This is regarding the Airtel Broadband connection we have had since years. For the last 10 months, we have been facing this problem where the bill amount is much higher than our usage.
We have a plan where the download limit is up to 3 GB per month and we are required to pay around Rs700 per month (inclusive of taxes).The usage is limited to about browsing the net and checking emails for about 10-15 mins (each day)- about 2-3 days...

heavy calling charges

I am using Airtel broadband connection from past a year and there are too many problems with broadband internet connections, customer care executives responses and billing problems.. No use of calling up customer care number because of their negligence. kindly make your customer care executives to call on [protected] at least then i would get an opportunity to get out of the problems faced in broadband connection....

Unusually High Billing

Hi,

I have been having problems with unusually high billing from Airtel in the past few months.
I used to be on a 15 GB /month plan and used to download large files once in a while and never exceed my limits.
But since the last year or so since I upgraded to a 30GB/ month plan, my limits seem to be consistently getting exhausted extremely quickly.

It would be great if all the broadband provider...
