit myself to some other network but will make all effort that can be done to switch all the existing customers to the same.

                                      I'm sorry to say but I'm going to through a very bitter experience with Airtel. Its almost 7-8 months that I've moved to Pimple Saudagar Area in Pune, Maharashtra in July 2008 and I've started facing network issues. It continues for almost a complete day or two. So I'm loosing a lot in the ground of business and personal communication. It not only stops here. As there is no signal for long time, my cell phone's battery gets drained out very frequently searching for the same. I've lodged several complaints calling 121. They say either they are looking into it or they will agree that there is actually a network issue and the customer has to bear the pain with them. But no specific action is being taken. Previously it used happen once in a month or so. Now the frequency has increased and its happening almost every week. And this week it reached the heights. There is no signal first of all. So I can't call 121. I searched in the net and tried calling [protected] along with my telephone pin from my other landline. I tried almost 10 times. Every time it either didn't connect or connected to the product department which could not help me in any way. Not even transferring the line to the correct department. There is no point talking to them it seems.

                                      So I'm left with no choice but to discontinue my services from Airtel and move on some other reliable provider like IDEA. My wife s having IDEA connection and we have never faced any issue with that. Hope Airtel takes all these issue a bit seriously. If guys boast of being the No.1 private mobile service provider in India and then live up to it or learn something from other providers. Just making big ads won't keep the customers with you. Please see to it that you are actually doing what you are saying.

                                      I'm appealing to the Airtel BOSS es, if you guys do record all the customer issues, please take out some time and listen to get the real picture. Else it lies in the dustbin.

As they not taking the issue seriously, i'm going to change my network,not only me i prefer my sister,friends and relatives to do the same. They charging for complaints too. so they taken steps to stop complaints but not to rectify it. If you can't give network then why the hell you telecasting the ad seeking you are the best in network. Stop giving false information and cheating people. When you can't give signals to mobiles while you can give signals to television inside home. If you can't give a network just message me that you can't provide network to my area where more than five thousand living and famous for Caterpillar company, so i'll act accordingly.

                                      This is the 4th time i am writing to you. This is with regards to the network issue at my are.
                                      I reside at Shanti niketan society, behind Aditya garden society, warje, mumbai pune highway, pune.

                                      I am facing lots of problems with you poor coverage. As i enter at my sociecty network coverage is very low and at my flat i am not able to talk.

                                      All that i came to know from a local vendor is that that previously there was a tower installed near my society which was removed later without any reason and that is the reason of poor coverage in that area.

                                      I have recieved so many confirmation massege from airtel that we are currently working on your request. and the last msg i have recieved is showing my service request number is CINDL[protected].

                                      But unfortunately all that i have recieved is just messages and now I am so fed up and wish to change my number. Please if you can do something or else i will left with no choice changing my service provider with same number.

                                      I have a complaint with airtel service provider (Network Problem). The issue is facing near Trivandrum International Airport ie in between Karikkakom Chamundi Temple and Chackai. Here we are facing real coverage problem. I have complainted this issue many times to airtel but there no respone. I am very disappointed with this attitude. I want to stay with airtel service provider. Now we can change my service provider with existing number but i don't want another provider. I like airtel the only problem i am facing is coverage issue.

                                      more than a year i am giving complain regarding the network service to air tel customer care, nodal office but there is only false promise to rectify the problem. I got a BSNL will phone,but before one year they changed the code number,from that day onwards i am not able to connect to bsnl will phone from my airtel mobile number which was working fine before the code was changed.Even i talk to Bsnl people but they told me tell airtel people to give the network connection.My mobile number is -[protected] and my bsnl will phone number is[protected].please do the necessary .                                       have Airtel postpaid connection for more than 5 years. There is a serious network issue i'm facing in my home for the past 1.5 years. I can't speak continuously for 5 mins due to fluctuating signal and call gets disconnected. I may have to make 3~5 calls to speak 5 mins and Airtel making lot of money out of this. I have raised a complaint in Dec 2010 and they did a survey. The survey results revealed that the signals are week. But still Airtel is not capable of fixing a network issue for the past 21 months. I have called Airtel customer care for more than 100 times and no use. In my past experience Customer care executives, Airtel Nodal officer and Appellate authority are telling lies and false commitments. Really irritated customer of Airtel.
                                      I am also agreed that the service of Airtel is down day by day and they are not bothered to customers complaints. I am also facing the same network problem at my home and so many times compalined to their customer care but no improvement is done so far

                                      This is regarding the network issue in my area, I am facing this issue from more than 1 year. I have forwarded many complaint, my last complaint was in April and that has been closed. As per the status updated by Airtel it says it’s know week coverage area and site it planned but no visibility for site. It’s being more than 3 months but still you people have not done anything and my problem is as it is. I have already spoken to Nodal and Appellate but I am not satisfied with the answer.

                                      Today I called again to know the status but the same answer that we have to forward a new complaint[protected] and wait for some time. A new SLA has been given to me and I am 100 % sure that again nothing is going to happen.

                                      I am using this number from more than 3 years. I was happy with the services but now I am thinking to change the provider. I am writing this may be someone can do something and i[censored] people can not solve my issue give me in written that you can not fix and I will think something else.

                                      Hi there,

                                      Few weeks ago, I ported my [protected] number from Vodafone to Airtel postpaid. Since, I have ported my number, I am not getting the network even do not receive any calls because of network issue. Also, if phone connected then phone was automatically disconnected.

                                      After that, I sent an email to Airtel about the problem and they told me that there is a new site planning in your our area and will take 45 to 90 working days to solve the problem.

                                      It means I need to wait without network for 90 days and they will be charging me the bill without providing me the services. Also, they are unable to port my number because of 90 days norms.

                                        (as per company it has been de - activated permanently on 26the may,2012)
                                        there was a balance of rs10722.48 last checked by me (as i keep record in my diary also)
                                        thee number has been directly de - activated permanently without any intimation or information from company
                                        thee last message i had received from company was on 25/26 may,2012 - it says in case of any assistance pls dial / call particular number
                                        last time i had received call on this number was on 9the may,2012 within 17days thee number has got de- activated permanently
                                        there is a procedure thee number is temporarily de- activated and after certain period it permanently de- activated
                                        thee number withe such a huge balance, as i have been recharging it regularly, it kept on increasing
                                        i have already provided my alternate number also and thee same has been communicated number of times
                                        i have received thee call also regarding de- activation, as per company they had tried to contact me on 25the may,2012

                                        AirTel — permanent de-activation

                                        sir,
                                        my mobile number was permanently de-activated on[protected], the reason was non usage (no incoming, no outgoing, no sms, no data usage)my number is not registered with DND also so is it possible that there is no incoming also.
                                        there was a balance of more than Rs2400/- and the validity available was also upto[protected]
                                        when contacted nodal officer they had only one thing to say there is no usage in 90 days, now that i have a proof that there was call made from this number within 90 days, they are not ready to accept.
                                        please provide advice
                                        or the consumer must unite and file a case against such companies
